Dylan over Ashley’s on the East side was amazing help for my girlfriend and myself as we bought our first couch together! Was able to figure out exactly what we were looking for immediately and showed us many options but his first guess on what we would like was the perfect couch for us!
When we entered the store we were greeted by sales associate Traci. Very nice and personable. We let her know what we were looking for and she took us around showing us all our options. I was welcomed by the most gracious and attractive young man, Michael. He listened to me attractively as I told him what I was looking for. I told him about finding the couch I wanted to look at on line and my desire to see what it looked like and to sit on it. The first sofa was really nice then he showed me another that was perfect. I hadn't planned on purchasing, but the price with delivery and 5yr protection plan was less than what I had expected to pay. When I told him I wasn't in a great hurry he said if I could wait 4 to 6 weeks, I could put a down-payment and the balance wouldn't be due till delivery. Checking out was so simple and the young lady was kind and offered to help me to my car. I walk with a cane and my foot is in a heavy walking boot. Michael made sure my walk around the store was safe. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in need to go there and ask for Michael. He will listen to your needs and show you exactly what you are looking for.

I spoke with Cambridge and he was very knowledgeable, personable, patient and understanding of us needing to shop around and check out our options. As soon as my wife and I walked into the store, we were greeted by Shawn and she was knowledgeable of the inventory and allowed us time to browse before asking us if we had any we favored. Fantastic experience. We knew overall knew what we were looking for when we went in and Shawn T couldn't have been a better match to help us! We did end up having to go back to pick a different couch and she again was wonderful to work with. Our furniture was delivered this past Saturday, wish I got those two guys names, first in was the couch and wow I don't know how they got it in cause our door opening was a bit too small (didn't measure opppss.) After sleeping in a new bed frame for 2 weeks, there was something wrong. Why did my back hurt? Daily pain in my back, led me to consider spending more on the purchase of a new boxspring and mattress. I discovered that the new furniture which was delivered and installed by Ashley doesn’t have all of the supports beams. I actually thought that the delivery men were so kind and gracious for putting my boxsprings and mattress on top of the new furniture, well they really were hiding the fact that they didn’t have all the beams. I was asked to sign off on the delivery of the furniture to indicate that it was all in good order, so slimy that the delivery men chose to hide the fact that my bed was not installed properly. Complete negligence!!

My experience at the Ashley Store in East Wichita was awesome!! I worked with Farha and she was amazing! If you go to this store, be sure to ask for her!! Farha took the time to effectively help me use the living room measurements I had for my new townhouse. She drew up a map so that I could find the perfect fit for the new living room furniture I wanted! Farha also showed me many quality options for a new king mattress and allowed me to test out whatever I wanted to allow me to make an informed decision! Using my feedback from testing along with her product knowledge, Farha recommended the Sealy Posture-Pedic Pillow-top king size mattress. I am glad I did because it has been GREAT and I have finally been able to get some comfortable, quality sleep since the first night I slept on my new mattress! At no point did I feel pressured to hurry and decide on something, which made my overall buying experience that much better! Bought a sofa and chair from there and paid for the warranty, you are supposed to get it back if it's not been used. Yet when we called to get our refund back they wouldn't honor it because we didn't register or something stupid within x amount of time etc. sofa broke down 2 months after warranty was up. We returned several months later to "window shop" and as soon as we walked in we were hounded by the sales guy and when I asked him to stop following me, he replied he wasn't allowed to, due to the new customer service training rules! So they lost us completely after that day, 2nd chance was blown.
Only went to go "look" at some recliners that we would probably be purchasing in near future. Makayla from the E Kellogg, Wichita store was very helpful, funny and knowledgeable of the furnishings. She guided us around to look at items with ease. Due to her wonderful personality, knowledge, and ability to get us a great deal, we ended up purchasing several pieces that day! Dylan was fabulous. I came into the store awhile ago to browse. Dylan approached me, was courteous and said he was glad to let me browse freely. He checked in with me after I had looked around and was available when I had questions later. He then followed up with me later by text after I had left the store. I came back to Ashley this weekend on the Labor Day sale and the sectional I had been looking at was on sale so I purchased it due to Dylan’s professional manner that he had treated me with before. Such a pleasant experience in a time when there are so few times I get to experience that.

