About three years ago I purchased a couch and loveseat from this store. I also purchased the 5-year warranty. I’m not sure what happened but I ended up with large water-rings on all the cushions. I didn’t know if I should try to have it cleaned or what I should do. They looked terrible. I called Ashley and informed them that I purchased the warranty and is this something that would be covered. I was asked to take pictures so they could look at the cushions. They said they like to handle situations locally if possible instead of filing a claim. Within hours I was informed that they ordered NEW cushions-not cushion covers , but CUSHIONS. They asked no questions they just immediately took care of the issue. I am not sure I have ever experienced customer service that great. Within a few days my new cushions arrived. This store is definitely worth bragging about. No questions, no paperwork, nothing but “We’ll take care of it!” This store provides A+++++ service!! Ashley is a true gem and made our recent home-buying experience simple and stress-free. We were looking at moving back to Kansas from Florida and had a small timeframe to find a home and thanks to Ashley we were able to find what we wanted and were able to move in early! After moving in, I had some additional questions about the home and called Ashley who was willing help and even came by to make sure that we were settling in okay. I highly recommend Ashley and his team if you are looking to buy or sell.
Melina was great with us! We changed our mind a few times and she was very patient and took time to visit with us! We had a great experience with her. We also appreciate the gentleman at the desk who arranged for us to have our new bed delivered that day to help my husband recover from his back and shoulder injury. Thank you to the two gentlemen that came in and set up our bed and made it look so easy. I know those King size mattresses are heavy!! We really appreciate them squeezing us into their schedule. Thank you to all the gals at the desk who were so helpful and friendly. If we should need anything in the future, we will return.
This is the fourth time we have shopped at Ashley… this time for l bedroom furniture and a mattress. The sales rep Kaia Ingalsbe couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. She dotted all the eyes and crossed all the tees. Always happy with Ashley furnishings
We purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in the past, and were very pleased with the quality. So when we moved to our new home, we went to Ashley to furnish our home. The staff were great to work with. We purchased several pieces. We had one issue with the ottoman having a slight tear. However, Ashley sent someone out and they replaced the ottoman cover, and it looks like new. All the furniture in our home looks great! Again, thank you, Melina and Ashley Furniture.

The store is clean and furniture is nicely displayed in pretty arrangements. Sales clerks were prompt to assist. The mattresses are pretty tall/high for short people to be able to test. Their insurance doesn't allow for the assistance of a stepstool. One has to buy a mattress cover (min. $69) to get free home delivery and to assure that it was purchased from Ashley.
