We've now selected furniture for two homes with the invaluable help of Holly. She is very patient, has great product knowledge, and her customer service is top notch. It always amazes me how she is able to recall what furnishings we already have and recommend coordinating pieces- all from memory! When we received one of our deliveries a few pieces had some very minor damage, but the entire team from Ashley was right on the problems and got them solved seamlessly. Highly recommend!

By far the best experience we have ever had at a furniture store. The staff is wonderful, friendly and easy to work with. We recently purchased a sofa and planned on picking it up the next week. Ashley Furniture called a few days later to set up delivery since they were going through where we live, free of charge. Very suprising and humbling! Highly recommend!

Chris and Savannah made my day! Savanah immediately greeted us and made sure she answered our questions. I was unsure of colors that would match with the heirloom pieces that are our focal point, but Chris was so helpful not only finding great pieces, but also finding pieces that were in stock and that comfortably fit the tall boys in our family. He's always made shopping for furniture stress free, which always brings me back to Ashley's.

Way over priced on cheap furniture, staff wasn't customer oriented!

Asked to speak with someone about whether or not they would have hardware piece for my couch spring, it took forever to be talked with and not any help unless I was to have bought it there.

The staff is the best...professional, helpful, answered questions thoroughly, gave suggestions when asked...my third trip to buying furniture in the last 15 years. I always go here first. They are the best, excellent quality furniture!

My wife and I visited the Hays, KS location on 6/27/2021. We purchased a living room set for our home. The sales representative Jesse Torres did an amazing job explaining everything and went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our purchase. Go ask for Jesse if you are looking to purchase furniture!

The staff was helpful without being pushy and let us browse to our heart's content. Then the owner himself helped us get the best deal on a loveseat and a recliner, and made sure we could have them as soon as possible by allowing us seperate deliveries. Our new loveseat is just as comfortable and functional as it was in the showroom and we look forward to the same quality in our new recliner. The delivery guys were polite and quick to get us all set up. We will continue to give our business to the Hays Ashley furniture store.

Great selection of furniture. Due to Covid, they have a bunch of stuff on display but availability of actual take home furniture may be limited or delayed by weeks. This is not the fault of the business, just something you will find out when you order items. Great customer service at the Hays store.

Great selection of furniture with a "no-pressure" to buy.

Highly disappointed and unsatisfied with customer service. Delivery was confirmed for 4:30 and did not arrive until 6:30. What is the point in confirming a delivery time if they don’t deliver at or even around that time? I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

My husband and I recently visited Ashley Furniture in search of a glider chair for our nursery. I was excited to see that they actually had one on the floor, the other furniture stores we visited had told me they no longer carry gliders. What made the visit even better is we were able to leave with the glider that day! We will definitely be using Ashley in the future for our furniture needs.

The Ashley HomeStore in Hays is our favorite store to shop for furniture. The sales people are fantastic, they're very helpful and gave us as much time as needed to pick out what we wanted. The delivery people are also great! Show up when they say, very polite and have everything set up fast. Clean up packing material and they're gone. Overall a very happy experience every time.

They are always happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for. If they can't find it in store, they look online.

Staff was very helpful and understood that we were making a commitment by buying anything. They took their time and didn’t get upset with our pickiness. Everything in the store was beautiful and good quality. Will definitely be going back for more:)

I love the quality of furniture and the staff available at Ashley Homestore in Hays, Kansas!! I began my search for a new display cabinet. Quickly, Kendra came to my aid. While they didn't have the exact cabinet I was seeking, she was able to find it in one of their many catalogs, and with very friendly, professional and efficient service completed my transaction. About the time of the planned delivery, Matt called to confirm the exact date and time. As I had a personal date conflict, he gave me his number for me to call when I could accept the delivery. When I called, Matt, with compassionate professionalism, scheduled a date and time that worked for me and my other commitments. The two men that delivered my cabinet were prompt, calling once they were on their way to ensure I was prepared. At my home, they were professional, courteous and efficient in setting up the cabinet while protecting my other furniture. They cleaned up and took the packing with them, so I had nothing left over to do. I not only would use them again; but, actually have already done so, as I need a second cabinet to complete my glassware. Thank you, Ashley's!!!

I had an amazing experience with Ashley Homestore! They answered all of my questions and I truly believe I got the best furniture I could get (exactly what I wanted) for an amazing price. Very friendly and helpful staff and they delivered to my home which is an hour and a half away from the store. I find that pretty amazing. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to furnish their homes.

The sales person was good. The 3 delivery guys were amazing! My door area is a very tight space and they did everything that they could to make sure they got my couch inside. It took them a good 30 minutes. Thank you a lot guys!! Love my new couch!

We have bought several things from Ashley furniture store and we just love everything that we’ve bought . We will continue going there for all of our purchases that we need. We have bought living room sets and dining room sets and bedroom sets and it has all been really good furniture.

The salesman was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. The bed set I picked out wasn’t going to be delivered before my company arrived so they delivered a loaner bed frame when they delivered my mattress.

Awesome people to deal with. The young lady who helped was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Sharon was with another customer so Blake took us to the furniture we came in to look at, then left us politely so Sharon could wait on us. Walked around entire store before being helped. Associate who came over to help, couldn't answer our questions and said she needed to check with others on how to answer what we asked. She never came back. We found her assisting another customer instead. We stayed for a bit, walking around in the mattress area and the store, but ended up leaving after being avoided.

Too high priced

Don't buy the warranties, they didn't honor ours. After spending well over $10,000 in their stores, we went to cash in the 'if you don't use it, you don't lose it' warranty we bought with our furniture in Salina, KS. They said they couldn't honor it as they didn't own the store at the time, but they do now - however - that $ didn't transfer with the business exchange. So much for building customer loyalty. I'd appreciate if the owner would make amends so I can amend my review.

The bed, mattress and sales people were great! When I got the bed it was higher with the mattress than what I needed. We eliminated the problem by removing the box springs and buying some mattress slats.

The manager allowed us to buy the love seat and haul it home ourselves same day, and he gave us a great discount as well.
