This is hands down the best furniture store in the quad cities! I’m remodeling an entire house so I have been in and out of the store so many times that I feel like I’ve gotten to know the staff. I’ve worked with three of the sales people several times and they were Ashley Miller, Alissa Gelaude, and Tyler Livesay which each of them deserves a major shoutout for their helpfulness, patience, and knowledge. When I am finally ready to pull the trigger this is where I’ll be buying! 10/10 recommend for anyone needing furniture

I recently went to the local Ashley Furniture store to see what options they had available in tables and lamps for my house. Justin was the kind young man who helped me view their selection furniture. I was only able to find a few small items for my house, but in the end I was very satisfied with the experience and will be returning in the future when I need a living room set! What to say? I popped into this store on a whim looking for a few small pieces to round out my living room. Tina D happened to be the first person I talked to, and while i was hesitant at first... I wanted to look around... she made it clear I could have all the space I needed and she would be there when I had questions or needed more information. And then she gave me space. When I did need some advice, she was honest. Never made me feel pressured. She listened to me and recommended a few options, and steered me away from a few options. She came to me with a whole paper of notes about timeliness and payment options. And then gave me space to make a decision. She even made me feel like it was okay to say no and walk away. Like I was in complete control. I can't recommend Tina, or the Davenport Ashley Homestore, enough. Will definitely make this my first stop the next time I need something for my house.

I would never recommend Ashley ti anyone. They are horrible customers service. There was a defective love seat they came to change it come to find out it was a discontinued item. Call the run around. Again they try to bring me a discontinued item. 3 times!! Now all sale items are final. So if you buy you can not get a refund. Once the item is in your home..NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS STORE..BEWARE !!!!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with one of the best salespeople I’ve ever encountered at the Ashley Furniture store in Davenport, Iowa. This person's name was Justin Gatewood!! We originally had an Ashley Rawcliffe sectional, but we found out that it didn't fit into our new condo. That was when we ran into the Regent Park sectional, which was the best of both worlds; it had the same comfort level that the Rawcliffe provided, but it came in the modular configuration. If we had any questions or concerns, Justin was there and answered them with friendliness, patience, and efficiency—something that is increasingly rare today. We never felt pressured into making a decision. He genuinely listened to what would fit us best for our lifestyle and the space we had available, rather than just trying to sell us whatever was right in front of us at that time. This showed me that Justin was a very trustworthy salesman and had our best interests at heart. At one point in the store, we were looking for a lower-profile box spring. Justin went out of his way on the sales floor to come hand me a tape measure and took the time to help measure out the top of it to make sure that it had the correct dimensions that would fit in our bed frame. I was blown away by Justin’s customer service skills in anticipating the customer's needs. I didn’t even have to ask, and it was the first time anyone had ever handed me a tape measure at an Ashley furniture store. This small gesture left a big impression on me. I love seeing a salesperson go out of their way to ensure the customer is having a great buying experience. This is business done right. This is a salesman who needs to be recognized. Keep up the excellent work. We look forward to buying from you again in the future. Getting ready to buy a new home. Decided to stop by Ashley to look at bedroom furniture. I'm visiting Davenport without a car so I was on foot. When I walked in the door employee Jay v "So yeah what are you doing here? Who are you delivering food for?" I was carrying a soda and a T.J. Maxx bag. "I'm not delivering food for anybody." I showed him my bag. He said, "Oh I thought you were something else." I said, "Yeah... I am something else all right..." When I started to leave I told him "Thanks for making me feel like I did when I was in high school going into the major department store to look at suits. Unwanted and in the way..." "Well why the hell are you bringing that bag in here anyway? I said, "Because I'm on foot and I don't have a car!"

