My delivery team was awesome. Andrew and James came and set up my things quick and efficiently. They made sure I liked the placement and cleaned up everything.
Andrew gave us a call 30 minutes before arriving to Warners. They were on their way. This was very helpful. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and let us know what to expect. He was very friendly and professional. Vincent was also friendly and professional. Both young men were polite, respectful, and took great care and bringing the furniture in and placing it in the right locations before giving us their business card, making sure we were satisfied, and telling us goodbye. My husband and I were both impressed with the service that Andrew and Vincent provided today, especially on this cold day. We felt the guys Did a fantastic job with the delivery.. Thank you, Andrew and Vincent and Ashley’s furniture store so far our experience has been great even in the store. The young lady who helped us was very Knowledgeable and patient while we made up our minds which mattress that we wanted.

Rhonda and Janice were fantastic! Above and beyond service! I’m out of state and will be traveling to Kansas this week. I wanted something that could be delivered before arriving. They literally sent me floor model pictures, descriptions, and prices through email/text messages. I haven’t even officially met them, but I’d recommend them to anyone, in a heartbeat!
The place was very easy to browse and the set up of furnitures were all placed accordingly. I purchased my mattress and bed with Ms. Carly, she and her team were very knowledgeable and precise with whatever I needed for my new place. And I recommend this place if you're ever looking for furnitures for your homes. (I'll definitely comeback here for some bar stools)

Sometimes buying new furniture can be painful because the sales person is pushy, but this purchase was very pleasant. Tiffany was wonderful to work with. I told her what I was looking for and she let me browse the store on my own to see if I found something I liked. Anytime I had a question she was prompt to provide the answer. She was knowledgeable and I was appreciative that she was more concerned with my needs and wants than just making a sale. They have beautiful furniture and great prices. I’d highly recommend.

I purchased a purple mattress, frame and mattress protective cover from Selvin at Ashley furniture. He gave me a great deal and on delivery day my delivery was ready 5 hours ahead of time.

Learn from my mistake. If you buy a matress put the matress protector on it. They don't tell you that in order for your warranty on your bed to remain effective you have to buy their bed protector as any stain or soilage on the mattress voids the 10 year warranty that they like to talk about.
The associate went above and beyond to help me test and find everything I needed as efficiently as possible. I believe her name was Janice but I could be mistaken. She deserves a raise. I will definitely be shopping here for all my furniture needs.

Wonderful experience! We went looking for a new mattress and we got helped as soon as walked in the store. We got to try a new device to us, that somehow tests what type of mattress is most suited for us! We then got to try several options until we found the one. I’d like to preface this by saying the gentlemen who helped us, selvin. We came in around 1.5 months ago to get a mattress and had to leave due to financial issues. We then came in today and Selvin greeted us by the door and we told him that we were looking for a mattress and he brought us straight back to the ones on that we were looking at before. He also brought us to mattresses that were similar to the others but were discounted, so we ended up getting one we liked and at almost half the price

He offered me a water then left me alone besides the occasional glance to see if I was still looking. When I was ready for him, he knew exactly what I wanted and took me straight to it. He visited with me about my new house and the kids/grandkids. I can not rave enough about Anthony. I will definitely be back and I will be shopping with Anthony again.

We had very good service at Ashley Furniture in purchasing our new mattress and adjustable base. Our sales person was Janice. The only negative was that we were not told about the FREE adjustable base with the purchase if a qualifying Beautyrest mattress. I found out about this free base offer on the Beautyrest website. I then asked about it and was told oh yes that's an option. It saved us $700.00. I believe it must be the store policy to not mention this offer in order to sell more. Research what you can before buying. No photos yet, the mattress and base won't be delivered for 4 to 6 weeks. This is another negative.

I am very happy we have an Ashley furniture In town. We were helped by Selvin. Selvin got us a very good deal, and because we were needing an entire house of furniture, he packaged living room sets, dining sets and got us a great deal. Do not buy furniture and the warranty from Ashley in Manhattan. They sell you the warranty saying it covers everything and then when you go to put in a claim you are told that nothing is covered. The chair is coming apart at the seam but cushions strings are coming up on almost every cushion. The back of the loveseat just came apart. Their furniture is cheaply made and they don't stand behind their warranty at all.
I usually try to stay away from large chain stores but after looking at the local stores even the lady at the local store suggested we try Ashley for what we was looking for and sure enough they had a good selection.

Their website says hassle free delivery but 2 weeks till my bedroom set shows up and they change the date to 3 months out. This is all having to wait almost 3 months for delivery in the first place. At this point I'm about to get a refund and go somewhere else. Worst experience with Ashley's furniture.

