We traveled all the way from Michigan searching for a discontinued La-Z-Boy, and after a long hunt, we finally found it in Ames, Iowa. From the moment I called, Jordan at Furniture Mart (Ashley Furniture) was incredible. He knew we were making a trip for these special pieces and went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible! Even arranging to have the chairs transferred to a closer location for us in Davenport. That level of service is rare. When we arrived at the Davenport store, the experience only got better. A huge thank you to the team at Ashley Furniture, especially Young and Angela—your patience and kindness did not go unnoticed (and was very appreciated! 😂). The warehouse team was also fantastic, helping load not just the furniture but all of our decor as well. And a special shoutout to the cleaning staff member who offered to help carry items to the front, plus the store was spotless! This was hands down one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this team, even if you’re traveling from out of state like we did! We still have a few finishing touches with decorating, but we couldn’t be happier with our La-Z-Boy pieces and the absolute gem of the trip was finding our beautiful couch!
