Horrible experience. My piece of furniture was supposed to be delivered last week. When the driver arrived , i told him i'll be down in 5 min. 5 min later , the driver was gone. i called customer service and they said they have a very busy schedule and that i need to reschedule my delivery, for a 5 min wait , This is how much it takes for you to get out of the apartment , take the elevator and meet them downstairs. I rescheduled and the earliest delivery date was next week which was today. Their window indicates that they will be here between 1 and 4 pm. I specifically decided to stay home that day to avoid any inconveniences. I got a text saying that they have arrived at 11:30. I rush downstairs and there's no one , kept looking for a truck but nothing. As I'm going back , i go to the mailroom to check my mail , and here it was. The piece of furniture was unwrapped and thrown in the mailroom on the ground. I called customer service , they managed to call the drivers to come back 40 min later to assemble it. The delivery team were unprofessional , they went inside assembled the piece of furniture so fast under 10 min. i had to tighten all the screws after they left. Horrible service. Will not buy anything from this store ever again.

They do not even deserve 1 star. I am extremely disappointed in their service overall. I rarely write comments on google but this time, I felt like other people should be aware of their terrible customer service... We did schedule for a bed delivery a month ago, however they did not arrive on time that they mentioned in their text and they left without delivering the bed and they did not even give a call. When we called to reschedule the delivery on the same day or maybe within 1-2 days, they said they could not do it until NEXT WEEK because delivery company was going out of town. We waited for a week and today was the delivery day finally after a long wait. As if that wasn't enough, delivery truck delivered the bed into the mailroom today without coming to the apartment to assemble it. I will never ever get anything from Ashley. If possible, stay away from purchasing anything from their store to avoid dealing with their horrible customer service.....

Just had the best experience we've ever had in a furniture store. Dakota was knowledgeable, listened to our wants, extremely thorough and very patient with us. We've had problems in the past and she went above and beyond to resolve the issues that had nothing to do with her or her store. She is a huge reason for the 5 stars! The display floor was well thought out and beautiful. The selection had plenty to offer. Overall, our expectations were exceeded!

I ordered a sectional last August. I got half my sectional in October and 1 piece was wrong. This was in October! They told me it would arrive in Feb and then March and last I knew April! I am now 7 months out and have not received my whole sectional. I have tried calling and they are not answering and even called customer service. I will NEVER return to Ashley after this purchase.

The delivery people, the warehouse and store people have no idea what is going on with your delivery. I had a sectional ordered that came three times with missing pieces and every time I had to send it back. When you call store, they say everything is there and warehouse may have done it wrong. You call warehouse, they blame it on delivery. I had also ordered a bed frame which was replaced due to fitting issues and on my next delivery for sectional, they also brought a new bed for replacement ( after doing replacement two weeks ago). These entire franchise is run by people who have no idea and no coordination. There is not much option here but if you can avoid this store, I would do so

I wish I could give Ashley Furniture 10 stars instead of only five. The quality of their furniture and mattress is of the highest order. But what sets Ashley apart from other similar stores is the care and impeccable service they provide after the sale. Zeek Zirbel at the Coral Ridge Homestore and Jennifer Stevens at the Cedar Rapids store are genuinely interested in the complete satisfaction of the customer. Should there ever be a need to repair or exchange an item, the Ashley Company is at the ready to satisfy the customer. Take it from me, before you buy any item of furniture or mattress go to Ashley first.

Pathetic! Should have a spot for negative stars. I ordered some furniture the a few months ago. I was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks on a Friday. It didn’t show up on Friday. When I called they said my order was for pickup. I explained to them that it was not a pickup but a delivery. I spoke with the salesman and he admitted to his wrongdoing. So I asked to come pick it up. It was still in the shipping process. I was told I’d receive a partial refund. Well 2-3 weeks later it showed up. Only 1/2 of the order and a non matching ottoman…… A month later the rest of the furniture arrived. It only took 2 months to get the furniture. Will never buy from here again. So, I’ve called and talked with support. Just like the owner said. They claim I’m not owed any type of refund because I received everything I ordered. Even tho they messed the order up completely…..and it was delivered about 2 months late. Zeke zarbel was the associate that helped me. Steer clear. You will NEVER receive my business
