Yes I have bought all my furniture from Ashley’s for over 20 years and recently bought a new dining table and 3 weeks later went back and purchased a mattress and only purchased it because I loved the fact that it vibrated and positioned up to watch tv and plus some other cool features and when she mentioned it came with warranty I was sold well day before being delivered I called the sales lady we purchased it from and I asked her so how does the warranty work being that it’s ELECTRIC I wanted to know what all it covers and she went on to list a few things ..I was excited for new bed day of delivery and we ask the guys how does it work and that’s when they told us we needed the base for that function.. So we call store and that’s when our sales lady Kate told us we needed a base for that function I had even asked her day of sale if we needed any kind of box or box spring She said if we already have a king box set then we are good. Let me tell you when I told her all this she got so defensive and rude so I asked to speak to a manager and he did nothing to fix the situation said we can pick the mattress back up or u can buy base we already paid $2600 for the mattress and now they wanted $1500 more for base yea they came and picked up mattress because I was not going to pay over $4000 for a mattress set and especially purchase it from the same lady who was so rude.. I hope they get better sales people at there store especially one to replace rude Kate who sounded like she wanted to go off on me when on the phone because I asked to speak to manager. Disappointed because I loved shopping there

Salesman says no biggie, he'll order and it will be in the store for pickup in 2-3 weeks. It has been a month. I've called three times since the two week mark. Every time I call it have to explain what happened, and who sold the sofa to me. Only to be told that the manager is aware of the issue. I think i have been patient with Ashley's. To top it off today I called and voiced my frustration. The secretary who answered was rude. Ashleys furniture in Dodge City is unworthy of your hard earned dollars.

I walked in to the store know exactly what chair I wanted. So I was greeted by a sales man and told him this and was walking over to the recliners and was going to show him the one I wanted. There was some other people over by the recliners so what dose he do he don't even help me he helps them instead that was wrong! And finally when I purchased my recliner with cash by the way they know I was going to garden city ks they didn't even package the recliner very good plastic would of came off if I didn't rape it batter before I left poor poor sevice in my books.