I would recommend just about anything and everybody in Ashley. They make you feel comfortable. They show you what you want without feeling you’re being pushed. The gentleman who helped me was named Dylan and he was absolutely amazing from the first hello to the” I’ll see you later”. I’ve had to make three trips to the store to complete my transaction and it is of no fault of Ashley furniture. I am so excited to get everything home and get it together and start my new life with my new, grown-up bedroom set! Also, I got a very large rug for my living room which is where my father spends most of his days and he will absolutely love it. We just wanted to give a shout out to the manager and folks at Ashley on Kellogg. We lost an axle on our trailer on our way from Louisiana to Idaho, and we had to leave our broken trailer in their lot for a day or so until we could find parts and someone to come fix it- in a city we had never been to and didn't know anyone. They gave us time to do what we needed to get it out of there without having it towed on us. It eased a bit of stress in an extremely stressful situation, and we are grateful for that. They offered free shipping but would not do any discounts for all the trouble and waiting for over 30 minutes at their warehouse to be told that they did not know what happened to the other rug. Because of his graciousness and help with selection and care for my spending limits, I purchased and delivery was set immediately, received items from delivery personnel next day. Delivered on specified time. Ashley cares for your needs and performs as promised. It is refreshing not to wait All Day for something, Ashley respects their clients. Warranty/protection plans are deceptive, poorly communicated, and provide more of a headache/hassle than benefit. The assistance is amazing when being sold on the protection plans but the assistance withers to nothing when it comes time to redeem the money back guarantee or file a claim. Please do your research and avoid being misled.

If you are looking for some nice furniture for your place, then I recommend going to Ashley’s Furniture East Wichita. I ordered a recliner from them and it’s amazing. The people there are kind, friendly and patient. They sent me a text the night before delivery letting me know the time frame they will be delivering and it was right on time and delivered straight into my living area. I am very pleased with their service and will return if I need any more furniture in the future.

It's been a hassle from the moment I called the insurance company due to my original bed breaking. The ONLY saving grace was Nick (salesperson) and the Same Day Delivery gentlemen. Everybody else in between - UGH UGH UGH. The lack of business etiquette from the customer service representatives was unlike anything I've ever dealt with. 2 months of dealing with everyone and I hope and pray my furniture doesn't break down again. I just can't imagine myself dealing with the extremely unprofessional CSR's. And to think I have a warranty. Should not have been this hard. Smh.

My husband and I were needing to get a new power love seat. As I do, I shopped around and found a very nice one located at this store. When we arrived we were greeted right away. The staff was extremely helpful, very kind and made sure to show us all of our options. Our salesperson Shawn Tyler was so wonderful. She took her time making sure we knew about all our purchasing and delivery options. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We left the store knowing that we got a quality piece of furniture that would be delivered in a couple of days. I can't recommend this store enough and Shawn. 10/10. We had gone to another furniture store before we went here. We were happy with the prices we were seeing at the place before Ashley. We went into Ashley to see that the prices were SO MUCH cheaper than the place we went to before and I honestly think the quality of the furniture seemed better at Ashley as well. We ended up buying a couch, two recliners and a dresser. The dresser came in broken, I called the next business day and explained what the problem was. They immediately fixed the issue by ordering us a new drawer and glide and they will be sending a guy out to come fix the problem. Pros (in our opinion): •On the East side •Same day pickup for all the stuff we bought •Pickup is also on the East side •Good quality and great prices •Very polite (We had Dylan help us! I’d highly recommend finding him for your furniture needs!) Cons (to us): Nothing. I honestly can’t think of a single thing.

Just looking for a new recliner for my mom (with mom) sales were so patient and nice to hear and although we did not buy this trip, I think we will soon. Well organized and super sales going on! Huge selection and huge showroom. There are two other furniture stores nearby that are higher priced and did not seem as driven to deal. Side note: there are a lot of questions to consider before taking an elderly parent shopping for furniture. :)

Friendly sales associate (Jay). Liked the fact that most items are in stock. But…check your receipt. We were charged for delivery and set up when we repeatedly said no and was offered 10% off if opened the account which was not deducted on receipt either. However they fixed the delivery charge when we caught that error in store and after phone call they agreed to fix the 10% discount. Now to see if it is correct when I receive the bill.

