I was not aware Ashey sold sheets. However, my experience with wool have always showed me it is one of the best materials to use to stay comfortable hot or cold. Derrick was nice and not pushy. Can’t wait to try our sheets.

I only worked with Ashely but the whole experience was great she answered all the questions we had and provided updates frequently in the silvery process. Great experience!

I had an awesome experience with Ashley at your store when needing to buy a new mattress with adjustable base and a new sectional. The sectional took work to find details from corporate as it was the last one of a discontinued item and Ashley went above and beyond to get answers and put the whole sectional together. Plus, she was very helpful and patient in assisting to select a new mattress as this can be a strange process with all of the choices. Great job!!

We had an issue with our furniture but The Store Manager Brad was very helpful! He greeted us at the store and showed us some nice pieces of furniture and we agreed on a set and he exchanged them for us with no delivery charge! He listened to us and was very understanding ! We had a great experience at the Dubuque store! We brought our energetic little boys, which can be stressful, but the staff made us feel welcome. I contacted Ashley out of desperation, having a sofa on back order for several weeks at a different online company giving me the runaround. Brad picked up the phone and went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond to walk me through the in-stock options and coordinate a last minute shipping to their warehouse for pickup in a matter of days. He took the time to understand our design constraints, looked at pictures of what we were looking to replace, and found us the perfect replacement that arrives within our timeframe, and stayed available while I coordinated cancellation with the other comapny. We are forever grateful and really look forward to working with him again!!

I was greeted by a young lady with a friendly smile when I walked into Ashley furniture she asked if she could help me look for something. I let her know that I was just looking. After I circled around the store and was about to leave a certain dining room table caught my eye. Taking a closer look she approached me a second time and asked if I was still doing ok and if I saw something I liked. I told her yes but the table wasn’t the color or the length I wanted. She listened to my request and was able to help me immediately. The table I wanted came in a dark brown & the length, as well as w/17” added length. It took me one day to decide. I walked in on Saturday & purchased on Sunday. I didn’t hesitate to get the delivery & setup. I’m excited to receive my new dining room table and chairs from Ashley before the holidays and I owe it all to - Home Furnishings Consultant Ashley “TY” 😊

Went to Ashley Furniture in Dubuque,Iowa. Derrick, Assistant Manager helped us with our purchase. It was on sale with no return. We got it home and noticed a crack in the wood. Called and sent pics and Derrick called us and said we could get a new one that they have in stock for a small amount more. And they will deliver it and take the damaged one back. Service at the store was great but when we received our couch it was completely scraped up and holes all over(see pictures) I called them to let them know of the condition of the couch and they assured me a new couch will be ordered ASAP and delivered to me. Well 7 weeks later I called them again to ask when my new couch will be coming and they didn’t have anything on file and didn’t reorder a new couch. Very frustrating and have had multiple issues with them. Would not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture in Dubuque.

I have had 2 wonderful experiences with Ashley Anderson at the Dubuque Ashley furniture store! A few years ago, she helped me find a bedroom set for my daughter. She made it easy and painless! I just love my purchase! My other experience was just recently. Ashley was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as very patient with me, while I looked for the perfect bedroom set for my son! Since my son‘s room wasn’t going to be completed (being constructed) for a couple months, I had to figure out delivery down the road. When I contacted her about it, not only did she eagerly help me with getting things situated for delivery, but also got me taken care of when decided to add more to my order (over the phone since I could not come in)…AND it was her day off!!! I couldn’t be happier with her service, kindness and making me feel like not-a-bother. Thank you so much Ashley!

After a difficult encounter with the Cedar Falls Ashley Store I called the Dubuque Store and spoke with Richie. He was extremely helpful and I was able to order the set that I wanted over the phone with him. I paid for my furniture over the phone. I can’t speak for the entire Ashley sales staff but Brad has been a huge help to us at Ashley. He listened and responded to our needs for a new mattress 8 years ago when he sold us our first Stearns and Foster. He left Ashley Furniture for about a year but is back and we are glad to see him. He helped us pick out a new mattress this weekend and we are so excited to have it delivered. Our needs have changed and he made finding a new mattress simple. We are so glad he’s back! We purchased a bedroom set last year as well as new bar stools. We recently purchased living room furniture. Each time we dealt with Ashley. She was absolutely wonderful. She let us browse on our own and was not pushy at all. We visited Ashley yesterday to begin our search for perfect family room furniture. As we have purchased other pieces from Ashley, we were hopeful that we’d find just the right set. They promised delivery today on our new living room set, so we had our old furniture hauled away. Called this morning to see what time it was coming and find out our delivery has been cancelled. No notification of any kind. They say the couch is on back order. They offer no resolution and tell me it will be a few days before a manager can get in touch with me. Now I get to sit in an empty living room until they figure out what they are doing and make it right. No offer of anything to help rectify this. Our choices are to wait until they get it together or cancel our order and start shopping for furniture all over again while we sit on the floor. Absolutely horrible. We paid up front for the entire thing so now we’re just plain out of luck I guess. Buyer beware.

