We’re located just off the west side of Elmore Avenue between East 46th and East 53rd streets. You’ll want to turn west at the intersection between the Golden Corral and Taco Bell and then follow that access road back to where we are. We’re between Altitude Trampoline Park and The Clubhouse Indoor Golf and Lounge. Our storefront is pretty big, so we’re hard to miss.

Like our other locations, Ashley Davenport, Iowa, works hard to give back to the communities that welcome us into their ranks. My husband and I have ordered two different items at two different times from Ashley and have nothing but issues. we tried to give it a second chance after our first purchase with our couch and I'm disappointed that we did because it was nothing but issues still. Recently, we went into the Davenport location and worked with Vincent for a dining room table set that we were interested in buying. Vincent assured us that there were sets available in their warehouse and we didn't need to order online- but Ashley Furniture doesn't do same day take out on their items. My husband and I were fine with that. He said we could come back in two days to pick it up or have it delivered and set up at our house by that weekend. We chose to wait until the weekend and paid for the delivery fee. Vincent told us that Ashley doesn't get rid of your current dining room set and told us that we would have to move it on our own. Once again, we were fine with that. We got rid of it before our dining room set was supposed to be delivered. A day before when our table was supposed to get delivered Vincent called and said that we weren't going to get our table until mid December- well over a month after purchasing our table. We asked what happened to the sets being available in the store warehouse and he couldn't give us an answer. He kept changing his answer multiple times and then eventually told us that there wasn't a table in stock at their warehouse. He wasn't doing anything to make the customer satisfaction "right" like most businesses do and he lied multiple times to us about the situation that we were in. Never once apologized about this sitaution. After paying thousands of dollars for our set- we ended up canceling it because we weren't going to wait that long. It seemed like Vincent was looking just for the commission as he was quick for us wanting to purchase it when he knew there wasn't one in stock at the warehouse the whole time. He didn't seem to care that he told us to get rid of our current dining set for our new set. So, here we are still with no dining room table set. Very unhappy with the situation we encountered while trying to buy our dining set from Ashley. My husband tried to call and talk to a manager and the manager listened to him on the phone for a bit about what happened and then said he "had to go and would call us back later". He never returned our call. If you are looking for items that are from Ashely I suggest going to Geneseo Home Furnishings. They have most items that similar to what Ashely Furniture sells.

I went into the store with no expectation of what I wanted being on the floor and lo and behold.... they had just gotten that collection in and the exact table I wanted was there! Jeff is thorough, knowledgeable and a great guy to work with - humor is all part of the deal and part of life and he made sure that I got the best price and deal!
Jeff Primmer was an AMAZING associate at Ashley’s in Davenport, IA! He was upfront with us about the options we were looking at. Emily customer service was amazing. My husband and I went in looking for a bed. Wasn’t really sure what we wanted to spend money one. Emily was great at making sure all of our questions were answered through the whole process. She helped us with scheduling the delivery of our new bed and mattress base which was delivered on time. To top it off she even sent out a handwritten letter to us! We will be going back to visit with Emily with all of our furniture needs.
Jay was absolutely amazing! He listened, was patient and did whatever he could to get us exactly what we wanted. Jay will be our “Go-To” for all our future furniture needs!

We bought a bed frame from Bobby and a Mattress from Young. They worked well with each other to get everything delivered together and they even got some great pillows thrown into the deal. Very satisfied. Update: 11000 thousand dollars worth of furniture and they don’t show up on the day we scheduled 3 weeks in advance. No phone calls at all, just a complete no show. Bad…….very bad.
The store has a wide range of furniture. The items look well made and reasonably priced. My spouse and I were able to buy the furniture that we were looking for with the assistance of Emily, who was very friendly and helpful.
Went in to look for a new frame for my bed, no one approached me in the 20 minutes I was there, and when I had questions I had to search for an employee. Will not be spending my money here

Went to look at sectionals and spoke to Ashley who is very knowledagable about the products offered and related to what we were looking for. Knew all of the questions to ask and made some very good points. We weren’t sure so we got her card and went to look somewhere else. Came back about an hour later and asked for Ashley but she had left for the day. Ended up working with Billy who was also very relatable and explained everything very well. Wish I could give 10 stars because Ashley and Billy really knocked it out of the park for us and made the purchase so easy!
Young was super helpful in our search for a new mattress. He took us through several different types of beds and we fell in love with an adjustable base! We left with a completely new set up that we cannot wait to receive! If you are looking for a new bed - Young’s the guy to see!

I don't write customer service reviews very often, but I had an exceptional experience today that deserves recognition. I had placed an order online, which I later decided to cancel and make an in-store purchase at Davenport, Iowa location. I used my Ashley Synchrony Bank card for the online purchase, but the refund didn't show up immediately on the card and without the refund, I didn't have enough balance on my credit card to make the in-store purchase. This is where Billie stepped in and truly went above and beyond. She made calls to Synchrony Bank, Ashley Online Store, and Ashley Corporate to resolve the issue. Thanks to her efforts, my refund for the cancellation showed up immediately, allowing me to make the in-store purchase without any further delays. Billie was incredibly polite and patient throughout the entire process. She provided exceptional customer service and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Billie for your outstanding assistance!
Emily W. is amazing. She is more concerned with your needs rather selling something for a larger commission. She is super friendly and extremely attentive. She knows what questions to ask you in order to get you the perfect fit for your specific situation. Emily will show you all available options and not in a pushy manner, only concerned with you and your needs. I highly recommend Emily W. as the sales person to contact for any of your furniture needs. I will return to her in the future.

We gave a good review initially but without the foresight of warrenty. Warrenty outsorced by Ashley is a scam. We spent a $1000 to insure everything but now are having a lot of difficulty to not get cheated over. Never buy insurance here. Absolute waste due to either incompetency or bold rudeness.

Alyssa at Ashley furniture in Davenport was absolutely fantastic!! She was so helpful in finding the type of furniture that I wanted. She was not pushy, she let me decide what I wanted or needed, but was so helpful in the entire process . She also reached out to me during this process of my decision-making and also let me know when my furniture was in or if we were waiting on any pieces and has been very patient with me waiting for my floors to get put in the house before my furniture delivered. The store itself was very nice and we found a couch we loved. We set up the delivery and when the delivery guys came into the house they barely tried to get it through the hallway, told me it wouldn’t fit, had me sign they were here and then left. There was no trying involved. Just frustrating when I was trying to help them and they seemed annoyed that they were there and didn’t really care about or had any interest in trying different ways.

