Oh my! We gave Grace a RUN for her money tonight, but she was so awesome! I would of waited until after Christmas to shop but Grace was gracious enough to remember me and sent a simple text on Monday about the savings we could get tonight, so therefore we came! So applauds to Grace! My husband was in the store and I was going to get him in there to shop for all that I could or need!!!😆 We got our living room furniture our barstools our end and coffee tables! We got more than I had ever planned. It’s going to be awesome, and my husband found the living room end/coffee table without Grace and my help…cudo’s to him!!! Grace is so special and patient! I came in, in November and again later in November and she was out sick but then we had some tragic things go on the last of November and again the first of December that we could not get back into shop… But, we also appreciated Barry, I believe his name was, the store manager, he was helpful, worked hard as well to make us happy and doing well. But, I do want to stress how Grace worked hard, did everything to satisfy us and showed us so much! I would work with her over and over again with her! She is amazing! She is sweet, cheerful and even lets me cry the first time I came in because I was so extremely blessed and happy with my life that I hadn’t been able to hold back tears for the two weeks I had been home! Oh my I forgot to post this after I wrote this. But we were very satisfied with Grace! Thanks, Ashley’s Furniture!!!❤️🎄❤️💚 Now our furniture is also is delivered as well and we love it as well, very comfortable! My husband said we can rent out the bedrooms and sleep on the sofa! Ha! We did have a little hic cup on one bar stool and it was a bit wobbly and I called the store and they will come next week and get that adjusted correctly. Thanks again to Grace, the manager, and the delivery men that were so careful delivering with the other men delivering as well. Sorry about that. Karen

They advertised a first responder sale, and refused to give it to us, because the mattress we wanted was already on a sale. The first responder sale was for a larger percent off than what the mattress was already marked for. We told them we didn't expect both discounts, but just the larger of the two, especially when they're trying to act like they appreciate first responders. They can blame it on corporate policy all they want, and I'll choose to shop anywhere else. I suggest everyone else do the same. The quality of the Ashley furniture product and customer service has gone down dramatically in the last 5-10 years, while their prices just keep going up.

We were greeted with smiles and kindness. They figure out what we needed. They delivered it that day. The men knew just what to do. Very kind .I recommend ashley furniture for any idea you have.

Typical atmosphere, nothing specifically noteworthy. The salesman that greeted us seemed a little pushy. I'm not very patient with pushy salesperson. When asked if he could help, we replied that we were just looking and he pressed for conversation. We said we were just getting some ideas, thanking him for his time. Again pressed us for information and conversation. I finally told him if we needed any help, we'd let him know and we walked away. We weren't trying to be rude but he left no other options.

I went to the 21st St. location. Barry was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. It was a great experience!

We recently purchased a cabinet that came in a damaged box. My husband asked the warehouse worker to check it before taking it home since it was a 35-minute drive, but unfortunately, the worker seemed put out and dismissed our concern, saying it was fine. Once we got home and opened it, we discovered multiple areas of damage. The next day, we contacted the store, and their customer service team went above and beyond. They quickly resolved the issue and even delivered a perfectly assembled replacement cabinet within a couple of days. While our interaction at the warehouse was disappointing, the store itself truly made it right and showed a level of customer care that is rare these days. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a positive outcome—we really appreciate it!

Very upset. Ordered a sofa and loveseat based on a color and fabric I was shown at the store. When it arrived it was neither the color or fabric I had been shown. They offered a return but I had already gotten rid of my old furniture and would have nothing. In the end I elected to keep it, with a 10 % discount. The store employee admitted it was her fault, but she should have known ….

Was told by the sales rep that the couch we bought came with the pillows that were on it. Even walked the store with the pillows to match a chair. After talking to the manager that wanted to talk me in circles about it and provide me picture proof that the couch doesn’t have pillows on it (which it did last week), I finally had to hang up. Manager made it seem like I was lying and didn’t want to take my word for it. Had to go that far just for him to finally offer accent pillows, but at that point I want nothing to do with this store. I will not be back.

We were met at the door by a young man who asked us about our visit and whether or not we had been here before. We had not, and he walked us back to the furniture we were looking for and allowed us to walk around, engaging us in conversation without pressuring us into looking at furniture we were not interested in buying. Once we settled on our purchases he continued to engage us in pleasant conversation while putting together our final purchase price. It wasn’t until after we determined what our choices were that we discovered it was only his 6th day on the job. We never would have known if he had not told us as he was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive of us throughout our entire visit.

