We were helped when arrived and left alone so we could look around as we wanted. Called in on Saturday and visited with Kaia to firm up final price. Called back in on Sunday to confirm the order and added service program and delivery.

Appreciate the team in Salina. Camden was a great help and they had a nice selection of affordable furniture.

They were great on the phone and they answered all my technical questions about purchasing an electric lift chair. And they explained that their warranty that they offer in the store also covers. The batteries and the electrical parts of the chair after the one year. Manufacturer warranty expires. They also agreed to get rid of my old chair, which no longer works for me. I would recommend them very highly to anyone that wants to purchase. Furniture or an electric lift chair.

Bought a new sectional with the extra warranty. It had a snag and stain when delivered. Pointed it out and got pics, about a week later some random couch part showed up at my house via fed ex. Zero communication about it whatsoever. Figured they would follow up and call on it, nope. Finally took it into the store two weeks later and talked to the manager and our sales person and asked what this was it wasn’t even the part that was an issue and specifically said there’s been no follow up. Per usual I got the were sorry we’ll order the right stuff. Was told 7-10 days. Day 20 comes and goes and nothing, and once again zero follow up. Asked then where my parts were and was told they’re still on order. They seem to have no accountability or follow up after the sale.

Very helpful I’m getting my dream couch

I just got through with what had to be the most pleasant retail experience we have ever had. I called about a warranty on a bed we had bought several years ago. We were taken care of by Poe the store manager. He had a comparable bed and some alternate picks ready for us when we got there. We were in and out in 15 minutes and had a new bed by the time we left. Will definitely keep going back for all our needs.

Buyers beware. This store sells low quality furniture, and SECOND-HAND mattresses and represents them as NEW. I went in to look around for a new living room set and all that I could find were the cheap particle board items. If I asked what wood was used in construction that's the only answer that I got. I also wanted a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, and they had many beds the lady was trying to sell to my wife and I that were fishy... They will claim they are "small locally owned store" but they are a part of ASHLEY HOME STORE which is a nationwide corporate store with corporate greed. Pretty laughable. After 30 minutes of looking without any help we were approached by a woman. She was less concerned about what bed would be perfect for us, and more concerned with making a big commision. Right out of the gate she started telling us the prices and which beds were cheaper. She told us the sheets Ashley sells were not very good, and to buy them elsewhere if we wanted linens. Not very professional? She was offering a discount on the bed we wanted when everywhere else we have looked the Tempur-Pedic mattresses are the same price. When I asked her how she was offering a discount she told me that they could sell me a mattress that was a return from another customer. "They returned it after only 1 day and you won't have a warranty" is what she told us. I will be reporting this store to Tempur-Pedic. The lady did not seem to know anything about any of the beds. I would recommend checking out the other mattress stores in Salina. We purchased our bedroom set from the store down the road and could not be more pleased with their knowledge, their kindness and how they conducted business. We did not wait 30 minutes to get our questions answered. They are not pushy sales people. They actually care and want to help you sleep better. They just don't carry furniture which was the only downside.

Melina (Mel) has worked with me to get furniture all around my house including my dining room, living room, and recently a new bed as well. She is very kind hearted and will never pressure you into a deal. Her knowledge on color arrangements and matching pieces with one another are amazing. Walking into this store you feel like family, so for that reason I'll continue shopping here no matter what!

About three years ago I purchased a couch and loveseat from this store. I also purchased the 5-year warranty. I’m not sure what happened but I ended up with large water-rings on all the cushions. I didn’t know if I should try to have it cleaned or what I should do. They looked terrible. I called Ashley and informed them that I purchased the warranty and is this something that would be covered. I was asked to take pictures so they could look at the cushions. They said they like to handle situations locally if possible instead of filing a claim. Within hours I was informed that they ordered NEW cushions-not cushion covers , but CUSHIONS. They asked no questions they just immediately took care of the issue. I am not sure I have ever experienced customer service that great. Within a few days my new cushions arrived. This store is definitely worth bragging about. No questions, no paperwork, nothing but “We’ll take care of it!” This store provides A+++++ service!! Ashley is a true gem and made our recent home-buying experience simple and stress-free. We were looking at moving back to Kansas from Florida and had a small timeframe to find a home and thanks to Ashley we were able to find what we wanted and were able to move in early! We purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in the past, and were very pleased with the quality. So when we moved to our new home, we went to Ashley to furnish our home. The staff were great to work with. We purchased several pieces. We had one issue with the ottoman having a slight tear. However, Ashley sent someone out and they replaced the ottoman cover, and it looks like new. All the furniture in our home looks great! Again, thank you, Melina and Ashley Furniture.