I stopped by a different furniture store in Dubuque and every piece came from a different location and if you ordered anything like a different color, it took 2-6 months to get. Went to Ashley furniture to start the search of assisting my legally blind grandmother in her very first mattress purchase. Upon entering the store we were immediately met by staff who directed us to the proper location and introduced us to Brad Davis. Brad was fantastic! Knowledgeable, personable, patient, and went above and beyond. Austin and Cody were on time, polite, kind, tidy, and professional. They even assembled the bed frame for us! Huge thanks to Brad for making my dreaded task of mattress shopping so easy and Austin and Cody for making moving and installing the mattress stress free!

Shopping at the Dubuque Iowa location is an outstanding experience. The excel in customer service, always helpful and never feeling pressured to make a purchase. Their sales model of being a support team rather than a salesman and pressuring, makes the experience more pleasant and I am more likely to return to make another purchase. Because of this sales model, I have returned to make more purchases from this store, rather than sending my daughters to the Cedar Falls location. I have also brought friends to the store who have complimented on the service we received. It makes for a much more relaxed experience, rather than feeling pressured to make a purchase, big or small. Brad, Kyle and Derrick have always given me service that is above and beyond.

We purchased a dining room table, among other pieces of furniture. Our puppy chewed up one of the legs (our problem, our fault), so I ordered a new leg in January. They were to ship it directly to me, and I gave them my new address because we had moved since the last purchase. They told me it would be roughly 4-6 weeks. Ok. Well after 4-6 weeks, they had charged my credit card for it but no table leg, so I called to inquire. They sent it to my old address, even after I told them it needed to be changed. So they said a new leg would have to be made and it would be another 4-6 weeks. Ok fine. Over 6 weeks later, still no table leg. So I called again and was told I would have it sometime in June. Ok fine. Then come August, still no table leg! I called AGAIN for the millionth time and was told it was in, they are waiting for a tech to come to my house to put the table leg on, even after I had told them to ship it to me! I asked why no one called to let me know it was in so then I could have told them again for the millionth time to ship it. They couldn't tell me why but they couldn't help me now because I needed to call customer care....so I tried, but couldn't get through for 3 days in a row. Called back to Ashley's and they said they would put a ticket in for someone to call me back within 1-2 business days. Still never happened and still no table leg, yet I paid for it over 8 months ago!!! This is unacceptable and I will never purchase from there again.

These salespeople are zero pressure. The store has great quality and great prices.

We had a great experience today at the Ashley’s HomeStore in Dubuque, IA. My wife and I went in to look at some beds and other furniture for a newly purchased house in Dubuque. We were greeted at the door and then introduced to Brad how helped us look around at different items. Brad was extremely nice, professional, gave insight to his experience, and very personable. He was fast and very considerate of our time. He didn’t pressure us into purchasing anything extra and we got what we were looking for. We will definitely come back and ask for him! I have never worked with a more incompetent group of people then working with Ashley these last 4 months. Ordering went fine and then every time they said it would be in by x date it never was. On every one of our items. We finally get things delivered and the dresser we ordered was put together wrong, the whole thing was wobbly. How no one noticed this from building to putting in the truck baffles me. We send it back and of course have to wait another three weeks to get another one and when that comes they tell us we have to pay $250 for it. Finally clear that up after another 45 min phone call and the manager assuring me no other hiccups will happen. Today they come to deliver the rest of my bedroom set and they don't pack the screws for the head board. The one thing they were supposed to put together they cant even manage to get that correct. You would think with all the issues I had they would star the order and make sure it was correct but its clear they do not care one way or another, they were paid so that's all that matters. I call them about the screws and they say maybe they have some spares in the back is the best they can do. I just get hit with a "sorry this happened, we will do better about this we appreciate the business". How about refunding my installation fee since you clearly do not know how to build the stuff that you sell. I will never be back to Ashley Furniture and I advice the rest of you to go elsewhere as well.

