The woman who answers the phone at this location is dismissive and will not have a sales representative call you back. I wanted to purchase a complete bedroom set 5 pieces in total and 2 recliners and a couch and wanted to know if she or the salesman could take my order over the phone so i didnt have to come in. Never got a call back. Also don't call their complaint line they will just transfer you back to this same employee. Bought all of my furniture from slumberland where my money and patronage was appreciated. Wow another dismissive response below. you could have called me back and told me that and i woukd have come into the store. But you didnt care about my business and chose not to.Truly shows they could care less about customer service. Must be the same woman handling the complaints which would make sense.

Lisa was super knowledgeable and friendly when I was trying to find a bed set that would match my existing (discontinued) furniture. I really appreciate employees who are helpful but don't stalk you around the store - she answered my questions, and said she'd check in later. She even let me know a couch set I've had my eye on just came out with new colors... I will definitely ask for her next time!

I walked into the store today with one goal, furnish my cabin. My man Jeremy helped me accomplish that today! This dude definitely has that “eye” for making everything go well together. Jeremy guided me as well as listened to me on ideas that I wanted to go with but also added some of his own ideas based off the furniture I was looking at and the space I had. I’m glad I listened to him because after bouncing his ideas and mine off some family members, they were onboard as well. I was able to furnish my living room with an amazing 3 piece set after Jeremy sold me the matching couch to go with it. Jeremy also hooked up my two bedrooms with some awesome king size mattresses along with the stunning king size headboards and footboards. My wife and I didn’t feel pressured at any point to buy which we appreciated greatly, and he took time to help us and we never once felt like he was rushing us and we always had his undivided attention. My couch broke earlier this year so I submitted a claim to the warranty company. They only offered to give back the money I paid for the warranty. It's now been four months and I still haven't gotten my money, despite several phone calls and emails. Don't waste your time and money!!

I have bought beds, sofas, tables and chairs from Ashley's over the years. Duane and everyone there is great to deal with.

Sold hazardous couch and refuses to give store credit like they said they would.

This company will rip you off! Almost cause a house fire with there fancy power recliners/sofa and blame you. Even with there $$$ Guardian protection plan. Now we are out $1300 on a stupid sofa.

Bought a couch last year with them. First it was 2 months late being delivered, then within 4 months the headrest broke and back in june the couch almost caught fire due to the electronics. I bought the top warranty package but guess what they wont cover it or do anything about replacing it. I had to send in all this documents and pictures and they still said it wasnt enough. The couch smelled so bad of burnt chemicals and whatever else it was that we couldnt keep it in the house because it just kept stinking up the house more even if you tried to cover it up. We had to go buy a whole new couch just so we had something to sit on because they dont do anything in a timely matter. Then Ashleys sent me to there other company they use for problems and they still did nothing for me. What a horrible company, I will never do business with Ashleys furniture again now and we were even going to go buy a nice expensive bed from them with a few other items but not anymore cause this is getting old how they wont help and they just screw you over. Thanks for being horrible Ashley's furniture. Others will get my business now and i upgrade something every year or two.

I previously bought a couple couches from here and now that the wife and I are moving we decided to pull the trigger on another. We ended up talking to the same guy, Troy, that we did the time before. Laid back and truly wants to get you the best deal. He was great at communicating through text when we had a couple questions after we left the day before and even went above and beyond for us in a way as well. Larry was also very helpful. He answered multiple questions for us at times that Troy was tied up. They only had one lamp in stock that we wanted, and we really wanted the pair. Larry found that lamp on a competitor's website and came and shown it to us to make sure we could get the lamps we really wanted... that's pretty impressive and another reason we'll be coming back. In no way did they ask me to leave a review, but great customer service deserves to be recognized beyond just word of mouth. THANKS GUYS!

Absolutely amazing experience here twice now!! Troy has been awesome to work with picking out a couch in our budget last year, and then now a dresser. Also helped SO MUCH with timing and delivery as we are now moving 2 hours away and he made it easy to schedule delivery to our new home. If you are looking for furniture this is the place to go! I recently bought a house so I need almost all new furniture. I worked with Larry McGovern Jr, if you go ask for him he is AMAZING!!!! Larry let me go through the process of determining what I might want and he was right there to answer questions or ask me questions about my new home. What I loved is that he asked about me and my family and got to know us which also helped to find the right things. When some of the pieces didn’t end up working he was right there to help me find something that would. He got all the specs from the furniture that didn’t work so we didn’t select things that were too big again. He stood there with a tape measure and helped me measure new pieces. He took care of not only getting me something that would work but something we LOVED! I have more shopping to do and when I’m ready I know I will go to Ashley and work with Larry again! It was a lot of fun working with you thanks Larry!

I came in last week to buy a new bed set. Troy V was so helpful and really made sure I was making a solid choice. He even went above and beyond to locate a color I had seen online but was not in store. I am so happy with my purchase experience. To make things even better I got a call yesterday to schedule delivery two weeks early than expected. I will be making all future furniture purchases from Ashley!

