We're past and present customers of the furniture store. On this particular day, my wife and I were browsing the extensive inventory of pictures and wall hangings. A few things did catch our eye so after some discussion at we may be making a return visit. Also, the staff was very helpful...
They aren't actually connected to Ashleys full stock of options. If we had known they weren't actually Ashley despite what their sign and website say, we would have gone somewhere... That stated they did work with us. So 4 starts for having their Facebook hook up to Ashley without being able to so the same Ashley does nor have access to the same inventory.
Obviously not in the business of customer service or making money. Had their doors locked at 5:50 when they close at 6pm on a Saturday!