My go to furniture store! Big thank you to Elizabeth. She made my most recent visit a breeze! As soon as I stepped through the front door, she was there to greet and assist me. She gave me space, but also kept an eye on me as I browsed through the store. She was not pushy or smothering. She let my family and me discuss without invading our space. She came and assisted us at the right time over and over. She kept tabs on the items I was interested in. She had my items rung up by the time I got to the front desk. Made the process very quick and easy! She denied my help to carry a large area rug across the store. I later found out she has severe back and neck pain due to ruptured disk. She carried this large rug all by herself with her injury. If that’s not great service then I don’t know what is! Elizabeth was super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. If you’re ever at this store, be sure to ask for Elizabeth!

Went to the store on Elmore last weekend and was able to find what we were looking for. Ended up going with a different mattress than I originally intended, but that was due to the salesperson Emily taking the time to show us different mattresses and giving us the time we needed to try them all. She didnt push or force a sale, just took the time to be polite, made suggestions and answered all of our questions. I appreciated the no pressure approach and the attention to detail. We were able to check out quickly and easily after we chose the mattress we wanted.

Buying furniture is never a fun experience for me first of all. I needed a few things short notice and was in another state. I called Tina Dominicus at the Ashley Davenport store and my journey began. Not only was she easy to deal with, after weeks of high pressure furniture stores, she was the first person to make me feel like she was there to help me and not herself. We purchased what we needed, arrived in Iowa to determine we had made a mistake regarding measurements and needed to adjust quickly before delivery. We walked into the store where Tina walked us through all our options and even went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed. We were so impressed we had a table and chairs all picked out to be purchased and built by another store, we cancelled and bought that from her as well a few days later. Highly recommend Tina!!

Tina is great, and extremely knowledgeable. I also was helped by a couple other salespeople while Tina was with other guests. They were very willing to help me however needed until Tina became available again. Everything was in stock and delivery is already scheduled.

My issue is not with this store location but the store itself. I purchased an entire family room, furniture, decorations etc. Everything recommended by the Ashley design department. I washed my throw (not in the three day return window) and it pretty much fell apart. Called Ashley online and rep didn't even listen to the fact the the product was faulty but just kept repeating they have a three day return policy. Contacted corp and even though i gave them my sales order numbers they couldn't find my orders. They DO NOT stand behind product quality. If i could return everything, i would. Don't do business with a company that doesn't back what they sell. Shame that they would rather have a negative review then just credit or replace a throw blanket. This shows what they really value.

Eddie is the reason I’ll always come back to Ashley! I walked into Ashley Furniture just hoping to “browse” and maybe get some inspiration for my new apartment, but I walked out with not only the perfect sectional — but an experience that left me genuinely impressed. Eddie greeted me within moments of walking in, but what stood out right away was that he wasn’t pushy. He just asked a few thoughtful questions about my space and style, and within minutes, he was pointing me toward options that were actually tailored to what I wanted (and within my budget — rare!). What really made the difference though? Eddie went above and beyond. He pulled up a 3D room planning tool to help me visualize how the sectional would look in my space, down to the color of my walls. He even noticed I had a photo of my cat as my phone background and made sure to recommend pet-friendly fabric options (this man thinks of everything!). At checkout, he helped me take advantage of a promotion I didn’t even know was running, saving me more than $300. And he followed up with a call a few days later just to make sure delivery went smoothly and that I loved my purchase — which I do. My living room has never looked better. We purchased the Cortwell Storage Bench. We ordered it online in the store and chose the pick-up option. Later, after we picked it up we noticed that the legs were missing. I called customer service and we were informed that there would be a 2 - 6 week wait to receive them by mail. What?!! Now it's going on 7 weeks and still, no legs. Customer service says it's only 4 weeks due to their internal delays in submitting the order (so who's fault is that?). Now we're being told it will be at least another two week's wait. Seriously, this is the worst customer service we've ever encountered. This is the last purchase we will ever make at Ashley.