Purchased couches about 5 years ago with an option to pay an extra fee for an unlimited warranty on them. The deal was if the warranty wasn't used within the 5 years you were paying off the couch, you would get that money back. Surprise, they don't send a check in the mail when the 5 years is up, you have to claim your money within 30 days or they keep it. 5 years I have been paying off these couches and I get 30 days to claim MY OWN money back. (The money was no small fee) Will not be purchasing from this place again. Hopefully they make this right, but this is very disheartening. How is this a thing?

The gal that met us as we entered the door was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as she navigated us throughout the store in our search for a recliner that met all of our needs/specifications. She wasn’t pushy or intrusive but stayed nearby to answer any questions we had (or to research inventory stock and shipping dates relevant to our needs). We had just evaluated the recliner stock at other furniture stores and thus felt as if we got the Best Buy for what we wanted at Ashley’s.
Selection of what we were looking for was good. Working with the sales person went well. However there are two complaints. First, we were at the end of one promotion cycle, but we wanted to go home and take some measurements. We call back to the store and asked them if the could “hold” the item we wanted since we could not get back to the store the next day (heading out of town). The short answer was yes if we put 1/3 down on a credit card. Then that amount would be refunded when we were back. Now we could have paid cash, but to get the $150 off for taking the 60 mo no interest plan, you had to go with the plan. The $150 would almost cover the delivery fee, out off the local area. I am not tying up credit card transactions. Second issue. Went in on Monday as soon as we got back, purchased the love seat. Now came the delivery issue. Seems they only deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They call you the night before and give you a time window for dropping off the item. First available delivery date was 10 days later, but that date was not an option. Second date was 15 days later and that date was no good. So now we wait 18 days to have it delivered. If physically able to move the love seat, I would have. Maybe Ashley needs more trucks, drivers, and assistants to provide this service, especially considering what they charge to do so.
Ashley was professional and helped us pick the right chairs to go with the table we wanted. I would highly recommend her.

This place sells great furniture, but their business is poorly organized regarding challenges with the financer Synchrony and with the delivery. Recently, I purchased furniture for over $10,000 and had a split delivery agreement. The second delivery was terribly executed. The delivery time is imposed on you at hours that correspond to when I am at work. The delivery guys were rude to my wife and old dad in my absence. They would not touch the furniture from the first delivery and will not properly mount furniture from their own delivery. They acted like they were doing us a favor and poorly executed the job. My old dad had to assist my wife in mounting the furniture and hurt his back in the process. This is not my first purchase at Ashley Furniture and I did so with a 5-year warrantee which they claim is nationwide. I complained to the Wichita branch about damaged furniture from a previous purchase that's four years old and they asked me to talk to Ashley Furniture in Nevada because the branch in Wichita is owned by a different individual despite having boasted of National coverage because of presence in almost every state. It is a sham. I can't recommend this place to anybody.

We ordered furniture for an apartment. We paid for delivery and full set up. We were told by our sales associate Shawn, that they would "remove all the boxes and wrapping and set everything up". On the first delivery attempt they put together the (cream colored) couch in the truck and then decided they couldn't bring it up without damaging it. They took it back to the store. Multiple phone calls later, they agreed to redeliver it in the boxes, assemble it and remove the boxes again. They delivered as planned, but left everything in the boxes and left saying that they had already been out once and were not supposed to assemble. After more phone calls to the store we were finally refunded our delivery fee, which were we told, by Ryan, the store manager, was "absolutely non-refundable", but they would do it this one time. My son ended up putting everything together by himself, hauling all the boxes and wrapping to the dumpster as well, only to realize, they never sent all the pillows we paid for, for the couch. I tried to call the store again and was left on eternal hold. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again.

