The sales people are great. Selection is good. Price is fair. My problem began last summer when i placed an order, and got only one piece of furniture delivered out the set. The rest was back ordered for months. I eventually cancelled and ordered a different (more expensive) set that was in stock. When it was delivered there was a problem with my love seat. New parts were ordered, at least a month ago, (if not longer). Parts have not arrived (understandable with supply chain issues), HOWEVER no one has contacted me to update status at all, nor was I told that it would take months to get it fixed. When I called for an update, i was told that they don't know when part will ship, they can only tell it has not yet, with no further information available. I understand that this is possibly out of the hands of local store, but I am coming up on year now since my intial order i had to cancel, and I am still trying to get my furniture situation settled. If I had known things were this far behind, or that repairs would take this long and (more importantly) that I could expect little to no communication, I think I would have reconsidered. Once again though, local sales people were great, and friendly.