Just had a desk and dresser delivered from the Dubuque Ashley Furniture store. Allen and Austin were both very courteous, careful and did a wonderful job getting our furniture pieces in place. They took extreme care to make sure our new furniture and our walls were protected during the delivery, and their friendly manner and desire to ensure everything was exactly as needed is sincerely appreciated. Thanks so much guys!

Selection is fairly decent, sales staff is friendly enough and prices are about the same as any other furniture store. What I do not like is the false expected dates for items not in stock. When you order a living room set and are told mid-March (roughly 6 weeks) and are now going on mid-April without a call regarding when your order will be in, that’s an issue. I’ve been on my fiancé for weeks now asking if Ashley’s has called about our order or provided an update yet. They hadn’t so I made him call today and they claim our set has been sitting in Cedar Rapids. I’m not sure how long it has been there, why we were not notified or contacted to setup a delivery time, but it’s extremely frustrating. It seems communication is lacking at Ashley’s big time. We asked them to send our furniture to Dubuque from Cedar Rapids and we’d just pick it up ourselves instead of waiting god knows how long for them to deliver it. The employee we spoke to stated that was fine, even after we informed them we’d be on vacation for a week. A couple days later, they decide to call us being extremely unprofessional & rude stating if it’s not picked up the day after we get back from vacation they were shipping it back to a warehouse! When you spend over 3 grand in cash or more, you expect to have your items around the time promised, not a month from that date or later and don’t expect to be treated in that manner. I’m betting they just throw out a 6 week timeframe to close the sale & hope their customer’s lose track of time or buy into whatever lame excuses they have for being extremely late. Not only did we have a timing issue, disrespectful phone call, & lack of communication…we were told the set we ordered was made in America. Funny, the tag on our couch said made in Vietnam. I absolutely hate being lied to, it’s my biggest pet peeve. I thought maybe ordering from an “American Made” local company would be a good experience, but I was wrong.

I ordered a tableset almost a month ago.I paid for the set to be assemled and delivered.They told me it would be by 4/30/22 and at the latest, the first week of may. I get a message saying they were coming by to deliver on the 30th however, right after the message they called to inform me that me chairs were here and not the table. They delivered the chairs and say nothing else about the table. Fast-forward and they never called me or anything about the table so I went up there 5/07/22 to asked about it. They told me it wasn't even in the warehouse and they had to get it transferred. They wouldn't be able to deliver the table until 5/19/22. They only delivered half of my order and didn't off any type of compensation or other alternatives. Not only did they push the date out twice but now I have to go pick up my table after I paid to have it delivered just so I can have it by the 12th instead of the 19th so my kids can have sompalce to sit down and eat. I am very disappointed in their service.

Our new “couch” arrived today - 1/3 of it. The couch was ordered last weekend and was “in stock” in Dubuque (where we ordered from in-store and scheduled our delivery), so they said, and it was scheduled for delivery today (Friday). Apparently it was NOT actually locally in stock, it was coming via “transfer” from three separate warehouses, including one in MN (we live in IL). Two pieces didn’t make the transfer. Instead of calling to inform us of this and at LEAST giving us the option to have it all delivered together at a later time, they sent the one piece they had instead, so now we have 1/3 of a couch and they can’t guarantee when the rest will show up. Not ideal. Make sure you check on “can I walk out with it” when they tell you it’s “in stock.” Will update review and rating if the company is able to resolve this in a timely and reasonable manner.

One piece ended up not being able to fit in our space as we had planned, and after trying all possible positions they loaded it back on the truck and said it would be taken care of! The sales people are not very knowledgeable about the exact composition of the "leather" furniture. I purchased a $6,000 sofa/loveseat/chase lounge leather set from Ashley 5 years ago & the leather "finish" has been peeling/flaking the past couple of years. Stopped by the store to get info as to how to repair/refinish & they were clueless. I was surprised that they do not sell leather repair items...i.e. leather dyes/paints/fillers/needles & leather sewing threads, or at least have knowledge that this peeling/flaking does occur on their "leather" items and be able to offer info as to what can be done to repair.

My husband and I recently stopped by to look at mattresses, we ended up purchasing one with an adjustable base. Upon delivery (a Wednesday) the base wasn’t working which we were told was due to the remote, the delivery guys told us they’d leave everything and customer service would reach out to get service out to us. On Saturday Ashley’s customer service reached out to us and told us that the manufacturer wanted to handle the case and they gave us the number to reach out to them…we did on Monday and after being on hold for 20 minutes a recording said they were experiencing high call volumes, to leave a message and someone would call us back within two business days. At this point I was feeling very frustrated so decided to reach back out to Ashley’s, I told them my issues and they said the manager would be calling me back. The manager, Brad, called back shortly and I explained my issues and frustrations. To my surprise Brad went above and beyond to get our issue resolved and within the hour our base was working! I couldn’t thank him enough and after the care that was provided to us, we are customers for life and will definitely recommend to all our friends!