Worked with Emily in the mattress department. It was a negative experience and she indicated we had to order the mattress that day or we would not get the sales price. I found out that the mattress she knew we were interested in sale continued for another week. Additionally there is a 300 dollar credit received when purchasing the brand of mattress we chose and if I had not spoke to another store about it we would have not been given the credit. When addressed with her she stated she forgot. I was overall disappointed with the customer service I received. Disappointed that the store has signage throughout the store that for any purchase over 500 dollars you would receive a Stanley cup but Emily stated it doesn’t include mattresses but none of the signage indicates that.
We came in to look at furniture. My husband wasn’t sold on the idea of getting new furniture but we needed it bad. When we came in, we were greeted immediately. After walking around and looking, we found a couple things we really liked. Kaylee came over and helped us finalize our decision and officially convinced my husband that buying some new furniture now, really was a smart decision with all the wonderful deals going on! It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting for a couple years now and I couldn’t be more excited! Thank you Kaylee for our new furniture and all your help! I went into Ashley Homestore looking for a new mattress. Emily was very informative and understanding of what I was looking for. She took me through a "rest test" to show me different types of mattresses for what I wanted. I can't wait to get my new Purple mattress and adjustable base!

Not only was he knowledgeable, but he took the time to listen to what we liked and didn't like until we found the perfect fit. I purchased a recliner on 1-6-24 to help me through my foot surgery. Paid it off in cash on January 8th. Delivery was set for 1-12-24. There was a snow storm that delayed my delivery until the 1-15-24. Then it was delayed again until 1-24-2024..My cast comes off that day so I no longer need it. I called the Ashley Furniture store on Elmore to ask for a refund. I was told that I'd get a corporate check for the amount I paid. Nothing more. They didn't even ask how they could fix it! No money off, coupon offers... NOTHING
Courteous young men and careful. Quick and easy. We had an issue with the first delivery, the furniture was damaged by the delivery company. We paid a visit to the store and the general manager was happy to reschedule the order delivery and gave his information to us for any other feedback.
We recently purchased a sofa, a reclining sofa and a recliner from Ashley in Davenport, IA. Our salesman was Jay Vandeneinde, and he was amazing! He allowed us the freedom to roam without hovering over us but was quickly available to answer any and all questions. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for by carefully listening to our likes/dislikes - he was genuinely interested in us getting what WE needed and not simply trying to make a sale. His professionalism and desire to help while still giving us the space and time we needed to decide was so appreciated! The furniture selection was excellent and the service was outstanding! Kept telling him I was working with someone and he kept saying he could write it up for her while she was there. Told him to leave me alone was fine and wouldn't stop following me. I am in sales and didn't sit well. He ruined the furniture purchase. Also the warehouse guy has a attitude. Just his demeanor was off both times dealing with him. Was sitting my car waiting for him to load the uhaul trailer. He never told me loaded them or even shut the trailer door. Didn't even know he loaded them up. Never once said thank you or was polite both encounters.
There are no words to describe the wonderful service that Dana Terry provided to us!! She was so attentive to us, understanding, and allowed us to make our own decisions without being pushy. She provided us with helpful ideas on our design vision & assisted us with the best options for purchasing. She sold us beautiful furniture pieces & could see the EXCITEMENT on my face when we were done. Young is a very nice and informative salesman. He let us try every single mattress in store, and he gave us his personal opinion making our decision very easy. He also helped us pick out new pillows, I never knew they even made pillows that comfortable. Do his sleeping journey and you won’t regret it. So happy we stopped in.

He checked in once in a while and answered all of our questions quickly. We came back the next day and bought the living room set from him. He has the perfect personality for customer interaction and Ashley is lucky to have him. He could definitely make a better living selling bigger ticket items.

I ordered 2 identical chairs from Ashley Home Store in Davenport, IA. I went to pick them up. 1 chair was fine, the other had a flaw on the fabric so I refused it. There was a knot in the fabric right where your hand would be on the arm of the chair. When Ashley delivered the replacement chair to my house I discovered it was the same chair as I had rejected, they had just cut the knot out of the fabric. I had expected that they would have gotten a new/different chair. I was disappointed that they gave me the same chair that I had rejected. I really hope that their 'repair' job doesn't result in there being a hole in the fabric at some point in time. Otherwise, I was pleased with my salesperson. And the delivery men were careful and courteous. I would give them all a rating of 5.

Went looking for side tables and was greeted at the door with their spread around the store. Went on to look for them and when we found one we like a sales loser came up to us. I mentioned that the exact same one was cheaper at Goods in Kewanee and she said “well I guess you better go there then”. Screw this Ashly store, I’ll never go to this one ever again, but the Ashly in Moline and the one in Sterling are still good stores.
Was originally given delivery date of the 8th, and then told they couldn’t tell me when it was coming in until the day of. Tried to make a payment on the couch I picked up, but couldn’t as it hasn’t been marked as delivered in their system. Call Ashley, told it’s the leasing company’s fault. Contact them, they have to contact Ashley to have them mark it in their system. Don’t know if people here have their heads up their butts or if they really just don’t care.

I visited here at 7:00 p.m., on 11/29/22. I walked in and there were three workers, all on their phones, one female asked how I was, after she put her phone down and I was about 10 feet past her. As I walked through the store, I noticed at least two other employees, get off couches, while on their phones, and go directly to the back, out of sight. I knew then, I would not give this business a penny of my money. As I was leaving the store, the only people visible was a female, on her phone, at a desk in the middle of the store, and an employee at the front, who hadn't budged, moved his feet out of the way, or gotten off his phone. Spend your money elsewhere.
Jay greeted is as soon as we walked in, and checked on us periodically as we browsed the store. It took us a few hours to pick out our new couch and coffee table set, and Jay was very helpful looking up prices and availability. He made purchasing new furniture a breeze, and was very kind and patient. Thank you Jay!
I hate coming to this location any time I'm shopping for furniture. The salespeople act like they're suspicious of myself and whomever I'm with, possibly due to dressing extremely casually and being relatively young. They're either staring at us or acting like we simply shouldn't be there. Maybe it's also just try-hard salespeople waiting to pounce but the atmosphere is incredibly uncomfortable to shop in. I've found pieces I really liked but the treatment from employees made us choose other places to purchase from. I won't be back any time soon.

