We went into Ashley’s furniture store today looking for a bedroom set.. greeted by Janice., very patient and helped us pick out a bedroom suit.. Of course they had to order it, but they did deliver the bed part that day! I was so happy, very professional and a great group of people there! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

To start, we were initially planning on browsing and seeing what was available when we went to the store. We were greeted by Janice who assisted us in finding the furniture that best met our wants and needs. Working with Janice was a great experience, she is very friendly and personable, calming and patient, knowledgeable and professional. As people who do not typically shop in settings where you are assisted by a sales person, we like many others typically experience a level of anxiety when approached, however, when working with Janice we at no time felt this way. She never once made us feel preasured to purchase at that point and even provided information about the furniture if we wanted to wait (sleep on it) before making a decision. I cannot stress enough how very nice it was to work with her. We, like most, do not shop for furniture on a regular basis as it's a long-term purchase, what I can say is, that because of our experience working with Janice we will return to Ashley Furniture in Manhattan and ask to work with her in the future.

I had such a great experience with Josh and Vincent from the Ashley Manhattan store! They helped fix my dining table and were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the process. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was in perfect condition before leaving.

Ashley Furniture sold me a queen size bed frame that I waited quite awhile for but worth the wait because it was what I really wanted! Despite 2 things, side rails not matching up and a cracked back post, Josh their Service Tech Savy Employee, was Exceptional at correcting both of these issues. He provided great care and concern, with attention to detail of these 2 flaws and brought it to my attention, immediately. Aren and Andrew delivered our new furniture today. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Very impressed with the delivery service today!

I called the Manhattan, Kansas location on Saturday to see about purchasing some items for my son's apartment ( he is a recent enrollee at K-State). Prior to calling I saw reviews for Janice and lucky for me that's who became my salesperson. I am in a different state and I told her what we needed and when we needed it. On Sunday, my son came in and placed eyes on the items and we scheduled delivery for next week. Janice made the purchase an absolute smooth transaction and was able to accommodate my request!! Very courteous and professional!!!

Bought a new mattress. Bed in a box. I thought, okay, this wasn't what I thought I was buying. Didn't think it would suit my needs. As I have slept on similar mattresses, and have not been happy with them. This mattress blew me away! Not only did it expand quickly, but I was also able to sleep on it within hours of unpacking it. It has lived to my high standards so far. I believe this mattress will last. Best sleep in months on this mattress! I'm happy with my purchase

Same day service! My mom was injured and needed a recliner to rest in during the day and to sleep in at night. We went into the store to shop around 1pm and the recliner was delivered by 4pm! Aren and Andrew were extremely professional delivery specialists who showed superb care for the home and empathy for my mom. 5 out of 5 stars!

The service here is phenomenal and the people are super sweet and solve the problem right away. I has issues with my bank and the card limit so I couldn't pay on the little device that scans your card. Mind you I was on call in the store with my bank for like 10 minutes and the employees were very patient and understanding. They ended up sending me a link so that I can try and pay from there and behold, the payment went through. I left with both a couch and as a very satisfied customer.

In the 7th of March, I ordered a bedroom set to bet delivered. Ashley furniture stand on business. Not only was it delivered, but the mover Aren and James were cool, quick and very professional. They literally sent me floor model pictures, descriptions, and prices through email/text messages. I haven’t even officially met them, but I’d recommend them to anyone, in a heartbeat!

Learn from my mistake. If you buy a matress put the matress protector on it. They don't tell you that in order for your warranty on your bed to remain effective you have to buy their bed protector as any stain or soilage on the mattress voids the 10 year warranty that they like to talk about.

I’d like to preface this by saying the gentlemen who helped us, selvin. We came in around 1.5 months ago to get a mattress and had to leave due to financial issues. We then came in today and Selvin greeted us by the door and we told him that we were looking for a mattress and he brought us straight back to the ones on that we were looking at before. He also brought us to mattresses that were similar to the others but were discounted, so we ended up getting one we liked and at almost half the price

We bought a couch and it did not fit the door we wanted to return it but they said no returns 0 stars out of 10 i wish there was 0 stars out if 5

The Manhattan Ashley store website specifically indicates they WILL price match. They would not honor the price match for us even though we met all the criteria. We ended up buying from a different Ashley store with more friendly people and much better customer service.

I went in looking for a new queen sized mattress and I got the help I needed from this amazing worker Jackie, she had me lay on different mattresses until I found the one perfect for me. I went into Ashley this past Memorial weekend shopping for a couch. When we entered the store we were greeted by a cheerful young man named Selvin. He escorted us throughout the store as we looked for the perfect couch. After an hour or two we thanked him for his time because he showed us every couch in the store!! I went back on Monday because I was so impressed and purchased a beautiful sectional couch with coffee table and end tables!! Anthony was an absolute dream of a salesman. That says a LOT coming from me. I dont like salesman as a general rule of thumb. Most are pushy and wont let you look on your own. He offered me a water then left me alone besides the occasional glance to see if I was still looking. When I was ready for him, he knew exactly what I wanted and took me straight to it. He visited with me about my new house and the kids/grandkids. I can not rave enough about Anthony. I will definitely be back and I will be shopping with Anthony again.