Took months and months to get our furniture-more than half a year! Kept getting told different dates of when it would be in. Finally received part of our order, but it was damaged. Had to wait another three months to receive an undamaged piece. Waste of time and money

We had the absolute best experiece with our purchase at Ashley from the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Brad Davis. He was so friendly, funny and geniuinely kind! He made us feel like we'd known him forever. Brad helped us decide which sofa was best for us, not be being a pushy salesman, but by asking us about our family and our specific plan for the room. When I returned two days later, he was right there ready to answer more of my crazy questions with his extremely friendly smile and patience. (I'm surprised he didn't run in the opposite direction when he saw me coming) We made the purchase and it was delivered just three days later. We chose the full delivery option and my husband said the delivery men were in and out in 15 minutes with no problems at all and without him even lifting a finger. I have never had such incredible customer service. Jeremy Poulin was the most amazing salesman. Absolutely the most outgoing, people skills and made my purchase worth every penny. He was detail oriented and took the time to make sure we walked out absolutely happy. We love our new living room furniture. If you want great service and great quality I suggest you go to Ashley furniture.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE PROTECTION PLAN!!! They do not honor it and they give you the run around. I submitted a claim in September and it is February and nothing has been done. I have made over a dozen phone calls, been promised things will happen, been promised partial refunds and NOTHING they say will happen actually does. They have terrible customer service and I will never purchase from them again.

Went in to buy a couch and loveseat and the sales person told me they had what I wanted in-stock. After getting all the payment stuff done I was informed that it was in the warehouse and it would be a week before I could get them. So I guess in stock has two different meanings. I ended up being okay with it.. but the. Was told it would be two weeks because one part was in a different warehouse. Was then given a date that everything would be in to pickup. That day was yesterday. I was having them delivered to another ashley store closer to home for pickup. I called the store I was having them shipped to and was told that only the loveseat had arrived and I had to call sales man to get the information on the couch. Called at the end of the day and was told that they would call me back in the morning with the information. Never got a call so I called again and was told that everything was there and I could pick it up. I went to pick it up and the only thing they had was the loveseat after being told both were there and to call my salesman about the couch. They checked and the couch was still at the warehouse and didn't get shipped. So needless to say my order has been canceled and I will he shopping somewhere else.

A great store to get a chair

We had the BEST experience yesterday at Ashley with Brad. We are very new to buying new stuff rather than used and I'm disabled so standing is rough for me. He was able to quickly help us find the exact mattress that would work perfect for us and helped us pick an AMAZING sectional and ottoman. Amazing experience with a funny and extremely knowledgeable guy and we will absolutely do more business with them in the future!

My mattress and box spring were both damaged upon delivery. I've spoken to the Dubuque store directly as well as their corporate office. No one will get back to me regarding replacing the items. I'm very disappointed as this has been going on several months now. I guess I'm going to have to live with damaged furniture. I won't be recommending this store to anyone.

Jeremy from the Dubuque store was wonderful to work with. I needed furniture in a week that was in stock. I gave him a budget to work with and told him what needed and in short order, he found everything I needed to stage a house. I would highly recommend him for all your furniture needs.

Went into the store three different times in a week looking at purchasing a livingroom set (looked at the same set) and all three times I went in the price was higher they stated the sales is off and we have a better sale now, yet the day before a sales person said the sale (lady with tattoos) will go on until the end of July. I called today and the person said how about 100 dollars off will you buy today right after that before I could say no he hangs up on me. My question to Ashley how can your sales price be higher than the retail price? I used to shop at Ashley in CA all the time such friendly employees there with a fair price point unlike here with car salesmen tactics what a disappointment here trying to scam people. 0% interested for 12 months Or 0% interest for 60 months and we will add approx 650 dollars to your furniture but it isn't upfront interest they say. I say false advertisement! Will be reaching out to BBB.

Was looking today for a new queen size bed because the one i had was giving me back pain the last few days and brad davis, the store manager provided exceptional service, most pleased with his customer service skills and he was very pleasant and did not rush what so ever, make sure to definitely check his store out, you will not be disappointed at all.