I bought several pieces of furniture in July of 2022. There were 3 issues upon delivery, 2 which were fixed. The third one still is not resolved 3 months later. One of the legs on my end table is still missing a foot, so it is unstable. I’ve emailed 5+ times and even stopped in the store (all they did was email customer service again). This is unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and got almost all new furniture. Ashley was able to help us find what we needed and was very patient with us. He and I are so picky and want different things, but she was able to take the time to show us so many different products the store had and eventually found everything we wanted and more! We took hours bickering over what we wanted with each other, but Ashley was able to help find the perfect things for us that met both of our needs. Ashley was amazing, but unfortunately the whole store takes forever to get the actual furniture pieces to you (which is not her fault at all, it’s a store issue). We are military & new to the area and I honestly did not want to get harassed by any salesman but he was so nice and was very knowledgeable on all of the sales for exactly what we needed. Emily is the sales woman who approached us, she has the perfect personality for this job. Definitely not the sales person we all try to avoid, you know the ones who only care about the sale. Stopped in to look around for furniture for our new house. The selection was great, lots to choose from. The sales consultant Scott helped us out tremendously. We made several trips for different areas of the house, Scott made the process very painless, helped us every step of the way making many laps around the store with us and definitely made long lasting customers. We will be back for sure. On our most recent visit we met Young and he helped us work out great deal on new bed. Staff all around very helpful and accommodating.

I walked in with my family about 3 weeks ago and was greeted by a super nice young man. I was looking for a dresser (specifically a sparkly one). He showed me all the sparkly ones in store but I ended up not getting any because I didn’t like any of them. He was tall, and looked pretty young. I wish I would have gotten his name because he was amazing! (and pretty cute might I add) 🤣

My wife and I recently purchased our new mattress and bedroom set from Younge. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Younge was a real pro and pleasure to deal with. The delivery service was also excellent- real capable fellas made easy work of tough job on super hot day. We did have an issue with glide rail on dresser drawer, but store manager -Younge scheduled service tech Bryan who changed out glide rail and good to go- real smooth, just like dealing with these folks. My wife and I give em 5 Stars for both Sales and Service. Thank You !
Well... nice furniture, so we purchased couple of recling coutches and a nice box spring with a plush mattress. So stands to reason for us to go back to complete our collection. However, there is a problem with their delivery dates..... All-in-all though, nice items and holidays....great prices.
My daughter and son-in-law bought living room furniture from the Davenport IA location. They even purchased the warranty that was recommended. When a board broke on their loveseat they called about the warranty. A rep was sent to their house and they were told it wasn’t included in the warranty. What a bunch of hypocrites. I would not ever recommend this company.

We had found another couch in 2020 from another store that never came in. So we'll got refunded and in May of 2021 we decided to try again at a new store that had way more options. I was set on a sectional that had to be a certain way. We'll after looking the whole store over, we decided to check out couch and loveseat combos. We fell in love with the set we found and it was delivered within 3 weeks, all set up and ready to go. Megan Thieme was our sales lady and she did a wonderful job!

The store is nice and clean and people were friendly but the price is just seemed to be a little off the chart. A little bedside table that we felt that we could find at Big lots on any given day painted silver was $529. Remember this is something with two or three drawers in it. The harder I looked at it the more I kept thinking they were making like a $400 profit on it. Just wasn't enough in the store to wow us and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. We would recommend sticking your head in and then the rest is up to you as you may find something that is right up your alley and money is not an option. We will say there is a scratch and dent area in the back but there was not much back there to entice us and even then the prices were way more than they should be on scratch and dent items.
We had a terrible young sales woman at this location in Davenport last Saturday. Can't remember her name, just know she was the youngest sales person that day. She was not helpful at all, was obviously that she did not want to be working on a Saturday afternoon. Explained what we were looking for and also what we didn't want. She took us directly to what we didn't want. Again I explained what we were looking for. She says we don't have that, not let me check to see if we can possibly get one ordered for you. I should let you know that we have already visited several other furniture store in the last couple weeks. They have all offered to check to see if they could find what we were looking for. Anyway we thanked her and said we were going to browse around the store. We go into the clearance area and we find not one but two of the sofas we are looking for. Now they both have a tag that says that they are sold but ask a sales person to see if we have another one like me. So I ask another sales person if he could call on his headset for the young lady we were dealing with. Just wanted to let her have the sale should we find what we were looking for. She comes back and says " We don't have anymore of either of these ". I ask could she please check to be sure. Nope, she says she knows they don't. Ok, could you possibly check with the other area Ashley furniture stores to see if they might have something like the ones in the clearance area? As so we didn't have to drive around to all of them. Nope, because this store is privately owned and other Ashley furniture stores probably don't sale the same thing they do. By now I am pretty aggravated with her. It was so obvious that all she cared about was getting off work. She didn't want to be there on a Saturday afternoon. I'm thinking she might want to get another job, as a sales person you need to try and help get what the customer wants. So I tell my husband we should go and that I will never buy a thing from this store. So thanks to this young sales woman Ashley furniture you just lost a customer. And my husband and I have already told many people about our experience at this store. And have now bought a sofa from another place. Your sales people are important to your business. You might want to remind them of that if you want to stay in business. A unhappy customer!

I purchased a piece of furniture online from Ashley’s and it’s going to take about 6-8 weeks for the furniture to come in. I decided to get a grasp of what I’m getting delivered, I’d go to the store to see it for myself. 06/12/21 - 10:45am: I walked in and was greeted by a lady at a podium. She asked if she could help me, I explained what I was there for. I could tell instantly that she was bothered that I purchased online rather than the store. She responded “well I don’t know what you bought online” before I even had the chance to tell her. I proceeded to show her the piece of furniture, and she quickly glanced and said no. I’m not sure if she actually even looked it was so fast. She is definitely not someone that should be the first person customers encounter when arriving at the store. I’m considering cancelling my order all together after this very rude interaction.

This was my first time in Ashley HomeStore, and believe that next time I want to find furniture, I will start browsing there when I begin to look.

She helped me over the phone with the purchase of our new TV stand - lucky to get the last one in their inventory and arranged the delivery of same on the day that worked best for us. Also, when I needed help finding some accompanying, but not necessarily matching, end tables - she was on it!! She sent me some ideas right away and we came into the store later and finalized with her. I'm ready to work with her again! Can't wait for our deliveries!