The store is clean and furniture is nicely displayed in pretty arrangements. Sales clerks were prompt to assist. The mattresses are pretty tall/high for short people to be able to test. Their insurance doesn't allow for the assistance of a stepstool. One has to buy a mattress cover (min. $69) to get free home delivery and to assure that it was purchased from Ashley.

UPDATE: the customer service at this store needs to be recognized. They are great about under promise/over deliver! Furniture ordered on Saturday (expectation set of a week for shipping and then they would schedule delivery). Furniture was delivered Wednesday-4 days later. That evening we noticed a mechanical flaw in one of our pieces-messaged Mel and literally within less than an hour parties had been contacted for repair. Expectation set-part would be shipped to our home in 1-2 weeks and then technician would come for repair. Reality-parts arrived by Saturday, I messaged to notify them monday morning and it is now Tuesday 1pm and all is fixed! Delivery guys (didnt get their names) and Eli the technician were great. They have an amazing team. Buy from here, you wont be disappointed! Walked in JUST to sit in a few sofas as we are in the market for new. Was immediately approached by the amazing smile and spirit of Melina and we ended the day with buying a set completely opposite of what we thought we wanted and with a few more bells and whistles. First off, Melina is AMAZING! She is so kind and not your typical "sales person." She checked in on us through out our visit, made helpful suggestions, and let us roam at our leisure. She offered us cold water and was just genuinely a gem. We didn't plan on making final decisions or purchases that day so we left. Little did we know, Melina had won us over and we knew we had to go back and complete the purchase with her-so we did later that same day. We are now the soon to be proud owners (as soon as its delivered) of a very nice zero gravity love seat and couch that will be such a blessing on our old tired bodies. They have a very nice large selection to choose from and the options were almost exhausting but once we found the one we liked-we knew. We will definitely be back for future purchases as long as Melina is still there-she truly is amazing!

Customer service is their strength. I purchased a Purple mattress. Love it! It's so comfortable and I sleep great! The guys who delivered it and the frame made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it. Also purchased an Ottoman that was damaged in my home. When I contacted them I got an immediate response from Poe letting me know I would be taken care of. It was all done in a very timely manner.

Went in today to find a mattress. We where helped by a wonderful staff member, Melina, who helped us get all set up, offered us water, and encourage us to try out all the models! Great experience and ready for a restful sleep. If you elect to pick up, it is a easy and fast experience. They load it into your car for you.

What a great store. I was impressed with their knowledge of the different bed types and they worked to find the model was the right fit for me. Personalized service, and their movers were not only friendly but very careful when they moved my old bed to a new room. I also like that if you aren’t satisfied with the bed after you sleep on it, you can swap it out. First class experience.

The sales people are great. Selection is good. Price is fair. My problem began last summer when i placed an order, and got only one piece of furniture delivered out the set. The rest was back ordered for months. I eventually cancelled and ordered a different (more expensive) set that was in stock. When it was delivered there was a problem with my love seat. New parts were ordered, at least a month ago, (if not longer). Parts have not arrived (understandable with supply chain issues), HOWEVER no one has contacted me to update status at all, nor was I told that it would take months to get it fixed. When I called for an update, i was told that they don't know when part will ship, they can only tell it has not yet, with no further information available. I understand that this is possibly out of the hands of local store, but I am coming up on year now since my intial order i had to cancel, and I am still trying to get my furniture situation settled. If I had known things were this far behind, or that repairs would take this long and (more importantly) that I could expect little to no communication, I think I would have reconsidered. Once again though, local sales people were great, and friendly.

I haven't been at Ashley's for quite a while

We recently purchased two recliners from the Ashley HomeStore in Salina. We had an issue with one of the recliners and when we let the store know, they were very quick to make it right and replaced our chair the same day. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area. We definitely plan on going back to shop for bedroom furniture soon. Five stars for sure!

To begin with, because I live out of town, she sent me pictures of tables she thought I would like which peaked my interest and I drove to Salina to look. Nice selection in the store, we were greeted the moment we came in. We were able to get the help of an associate Audry who did a really good job of setting expectations and checking pricing for us. The visit went well and couldn't have asked for a better interaction. There's spacing throughout the store and a great mixture of furniture for any occasion. We didn't buy due to the lead time of the piece we wanted but the experience will definitely bring us back through in the future.