Over the phone, Brad took the time and was very helpful and accommodating with my questions about products. I was wanting to see an item before I ordered, but I have been self-quarantining. Brad was very reassuring about the safety of the store, so I made an appointment to go out. He greeted me upon arrival and showed me the items I was considering, being very conscientious about my position. The staff was very limited upon just opening by appointment, and although he had to juggle a couple other things while I was looking, he still made me feel like he cared about me as a customer – always checking back. While paying for the purchase, both he and his co-worker, Sam, were very kind. When I left and had concerns about my choices, I called him and he made me feel totally comfortable about any additions or changes I may have wanted to make. My order should be in within 2-3 weeks, and I feel confident that it will go as smoothly as it has thus far.

I ordered furniture back in the beginning of March. They gave me an estimated date of March 24th. I have called and they told me I should get rid of my old furniture over the weekend because my new stuff should be delivered this week. Now they are saying my stuff is not even in yet. I am beyond heated. If I would have known this would have been a run around game, I would have just kept my old furniture. You guys have been giving me the run around since day 1. No one even bothered to contact me to let me know my stuff was on back order. I will never order through Ashley ever again. I wouldn't even give it a one star review at this point.

My husband and I were in the market to purchase a new sectional couch and after not really finding what we wanted in several other furniture stores I decided to take a look at Ashley Furniture in Dubuque. I was met by a sales person named Cheri. This gal was AMAZING to work with. She showed me a sectional couch that was exactly what my husband was looking for. I wasn’t really fond of the color but after Cheri worked her magic with accent colored pillows and a blanket throw I was sold. Cheri even made suggestions as to what color rug to add to really make my couch pop. How is that for service!!!!! She helped us pick some accent tables as well. Needless to say I am very excited to arrange my new living room. I’ll definitely give Ashley Furniture business in the future! Thanks a million 🙂

Have bought several items from Kyle Hensley. Process has always been smooth and fast. I knew what I was looking for and withing 20 minutes of walking in the store they were able to price match a item and complete all the paper work.

I have purchased several things from Ashley Furnitures and several from this location. Ordered a bed, said I would pick it up, told it would be here today, now it won't be here till Friday at the earliest and they were going to deliver for free on Feb. 5th. Hello people, I don't have a bed, hence why I wanted it now and would pick it up. Hate being lied to!!!!!!!!! This will most likely be my last time working with this place. If I don't see it Friday I will be demanding a full refund! Plus change my review to a negative start if I could. Zero customer service after the Sale!

Cheri did an amazing job on helping us find the right kitchen table for us. Didn't pressure us at all, but when walking into the store did feel like a car dealership.

Part of my bed was delivered on Wednesday. I called because there was an issue with the delivery and install. They said it would be taken care of it is now saturday and no one has called back with an ETA or told me when my bed would be installed. In the mean time I am pregnant and sleeping on a darn couch because this wasn't taken care of.

Stopped in today to look at living room furniture. Cheri T was our sales person and was absolutely amazing. She answered all our our questions, was extremely helpful and gave us some really great suggestions. We ended up finding a set that we love and cant wait to get it. I would recommend Ashley and Cheri to anyone!!!

We came to Ashely looking for a table and chairs and Eric the manager and Sue helped us find exactly what we wanted. We came in picky knowing exactly what we wanted and they didn’t quite have it so we mixed and matched pieces to make the perfect set for our family. They had no problem carrying around different pieces for me to look at with the table. Excellent staff and help. We are so excited about our new kitchen table!

Our old memory foam mattress was giving out after 5 years and the wife and I decided to get a new mattress. After stopping at 3 different stores in Dubuque we stopped at Ashlee Home Furniture. We were immediately greeted at the door by a nice gentleman named Bradley who showed us some different beds. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions, made it a very enjoyable shopping experience. Our bed was delivered 6 days ago and we absolutely love it! Ashlee Furniture has made customers for life out of us as long as Bradley Davis works there!

Went in looking for a lamp. No one helped us and when we did chase someone down to ask a question, they had no clue whether any of their lamps took 3-way bulbs.