God awful store!! Took 6 mons to rec items tv stand was put together WRONG TWICE! Store manager has no clue whats goin on there and only has worthless apologies to offer for an absolute nightmare of an experience!! I'd sit on milk crates before i would EVER make another purchase from them
Without a doubt one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a company of any type. Update 05/18: We have been contacted by a representative from both Ashley as well as the delivery company to help correct the issues. Will update with final resolution. Update 05/12: Still no reply from the below message/email. Still awaiting repairs for the damage to the home. Update 05/02: Still no reply from the below message/email they asked us to submit to. Update 04/26: After replying they would like to help and emailing the provided address, even they have yet to reply for any further assistance. Great customer service all around.... Original Review: We purchased our furniture (bedroom set) on 02/07/2021 with it being delivered on 02/27/2021, definitely no complaints there as it was far quicker than expected and the first round of delivery guys were great and didn't cause any problems at all. That is the only reason for an additional star, but... 2 of the 4 pieces of our furniture had issues from the start, both were problems with finishes, handles, etc. of the drawers. We immediately called customer service about having this corrected. We asked for them to simply replace the drawers and were told at the time "no, we have to entirely replace the items". We found this odd but agreed since it appeared to be the only option. The 2 new items were then delivered on 03/19/2021 and during this process the flooring in our entryway was damaged (two rips in the linoleum) and multiple scrapes/scuffs on the newly painted walls in our stairwell. Along with the home damage, the two new items that were delivered, yet again, had issues. We, again immediately called about both the damage to the home and the new furniture having problems. This time we were told "if there are problems with the drawers we can fix/replace them", despite having been told that wasn't an option before. We were then also told a person with the warehouse would contact us to fix the damage to the home. We did not hear from anyone at the warehouse until 03/24 who stated that their contractor would be in touch with us. We then didn't hear from the contractor until 03/30 via telephone with them stopping to 'assess' the damage on 04/01. They stated they would purchase paint to fix the issues with the walls, and look into finding the linoleum to replace it. While waiting to hear back from the warehouse/contractor, the new drawer arrived and a tech came to replace it (04/16). The new drawer doesn't match the finish of the set and you can definitely tell it was replaced but we're over dealing with it so are just going to let it go at this point as we imagine they would want to replace the furniture yet again. As of 04/16 we still had not heard from the contractor so I called and left a voicemail. As of 04/19 we still had not heard back from the contractor so we emailed the warehouse. We received a call then on 04/20 from the contractor stating they had been busy and explaining our linoleum wasn't available and asking what we would like to do (replace vs. repair). I stated I needed to discuss with my wife, and then called them back later that day. Today is now 04/22 and they have not returned my calls nor answered when I have called yet again. Paying $3000+ for a bedroom set we had hoped for a slightly better experience and definitely better quality. We can say without doubt we will never shop at Ashley again and will be sure to inform anyone we know to avoid Ashley at all costs. This all could have been avoided if someone had simply allowed for the drawers to be fixed after the initial delivery.

Went in today to purchase a couch. We worked with Megan and she was amazing!!! I had one in mind walking in, but Megan, noticing that we had three sons with us and, pointed us in a better direction. She was honest and explained to me my better options as far as durability and fabric type that could withstand our growing boys and their messes! Very excited to receive our couch in less than two weeks!!!
I recently bought a new living room set, and Megan was very accommodating and patient. I kept changing my mind, but she didn't rush me. She answered all of my questions and printed up the pieces I was considering so that I could think about them before deciding.
I purchased my recliners in March 2019. I was advised that the platinum protection plan would cover mechanisms. I realize the changing port is not exactly what makes the chair recline but its apart of it. Now it doesnt work and its not covered in the plan i purchased, imagine that!! I spent a lot of money on my furniture and 2 years later something isn't working or covered.

Ashley Furniture saved the day!! With just a few days until my due date with our first baby, we were still waiting on a nursery rocker/recliner from another company that was supposed to have arrived 3 months ago. Feeling anxious about not having anywhere comfortable to nurse the baby, I went out on a mission looking for a chair that I'd be able to purchase and take home within the same week. Jay at Ashley helped me find the PERFECT reclining rocking chair, on clearance! When he looked it up and said it was out of stock, I knew my luck was too good to be true. He saw that I was disappointed (and nearly 40 weeks pregnant) and made a call to his boss to see if we could take the floor model. Sure enough, he said yes!! Pretty disheartened as we were looking for products made in the US specifically and to no avail. We did end up gmfindinf what we were after at a local Amish store there are some good looking pieces of furniture but from past experiences here, our furniture really started to decline after the one year warranty was up and replacement parts were astronomical. After combing the original cost and replacement costs, we could have purchased a true quality product made here in America and this time we have

My Sister and I spent the day shopping for a new fireplace entertainment stand for a Christmas present to our parents. Upon arriving at the store we were greeted by Megan Thieme who helped us find the perfect one! She was incredibly nice, professional, an overall great person to work with, and definitely a great asset to Ashely Furniture. She was not high pressured at all, had no problem answering any questions or looking up anything for us. We came to the store a total of three times as we were shopping around trying to find the best deal and overall the best fit for our space. In the end we could have gone with a cheaper option, but spending a little extra money for the far better quality piece, and most importantly, the great customer service, was a no brainer after working with some other people at different stores who did not care or show the professionalism Megan showed. Everyone we encountered at Ashley was super nice, friendly and helpful and we are grateful for their help. Ashley did it again. We revieve a coupon in the mail for $50.00 off any order over $100.00. No whwre on the coupon does it state excludes anything, just $50.00 off a $100.00 purchase. We arrive atvthe store with cpupon in hand, with the goal of purchasing lamps for our new home. Salesperson comes up and asks us how she can help. We explain to her we have a coupon and would like to use it on some lighting for our home. We know we can not use the coupon online as that is clearly stated on the coupon. She allows us to look we find a set of lamps we like we tell the salesperson we would like to purchase them. She takes them to the counter rings us up after 10 minutes of having log in issues with the computer. She tells us our total, we remind her of our coupon, she pjones someone asking if we cannuse the coupon. The person on the other side of the phone line states we can not use it on accessories. I ask for the coupon back. I read and reread the coupon inform the salesperson no where on the coupon does it state that. She asks if we still want the lamps and i say no and walk out. Final draw for Ashley furniture, after having no customer service again. We have a house to fill with furniture, we have spent a couple of grand thus far with Ashley, after this no thank you. Lazyboy will continue to get our business, a bit higher pricing but great quality furniture, on time delivery and overall great customer service.
Have always bought furniture through Ashley. With last order bought 2 bedroom sets with mattresses even. Purchased a furniture protection warranty with Guardian. The cost was 300. Warranty was to cover everything. Even water damage to wood. Unfortunately my daughters furniture in her room got damaged. Guardian claimed since our purchased they have changed their policy. Spoke with manager Young at Ashley and regional manager Tom on what Guardian was doing to me. Young called me and said we have credit your account for the loss of the 2 dressers Guardian is refusing to cover. Plus they refunded me my 300 for the warranty I purchased. Ashley went above and beyond for me. I will always purchase furniture there. I also was given 40% off the dinning set I decided to purchase when I went in to replace my daughters bedroom set. 5 star business! Amazing customer service.
I went to every place in the quad cities and ended up working with Mariah at this location. She might be new but she knew her stuff. Helped me find a living room set after a house fire. Her and the manager Young (weird name/cool dude) were great to work with. I won't go anywhere else for my home needs.