The only time I gone to Ashley Home store I ordered a dresser for delivery. Once I got home the dresser was in the front room with a big scratch on it. I have no need of going back. Thank you

Update March 2023- Almost a year ago we bought a sectional from Ashley's in Salina. We LOVED the couch but it began peeling in several spots for unknown reasons (the only piece of furniture we have ever had issues with). I was put in touch with Bryce, the store manager in Salina. Because the couch was still under warranty, within one week of me contacting him, we had a replacement couch sitting in our living room. He made it a seamless and efficient process. Our house is furnished with 90% furniture from Ashley's and this is exactly why. Amazing customer service. Update Feb 2022 - Carola was amazing to work with. She was patient, honest, and wasn't pushy at all. My wife went in recently to look for a dining room table set and she couldn't say enough good things about Melina. She was helpful, patient, didn't push, answered questions, etc. A very good experience overall and we will be going back for our sectional/living room furniture purchases.

No one take care of us so we walked out. my mom was going to buy a bedroom set little over $2000 we ask for help a lady tell my wife to give her a second we wait 10 minutes before we leave. By the way we saw 6 or more sales ladies in the back desk

We bought our couch and loveseat there last year for Christmas. As much as I love my loveseat, when reclined it's too short for my sweetheart, so we decided this year to get two of the heated massage recliners, that will help me with my back...due to four spinal fusion surgeries, comfort is my main priority. Went to the store today to buy a sectional and settled on one, the sales lady was super nice she told us the price we said ok then had to wait for two plus hours to get checked out. extremely long to wait to pay but it was a good deal so sacraficed the wait however there were several others behind the counter that could have helped including the manager sitting on his rump, then to our suprise the price was $1,200 higher than what was quoted when we finally got to the check out process, then insisted they didn't quote that but I had them show me the paper they wrote the numbers on sure enough YES they did! They then admitted they did but it was an error. So asked since we had been in the store now for 3 and half hours if they would make it right as it was their error so the girl (again very nice) asked the manager he acted annoyed and offered a 5% discount, big whoop after we waited patiently for two plus hours to be checked out AFTER deciding on the item then another 30 min to discuss the error by this time I was tired of furniture shopping said we would take it, then said it wouldn't be delivered until mid July so I guess they get to use my money for free for a month and half or two months THEN when I asked if they would haul off old pieces, sure for a charge ....nah thanks just spent a lot of money. I was supposed to leave the store excited about a new purchase instead I left with a bad taste and disappointed in my purchase, my fault because I should have just walked away but after that much time I really had no time to go somewhere else as I only get a day off a week. The manager should have gotten his butt off the chair and came and spoke with us personally over such an error instead he sits there and has the ladies do it, poor management for such a big error and having a customer wait all that time, did I expect them to eat the whole 1200 absolutely not, though technically they did quote a price but to offer a 5% discount and act like they were doing a huge favor. Going to sleep on it decide if I want to spend another day shopping elsewhere and cancel it first thing tomorrow. I AMENDED MY PREVIOUS RATING AS ASHLEY'S REACHED OUT TO ME AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE ERROR AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION INTERNALLY. I HAVE RESPECT FOR A COMPANY THAT REACHES OUT TO A CUSTOMER. Still took 1 star off for the time of the transaction process.

Staff not friendly prices are high

They have a great variety of furniture but there customer service was lacking. In my opinion the customer service is what sells the furniture.

Over all my experience was very good. The lady who sold me 2 recliners was super helpful and tried to help to the best of her ability not mention she was super nice. I was disappointed that they did not have more furniture in stock that I wanted. I think it is kind of silly that I have to wait probably two weeks to get the recliners delivered to my house. When I could probably order 2 recliners off amazon and have them to my house much sooner. I got the recliners from Ashleys furniture because I could test the recliners out. I just wish the shipping was faster. (Update) the recliners I had got where here within a week which was sooner than I had expected. Also when I had left a three star review the manager over at Ashley’s called me and apologized that they could not be there sooner and gave me an update on when the recliner where coming. As long as the recliners hold up this will be my final review on Ashley’s. Their customer support is outstanding and there staff is always polite and nice. The deliver guys do there job really well and quick. I would recommend this store to anybody.

