Kane from Ashley in Cedar Falls, IA was extremely helpful when we were there today. I had a pacific feature in a bedroom set and he was able to take us right to the set that fit our needs. Can’t wait until our set is delivered!

We went in looking for a dresser, and ended up with a bedroom set. Love how Sterling Perkins helped us through the process. She was so fun to work with. Thank you Sterling for all of your help!

Rachel and Kane helped us with a new recliner, couch, and bed. Super quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Pickup was smooth and easy as well.

The store is clean. There are many options available. The staff are friendly and knowlegable about their products, but very aggressive. As a customer, you feel like prey. They stalk you around the store, which has a tardis like "bigger on the inside" feel. We felt the need to sneak away before the staff could move in for the kill.

Came in looking for two nightstands for our primary bedroom. I had been looking online for a set for months and just couldn’t commit to anything online, as we’d have to pay more for shipping and assembly. I came into Ashley and met Sterling. Told her the vibe I was going for- she walked me around the store and we came up with 5 nightstands I liked. Narrowed it down to 2 options, finally pulling the trigger on the one. Purchased them and will picking them up when they are in stock in about a month. I appreciated how Sterling took her time to let me figure out which one I wanted to buy. She let me love/hate each set she showed me. Took the feedback and used it to show me the next option. Whole thing was quick - I think I was in the store for maybe 30 min and we saw the whole showroom plus the back outlet area. Definitely will be back when we are ready for some new furniture pieces, and will be working with Sterling again.