Sales experience was fine. Hence the two star and not one star. Furniture is garbage, reclining mechanisms are cheap cheap quality. Finally got tired of it not reclining, getting stuck open, closed, all kinds of goofy stuff and called to have a tech come out. Supposedly its not covered under the extended warranty. Extended warranty doesn't cover the core function of a recliner not working, cool noted. Apparently its just a scam to get more money out of you. I've been saying for the last year this couch is cheap dumpster food and I'd never buy from Ashley again. The warranty experience just finalized that choice. If you want cheap junk buy from Ashley. You want quality, go else where.

Wonderful sales person but HORRIBLE follow up and updates. Ordered a sofa AND paid for it in NOVEMBER. It is now FEBRUARY and still no sofa. They keep saying it is on back order and the date keeps getting pushed back. It should not take 12 weeks to get a sofa when they said it would be the middle of January. I have had to call repeatedly to get an update only to be told yet again it is on back order and is now pushed back yet again. Took my $600 but yet still no update or offer to provide compensation, refund, partial price adjustment or ANYTHING! Very bad experience. I still want the product but am unable to get it. Nobody has reached out to give me an update that is the worst part, I have to constantly call them. If I knew it was going to be this difficult to get a sofa I would have bought elsewhere. I understand supply chain issues but this has been an absolute HORRIBLE experience.

I purchased a new sofa and love seat yesterday with help from your associate, Bobby. This is the second time we have purchased furniture from your store and Bobby has helped both times. He also provided us with the different financing options with the payments we would make on those. Today I received a message from Bobby stating that the furniture we purchased was being sold cheaper by one of their competitors so our total bill was reduced by approximately $200. We bought a bed frame from Bobby and a Mattress from Young. They worked well with each other to get everything delivered together and they even got some great pillows thrown into the deal. Very satisfied. Update: 11000 thousand dollars worth of furniture and they don’t show up on the day we scheduled 3 weeks in advance. No phone calls at all, just a complete no show. Bad…….very bad.

The store has a wide range of furniture. The items look well made and reasonably priced. My spouse and I were able to buy the furniture that we were looking for with the assistance of Emily, who was very friendly and helpful.

Went in to look for a new frame for my bed, no one approached me in the 20 minutes I was there, and when I had questions I had to search for an employee. Will not be spending my money here

Went to look at sectionals and spoke to Ashley who is very knowledagable about the products offered and related to what we were looking for. Knew all of the questions to ask and made some very good points. We weren’t sure so we got her card and went to look somewhere else. I had placed an order online, which I later decided to cancel and make an in-store purchase at Davenport, Iowa location. I used my Ashley Synchrony Bank card for the online purchase, but the refund didn't show up immediately on the card and without the refund, I didn't have enough balance on my credit card to make the in-store purchase. This is where Billie stepped in and truly went above and beyond. She made calls to Synchrony Bank, Ashley Online Store, and Ashley Corporate to resolve the issue. Thanks to her efforts, my refund for the cancellation showed up immediately, allowing me to make the in-store purchase without any further delays. Billie was incredibly polite and patient throughout the entire process. She provided exceptional customer service and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Billie for your outstanding assistance!

The store itself was very nice and we found a couch we loved. We set up the delivery and when the delivery guys came into the house they barely tried to get it through the hallway, told me it wouldn’t fit, had me sign they were here and then left. There was no trying involved. Just frustrating when I was trying to help them and they seemed annoyed that they were there and didn’t really care about or had any interest in trying different ways.

After searching multiple places for a table we finally found one we loved. Bobby D helped us with lots of good information, he was very polite, he handled my wild children very well after they were running wild & very distracting. I would recommend 👌

Worked with Emily in the davenport location. She was a lot of fun and gave me a lot of info. I won't be buying for a couple months but I will definitely come back and work with Emily!

Worked with Emily in the mattress department. It was a negative experience and she indicated we had to order the mattress that day or we would not get the sales price. I found out that the mattress she knew we were interested in sale continued for another week. Additionally there is a 300 dollar credit received when purchasing the brand of mattress we chose and if I had not spoke to another store about it we would have not been given the credit. When addressed with her she stated she forgot. I was overall disappointed with the customer service I received. Disappointed that the store has signage throughout the store that for any purchase over 500 dollars you would receive a Stanley cup but Emily stated it doesn’t include mattresses but none of the signage indicates that.