Our entire house is furnished with Ashley products, so we have had the opportunity to meet quite a few salespeople ranging from excellent to not so stellar. We were very pleased with the service we received from Bobby Dowd. Bobby was patient and professional with our most recent purchase of a bedroom set. I would have to say our experience with Bobby is one of the best experiences at Ashley to date.
I really loved the furniture I picked out on 8/28/20. I was told I it would be dropped delivered on 9/9/20. I called and checked on the status and apparently they said it was never scheduled for delivery. So now I have no furniture and the next delivery 9/23 or find someone to pick up. So disappointed this will most certainly be my last interaction with this store.
Megan Thieme (at the Davenport Iowa store) is an absolute rockstar! She has gone above and beyond with communication about our furniture during this crazy time right now. She has been readily available to answer all questions (even the dumb ones LOL) and when we went in to schedule the delivery of our family room furniture.....we walked out purchasing a bedroom set too, she is that good! There was not pressure but it was something we were needing and the price was right. If you visit this store I would definitely work with her, she will be our consultant from her on out.
Great prices and great salesman, however overall communication has been poor to nothing. Ordered many pieecs for our new home. We were told a date when the furniture would arrive, with the understannding of CoVid, we knew it would be longer. 6 weeks tovthe date we were suppsoed to get the furniture, no phone call or returned calls to the messages we left. Went to the store confronted the salesman and he was very apologetic. Returned our delivery fee and delivered the pieces of furniture that were in. We were given another date to when the rest of our furniture would be in. Delivery robo called stating furniture would be dleivered in 10 15 minutes.....Delivery guys show up with only 2 of the 4 pieces, delivery guys give info stating we should have received a call. Bottom line, Ashley will take your money and forget about the customer, they provide no communciation or keep u informed as a customer to what is going on with your furnitute. We understand there are back orders and with the pandemic deliveries will be slow, with thatbin mind do not give delivery dates and assurance furniture will be there.Goingnon 10 weeeks and still dont have our complete sets.

I never give online reviews, but Jay at Ashley's warrants one! He provided fantastic service when I began looking at couches for my new home. I made an error in measurements and unfortunately wasn't able to fit the sectional I purchased by a couple of inches after waiting a few weeks for it ship in. I called to give him the bad news, and Jay immediately had me come into the store and helped find a perfect replacement that was already in shop and ready to deliver. Even though it was my mistake on the measurement, he factored the expense of the initial couch into the replacement. I plan to come back to this Ashley for future furniture shopping because of Jay's great customer service!
We came in to Ashley looking for a sofa, we were met by Young Shreves. He was so helpful and made us feel right at home, offering us choices and giving us ideas to what we could purchase. We purchased a sofa but it wasn't a good fit for us so went back to Ashley and Young was incredibly helpful and we changed the sofa. Thank you. We ordered bedroom furniture, again with the help and expertise from Young. He kept us informed on delivery times and nothing was too much trouble. We have been back in to Ashley to get lights and bedding and again Young helped us again. Always have fun. Great experience. Thank you.
Only ask for Young. I almost went out of town after calling all the furniture stores in the QC and even after speaking with the rude sales manager over the phone at Davenport Ashley twice prior a day before I spoke with Young. We needed ASAP bc I let my husband pick furniture for once bc “he never gets to pick”. Well, we ended up with a cute but rock hard sectional he bought online. So bad our tiny dogs wouldn’t even touch it. LBVS! I almost bought from the coralville Ashley store, until I tried one last call and spoke to Young who was extremely helpful with sending pics and answering my questions. I found the one I wanted with his help and bought it right away over the phone bc no one wants to risk 3 toddlers in a furniture store. I even paid the asking price (Which never happens). I didn’t even attempt negotiating, bc I felt he deserved any and all the commission of the sale for jumping to the challenge when I asked him to work out of the box. If nothing else for his kindness and work ethic which made up for the sales managers lack of respect and human decency you would expect to receive when trying to spend your husband’s money, especially during a pandemic. Hopefully, the sales manager will take notes from Young bc Most, women will pay whatever it takes to be comfortable and the bonus of keeping the “picking” status of the home. Not to mention most men will spend whatever it takes to keep their wives from complaining and nagging at them after a long days work.
Finally, about to receive my couch tomorrow so I cannot speak about the delivery process. However, my time with Ashley has been frustrating. I went into the Ashley store about 7 weeks ago and they had great deals on their couches (almost all of them were 40% off) so I purchased one. The salesman gives me a 2-4 week ETA and all was well. 4 weeks pass, and I haven't heard anything from Ashley. So I have to call THEM and they tell me they have no idea why the salesman told me 2-4 weeks it should have been 3-5. Another week goes by so its the end of the 5th week. Guess what? Once again didn't hear anything so I call them. Turns out that the manufacturing facility is bottle necked and they tell me Mid-July, but there is a shipment coming in later that week so it could be in soon. Just to segway off of that statement, it was almost as if they had no idea what was coming in on their delivery trucks, like it was a guessing game and a surprise to what furniture they were getting. In this day and age I don't see how they couldn't know what furniture they are receiving on a delivery. Turns out my couch was on that delivery and I should get it tomorrow. My main issue is that Ashley never once reached out to me to let me know that the ETA is going to be longer than what I was told and that I always had to reach out to them. Not good customer relations if you ask me. I also understand a pandemic is going on and that wait times are longer, but instead of just repeatedly telling me one more week I would have been happier being told a longer wait time from the start rather than just telling me one more week.