Ordered a sectional couch, chair and a bed was told that the bed would be in 2 weeks this was the beginning of February and we are at the end of May and still no bed. Couch was to be in the beginning of May and it was on time. No one from Ashley had ever contacted us about the bed till we called about the middle of May. Not sure if I will ever purchase from ashley again . I'm within a couple of weeks of having company and no bed. How frustrating

We were looking for a new TV stand. Wife found one here. Talking to the sales lady I asked if it made of engineered wood several times and was told no it made from reclaimed wood. When delivered I was putting together and found shelves and sides made of it. Was not happy with that but I didn't have to paint it so decided to keep it

Showroom well laid out and our sales person (Meghan) was knowledgeable and (most importantly) not pushy at all. Selection is good for differing styles but the lead time for some of their furniture is a hinderance. The sofa/hall table we purchased has a 24-26 week lead time - we originally balked at the purchase a couple of weeks ago but didn’t find anything else we liked at other stores so we came back to it. The finance center was efficient and accommodating. Calls were answered and follow ups were performed to clarify our exact needs before anything was signed. All in all a good experience.
We were originally scheduled to MAYBE get the furniture that we ordered somewhere else in August and then I called Ashley Furniture on a Sunday, found out they had what we were looking for IN STOCK and was able to text and make sure we had someone ready to talk to us the second we got there! She even wheeled Furniture around for us to make sure pieces matched and was extremely helpful, we placed our order for everything this past Thursday and it's all already in our house and set up (2 days later)! Great customer service, awesome selection, transparent about possible delays and just overall an amazing experience!

Very convenient and quick process. Like most furniture stores like this, a salesperson offers to walk around with you, but I never once felt pressured or crowded by the salesperson. They really tried to act as a guide and were really helpful.
We went in knowing what we wanted and we weren't pressured to buy what we didn't want. My husband is handicapped and he was treated with respect and was offered a wheelchair which he needed.

Buyer beware: I have been dealing with the Synchrony credit card company (one of the financing options available through Ashley Homestore) for three months, on a $656.22 purchase their "card security" made with my credit card (mind you, I NEVER signed up for credit card security). Each time I talk to a new representative, it takes upwards of 45 minutes of convincing to look into my case further, to identify the transaction that seemingly "disappears" when it's convenient. Then, after multiple call transfers, someone finally "finds" the purchase I'm referring to. Fraudulent behavior, fraudulent purchase. Since 2019, they have charged me interest on this fraudulent purchase. I have two promotions on my account, both with 5yrs no interest. When I call Synchrony bank, they tell me to call Card Security. Card Security then says I should take up my complaint with Ashley Homestore. Ashley Homestore tells me they can't help, that I'll need to call Synchrony credit. Round and round we go. Months on end I've been dealing with this matter. Each sales representative I've experienced IN STORE has been kind and accommodating. My furniture pieces are holding up well and I'm ultimately happy with my purchase. I am however beyond reconciliation with this company. Poor business, poor customer service on the in store financing end, as well as every representative I've spoken with through their "card security" program, and Synchrony bank. I've refrained from leaving a negative review, but after speaking with a Synchrony bank rep that on more than one occasion interrupted me, and told me "Incorrect, ma'am. Everything has been resolved", I'm just over it. I have a small portion back of what's owed. I guess that's better than nothing. Really not trying to come off as a Karen. I get it, businesses that don't regularly speak to each other can lose a lot in translation. But jeesh. Really disappointed. I definitely wont be making any further purchases here. And strongly advise against financing through Synchrony.

My co-worker and I had been trying to find furniture for two apartments we were furnishing for a pilot program. Everything needed to be in stock and ADA compatible. We were getting very frustrated with looking at places and either being told items were 4-6weeks out or trying to be up-sold. We were greeted at the door by Amy, and seriously she knows her stuff! We left that day with everything ordered, in stock and was delivered on time. If we need more items we will be going back to see Amy.

I like Ashley’s variety of styles and price options. I’m a slow and deliberate shopper. They were patient, kind, relaxed. Cambridge and Cooper were awesome. They kept it light and interesting so my kids kept their zen too. We got mattresses, and a sofa or sectional are probably in our near future.