We came in to look at furniture. My husband wasn’t sold on the idea of getting new furniture but we needed it bad. When we came in, we were greeted immediately. After walking around and looking, we found a couple things we really liked. Kaylee came over and helped us finalize our decision and officially convinced my husband that buying some new furniture now, really was a smart decision with all the wonderful deals going on! It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting for a couple years now and I couldn’t be more excited! Thank you Kaylee for our new furniture and all your help! I went into Ashley Homestore looking for a new mattress. Emily was very informative and understanding of what I was looking for. She took me through a "rest test" to show me different types of mattresses for what I wanted. I can't wait to get my new Purple mattress and adjustable base!

I purchased a recliner on 1-6-24 to help me through my foot surgery. Paid it off in cash on January 8th. Delivery was set for 1-12-24. There was a snow storm that delayed my delivery until the 1-15-24. Then it was delayed again until 1-24-2024..My cast comes off that day so I no longer need it. I called the Ashley Furniture store on Elmore to ask for a refund. I was told that I'd get a corporate check for the amount I paid. Nothing more. They didn't even ask how they could fix it! No money off, coupon offers... NOTHING

Courteous young men and careful. Quick and easy. We had an issue with the first delivery, the furniture was damaged by the delivery company. We paid a visit to the store and the general manager was happy to reschedule the order delivery and gave his information to us for any other feedback.

We recently purchased a sofa, a reclining sofa and a recliner from Ashley in Davenport, IA. Our salesman was Jay Vandeneinde, and he was amazing! He allowed us the freedom to roam without hovering over us but was quickly available to answer any and all questions. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for by carefully listening to our likes/dislikes - he was genuinely interested in us getting what WE needed and not simply trying to make a sale. His professionalism and desire to help while still giving us the space and time we needed to decide was so appreciated! The furniture selection was excellent and the service was outstanding! Bought a lot of furniture there. Great selection! Unfortunately there were a lot of issues with the furniture when it was delivered, but the manager is so awesome and the employees were very friendly and helpful and they all took care of everything.

Mixed results coming here. Had two polite sales woman and one guy that tried snaking a sale from a coworker. Kept telling him I was working with someone and he kept saying he could write it up for her while she was there. Told him to leave me alone was fine and wouldn't stop following me. I am in sales and didn't sit well. He ruined the furniture purchase. Also the warehouse guy has a attitude. Just his demeanor was off both times dealing with him. Was sitting my car waiting for him to load the uhaul trailer. He never told me loaded them or even shut the trailer door. Didn't even know he loaded them up. Never once said thank you or was polite both encounters.

There are no words to describe the wonderful service that Dana Terry provided to us!! She was so attentive to us, understanding, and allowed us to make our own decisions without being pushy. She provided us with helpful ideas on our design vision & assisted us with the best options for purchasing. She sold us beautiful furniture pieces & could see the EXCITEMENT on my face when we were done. Young is a very nice and informative salesman. He let us try every single mattress in store, and he gave us his personal opinion making our decision very easy. He also helped us pick out new pillows, I never knew they even made pillows that comfortable. Do his sleeping journey and you won’t regret it. So happy we stopped in.

Jay at the Davenport Ashley Homestore was an amazing salesman. He greeted us promptly, but didn't follow us around trying to be pushy or intrusive. He checked in once in a while and answered all of our questions quickly. We came back the next day and bought the living room set from him. He has the perfect personality for customer interaction and Ashley is lucky to have him. He could definitely make a better living selling bigger ticket items.