UPDATE! Just got done talking to Young Shreves, store manager at the Davenport store and he was able to resolve this problem for us in a few minutes. We now have the exact furniture we wanted, ordered through our local store along with the backing of a truly wonderful sales and support team. Thank you to Young for his gracious assistance and exemplary customer service! We ordered a $3000 bedroom set online because the store was closed due to COVID 19. What a mistake! The nightstand arrived via UPS, in a Penske truck with a driver who couldn't get it off the truck because it was too heavy and she didn't have a dolly. Then we find out the top corner is smashed. We have spent three days on the phone trying to resolve this situation (3 1/2 hours so far, still holding). Have talked to five people who have promised to get us to a manager. We've been disconnected twice, have gotten no response to the email they requested with pictures of the damage and are no closer to resolving this situation than we were three days ago. Waited all day yesterday for an online response to our text, were promised an agent would be right with us but literally 13 hours later, no response. Other stores usually are sure to get a call back number, or check back with you when you're on hold. I am furious! Thinking about cancelling the rest of the order after hearing others issues with damaged furniture.

Sales person Megan was awesome but communication as a company is lacking. We were suppose to have a sectional, ottoman, a couch, and another ottoman delivered. All were in stock (which was a big deal and didnt order a different couch because it was back ordered) and spoke to a delivery scheduler while in store. Scheduled delivery for 5 days later as it was the soonest they could deliver. No worries right?... come Wednesday we get a call. One of the ottomans is not in stock and wouldn&'t come in until the following week. Okay... that&'s fine I guess as long as we get our couch. Well, delivery truck showed up and there were two ottomans and one couch. The other couch (sectional) not on the truck. When questioning the delivery guys (one in particular) he said &"you can call them when we are done-we are a long way from home and want to finish&". The other two gentlemen were very nice but Father Time (as he will be known) was rude. Get a different job if you don&'t like it. They showed up in a enterprise truck and basically contracted out by Ashley Furniture. We called the store and customer service to get an answer as to what happened. One person said it was damaged upon arrival and another person said it missed the transfer. We called both Friday and Saturday and was told the person that knew what happened would return Monday. I am surprised for Ashley being such a big company that they rely on ONE person to know anything. Sales person Megan was awesome but communication as a company is lacking. We were suppose to have a sectional, ottoman, a couch, and another ottoman delivered. All were in stock (which was a big deal and didnt order a different couch because it was back ordered) and spoke to a delivery scheduler while in store. Scheduled delivery for 5 days later as it was the soonest they could deliver. No worries right?... come Wednesday we get a call. One of the ottomans is not in stock and wouldn't come in until the following week. Okay... that's fine I guess as long as we get our couch. Well, delivery truck showed up and there were two ottomans and one couch. The other couch (sectional) not on the truck. When questioning the delivery guys (one in particular) he said "you can call them when we are done-we are a long way from home and want to finish". The other two gentlemen were very nice but Father Time (as he will be known) was rude. Get a different job if you don't like it. They showed up in a enterprise truck and basically contracted out by Ashley Furniture. We called the store and customer service to get an answer as to what happened. One person said it was damaged upon arrival and another person said it missed the transfer. We called both Friday and Saturday and was told the person that knew what happened would return Monday. I am surprised for Ashley being such a big company that they rely on ONE person to know anything. They lie to your face about what the warranty will cover, and then when you try to use the warranty they tell you that it is not covered.

I had purchased my bedroom Set from the Moline Ashley furniture only to never get the furniture and find out it was on backorder. I then went to Elmore location and was helped by Young Shreves. Young was able to help me and get my furnitures delivered within four days of my order. Great customer service. I highly recommend Young at the Elmore Ave Ashley Furniture location.

I worked With Young and I’ve never had a better customer service experience. He was quick with all my answers and wasn’t pushy to make a sale. I would trust him to work with my mom or grandma! I have been there recently on two separate occasions seeking a new sectional for my living room. Out with the old in with the new! Both of the employees I encountered were fantastic! (Bobby and Young). Not only did they help me narrow down the one I'm going to get (Nantahala) they also made sure I knew I had options for colors which I didnt even realize! Ashley furniture off Elmore is our go to for our store furniture. Not only is the quality superior to most other shops but the price is absolutely unbeatable. We ordered 3 couches for our gaming lounge in our shop and have received nothing but positive reviews from our customers on comfort and quality. A couple have actually went and purchased the same couch set for their own home! The manager Young takes care of us everytime we come in the shop. Bought a sectional and two recliners from Ashley. Was told 2-4 weeks delivery time. They didn't show up for 6 weeks. When they did show up the sectional had a HUGE tear down the arm of it. My salesman said they'd have to get a new one made and would take another 2 weeks. When the furniture showed up, it wasn't packaged in any plastic, or boxes. It was even dusty when they brought it off the truck. My wife ordered a cabinet to match the furniture online. It just arrived today, and has also been damaged. A huge chunk of wood knocked off by what looks to be a the size of a metal bar. So 2 orders, 100% damaged products. 2 Thumbs down.
My husband and I stopped in looking for a sectional couch and a few other things. Alyssa was just inside the door to greet us with a friendly smile and warm hello. We told her what we were looking for specifically, and she knew the store so well she had a few options in mind for us to look at, and took us around to see them. Never pushy and very nice. Even gave us time to ourselves a few times to talk alone. We left the store to look at some other places but ultimately loved the choice Ashley Furniture had. Stopped back the next day and we asked if it was possible to move a couple pieces around so we could see how they looked together and Alyssa was very accommodating. We absolutely loved our shopping experience with her and how genuinely caring and kind she was.

Horrible is all I can say. We were given time of 2-4 weeks for Delivery from the time of order. Its 2 days left to complete 4 weeks and the furniture has still not hit the warehouse. Its amazing to even talk to the sales guy who tells me he is not sure why its taking so long. Cancelling my order with store. Will never ever step foot here again.

I'm not going to list my sales person's name because I don't think it's his fault. It's very annoying to be followed throughout the store and not be able to shop on your own. Plus, the order was never placed and now I have to wait another week to get it. Maybe. Invest in technology (to fix the order issue) and change your sales process and I might try Ashley again.

