First time at Ashley Furniture , this location had a great selection . At first it was overwhelming but then Denise the sales rep came over and helped us find what we were looking for.
Zeek and Mechelle were great to work with today. During the summer time, bought some furniture through Kristi and she too was very knowledgeable.
Christy helped us find the perfect recliner for our nursery! She even helped haul it in our truck after the warehouse crew had left for the day so we could take it with us that evening. Then she continued to go above and beyond and help us file a claim on a different piece we bought. Really kind employee
We had a great experience at the Coral Ridge Ashley. Christy was super helpful and remembered us from a previous trip. Highly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Our order was delivered with everything we expected, on time, and seamlessly. We are very happy with the quality and look of everything as far as accuracy in photos and showroom compared to what was delivered.
Such a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture! Shopping in any store with 4 young children is difficult but Mary Anne assisted our family so sweetly. She guided us through the vast selection of couches and sectionals to find the perfect fit for our home. She was on hand for all of my questions and was delightful toward my rambunctious children. She even thoughtfully gave me plenty of time to ponder the choice and cry about the price 😓 😆 I left feeling so taken care of!

We went to Ashley on 4/12, regarding our sofa we purchased in March. We received the wrong adapter for our reclining sofa. Jake Airgood provided us with the correct one immediately. We also bought a chair today. His knowledge guided us throughout the process. He will definitely be our go to in the future.