I ordered 2 identical chairs from Ashley Home Store in Davenport, IA. I went to pick them up. 1 chair was fine, the other had a flaw on the fabric so I refused it. There was a knot in the fabric right where your hand would be on the arm of the chair. When Ashley delivered the replacement chair to my house I discovered it was the same chair as I had rejected, they had just cut the knot out of the fabric. I had expected that they would have gotten a new/different chair. I was disappointed that they gave me the same chair that I had rejected. I really hope that their 'repair' job doesn't result in there being a hole in the fabric at some point in time. Otherwise, I was pleased with my salesperson. And the delivery men were careful and courteous. I would give them all a rating of 5.

My experience with Ashley furniture has been outstanding and truly friendly. While all the sales people are extremely friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated, I have had great help and experience in buying furniture with sales consultant Ashley Miller, who has found solutions every time in my endeavors in furniture shopping. Went looking for side tables and was greeted at the door with their spread around the store. Went on to look for them and when we found one we like a sales loser came up to us. I mentioned that the exact same one was cheaper at Goods in Kewanee and she said “well I guess you better go there then”. Screw this Ashly store, I’ll never go to this one ever again, but the Ashly in Moline and the one in Sterling are still good stores.

Was originally given delivery date of the 8th, and then told they couldn’t tell me when it was coming in until the day of. Tried to make a payment on the couch I picked up, but couldn’t as it hasn’t been marked as delivered in their system. Call Ashley, told it’s the leasing company’s fault. Contact them, they have to contact Ashley to have them mark it in their system. Don’t know if people here have their heads up their butts or if they really just don’t care.

It took us a few hours to pick out our new couch and coffee table set, and Jay was very helpful looking up prices and availability. I hate coming to this location any time I'm shopping for furniture. The salespeople act like they're suspicious of myself and whomever I'm with, possibly due to dressing extremely casually and being relatively young. They're either staring at us or acting like we simply shouldn't be there. Maybe it's also just try-hard salespeople waiting to pounce but the atmosphere is incredibly uncomfortable to shop in. I've found pieces I really liked but the treatment from employees made us choose other places to purchase from. I won't be back any time soon.

Excellent experience! Bought our furniture and when the furniture arrived it was too big for our living room. Scott Smith our salesperson made the return process very easy and helped us pick out new furniture that will fit our living room. I'm very pleased with the whole shopping experience.

I bought several pieces of furniture in July of 2022. There were 3 issues upon delivery, 2 which were fixed. The third one still is not resolved 3 months later. One of the legs on my end table is still missing a foot, so it is unstable. I’ve emailed 5+ times and even stopped in the store (all they did was email customer service again). This is unacceptable.

Scott was great to work with. He even found us one of the chairs we wanted on clearance!

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and got almost all new furniture. Ashley was able to help us find what we needed and was very patient with us. He and I are so picky and want different things, but she was able to take the time to show us so many different products the store had and eventually found everything we wanted and more! We took hours bickering over what we wanted with each other, but Ashley was able to help find the perfect things for us that met both of our needs. Ashley was amazing, but unfortunately the whole store takes forever to get the actual furniture pieces to you (which is not her fault at all, it’s a store issue). We are military & new to the area and I honestly did not want to get harassed by any salesman but he was so nice and was very knowledgeable on all of the sales for exactly what we needed. We got such a good deal on everything (Sectional, dining table w/ chairs and bunk bed)! Their furniture is very good quality, at more than reasonable prices. We almost didn’t get the sectional because the one we wanted wouldn’t be there on time but he was able to find one for us!!! Amazing customer service, he’s a veteran so he understood our struggle. My husband and I visited another Ashley's and it was not a great experience. Decided to to visit the Davenport location and I'm so overly happy that we did. Emily is the sales woman who approached us, she has the perfect personality for this job. Definitely not the sales person we all try to avoid, you know the ones who only care about the sale. She was FREAKING AWESOME.!!! We interacted with most of the team that day, they were all great. If you're looking for furniture or just home decor this is the place to go. 5 stars all the way..!!!!

Stopped in to look around for furniture for our new house. The selection was great, lots to choose from. The sales consultant Scott helped us out tremendously.
