Ishmael C. was wonderful to work with! We walked in the store and he immediately helped us! We asked for pillows and he took us right to them. He let us try all the varieties to see what we liked best. He gave some helpful advice, was patient, friendly, and shared some great tips we didn’t know prior to pillow shopping today! We would definitely recommend this store and this salesman!

My sales person Bayle Burgett was absolutely top notch! I Recently moved to the area and needed a new mattress and bedroom furniture. I walked into the store on a whim and was met by the most professional and considerate salesperson! Bayle made sure that the mattress and bedroom furniture that I purchased was exactly perfect! She really took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered and went above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure that I was taken care of. I cannot recommend her knowledge and professionalism enough. Bayle listened as I told her about my sleep style and made several incredible suggestions about sleep systems that would enhance my sleep experience! Wow, what a world of difference it has made in only a couple weeks, I feel like a new person! When it came to bedroom furniture Bayle was very patient as we sat down and measured all the furniture to make sure it fit in my space and even helped with coordinating wall decorations. If you're looking for the best nights sleep you've ever had with the most helpful salesperson in existence, please shop here! I will come to Bayle for all of my furniture needs! Truly an 11/10 experience all the way around!

Really I didn't wanna give these jerks 1 star. They fire people they don't like, I literally got fired after 2 days for NO REASON AT ALL. I'm guessing they were intimidated by me because I aimed to make a lot of money there selling high dollar low quality furniture made with Asian hands and floated across the Atlantic. The same quality furniture Big Lots has. And that's a fact.

While the salespeople are nice, the guest service people are horrible and the extended warranty is a complete joke. It is 100% worthless. We purchased a table and chairs two weeks ago after being quite happy with our couch purchase in 2023. We purchased the 5 year extended warranty for the couch at time of purchase. About 2 weeks ago, we noticed that the material that the cushions sit on which is connected to the frame, started separating from the frame. Within a few days, the cushions were completely inside the couch and it was almost completed separated. We mentioned this issue when we were buying the table. We were told it should be covered by the warranty; but that Ashley no longer used that company because of issues and if we had a problem to call Ashley guest services. I called GBS (the warranty company ) and reported the claim including pictures as requested. The claim was denied so I called Ashley guest services as told. Again, I sent pictures of the separation and they said they would get back to me in 2 business days. I received a response 2 days later saying there was nothing they could do because it was past the one year warranty, but I could submit a claim because we had the 5 year warranty. All that did was send me back to GBS!!! I called and the Ashley guest services person was very rude and said “they would not override the warranty denial.” I asked if there was anything Ashley could do to make it right and she repeated the same thing. We will NEVER purchase another piece of furniture from them again and will be warning everyone we know not to either. My husband is canceling the extended warranty on the table as we speak. We are beyond furious!