EDIT3:chair was supposed to be delivered on the 26th. No one showed up. I get a call from FurtitureMart 20 minutes before the end of the time frame they gave me and apparently the delivery truck wouldn't start so they were not coming. I brought the chair back the next day and got a refund. Not dealing with this anymore. EDIT2: Received my replacement chair due to the scuff marks on the back of the one that I first received. Come to find out, when we moved the chair to replace it there was a bolt that had come loose from the chair as well. This one has a slice along the bottom of the footrest. They said there will be another one coming and delivered on the 26th. We'll see how this one turns out. I am extremely unhappy with this chair and will not be purchasing from them again. EDIT: I got my chair on January 2nd, as informed. Jeremy rented a uhaul and delivered it to my house. There was a couple of small nicks in the leather on the side/back of the chair they Jeremy said he would call the customer service and inform them of. I received a call from them yesterday January 9th and they are sending out someone, with the part, to replace it on January 18th. I bumped up the star rating to 3. I'd buy from again down the road. Would look other places as well. Still no chair! I went into the Dubuque IA store on December 22nd. I informed Jeremy, the sales agent greeting us, that I was looking for a recliner. He found me a couple that fit my needs and I made a purchase. He asked if I wanted the warranty and I chose to get the most expensive one. Easy sale, no bulls!@#. We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I was told delivery would not be until January 11th, but if I wanted to pick it up in Platteville I could have it Friday December 28th. No brainer, since Platteville is closer to home. Come the 28th, no call... I called the Platteville store and was told it was not there and to call my sales rep. I called Jeremy, who was apologetic. He explained that he misread an email and thought that the Platteville store would be able to receive the item in that time frame. Understandable, mistakes happen. He said he could have the chair delivered to Dubuque on Monday, the 31st or again in Platteville the next Friday, the 4th. I worked in Dubuque on Monday so I chose that store for pickup on the 31st. Guess who still does not have a chair? I called the Dubuque store around noon today (the 31st) and was told that Jeremy should have known better. Any orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Wednesday. Not off to a good start. I now have to wait until Wednesday the 2nd for the chair to be delivered to the store. My other option was to have it delivered to my home on January 11th. The same offer that was made to me at purchase. I declined. They have promised to make it up to me, but it's hard to believe it at this point. We'll see where it goes from here. If anything changes, I'll add to this review. If I do not, you'll know that I asked for refund and purchased a chair else ware.

Ordered one piece of furniture over a month ago and it still hasn't been delivered. Very upset with their service.

I just want to say thanks to Bailey for making things right for me. First off, only half of my new sofa was ordered by a separate sales person and I wasn't aware of this until it showed up at my house. I call Ashley Homestore and Bailey was on it trying to figure out what was going on. He gave me the bad news that it would be another month, but told me he would make things right for me. Bailey personally drove to Davenport the next day (Saturday afternoon) and delivered a loaner sofa to my house. Which was also two days before Christmas.

So far so good wait N see how delivery goes

Went to this store and bought furniture a month ago. We were told the furniture would be in by December 10th.. I've called twice and both times the delivery date gets further out. Now they are saying not until sometime in January and couldn't even give me a closer idea of a date. If I ever even get my furniture not sure I'll want to come back here!

We went there to get a lift chair for my dad. We had a good experience here. The salesman that we worked with was really good to us and helped us a lot! We are excited for dad to get this and delivery was free!

We stopped in Ashley Furniture to look for a dresser. Cheri was a great sales person. She didn't pressure us, or make us feel like we needed to buy something. We ended up finding a whole clearanced out bedroom set. Cheri really helped us understand what we were purchasing. We even bought a new kind sized bed from Adam. He is great at helping you narrow down the type of he's you want. When we discussed financing it was a good deal at 0% for 6 months. My husband and I were both under the impression it was a short term loan from wells Fargo. You can imagine my surprise when a credit card showed up in the mail. I don't feel they were very forth coming with the fact we were opening a credit card, not getting a loan for what we were buying that closed when we paid it off. Although the sales staff was 5 stars all the way, I am downgrading for them not really explaining the financing to us.

Was a really great experience, went in there not expecting really what we wanted but got in there and got the help we needed. Ended up in the sleep section and Adam took real good care of us. He really knew his information when it came to beds and frames. Kyle working the furniture section really helped us out good as well. Also really good with information and polite. Both gentlemen were really great. If in the market for new furniture, Ashley’s is the place to go. Ten out of ten.

My husband and I recently spent a few hours in the Dubuque Ashley store shopping for a bed. This may seem like an easy task, but as most consumers know, bed shopping is confusing, frustrating, and often leads to an education on springs/materials, etc., when really, we just want better sleep. Enter, Adam Muir. His patience, knowledge of his product, and his ability to listen and truly see what it was my husband and I were seeking in a bed, was impressive!! His customer service was above and beyond anything we would expect, and most appreciated, was his "no pressure". In the end, we purchased what we believe will be a great bed and we'll be a returning customer to Ashley Furniture because of Adam!! Great Job👏👏

I recently visited the Ashley Homestore in Dubuque, IA to purchase a new sectional. Our sales team member, Adam Meador, was exceptionally patient with us as we discussed and debated for a long time on what to purchase and how best to purchase (financing or outright). He presented all options and was up-front and honest every step of the way. We were very happy with the buying experience and look forward to receiving our new piece!