My wife and recently purchased more furniture from Ashley furniture. Janice was such a pleasure to do business with. After I went to the store to complain they honored their product and even delivered the replacement product on time and with very prompt service. I would recommend Janice to anyone looking for any type of furniture.
If you're looking to purchase new furniture I would highly not recommend this store. I bought a few new pieces such as a living room set, bed and a fireplace on June 12. I was new to town therefore I had to purchase the furniture out of state and I contacted Ashley several times to make sure that everything was going well and have information on the delivery and making sure not thing was broke. Jackie the one I signed my contract with. On one of our calls when I was looking for a update status she had alerted me that my fireplace had some damages. At this time I was disappointed but she said she would send me pictures. However Jackie did not send me any pictures, therefore I had no status of my damaged fireplace ! OK a few months go by and I give them a call because it's supposed to be time for delivery. I called and spoke to Jackie to confirm my delivery time once again and update on my furniture since Jackie failed to give me an update on my damaged fireplace. But I had no choice but to trust them. While I was on our call Jackie was speaking to another associate, about possibly not replacing the items that were damaged since it was a fireplace Consol and maybe the fireplace could cover it up, I immediately stop them and said I would need to have those items fixed because I paid full price and I do not need to have items that are damaged. She had informed me that I could call whenever I was ready to have my furniture delivered at this time I was even more disappointed because she failed to tell me the schedule she said I can call anytime but in fact that would not be the case I was now going to be the last delivery and again I have issues with my furniture being damaged. I expressed these feelings towards her and I asked her again to send me the pictures in which I did not receive any. My furniture finally arrives home at 5:30. Jackie gives me a call and asked me if I'm going to except a delivery, I said yes but They need to fix those damaged pieces like she stated. I called Ashley home store again once I saw that 3 shelves were damaged instead of two like they told me however jackie denied to speak to me, one of male associates stated to me. I ask to speak to the manager since she denied my call then the male associate said he did not know the managers name! I am frustrated and said I would call back tomorrow because the furniture arrived so late that the Ashley store was now closed. When I called in the morning I spoke to a different associate and they gave me a number so that I can text to get those items fixed. They said they we get those fixed for me and it is now February and I still have a damage fireplace and Ashley home store stop responding. This is the worst experience I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend not purchasing your furniture here. The customer service is terrible and also if they damage your items they will not repair them. I can't believe that as soon as I said I accepted shipment Jackie denied my call. This just shows that they only care about numbers and not at all about their customers.

Placed my order, within minutes I had a delivery date! Did all of this over the phone across country. :-) Very pleased with my experience. Had an amazing experience. Desmond, the salesman that helped me was very helpful. It was just me and my 2 toddlers and trying to video call with my husband to see which couch worked for us. And Desmond was respectful and even helped round up the little ones for me when I needed to. Not only he was helpful the staff that was there also was kind and helpful as well. We love our couch!!

Very nice salesman ,Desmond, he didn't hover over me. He let me have my space but was around on case I had questions. The showroom was neat and clean and I thought the prices were excellent. I've been to other furniture stores and their prices seems to be competitive, on the low side.
Don't bother buying the furniture care protection plan from them for $600+ they won't repair or replace anything regarding your furniture! I bought an over priced sofa and love seat and paid for the extra protection plan and was told that any rips tears stains pretty much anything that damages the couches will either be replaced or repaired. I submitted a claim regarding a couple small tears that had started on the cushions. Took them a week to get back to me about the issue and was told that from the time you see the damage you have 48 hours to report the damage or the contract is pretty much void. Some people have very busy lives and can't stop at the drop of a dime to report that my couch has a small tear starting in it. long story short I now have a 3k dollar couch and love seat that has 4 tears in the cushions that they are refusing to fix. Don't waste your money on the extra protection plan its worthless they will give you every excuse in the book to not do it.

The sales guy we talked to was rude and basically told us off for going to the web site first but coming in to the local store to make the final buy. Silly really since the stores are locally owned AFAICT. We mostly wanted to make the purchase locally for that reason alone. Anyway, bad sales guy told us the store couldn't match the online price (not true if you pay cash), told us it wouldn't be in stock online without even bothering to look it up, and even suggested that when it came into stock Ashley online would change the price. He was clearly desperate to make a sale, but then treated us terribly with us almost leaving without buying. It was saved by another salesperson, but I think he took the commission from her. Giving it 3 stars mostly because the save by the other person there, but I'd flat fire anyone on my sales staff treated my customers and his fellow associates that way.

