This is the fourth time we have shopped at Ashley… this time for l bedroom furniture and a mattress. The sales rep Kaia Ingalsbe couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. She dotted all the eyes and crossed all the tees. Always happy with Ashley furnishings
Really good experience with Ashley. Delivery guys were quick, respectful and thoughtful when moving the furniture in. Big thanks too, to Bryce Miller. I wanted a contemporary style set and he helped me picked just that! Also went as far to make sure that the table I wanted would actually fit in between my sectional and that my tv wouldn’t overhang with the table I wanted. Very knowledgeable people in the industry and think of the things you wouldn’t have originally thought of! 10/10
I near to 2,000 worth of merchandise was told that we had a warranty on the furniture. spent almost 2 hours sitting there to get it because of technical difficulties, only had these since Feboughtbruary and the futon already broken. I will never buy furniture from this worthless company again. I'm still I'm the hole for furniture that can't be used. I don't know about yall expirenence but mines for this place is shot. so i hope this helps someone else frm buying from them.. I bought four futons with metals legs at the base and the metal leg snapped off. only to call for them to say we don't have the warranty they lady said we had. Dam guess you can't trust Noone anymore. here's the ironic thing. I got a futon from Walmart all metal and I just threw that one out because the cushion was messed up. but I had that for four years guess Walmart sell better furniture than yall.