Why do furniture stores insist on following you around like you're going to walk off with a couch? I asked to be left alone to look around because having someone following me makes me anxious. Instead, I was followed around by someone who was about 50 feet behind me and every time I sat down on a couch, they pounced. As a female, being followed by someone in a store makes me nervous. I've had this happen to me at other stores before. This is why I ask to be left alone. I am perfectly capable of finding someone if I need help. Instead, I spent 10 minutes in the store, when I might have spent 30 looking more closely at a couple of couches I found somewhat comfortable. If someone says they would like to shop alone, please respect their decision! Otherwise, the store has a good variety of designs and is nicely set up.

Consumers beware, we bought a Tempur pedic mattress from Ashley and received the frame as a “free gift.” Our mattress started to shift and Ashley referred us to complete the warranty through Tempur Pedic. The warranty claim was denied due to the width of the slats not meeting the requirements. These were purchased as a package from Ashley. When we reached out to Ashley, they said they would work with Tempur pedic. Then two weeks later I received a message from Ashley that there were stains on the mattress and that’s why it was denied. They sent me altered photos of our mattress with the mattress protector on. I sent copies of the original photos stating this was fraudulently altered and they said to reach out to Tempur Pedic. It was escalated to Tempur Pedic and they said it was denied because of the slats and to reach out to Ashley furniture. Neither company wants to take accountability for this. I definitely don’t want anyone else to have to go through this horrible experience! It is sad that we were going to spend more money there and now they’ve lost way more business because of their dishonesty.

We have a weirdly shaped house and have furniture upstairs, on the mainfloor and in the basement. Sometimes logistics of how to get pieces into place have been tricky, but the movers have all come up with quick ideas to get pieces moved into place with no damage to the home or furniture. Would recommend Ashley everytime.

Caden was an awesome young man of 19 years old who helped us order our custom sectional. Even though they didn’t have any pieces of that model on display, he was able to show us better pictures of the upholstery. This helped us make our decision. He was so genuine and polite, even when we went past closing time. Caden is an asset to the Ashley West team. The manager even came to check that we were ok. Love Ashley’s quality. We are replacing a nearly 17 year old Ashley sectional and loveseat we gave to our daughter when she moved out. It is still in great condition too! We will definitely be back soon for more furniture upgrades.

My daughter has outgrown her current furniture in her bedroom, so we stopped in to see what we could find to give her a more mature set. I have been so impressed with this store! I have their furniture in every room of my house. I usually get the furniture protection as well and it's worth it. I have an end table that I spilled fingernail polish remover on which took off the finish in a small area... and the insurance company told me to keep while they also gave me a brand new one. I had a sofa for close to five years when my granddaughters were bouncing on it roughly and made something come loose. Once again the insurance company told me to keep the sofa and that they would send me a check for slightly less than purchase price, replace it with the same sofa, or give me a reselection credit in the store for the amount I paid for the item. That's the kind of customer service that means a lot. I will continue to purchase my household items there. I love the selection and the staff are very kind and easy-going. I will add that people putting bad reviews probably aren't buying the highest quality items. Just like all stores, there are levels of quality. If you're looking for the cheapest price tag, you'll probably end up with subpar craftsmanship. Ashley carries low, middle, and high quality items. I've always went with the middle and high end items and have never been disappointed.

Wonderful experience! I had done prior research on the Ashley website of what I wanted and the sales staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Had a new matress and adjustable base ordered within about 30 minutes!

This store has a great selection room of furniture for all rooms! We had an amazing gal named Peyton helping us. She was so patient as I had to ho back and forth trying furniture multiple times. It was an awesome experience snd we will ship there again! We purchased a 3 piece living room set and rug along with a new mattress!

Ashley West was a very comfortable location. I was looking for a number of pieces and found so many options I was delighted with the choices I found. The sales personnel were very helpful and considerate. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Caleb was our salesman. Honestly it didn't even feel like he was a salesman, he was so nice and patient not just with me but with my kids too. It just felt like I was talking to a friend about getting a table and he was telling me how great his is. 10/10

Great customer service and on time great products as well.

I was lied to by customer service—changed all of my plans accordingly to what they told me! Then as I am checking out nothing was what was told to me! Now they are saying oops, the customer service had done some investigating and they were wrong! I bought my entire house of furniture. I understand the quality is not the greatest so I had bought the warranty. Being treated like this was my worst shopping experience in my life. In fact the manager most certainly has very little people skills and I imagine he will not last long in this role. Instead of trying to resolve , he simply walked away—didn’t even apologize.

We were looking for pictures and decor. Found a huge beautiful picture at closing time it was delivered to our home. The young man who delivered it was very pleasant and patient as I opened the box to make sure the picture was not damaged. I appreciated his kindness and he did not make me feel like as if I was causing him to be delayed.