I had a great experience when I shopped at this store. My sales agent, Janice Norris, was the best! She asked how she could help and listened to my reason for needing what I wanted to purchase. She then took me to the items, explained each feature and stayed with me while I tested them. Not at any moment did I feel pushed, rushed or like she was just trying to make a sale. She allowed me time to process and decide and return. She was such a help and I am grateful for her assistance! Ashley a product specialist at Ashley furniture mart has a tough time honoring her statements. Approximately 30 minutes after talking to her she didn’t want to honor the 20% off our order. After 25 minutes of being on hold I was told they would honor the discount. After another 5 minutes being on hold she told me they do not have the mattress in stock and it will be 6-8 weeks to deliver to the store. It’s pretty easy to give this store a one star today! I happily went to your competitor.
Went in there a couple months ago, ready to pay upfront for a sectional I had found online and really wanted. The manager was very rude to me, acted like he didn’t have the time of day for me. He talked to me like I was an idiot, and got very annoyed when I sat on the furniture to test it out. I left, and bought my sectional else where.
Don’t buy their protection plan. Broken couch for over a month with no fix date scheduled. Paid extra $200 for this coverage and no resolution scheduled.

Order a couch back in May and never got it. I am not using this place again, and letting everyone know. I kept getting next month. And never got it.
I purchased multiple items online through Ashley Furniture. When it was all delivered by the Homestore it was left outside my door, stacked in front of the stairwell, and I never received the delivery notification I was promised. Finally when I called in hours after it was intended to be delivered, was I told it was left outside 2+ hours before. After starting to unpack my purchase, I found out what I had ordered was not the correct piece that was delivered. The Homestore picked it up a week later (mind you this was a 14’ sectional), and it only occurred after I was on hold with online support for 1.5 hours. The Manhattan location refused to help or talk to me about the issue. After my hold on the phone, I was connected with a supervisor who informed me that I should have been in contact with my Homestore in Manhattan as they were the ones who could resolve the solution. This being done before calling online support, where I was told by Chelsea in the Manhattan store that they wouldn’t be able to help me. Fast track 4 months later, I never received my refund for the incorrect item that was delivered. After the horrible service I received I decided to purchase my living room furniture elsewhere. After calling the Homestore and online services, my refund still never went through. I had paid for an item I didn’t have, an expensive one at that. I eventually started a dispute with my credit card company and the only reason my dispute was resolved was because I called in multiple times after the fact. When hearing from my credit card company that the dispute wasn’t being resolved within the 60 day timeframe I was given, this was at 59 days, I decided to call online support again and was finally connected with the right parties to fix the issue. 4 months of no communication and no resolve... I honestly don’t think it ever would have been resolved if I hadn’t kept checking in and seeing that I was being inaccurately charged on my account. I had been a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture Manhattan for over 8 years, but I will no longer do business with them. My experience was worse than could have been imagined, and I got 100x better service elsewhere.

I loved going in there!! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful the prices were great also definitely if looked online if the price was lower. The delivery was quick the two men that came in were very nice and went straight to business to bringing all the items upstairs to my apartment. WOULD DEF GO BACK.

My husband and I went around town to look for sleeper sofas. Out of all the businesses Ashley Furniture had by far the BEST customer service. We felt welcome there, they worked with us on price matching from their website and delivery. Delivery was about 2-3 weeks for us, which wasn’t a problem because we were in no hurry. Every single person we came in contact with there was great! We will be shopping there from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about this store and their employees. First we absolutely love our Sales person BRIAN! He is so easy to work with and not pushy but extremely knowledgeable and is very personable. We have just about our entire house refurbished with Ashley furniture. He is great at understanding the bottom line and our familys needs within our budget. He even added on furniture care cleaning supplies and pillows that we LOVE! We bought way more than we planned on and are so grateful to Brian for making it work for us! THE DELIVERY GUYS- Eric and Josh were the best. They had me laughing and just so nice. They worked very well together and made sure I was happy with the installation and products. These guys were very polite and caring with the furniture. I brought some furniture and my sofa got messed up and I had a warranty and they said my warranty doesn't qualify for it !!!!! You would spend so much money here but it's not worth it because if something gets messed up that aren't helpful here .
I have bought furniture from here. I was given a good deal on the furniture, but I have had to wait almost a month to get my furniture. So my biggest problem with them is they need to have a warehouse, where they can keep stock of the furniture they sell. This should be a big priority for them. Eventually customers will get tired of having to wait a month or more to get their furniture.