Beautiful furniture at a great price
The salespeople are sharks!! I went in today just to browse and they absolutely would not let me walk around without questioning me and following me. 3 times I said "I'm just browsing" and tried to walk away but they would follow it up with more questions and walk with me. Just leave me alone!! The shark made me feel so uncomfortable I just left without seeing everything. I don't get why they have to be so aggressive and ignore my request to be left alone.
Paloma was knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely charming. While I had an idea of what I wanted she helped narrow down my choices to the perfect selections. I will return for future purchases.

Great experience, Great product, Great price, and Great service. I would suggest contacting Cooper or Josh at the east store. Cooper is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and can explain the product like no one I have ever met. Why buy something you don't know about. I would highly recommend the Stearns and Foster new pillow top with double coil technology. Cooper can explain more but it's the best bed we've ever had and with the amount of time spent in a bed it's a great investment for body and mind. I'm not the kind of person to finance but when they give you zero percent interest and a discount for in house financing it's an easy decision. Outfit your home for half the price of a car payment or less.. Thanks guys I will be back

Since the below happened they made it right with correct item. Still no set up so 2 stars for the experience. Salesman was great. However I bought a house full of furniture. Spent a lot of money yet still have to pay for them to set up. After getting a warranty we paid extra for we had damage to our bed footboard. They don't replace the piece only the part. You have to disassemble and add the panel and reassemble. No they won't help even after spending all that money. Wrong piece came after sending photos 3 times. Manager wont talk to me. Didn't realize if you buy something there it comes in pieces. Not quality pieces at all. I won't be back.

It was great!! We had a young man named Barry help us, we told him what we after and took us directly to 2 or 3 different love seats. I had a color match in a chair that we had purchased elsewhere and he went with us back to the car so I could could choose. We had to go back 2 times but he was there to help me choose. We ended up with a beautiful one and ler me know later thst you already had that loveseat on order and I only had to wait 2wks. Whereas the other couch was going to come any time between 4-6 months. What a nice young man ( he done ya right) every time we come out to your store in East Wichita we have been very lucky to have very nice salespeople!!

Over-priced fake particle board with veneer coverings. I figured it must be because of high lumber prices, but I went to a business a few doors down and found real wood furniture for cheaper than the fake stuff. If you want to be required to walk past a podium as soon as you ever and be "greeted" by what appears to be a personal assistant for your shopping, go to Ashley. Heck, even if you make it clear you do not want help, they will find you and continue to check in. If you prefer someone to say hello and offer help if you need anything, go a few doors down.
MaKayla was incredibly helpful! We came in confused about what we wanted for our new house and she made recommendations and helped us tie everything together. Everyone in the store was friendly but not pushy at all!

Like every other furniture store, in stock items are hard to find but they did have more in stock than any other store and at better prices. The salesman was Cambridge and to say that he was extremely helpful would be an understatement. He took the time to find out what my needs were and went above and beyond in finding me the best items for the best price. Extremely satisfied with my experience there
All in all, it was a pretty pleasant experience. The downside are the sales reps. are similar to car salesman. They latch on as soon as you're spotted and don't let go. I was originally not thrilled about a sales rep. coming up, I have had bad experiences with car salesman and didn't want to deal with it. In the end I was pleased with how she handled herself. She was very helpful and directed us towards what we were looking for. She didn't waste our time on stuff we weren't interested in. She was patient when we took our time with some things, especially when we side tracked on the massage chairs. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Store was clean and had a large selection of stuff to look at. Prices were pretty comparable (we only looked at couches) to other places. My only real complaint is that the massage chair wasn't cheaper and they didn't throw in a complimentary cup that looks like it has been knocked over and spilled. Haha.

Nice people, salesperson knew the merchandise. Their recliners have more features, bells & whistles than all of the other stores, and don't cost any extra. Everything seems to just come in the one color though, usually gray, no options on that. Ick.

The store has a friendly environment, and the people treated us great. They did everything they could to get us what we wanted and at the best price available. Financing was a breeze, and the checkout process was quick and easy. We were even able to get same-day delivery when shopping after 2 pm.