Great service in the store sold me on a couch. No issues seemed like a perfect couch in store. A week later get it home two days cushion sinked all the way to the baseboards of the couch. Call the customer service number. Was told someone will come out two weeks later someone comes out says that they’ll have someone come out to replace my cushions 2 to 6 weeks and will send me ottoman legs that we never got with our ottoman. Never got in mail either. Going into July and they don’t even have the parts in and they have an attitude with me on the phone cuz I’m trying to figure out where my couch parts are . 2,500Spend money on such cheap put together furniture. I’d rather go to La-Z-Boy and spend 5,000 on good quality than go back to Ashley’s. I even explained to the sale man why we went Ashley’s as our last couch we got from Furniture Row was also put together terribly and broke after a week.

I’m building a video production studio, and have been on the hunt for furniture for our different sets, so I decided to pop in to Ashley while I was in the area. When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Mark who I told I was going to wander aimlessly. He gave me a quick rundown of how the store is laid out, and let me browse in peace. After almost the perfect amount of time, Mark appeared where he swiftly answered the many questions I had. As I continued my search throughout the store, Mark gave me space and quickly found the answers to the many questions I had when required. I wasn’t pressured to buy more than I was confident in which was nice, and Mark graciously walked the part of my order I could take with me out to my truck. Jeremy has been amazing! He has consistently got us better deals than we could find anywhere online, even for the exact furniture from the Ashley website. I strongly recommend you go and see Jeremy. If you are considering buying furniture, he will hook you up! We looked and looked and looked for the right table at the right price and the only place that had it was Ashley, it came in under budget and over quality! We are thrilled 🙂 we also bought couches and recliners from Ashley about 7 years ago, and we have loved them and still love them to this day!

I ordered a living room set (loveseat, sofa, and recliner) from Mike Ritchart at Ashely's. He was great at answering all my questions on the type material the set was made of and helping me find exactly what I wanted. He explained the shipping details and what to expect during delivery, what was and wasn't covered with the warranty, and gave all the financing options. Ultimately, I paid in full and the living set was delivered a month later. The delivery people were careful and respectful of my home. I highly recommend going to Ashley's and requesting to work with sales rep Mike Ritchart.

First, I'd like to preface this in saying everyone at the store level was 5 stars. Jeremy was our sales person and knocked it out of the park through this entire ridiculous process. We ordered a couch, love seat, recliner, table and chairs, and a TV stand. Everything came in on time, and all but 3 chairs were grease stained and damaged. The delivery drivers stated they told the warehouse about the dirty truck and were told to use more blankets. Then, he proceeded to tell me that the warehouse will take it back, clean it, and send it out as new to someone else. Then added...they also do this with mattresses. Quote" if you sleep on it a few nights and return it, they'll just bag it up and send it back out." Fast forward. I received a call telling me they would come clean all the furniture and try to fix what was done. Give me 10% off and VOID MY WARRANTY! at the point the store manager took over the return and scheduled a full exchange. I asked that our new furniture remain in the factory plastic considering the "white glove" service we paid for clearly was a waste, and i didn't want used furniture . It arrived today. Was left on our wet garage floor. It took nearly an hour for the delivery people to take the old furniture out. They put 0 effort into protecting our carpets and kept the door open the entire time on this 25 degree day. When I asked if they'd at least help being it in, they contacted their "boss" who said they won't do that. I proceeded to unwrap and move it in myself, then started assembling all of the pieces . I asked if they would at the least take a little of the plastic or cardboard with them since my garage is now full of trash from the furniture. They said yes. Then left quietly and didn't take anything with them. I'd like to add these movers (different from the first) confirmed with very little effort on my part that the warehouse does in fact, do everything the first movers said they do. I won't be doing business with Ashley again. My suggestion is save the headache and go ANYWHERE else. Unless you're in the business of being punished for the mistakes the warehouse makes..then by all means keep on shopping.

Ordered a TV stand. The TV sand was damaged at the warehouse. We agreed to replace is with a TV stand the was identical to the one that was broken. They tried to pull a fast one on us and tried to give us the one they broke but glued on the leg.. when delivery came the guys told us it broke AGAIN. So we went in complained. We found one we liked ashleys gave it to us for the price of the broken one with free delivery. Welp it happened AGAIN! They broke the new one in transit once again.. 3 TV stands broken and this all started in December 2023... 2 months later still no TV stand... poor shipping and handling services. -1 start.

Always had a great experience at this store, but Troy went above and beyond last night. He is an awesome sales person...not pushy, very intuitive to the product, and someone you want to be friends with. We were in and out with everything done in less than 30 minutes from when we walked in! Ask for Troy when you stop in...you won't be disappointed!!!

Every piece of furniture I own is from Ashley's I have never really had a problem as I typically take care of my furniture so for quality it definitely works for me and the associates there are always helpful and nice Ive always had a good experience at Ashley's

Walked in and Mark was right there ready to help! He knew the best option for a table without asking too many questions. Turns out, it was the exact table we have been looking at at a different store (Homemakers). Mark was kind enough to price match and give us great advice on the protection plan. Never felt hounded or pressured! Wonderful experience! Keep up the great work Mark!