Dakota at the Dubuque store, was super helpful and made sure all our needs were met, he listened very well to what we wanted and needed as to what we didn't want and need. I would highly recommend to everyone working with Dakota!

Our salesperson, Adam Muir, guided us through the selection process for the purchase of our new bed. He demonstrated complete knowledge of the available makes, models and features of available beds. In very little time we decided to make our purchase at Ashley through Mr Muir. Mr. Muir was the decideing factor of where the purchase was made.

Thank you to Dakota Merkes for helping us find a couch and matching chair. He was attentive but gave us some space. Making a personal connection with us while chatting was a bonus. Also, he worked with us to find something that met our budget and durability needs. I only wish they could get items a bit faster after ordering. Great experience. Would recommend to family, friends and others. Edit: took 4 weeks to get sofa and chair in. Sofa damaged. Going to take another 4 weeks, right now I’m at 2.

We had been putting off buying new furniture for awhile and with the holidays coming we knew it was time. Plus we had a bad experience with our last two sets of furniture and were reluctant to buy. We came to Ashley furniture in Dubuque and was greeted by Sue. She was friendly, patient and willing to listen to our struggles. Our space is an odd shape and she offered great suggestions. She was also very knowledgeable about fabric choices and Ashley furniture construction. Since we don’t yet have the furniture we can’t recommend it yet but we can recommend Sue.

Purchased a lulu full-size bed for my daughter and it took a month and a half to get the bed. When I was putting the bed together Ashley home furniture gave me the wrong items. Now I have to wait another three weeks for a technician to come out and fix the problem.

We bought 3 items from a helpful newer salesperson, Dakota. Ray the Manager came in to assure the sale and help with timely delivery! We highly recommend Ashley in Asbury IA!

My sales person Tonya was very helpful. But my sofa delivery date was made by her which was a great date. But calling them since they did not call me I find out that delivery won't be on that date and not for 2 to 3 more weeks. I feel compensation should be given to me. A furniture store of their caliber should have better knowledge of delivery. Very unhappy.

I went on to look for a bed and Adam was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I did not feel rushed into making a decision. Thanks Adam!

Our experience at Ashley Homestore was amazima, they have very good deals. Our salesperson, Tanya Sisaleum was the best anyone could want. She was very outgoing, patient, kind and helpful. Tanya cared that we found the right furniture for our taste, how it would match our decor and the demensions we had to work with.The store is very Beautiful and clean.

Person had no idea of warranty on product and wanted to keep upscaling me on their warranty program. Salesperson was not knowlegable about product

Ray was awesome! He helped us with our tricky financing issue and was very kind and knowledgeable about the beds we were looking to purchase! I have had but wonderful things to say about him! He moved mattresses around to accommodate our needs and helped us figure out what would work best for our specific issues we had with our bed! He was awesome to work with! I just realized he was the store manager and am very pleased that he was so down to earth and helpful, normally that isn’t the case! Go in and see him for all of your furniture needs!

So, spent about 4,000$ at Ashley furniture. Then the furniture was 2 weeks late getting delivered. On top of this 2 out of 3 tables for the living room set had huge divots out of the wood. Then 3 out of 8 chairs for the kitchen table set were unbalanced and you can’t sit in them with out then rocking constantly. Then the entire kitchen table is not level either! They were suppose to deliver the replacement furniture in 3-4 weeks then they got the dates wrong and could not make it to our house. So we had to wait a couple more weeks. And now for the 3rd time trying to get the replacement furniture they just called and said the tables aren’t available!

Ray was very knowledgeable, friendly and made our shopping experience very easy and stress free.

Great experience at Ashley. My husband and came in the store to just look for dining sets. We dealt with Blake and he was so helpful and walked the store showing us different options and going over each table we liked. The sales were so awesome we ended up leaving with a full table set and barstools. Blake was great at going over everything from pricing, sales, delivery and the products. I hope the delivery process is as smooth!

We purchased a day bed from Ashley Furniture Dubuque. When we were called to come pick it up it was not all there so we had to make a second trip to pick the rest of it. Within 2 hours of of picking it up we noticed one of the bed posts had a bolt insert missing. The hole was drilled in the bed post but the insert was not pressed into the post. We immediately called the store and we're told they couldn't do anything about it and gave us a phone number to call.. After several calls we were told we could drive to Clinton IA to pick one up. We convinced them to send the insert to us but it never did come. We made a few more calls with no results. We ended up driving 45 minutes one way again to Dubuque and ended up paying $13 for parts at Lowe's so we could use the bed. They are nice to you until they get their money. Once you are out the door you are on your own. We will not be stopping at Ashley next time we need furniture.