I recommend if you plan to buy a mattress or bed from this store to make sure they give you every disclosure. After a week all sales are final but they won’t exchange or take back a bed until it’s been 30 days so your pretty much screwed from the get go. You decide you want a different bed and it ends up being cheaper then the one you had before your still going to pay the original price of the one you choose from the beginning so you chose a bed that is 4,900 and end up getting a different one that’s 2700 you still have to pay the 4,900 I just wish they would of disclaimed that in the first place

We had a great experience shopping for furniture at Ashley HomeStore. We checked several large furniture stores and still came back to Ashley. Cambridge (our sales person) was a great help. We were very happy with the huge selection and the prices too.
We came to Ashley to buy a rug and ended up with a mattress too! On Thursday I called about availability for a rug that had been discontinued. Our salesman Cambridge found one and tagged it for us to pick up today. Love Ashley Furniture

MaKayLa did an excellent job. She spent a lot of time with first my sister and I and I took my husband in today so he could see what I picked out. I also thought the pricing structure seemed very fair. We bought a stand Loveseat, 2 Movie theater seats, 1 for our living room and 1 for our sitting room and an extra chair. She sold us on a Temperpedic Bed which we haven’t planned in my yet. She was very well informed about the products she was selling. Great Job!
Clean, bright, well staged store with friendly staff. I like that they will show you whatever you're interested in, but if you're just looking, (1st visit), they will let you leave without a fight. I purchased a couch on my 2nd visit after some more butt testing, and had made my decision and was out the door within 30 minutes. Both MaKayla and Crystal are very friendly and helpful ladies. My boyfriend said it was the least painful shopping-with-a-woman experience of his life. XD
We started out with one young man and well...my husband and I had a hard time agreeing on the living room furniture we wanted so the young man got another associate he said was better with finding complementary styles. The young woman who helped us was patient and put up with our disagreeing and worked with us until we could find something we could agree on.
We went in, showed the Staff a picture of what we wanted. They walked us to the display, we tried it out, we ordered, we paid and we were out in 30 minutes

Horrible expenerience. Ordered furniture in feb. Received zero information on ETA until I reached out to them. Once I did receive an email from Ashley with a delivery date I called 3 times to get a proximity of time the day before and no one could tell me, only to find out the email was sent to me incorrectly and my furniture is not scheduled to be delivered until may 12th a month later. I have already eliminated my old furniture making way for the new because I Received an email stating it would be delivered March 15th. Now my family will be sitting on the floor for a month. This is very unfortunate.

Ashley was supposed to reupholster my love seat and ottoman and sent all the materials back to the warehouse instead of calling me to let me know they were in, they sent all the inventory back , lack of communication between there warehouse workers and store management, they didn’t check invoices or check to see if something was scheduled for repair, and I never got my furniture fixed, then they discontinued my furniture and I can’t get materials for it. What a mess. If it happens to you call BBB right away to complain. These people had no remorse for their mistake. Management could care less. Buy your furniture somewhere else . Don’t buy their furniture warranty either, you will take a loss.

Hubby and I have looked for patio furniture for a long time and in way too many places to count. We went to Ashley's on East Kellogg and fell in love with 4 gorgeous patio chairs. Our sales associate, Amy, was so accommodating and incredibly helpful. Normally I'm not a fan of "salespeople" but she was everything awesome about what she does. When arriving at Ashley Homestore on E. Kellogg we were pleasantly greeted by MaKayla Jackson. After a quick conversation about what bedroom furniture we were looking for she proceeded with grace showing us around the store asking what are preferences were. Makayla had such a pleasant attitude even through our pickiness. After picking out the perfect, beautiful new King sized bed we started choosing a new mattress. She was super knowledgeable with the mattresses and pillows. While explaining the products she was by no means boring, made it very understandable and personable. She could also joke and laugh with my husband and myself and you could tell she meant it. Our mattress and pillows for my husband and myself are perfect. Makayla was the type of person who was not pushy in making a sale and definitely the type of person you could relate with and want to be around outside the business. After being offered same day delivery we chose to wait a few days to be prepared in our home. Between purchase & delivery day Makayla was quick to respond to my text messages answering a few other questions I had. On delivery day there was a crew of 3 fast & friendly employees. They wore their masks due to Covid and had a great fun personality. They delivered, set up and removed our old mattresses quickly and efficiently less than 30 mins. I waited a few days before making this review to sleep on our new set. have personally not slept this good in years. It was my first time shopping at the Ashley Homestore and I will do it again in the near future.Thank you to Makayla Jackson, the manager and delivery crew it was a great experience!
very nice lay out and obviously good furniture. But Sales staff will not let you shop in peace. Had to explain why I was inside the store 3 separate times to 3 separate sales people who did not know how to read the room. Leave me alone.

