Great customer service and selection!!

It is a good experience buying at Ashley. And Tony Sandage at the Sioux City store make the purchase worth it.

Salesman very VERY pushy. Annoying and full of himself. Bought here before but went to Nebraska Furniture instead. Very irritating. Son has just bought a couch here. Didn’t have that problem. Though we’d buy a new chair or two for our downstairs living room. Nope!

We went in to look at living room furniture and left with two new beds they were such a good deal.

I went into Ashley not sure of what I wanted for new furniture. I was assisted by Jess and she was able to help me pick out the perfect living room set AND then asked me how I slept at night. She then helped me pick out a quality mattress that would give me better sleep at night. Although I thought this would not be in my budget, she had me quickly approved for financing with affordable monthly payments. Thank you Jess for putting in the effort to make me a happy customer.

Customer service when buying is great. But once you buy their terrible products made of the worlds cheapest materials. They will milk out your warranty. The installation guys did the worst job possible. Our bed didn’t even last a year. My wife had to go to a chiropractor many times

Tony was very helpful and easy to work with! First time at this fabulous store. There is plenty of free parking and it is easy to find via Google.

Store was clean and staff were friendly. Not a lot of selection for sofas.

Quality doesnt seem the best for the prices but the workers are nice.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Ashley Homestore in Sioux City. Tony Sandage provided great customer service. We bought a sectional from him, but when it was delivered, it wouldn't fit through an interior doorway to where we wanted it. We returned it, and Tony helped us pick one out that would fit. He even went to work when the store was closed, on his day off (Christmas eve!) in order to get the delivery scheduled more quickly for us. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy new furniture in the area.

Not much of a selection didn't find what I was looking for.

Was a short visit but they were pleasant and not pushy.

Delivery drivers were awesome, love my couches very comfy, exactly what i was looking for, justin is very nice and helped me get what i was looking for

Purchased a sofa a week out, only to find that the sofa didn't even ship yet and didn't have a voucher either. Called the delivery help desk, and was told that our sofa was delivered..when it wasn't delivered at all, not even a stop. Demanded our money back. we were promised the delivery only to get told, "the sofa is in Minnesota, you can come pick it up." Why do you think we purchased for delivery? what a joke..never shopping at Ashley's again.

Needed an upgrade to my sleeping situation, and decided to stop in. I was blown away by how much they had on the floor. I saw the beds but got distracted by all the couches. That’s when Tony came by and we found a mattress that fit my needs, and got it delivered for FREE! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Customer service was really lacking during my experience. We were only greeted by an associate when we entered the store and indicated she was available for questions. After that, she nor other associates came over to ask us my wife and I if we had any questions or concerns or even what was the reason for our visit. We are looking to purchase a sofa for our apartment. Compared to other stores, there is better selection elsewhere as well with customer service.

We bought a sectional in July and were informed that it would be 4-6 weeks before it could be delivered. That was fine with us. We finally got it 17 weeks later. Never did our salesperson contact us about the delay. I called three times to inquire and was very understanding each time. Finally our couch arrived at the store and then I was told that the delivery drivers don't get out here very often so it would be another 3 weeks. Really? You would think they would try to make things right after the delay and get it here sooner. The were supposed to call with a delivery window. Never called, once again I had to call them the afternoon before. They were coming out in the 3 hours I had a work obligation that was hard to get out of and if I couldn't be home I could wait another 3 weeks. I get that the manufacturing issues are out of their control. Informing customers, communication and delivery are in their control. I gave the 2 stars because I do like the sectional. We won't be returning customers.

We received the wrong couch at first then waited 1-2 months to receive the correct one. When we received the couch we paid for it was incomplete, we got the couch and 1/4 pillows.

We bougt a couch replacement here and added the warranty. It was a leather recliner and after only a few months the leather started peeling everywhere. We got no help from Ashley in Sioux City. We only were told to deal with the insurance company. We've gone back and forth with them about everything and finally almost a terrible year with the pandemic later they approve our credit. BUT, we couldn't store a broken down, leather peeled couch, that had recliners that would not close anymore in our garage so we PAID to get rid of it. Even after our credit was approved there was never any mention of storing the couch for almost a year in your own space while we decide if your full wattanty will be honored. This insurance entity (Customer care furniture mart) in Sioux Falls NEVER mentioned to us that we need to keep the couch because we want it back as a condition of your credit approval after it was finally approved. All of a sudden they said we need he couch which they never told us before and now they're denying our already approved credit on a leather recliner couch. What a horrible ordeal especially when you pay premium pricing for a warranty thats about another third of the couch price. We're only fighting this thing so hard because we were told the overpriced warranty covers EVERTHING. Buyer beware.

Edited: I am increasing my stars to 5, since I received a call from Justin, and they are delivering an even better replacement piece to me in 4 days. The extra effort he put out is exactly the kind of customer service Ashley HomeStore should be proud of, and he is an asset to the company! Original review: I wish I could give our furniture purchasing experience a higher rating. We picked out a very nice set and had wonderful customer service from Justin. It did take a week to schedule delivery and then another couple weeks before it arrived. Unfortunately, one of the 6 pieces was delivered broken. I spent an hour trying to reach customer care and then Justin emailed them on my behalf instead. Two days later, I received a call from Kendra. She was efficient and professional and informed me that she couldn't get me a replacement piece for about 5 weeks. I asked if there was anything to be done to put a little more effort out since we had already waited so long. She called me back to let me know the supervisor had agreed to send me a $50 gift card to spend in their store. I spent $2400 for furniture that I won't have in full for 7 weeks but I get to spend $50 more at their store. It seems like an awfully small concession when they could have really shown they care about their customers and stand behind their products. At this point, I'm very glad I purchased the warranty, because this chair that broke was just partical board in the back. So overall, the people I've dealt with directly have been kind and helpful but the policies of the company have caused me to reconsider buying from them in the future.

Bought a chair and couch, and they messed up delivery. Then the couch and chair weren’t what I asked for, despite having the exact same tag as the in store versions. I should have made more of a fuss but I didn’t, now it’s too late and that’s my own fault, which is fine. Now, a just a few months later, the chair is falling apart. I’ve had to reattach pieces of the of the recliner enough times already that screw holes are too stripped out to hold the screws. All around a poor experience, will not be using them again.

We have bought furniture from this store and it's good quality furniture at a fair price. I will always do business here