I love this store, I love the furniture, and I love Stephanie!! She has been the BEST Shopping Assistant!! She helped me pick out a houseful of furniture, and then got me a great deal, too. It is fabulous. My little rental house looks wonderful, is really comfortable and I love it! 4 stars, but not necessarily for the store or the people who work there. My beds have drawers and one of them was damaged when the guys came to put everything together. 2 months later, still no new drawer. The CSR double checked and it was on order... My drawer finally arrived last week - 4.5 months after the original delivery. And, it arrived sans hardware. When I went back to the store to ask about it, the assistant manager gave me handles off of a piece in the showroom. It just should not have taken that long to get my drawer replaced.

The staff is amazing. They are always willing to help. I have bought alot of furniture here and everytime I come in it's always a amazing experience. All the furniture I have bought here has been well worth the money. Melina Ingalsbe is a amazing sales lady. She never tries to pressure you into buying something and she is always very helpful especially if your not exactly sure what you want. Ashley Furniture is amazing and I suggest that anyone looking for furniture should go there.

Excellent staff, everything made easy: shopping, buying and delivery

In the process of setting up my new office and found a desk I loved however, the matching bookcase wasn't going to be available until late July. Thanks to Stephanie and Remington my bookcase is on order to arrive with the stores order ensuring I wouldn't wait longer for the piece. Remington also made it possible for me to purchase an office chair from the floor, replacing my broken chair. Thank you both for outstanding customer service!!

I called Ashley Furniture 6/1/19 and told them my problem on a love seat I purchased 5/10/19. Needless to say since they didn’t deliver this item because they wanted additional fee for delivery as I didn’t spend &1500.00 so it's not under warranty. This to me is BS as I was told it is under warranty for a year. If they do not fix this under warranty I will not purchase nothing else from them I will go to Nebraska Furniture!!!! Remind you I have purchased a bedroom set, mattress, sectional and other misc items. Update: Received a call from the store manager Poe on Monday 6/3/19 told him about what took place. Unfortunately the lady gave me false information. So to make a long story short my issue has been resolved.

I have mixed feelings for this review. I'm giving 5stars only because the end result was fantastic. What started out as a several thousand dollars investment for a Tempur pedic bed soon became pretty ugly. I was treated pretty bad by a manager, but in the end, Remington Miller became involved and just like that, things were put right. Very long and involved story, but the end result is what counts. Thank you Mr. Miller for taking care of everything and getting me set up with the ultimate bed set up. Two XL twin Tempur pedic mattresses and the two bed frames. A large investment deserves the type of service provided by Me. Miller and his store, Ashley HomeStore in Sina, Ks.

Purchased mattress from Poe Castillo. He was very helpful in explaining how the mattress was made and the warranty. Offered us a very good deal. Too good to pass up. We recommend our friends and family to go and see him. Wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else.

We were looking for a new mattress, and a rocker. Poe helped us find exactly what we needed. It was a fantastic shopping experience.

We had a very nice sales rep that sold us a nice sofa sleeper. When delivered they damaged a small portion of the wood frame, left nails in driveway and broke a solar light. Ashleys were kind enough to replace our solar light BUT never showed up to fix our sofa as promised.

Confusion on cost and having the right supplies. The workers did an excellent job. They were very friendly yet professional. Over all the in.took to long and cost way too much I originally gave Ashley furniture a 3 star. This was a terrible mistake on my part. I was thinking this was a different company I had used recently. I have revised my review of Ashley to 5 stars. I have bought several things at Ashley Furniture and have always been pleased with the product, sales and delivery. They we're all very friendly and helpful. Please disregard my previous review that was in error and shop Ashley . You won't be disappointed..

Yaneth was a wonderful sales representative. She was so patient. We look at every sofa before leaving and then coming back. Then we tried 6 mattresses. She was wonderful.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and the things they did not know they were honest about and said they would find out for us. We got a great deal and 0.0% financing on our new Sealy king size bed and adjustable base. The free1800 thread count sheets and pillows made the deal even better. A big thanks to our salesperson Melina, she did a great job for us and we are already talking about going back to see her for a sectional couch.

My old recliner quit on me so I went there looking for a new one and met Julianne she was extremely helpful and after my son and I tried everyone in the store we came down to two and picked one and she had us checked out and ready to go. She made the experience well worth it.