Adam was great helping us find a mattress. He was very knowledge and explained all of our options well. We are very happy with our purchase.

Very disappointed in the quality of furniture! Have not even owned our dining table and chairs for 3 months and we've already had 3 chairs come apart. Very poor customer service as well, I will never shop here again.

My husband and I just bought a new bed from ADAM MUIR at Ashely. It was a wonderful pain free experience. He is very knowledgeable about all the products sold. He does what he can for hassle free delivery and or pick up. If you are looking to purchase go to him. They do not sell off the floor you can go pick it up from the warehouse otherwise it be like 1-2 week delivery.

This was my daughter. I absolutely hate Ashley furniture! No one ever helps u and they don't even carry the items I find in the store!!! I guess I'm going to buy that one at slumberland. That's to bad she had such a bad experience the first and second time she was there

This was my first visit to an Ashley store. Cheri provided such great service and a wonderful experience. We purchased two recliners and could not be happier.

Went in knowing what we wanted from looking the day before. We had a asked a sales person if we could discuss possibly doing financing and he left and came back with a credit application and went to do other things. When he came back, we had asked the biggest difference between the 3 finacing options. His reply was im not sure i just always recommed the 0% for 12 months. We then tried to ask some basic questions about the finacing plan and the sales person not only avoided all eye contact but he couldnt answer any of the questions we asked. Needless to say, after that horribly uncomfortable and unproductive coversation we will not be going back

My husband and I recently purchased a bed from Ashley Furniture. We had planned to just look around , but Ray Drown helped us and we wound up buying. Ray was very good. He explained everything, answered our questions thoroughly and gave us the "space" to think and talk about our decision with some privacy.

We highly recommend Ashley Furniture! Cheri Thilmany was our Home Furnishing Consultant, and she was extremely helpful in making the purchasing and delivery process run seamlessly. Like Cheri, the delivery men were friendly and efficient, and we are very happy with the quality of our purchases.

I originally had given Ashley 5 stars because of the job our salesman did. Then I found out they over charged us nearly $170 for 1 piece of furniture. There was a price match after the we pointed it out and calles back. They told us it would be shipped the following week and it wasn't, nor were we informed until we called them to see if it was in the store. The manager was not helpful either and continually said it wasn't the stote's fault. I guess if it isn't the individual store than it is the company as a whole. Which means we can get the same service (or better) at a big box store. Long story short if your product is only good a face value and there is no company to back the service side, we will bypass your company in the future.

I went into Ashley Home Store for the first time ever to check out a couch that was on sale. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and hello. Kimberly Jensen was the sales personnel who waited on me and she was theeee best! She helped me find the couch I was interested in she did her job very well because I ended up buying not only the couch but the love seat and recliner. No pressure at all just great selling. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for home furnishings and ask for Kimberly, she won't let you down.

Would never deal with Kimberly again. Lied at every turn. Actually threw a tantrum because she miss calculated total bill. Did not have time and could not recalculate bill would take money out of her purse if she needed to but sat there waiting for me to feel guilty that she overcharged me. Lied about delivery during sale stated no problem with deliveries after 5 pm or on Saturdays which I said was important. After purchase could only deliver on Fridays and could not guarantee after 5. They would pick the time. I was asked to leave my door open so they could just deliver furniture . She was rude saying "Don't you have ANYBODY" who could be there? I got part of order 1st delivery which loveseat was damaged and delivery guy took picture of. When called to check on replacement loveseat was told they would have to talk to manager because I could not return clearance item. But Kimberly said it would all be new out of warehouse no damage prior to sale. I once again requested later delivery called Kimberly who said delivery manager was not in but would get in touch with me. Manager called 2 minutes later and said could only deliver between 2 and 5 on Friday. So I had to leave my job early to accommodate delivery schedule. I called at 5:15 on Friday explaining my delivery had not yet arrived. They in turn said stay on the line I will track them and told me they were 20 minutes from my house. When delivery guys came informed them of situation and they explained that they were in area at various times and delivered up until 9 pm. Will not visit this store again. I have been an Ashley customer for several years but will not consider it on my next purchase.

The place has been a nightmare got lied to for a sale 2 weeks and still no furniture everytime we call they tell us it will be here next week. I called today and now only one part of my set will be here Friday and no info on the other 2 parts never again will I come to this place.

The layout is clean, and the staff (I spoke with Alex) was friendly and professional. Because of the extremely large open concept, the store feels a bit daunting, however.
