Very upset. Ordered a sofa and loveseat based on a color and fabric I was shown at the store. When it arrived it was neither the color or fabric I had been shown. They offered a return but I had already gotten rid of my old furniture and would have nothing. In the end I elected to keep it, with a 10 % discount. The store employee admitted it was her fault, but she should have known ….

I bought an expensive couch last weekend and was told by rep over phone that I cannot reschedule deliveries for any reason and if I should need to reschedule my delivery….. they will refund my delivery fee and I will have to figure out how to come pick it up myself. It just doesn’t sit well with me.

Was told by the sales rep that the couch we bought came with the pillows that were on it. Even walked the store with the pillows to match a chair. After talking to the manager that wanted to talk me in circles about it and provide me picture proof that the couch doesn’t have pillows on it (which it did last week), I finally had to hang up. Manager made it seem like I was lying and didn’t want to take my word for it. Had to go that far just for him to finally offer accent pillows, but at that point I want nothing to do with this store. I will not be back.

When I reached out to Lacey for help she went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and informed me on protection plans, different delivery options, and made a good personal connection. We were met at the door by a young man who asked us about our visit and whether or not we had been here before. We had not, and he walked us back to the furniture we were looking for and allowed us to walk around, engaging us in conversation without pressuring us into looking at furniture we were not interested in buying. Once we settled on our purchases he continued to engage us in pleasant conversation while putting together our final purchase price. It wasn’t until after we determined what our choices were that we discovered it was only his 6th day on the job. We never would have known if he had not told us as he was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive of us throughout our entire visit.

Pleasant experience. Very nice store. Went for a single end table. It's amazing how many hoops the sales lady had to jump through to get final approval to take our money. We only had to travel 11 miles to pick the item up at the warehouse. I'm glad it was in stock.

Why do furniture stores insist on following you around like you're going to walk off with a couch? I asked to be left alone to look around because having someone following me makes me anxious. Instead, I was followed around by someone who was about 50 feet behind me and every time I sat down on a couch, they pounced. As a female, being followed by someone in a store makes me nervous. I've had this happen to me at other stores before. This is why I ask to be left alone. I am perfectly capable of finding someone if I need help. Instead, I spent 10 minutes in the store, when I might have spent 30 looking more closely at a couple of couches I found somewhat comfortable. If someone says they would like to shop alone, please respect their decision! Otherwise, the store has a good variety of designs and is nicely set up.

Consumers beware, we bought a Tempur pedic mattress from Ashley and received the frame as a “free gift.” Our mattress started to shift and Ashley referred us to complete the warranty through Tempur Pedic. The warranty claim was denied due to the width of the slats not meeting the requirements. These were purchased as a package from Ashley. When we reached out to Ashley, they said they would work with Tempur pedic. Then two weeks later I received a message from Ashley that there were stains on the mattress and that’s why it was denied. They sent me altered photos of our mattress with the mattress protector on. I sent copies of the original photos stating this was fraudulently altered and they said to reach out to Tempur Pedic. It was escalated to Tempur Pedic and they said it was denied because of the slats and to reach out to Ashley furniture. Neither company wants to take accountability for this. I definitely don’t want anyone else to have to go through this horrible experience! It is sad that we were going to spend more money there and now they’ve lost way more business because of their dishonesty.

These guys are irrationally patient and great salespeople. They spent four hours across two days helping me decide what to get and it wasn't even that big of a sale. If you're lucky enough to get to work with Ella you'll have a great experience. Buying process was super smooth, delivery was super smooth, and the furniture really do be furniture.

We have a weirdly shaped house and have furniture upstairs, on the mainfloor and in the basement. Sometimes logistics of how to get pieces into place have been tricky, but the movers have all come up with quick ideas to get pieces moved into place with no damage to the home or furniture. Would recommend Ashley everytime.

Always super friendly and helpful, Caden helped us get a new mattress for our daughter and made the entire experience very enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the products and even showed us a couple mattresses for when we are ready to upgrade ours.

Caden was an awesome young man of 19 years old who helped us order our custom sectional. Even though they didn’t have any pieces of that model on display, he was able to show us better pictures of the upholstery. This helped us make our decision. He was so genuine and polite, even when we went past closing time. Caden is an asset to the Ashley West team. The manager even came to check that we were ok. Love Ashley’s quality. We are replacing a nearly 17 year old Ashley sectional and loveseat we gave to our daughter when she moved out. It is still in great condition too! We will definitely be back soon for more furniture upgrades.

Had a wonderful experience today at Ashley West thanks to Caden Courter! My daughter has outgrown her current furniture in her bedroom, so we stopped in to see what we could find to give her a more mature set. Caden was helpful, and had an understanding of what my daughter may want vs what I should be spending. He directed her straight to what was on sale and what he thought she might like. She did a mix and match, but Caden did a great job helping her find a good mix that still matches enough to not look out of place! So thankful for him and all of his help. My wife and I came in shopping for a new bedroom set as a present to ourselves for our anniversary and Dee made us feel right at home. She was very kind and had no issue with me giving every single mattress for a test ride LOL It was difficult to find one that would fit me due to the fact I have a hurt back due to an old sports injury. She was patient and entertained my yapping about my kids and grandkids LOL she treated us like family and we found the right mattress and I never knew I could sleep without pain. She taught us about how a pillow affects your neck and back, NEWS TO ME LOL, and we ended up making our decision not feeling pressured or anything . Highly recommend seeing her and we will be again!