Got a livingroom and a bedroom set from here but today we were surprised by the way we were received at the store by a manager named brian from the beginning he was rude and later on unprofessional but apparently this is not the first issue he had with people but i hope someone important can read this and give me a call to assure them im sure they can find my phone number in there records
Today my husband and I had the most horrible experience in this store, We normally go to buy some furniture there but today we went to the store and try to buy a bedding set and ask for the cleaning set the they offered when we bought a sectional, and the manager came to us and was so rude when we ask for the cleaning stuff because nobody told us there is only a refill in the bottle, then he was yelling at us saying that he paid $50 dollar per each bottle and we trole him we threw the bottles and he started yelling at my husband, I was there with my 3 years old daughter, He was unprofessional , incompetent,rude and I can’t believe a person like him is the “MANAGER” and treats the customer like this! Maybe the owner doesn’t know how many people have situations like this with the Manager (Brian) and needs to do something because they can lose plenty of costumers because of him.
Purchased a couch from the Manhattan store and deployed shortly after. Upon return from deployment my couch broke. So effectively after using the couch for a little over a month it broke. Unfortunatly it was out of the one year manufacturers warranty. Not mad that they couldn't help me on the phone. I've purchased from them before in the past and thought I'd never go anywhere else. However, went in to upgrade and current people were fairly rude, and not very helpful. Will not be returning to this store, but will probably still use Ashley Online for my needs.

I bought a couch for around $500 last year at the end of September. I have had it for just over a year now and the support for the cushions has busted completely. It was held in by staples, and I had the year warranty but there’s nothing they can do since the year is up. My couch is completely unusable and I’ve treated it super gently. Wouldn’t recommend, cheap quality.
It's a beautiful and clean store. I think it's too expensive for the average family in this area, though.

Avoid manager Brian McCormick. Experience shopping here was mediocre. There are some good representatives and some bad, so your experience will differ when you go there. In particular, I would avoid going in there when the manager Brian McCormick is working, he was very rude, pushy, and short when we had questions. Overall, he had the wrong mind set when it comes to sales/ customers even his employees mentioned their frustrations with is management style.
Excellent service
Purchased from here many times, but this latest time will be my last. They have a no return policy that wasn't really specified at the time of purchase. Bought a reclining sofa, really nice, all powered, lights, USB ports, electrical outlets, the works. But once getting it into our space it doesn't work for us, and upon calling them questioning how to go about a return was then told they have a "no return policy". Mind you we haven't had the sofa for 2 days....and the only thing the wife and I can remember them saying at the time of purchase was a restocking fee if we were to decide we didn't want it.
No return policy! Don't recommend buying here!

Like a fast food joint for furniture. Some sales agents were overbearing but a swift "I know what I want" alleviated that. Clean store and restrooms.
Didn't buy from there. We were looking for a bed quickly. They would have had to order it, and it would have been many weeks.
Polite and professional
We bought the most expensive bed in the store. The Northshore collection. The bed and dresser alone were almost $4,000. Shortly after receiving it which was actually almost 60 days after we paid in full due to damaged parts being shipped. (According to the voicemail they left) (We were also told after the fact that a customer had the same issue with their bed falling apart and that the customer was irate, so Ashley’s gave them a new bed and compensated them. Our situation was a lot different. We contacted Ashley’s numerous times and each time we were treated very rudely and we were even hung up on. I am pregnant and when I climbed onto our very expensive bed the headboard detached from the bottom piece and the mattress dropped , causing me to fall and hit my head on the dresser beside it. No one at Ashley’s cared, not even the owner. After trying to get it fixed for months we told them we want a full refund due to the non professionalism and faulty bed etc. they refused and our bed is still broke. We have to sleep on a lopsided bed. I’m sure after this review they will want to finally do their jobs but it’s too late because we will be filing a lawsuit. Obviously the ppl we spoke to are racist because the customer of a different race was not treated they way that we were. We have spent thousands at this store and we still can’t get any respect or fair treatment. Zero stars 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

We had a great experience at this store from picking out our furniture to the final delivery. It took about 3 weeks from the time we ordered our furniture until it was delivered but when it was delivered it came all pre built and in beautiful condition. The two men who delivered it were very kind and extremely careful not to scratch anything or bang into any walls. I am so happy I decided to go with Ashley Homestore!
We are not happy with the store at all. We have had trouble with the store before but we wanted to give them another try. The story: we ordered a loveseat with the middle console (has cup holders and storage). When they delivered it they were very rude with us. We had to tell them how to get the couch in the house because they had no idea what the were doing. They didn’t know what they were doing so much that they were shoving the couch through the doorway. They tore the couch and put the middle console and the whole couch off center so much the the couch was leaning. We then had someone from Ashley’s come look at the couch to try to fix the tear. Very nice guy I believe his name was Andy. He told us that the couch could come apart and he didn’t know why they didn’t take it apart to begin with. They brought us a new couch and they were very nice at first. They then told me that the new middle console of the couch has a scuff on it. They hadn’t even brought it inside yet. They one delivery guy was starting to become very rude because we told them we don’t want a couch with a scuff on it. We want a nice piece of furniture. He tried to blame us for the old couch having scratches on it but that was from when they shoved it through the door the first delivery. So hopefully we can get a new console with no scuff or tear.
