Brady and Wes were very helpful and knowledgeable as we picked out some furniture.
Brady was awesome with helping us find a couch we wanted that worked within our budget!
The initial buying experience was good. They deliver via a different company and that experience was not good. The mattress had some threads coming off. I tried calling the number they provided and also texted the sales person and have had no response yet. We have purchased a lot from this store and were not expecting this experience.
Brady was super helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to deciding what mattress to purchase. His customer service is impeccable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Madison was amazing! She was super helpful but yet not pushy. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all of questions. She went out of her way on her day off to finalize our purchase and I can't say enough about how helpful she was!