I went to Ashley Home store on Elmore Avenue to buy a hide-a-bed couch for my loft apartment I paid $800 with delivery fee cash money I moved into my apartment on Friday they were to deliver on Saturday when the delivery team showed up they refused to take it off the truck because there was stairs and they said it wouldn't fit in my elevator without even giving it a try so I call Ashley HomeStore to get my refund and they're telling me I have to wait a week for them to send me a check through the mail ridiculous so now I get to sleep on the floor for a week and they don't seem to care at all

I purchased furniture from this store, during the delivery there was unfortunate damage caused in my home by the delivery personnel. I was immediately made to feel as though everything was going to be taken care of by them, that same day, after speaking to their direct manager. Over the next 10 days I was given the run around by EVERYONE employed by Ashley Furniture, customer service, management in the store, management outside of the store. I was eventually compensated after 10 days, I am amazed that I was finally compensated, however after the nightmarish unnecessary experience I was put through, I would NEVER recommend to anyone to shop this store, or any of their stores. If you read any reply that they might attach to this review about them being sorry about my experience, you can believe me that they are lying. They made my furniture buying experience with them, the worst I have ever had.
Only person who greeted me was at the door when I enter the building was looking for a table to sit next to my furniture was walking around with a tape measure. You would think a sales person would ask if they could help me but they were all too busy sitting around talking or staring at their phones so I ended up leaving and took my business to furniture row which I really didn’t want to go their but I don’t feel my money was wanted here.

Another store in town couldn't get the same type of bed into my apartment so they took it back. Wouldn't even try to turn it around so they could get it in. It took them over an hour to decide they weren't going to bring it in. The district manager even came over to check out the situation as they had 2 others they couldn't get into homes that day. Something is wrong with this picture! Anyway, Ashley Furniture people are the best! A big thank you to them! PS. They were on time and very courteous as well!

Dell did a fantastic job helping my parents find 2 new power recliners for my mom's upcoming surgery! He even understood when we went to a few other places and eventually came back to Ashley because nothing could beat their deals! They eventually decided on a power loveseat and couldn't be happier! I RESEARCHED THE RECLINER FROM ALL RETAILERS IN DAVENPORT I FAVORED. ASHLY BECAUSE THEY HAD THE BEST SELECTION. ALL REVIEWS POINTED ME TOWARDS THE BLAIRSTOWN POWER ROCKER AND RECLINER. IT HAD A 4.8 OUT OF 5.0 FOR 27 REVIEWS. I ORDERED IT AND PAID FOR IT. I WAS A LITTLE SUPRISED THEY CHARGED FOR DELIVERY AND SETUP. HOWEVER I AM RECOVERERING FROM SURGERY SO I HAVE NO OPTION. THERE IS A LONG 2 WEEK WAIT UNTIL DELIVERY 6/27/19. DOING A REVIEW RIGHT NOW THAT THE EMAIL REQUESTED IS PREMATURE. WHEN I GET THE RECLINER IN MY RESIDENCE I WILL REVIEW THIS AGAIN. 6/27 delivered. After having a house fire, I needed to replace literally EVERYTHING. From rugs, to beds, to end tables, you name it. I went to a few different local, and even big name stores, and ultimately ended up at Ashley. Erich and staff were/are AMAZING. After telling them my story, he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, at prices that were almost too good to be true. He never tried to upsell anything, and actually, talked me off the ledge of a couple of things that weren't necessary. He actually took the time to get to know me, and my likes/dislikes and from there, I will now have a furnished house of furniture that I LOVE. I cannot even begin to tell you what a weight off of my shoulders this has been. When you are so overwhelmed, it's nice to have a "big" store actually care, and go that extra mile for you. I'll never go anywhere else!!
I am giving Jamie 5 stars. She helped me decide out of 3 different sectionals, which one was right for me. Back and forth I went, she was very patient and accommodating, while measuring and pricing. I even texted her the next day with additional questions. I came in today and completely changed my mind and went with something totally different. I just wanted to take a moment and share with you how disappointed I am with my experience with your product and Davenport Store. My husband and I bought a 3 piece living room set and was told that we would be getting BRAND NEW still in the warehouse pieces not the floor models. We also ordered a kitchen table and chairs which was on back order and the sales person said it would be in 2-4 but said normally it comes in 2. 5 Weeks later and we were still waiting so we canceled the table and chair (found the exact dame ones at Homemakers in Des Moines for about 150.00 less). We then had the "new" furniture delivered. When delivered none of the headrests on the couch or love seat worked. So I called customer service immediately and they after waiting for another sofa to arrive sent us new ones 2 weeks later. When they came to exchange them they discovered that the installers didn't plug the tops in but I still had them change them out and am glad we did. Our "New" loveseat we orginally got had a "pop" when you sat in it, JUST like the floor model one we tried at the store. (WEIRD since we supposedly didn't buy the floor model) then as the gentleman were moving the sofa out the mover said that it looked like the motor was coming loose on the couch. Now that same day I started to compare the TRUE NEW ones with the chair we still had to discover it was VERY LOUD compared to the new and that the head rest lagged when compared to the other ones. So when I called they sent a technician out who came. SURE ENOUGH the motor on the head rest is broken now too. So I am just wondering how something "new" could have so many issues? So he ordered it and has been sitting in the box waiting 3 weeks for the installer to come (soonest HE could do it, that was the first available date they had)... I emailed these issues to customer care and a week later got a email saying they would send to the local store and someone would contact me and if I hadn't heard anything to call the 1800 number....gave the store 4 days then I called the number 2 weeks ago. When I talked to them they said that the person they needed to talk to was in meetings and they would get back to me. 2 WEEKS LATER and I am still waiting! That is one LONG meeting! Sorry to say I doubt we will be using or recommending your store to anyone in the future.

I purchased a sofa late February - got a great deal! Since I am in school, I was told that I could put payments on the sofa, and it would be delivered in 3-5 weeks (which I was fine with). I was NOT told that my couch wouldn't be "ordered" until the payment was complete. Now, a month into not having a couch, I had to wait 4 more weeks for the couch to be delivered. April 3rd, the couch arrives to my apartment and it's the WRONG couch/orientation. I called the office immediately and my salesperson apologized for the mistake (I guess I wasn't clear enough with what arm-facing piece I wanted). The same day the couch arrived, I ordered the new one (April 3rd). As I write this post, it is May 14th, and I am STILL without the correct couch. I called the warehouse to check to see if the couch arrived, it did, and am confused as to why I wasn't notified the moment it got to the store (when I got a voicemail the previous week stating they would notify me immediately). Now it won't be delivered until May 23rd. I am floored with the customer service, employee-to-customer communication, and turn-around on orders. I understand these are "special orders", but waiting 3+ months for a couch is absurd.
Great looking products. They asked me to review 3 weeks before I even receive what I purchased. They told me it would be 3-5 weeks before I get it, but tomorrow is 5 weeks. I called them because they haven't contacted me and they told me it would be 2 more weeks. It's ridiculous and poor customer service. Edit: It's now been 7 weeks and I emailed their support on the 23rd of April like they requested. I haven't received an email back and my wife called our sales person who wasn't at work today but he stated "oh I thought I called you" (he didn't). I wish I could give zero stars right now. Seriously the worst shipping company I've encountered.