I went in to buy a couch specific for holding up well in a home daycare. I needed one small enough that it wouldn’t take up too much space and take away from our play area. Dee worked with me measuring and finding the right fabric, color, and size to fit my needs. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I have been so impressed with this store! I have their furniture in every room of my house. I usually get the furniture protection as well and it's worth it. I have an end table that I spilled fingernail polish remover on which took off the finish in a small area... and the insurance company told me to keep while they also gave me a brand new one. I had a sofa for close to five years when my granddaughters were bouncing on it roughly and made something come loose. Once again the insurance company told me to keep the sofa and that they would send me a check for slightly less than purchase price, replace it with the same sofa, or give me a reselection credit in the store for the amount I paid for the item. That's the kind of customer service that means a lot. I will continue to purchase my household items there. I love the selection and the staff are very kind and easy-going. I will add that people putting bad reviews probably aren't buying the highest quality items. Just like all stores, there are levels of quality. If you're looking for the cheapest price tag, you'll probably end up with subpar craftsmanship. Ashley carries low, middle, and high quality items. I've always went with the middle and high end items and have never been disappointed.

Great customer service and on time great products as well.

I was lied to by customer service—changed all of my plans accordingly to what they told me! Then as I am checking out nothing was what was told to me! Now they are saying oops, the customer service had done some investigating and they were wrong! I bought my entire house of furniture. I understand the quality is not the greatest so I had bought the warranty. Being treated like this was my worst shopping experience in my life. In fact the manager most certainly has very little people skills and I imagine he will not last long in this role. Instead of trying to resolve , he simply walked away—didn’t even apologize.

We were looking for pictures and decor. Found a huge beautiful picture at closing time it was delivered to our home. The young man who delivered it was very pleasant and patient as I opened the box to make sure the picture was not damaged. Ashley’s had a great selection and we are very pleased with the the different options provided. Staff was always helpful and able to answer questions we had.

The sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, and really tuned in to our needs. She was great! We loved the products she helped us find. We had a problem when completing the purchase because the terms quoted by the sales person were not the same as what was required. It seems that the company had changed some offers and not updated their written materials used by the sales force. Although not the fault of the sales staff, it did cause a delay in purchasing and a bit more money up front. The manager apologized profusely and we went ahead with the sale but found the situation uncomfortable and annoying. Check your facts before buying. The company changes terms constantly!

BAILEY is amazing at her job, she helped me find the couch and recliner that a old man can really enjoy getting stoned on. Only complaint I had was she would not throw in the taxidermy pomeranian for free, but it's OK because I'm not really much of a dog lover. I give her a 11 out of 10, thank you

I purchased a mattress and bed-frame and two side-tables on different instances. Both times Michael was extraordinarily friendly and professional. He walked me through the store as I talked through what I was looking for and showed me my options, giving his input about the various qualities of each product for the price range. I have repeatedly gotten super excited about my purchases even months after the purchase date. Michael helped me get great quality bedroom furniture, I’ve never slept better, my room looks amazing, and they’ll last forever. I plan on keeping these bedroom pieces for decades. Great store with great employees.

I went in looking to buy a box spring mattress and left ordering 2 more pieces of furniture. Very helpful and friendly sales lady who was able to help me find what I was looking for.

We were helped by a salesperson named Debbie and she did a fantastic job! We found every single thing we needed for our new home and setting everything up for delivery was a breeze! We will definitely visit this location again when whenever we need more furniture!

When the mattress was delivered, the delivery company wouldn't put the base together and my son-in-law had to do it. Then when the frame was put together it was done wrong. Stripped half the heads on the screws and didn't have the slates. It has been 2 weeks since I was told the frame will be exchanged. I had to call to find this information out.

Our sales rep (Michael) was perfect, he was pleasant to talk to and continued support through our selection of furniture.

Terrible experience with this store. Went and bought a table on a Monday and they said they could do a Friday delivery so I said okay what time, they said the delivery team with give you a call on Thursday to set up a time that’s convenient for you. Thursday come’s and I get a call from Kendall, I ask if he can deliver after 5pm because no one will be home until I get off work. He says he can’t, latest he can do is 3:30 pm, I said I don’t think I can make that work, he says if you would like to reschedule there will be a $150 fee. I said fine I will make 3:30 work, I’ll leave work early. Today is Friday, I get a call around 12:30 saying his schedule is running early he will be by to drop it off in 20 minutes. Um what? You want to charge me $150 to reschedule because you couldn’t deliver after 5pm, so I had to change my schedule to leave work early because it’s convenient for him and now I’m having to change it again because again it’s convenient for him?? Ridiculous. They offer free delivery in town, but there’s a catch, they will deliver when they want not when you want.