Salesperson good but had a tv stand makerd down when want to buy it. They said out of stock wait 4 to 5 weeks. Mgr would not sell the one there. Said may have 15 people see it want to buy. If 15 people are looking at it YOU would know it was out of stock and order a couple? Note we also had a chair and bedfoom set that we were going to purchase. That when elsewhere.
We were ready for some new furniture! Our visit was great! Ashley had so many pieces of furniture to look at! Loved it! The store was set up into living spaces which made it easy to find what we were looking for. Bill helped us put together what we needed. We spent a lot of time with him and he was enjoyable to work with!
My shopping experience at the Davenport store was very pleasant but I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication! I ordered my furniture on 2/28/19. After about 2 weeks had passed, I realized that no one had contacted me regarding the delivery of my furniture which prompted me to call. I received my my sofa about 2 weeks ago and I just received my loveseat yesterday. I paid for my furniture in full at the time of purchase and I chose Ashley Furniture because of the superb quality. I would've rated 5 stars but communication needs to be better. I waited 5 weeks for furniture which I feel is an absurd amount of time, especially when I was not informed of the furniture being on back order. Please do better with communication!!!
Staff was courteous and helpful! Mr Thompson worked very hard to answer all our questions and help us find just what we were looking for in a dining set. We choose a counter height table with six chairs and the price great with a 50% off. By the way, counter height dining is perfect for older people with knee problems. Our truck was quickly and efficiently loaded and the next day our new dining table and chairs was sitting beautifully in our home.

Great service and facility. I actually started at a different Ashley store and was not happy with service so I figured I would try a different location, much happier with the service I received at this location. Great furniture options, great financing options available it needed. They offered 0% for 24 months. Found a couple real leather sofas and quality made tables to go with and all have a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty so I feel pretty good about recommending this place.

We Walked in this massive multi million dollar store. 4 staff at the reception area were playing around and making so much noise it was like they were having a party and ignored us. We walked around the corner, 2 staff were rubbing each other as if they were going to make out in front of us and ignored us, the next member of staff we walked past was face timing with 2 phones walking around, also ignored us, the last guy we passed didnt even look up, he was sat at a desk listening to music through his earpods!!! U.S. CUSTOMER SERVICE....WELL YOU CAN STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DONT SHINE IF THATS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT!
we came to buy a bedroom set and possibility of a living room set.not one person greeted us or offered to help us got tired of waiting on service.we have money to spend elsewhere.their loss
Update: We did receive a call about our experience and they have agreed to make it right. Happy with the outcome. Original post: I’ll start with the sales experience. I’d say we were satisfied with that part of the experience. Our sales person was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. From there it went downhill. The wait to get our furniture was 6.5 weeks when we were told 5 weeks max. The delivery was scheduled from 10 to 1 so I went in to work early and used my lunch to try to avoid losing too much time off work. That was a waste, they finally arrived just before 3:30, no calls from them. Now, 3 weeks in, our recliner is horribly squeaky and I’m not satisfied. Guess what? They have a 7-day return policy but they can send someone out to repair it. Wow! That’s customer satisfaction at it’s best! I don’t want it if it’s already having issues. That’s a good sign it’s junk. I’ll go ahead and give you my order number now since every one of your low score reviews asks the same automated response. Order #35520708

Didn't have some of what I was looking for but overall a decent furniture store.
I had the WORST experience with Ashley. If I could give them negative stars I would. I was supposed to get my furniture delivered this last Saturday. My allotted time slot was 8-11 AM. I received a call at 7:40 AM that I would be the 2nd stop. Then I received a call at 11AM that they were on the way. I then watched the truck drive by and got a call saying there wasn't a spot so they'd be back at 2PM. Then I heard NOTHING- no call and they never showed up. I could not believe it. I notified my sales associate at 7:45PM and he said he'd see what he could find out. The next day Sunday, I was told they "forgot" to call me back after they spoke to the police who said they couldn't park on the street which was a LIE. Cars were parked on the street all day and night. Every time I talked to the associate I had to call myself and it was apparent that they weren't very concerned about this. I expected that I would get information on Monday. After I heard nothing I called the store and asked to speak to the manager but was told he was busy. Then my sales associate called and actually said to me: I know you want to talk to the manager but there's nothing we can do for you and you just have to wait for delivery to call you to let you know your options. I asked what my options were because I wanted my furniture immediately and he said that isn't possible because delivery won't be able to deliver it for several days. I was furious- I should have a had a call from the manager saying how sorry they were and a resolution to how they would make this better. I ended up canceling the entire order. Even that didn't seem to phase them. They clearly do not care about their customers. I then got a passive aggressive voicemail from the store manager saying that he's sorry I was having so much trouble but there's really nothing he can do but to call back if I wanted. This company is so unprofessional and inappropriate. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as well as telling every single person about their horrible customer service. I wasted so much time on them- first about 4 hours when I ordered the furniture, 12 hours waiting for them on Saturday and the all day Sunday and Monday trying to figure out how to fix their mistake.

When I returned, Julisa made the ordering process easy and quick. Explained the warranty very well. The delivery was great and took just minutes to bring into my house. I recently purchased a sofa from AshleyHomeStore with the assistance of Misty. There is a wide selection to choose from and I appreciated being greeted at the door by Misty who then allowed me to browse without hovering but always easily available to answer all of my questions. Misty was very helpful in helping me with the right color and style I wanted and communicating with me about the expected delivery date! The purchasing process went very smooth. I would certainly return for future furniture purchases and definitely request Misty!!
Dear Ashley, my review is for the Store in Moline and about your sales rep James. If wasn't for James I'm not sure if I would have made the dining room set purchase that we put on lay away. James did not chase us around the store, but he did let us know that he wouldn't be too far if we needed him. I found him so funny and talkative, see I'm like that too so we kind of clicked. He knows his product and if he didn't know he would go and find out for us. Because of James and how he made us feel so comfortable, at the right place at the right time. From now on if James is working at your Moline store I will only shop at Ashley. P.S. you do have some of the most gorgeous furniture.

My husband and I went to look for some living room accessories for our home and was greeted from a sales man named Daniel Niebruegge. He went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. We would recommend not only the furniture store but him as your to go guy. He has a great personality and helped us out with great customer service. We will use him next time we shop there.