Terrible experience for me. Before I even sat down on a couch, the sales person was already telling me to put 10% down. Followed me on my heals and no less than 15 times he mentioned putting 10% down to reserve the items. Went back a second time and same person was waiting by the door. Told him I didn't want to work with him so he vultured around me until a manager came. Told the manager my experience and they left me alone. So much that when I did have a question nobody would assist. I will not go back.

I give it a 4 because I liked the ‘80’s music playing but it was just way too loud. I have tinnitus and it made my ears ring louder from spending an hour in the store.

Ashley furniture is always our first stop for shopping and always exceeds expectations. This weekend wasn’t any different. We came in looking for a bedroom set and new mattress to help with multiple health issues. Amy helped find the perfect mattress for us. She was so patient with us while we tried out all the different mattresses and pillows, I never felt rushed or that we were taking too much of her time. She was knowledgeable about all the features and having owned the same bed gave us her personal experiences. She helped us pick out furniture that I didn’t even have on my radar as I didn’t know we had different options for it. Cooper helped show us fun app features that come with the bed and helped solidify our purchase. Ryan was the manager and he helped us get the best value for our set and as busy as they were on Saturday, took the time to help make sure we were totally satisfied with everything. I went into Ashley’s not expecting much because the dresser I wanted was back ordered online for 3-4 months. However, the lady that assisted me asked the right questions and we were able to find that they actually had the dresser in stock in the store! That girl worked very hard and moved half the showroom around to make sure we were happy with all the items on our order. We will be back to work with her again soon. The showroom is beautiful and the prices are the best in Wichita. Highly recommend!

Crystal Meyer will pressure you to purchase. If you talk to her, don't. She added things we didn't want to our purchase because the original total was calculated to be way lower than what they were wanting us to pay. She added on an item we had mentioned but we didn't agree to get. Then she kept saying "all you gotta do is just swipe your card." So we left because I'm not going to be taken advantage of by a person whose only goal is to get that commission.
Waited all day for our bedroom set only to be delayed until 630pm. Ok with that, when they arrived; The chest of drawers was damaged and they didn’t have the headboard/footboard. Ashley called my husband and told him a different story then the driver told me. Long story short; I cancelled the order and declined the nightstand; which is the only piece they had to deliver to me.

What is even the point of purchasing furniture at the store? We understood that we were going to have a longer wait time. We worked with our salesman to find the right furniture. But somehow they managed to mess up both the delivery time and the delivery of what we ordered. We worked with a salesman for almost two hours trying to work out the details of what we wanted, we were assured that we were ordering a sectional. We commented that the order did not look correct but we were promised that they had double checked everything and it look good for what we wanted. So then we were told to wait eight weeks for delivery. Well, now we get into the fun part. We had called in to check on the status of our order and now it has been pushed back even more. Fine, but why were we not notified of a push back until one week before we were expecting our order?! We even spoke to a manager and they wanted us to split the order into two separate shipments and make us pay for the second delivery! At some point you need to work with the customer to make it right, not nickel and dime them because you are not being proactive with communicating issues to your customers. Now here we are we get our sectional delivered and it is not the right one?! Not the correct orientation that we have spent discussing with our sales person. This is absurd. Beyond that, we never got a call back from the “manager” because I am sure everyone else is having a similar experience. Of course trying to tweet them, message them, all of the above does not work. I have never had an experience like this and so hope my review saves you all the trouble of having to go through this.

The employees were amazing!!! The young lady who helped us knew all about their inventory. She understood exactly what we wanted and needed. Could not have asked for anyone better. I worked with Ashley as my sales attendant, she was pleasant. The rest of the process was a complete disaster. On deliveries they send you a text the night before telling you when you need to be home. I scheduled off from 1215pm-1245pm (per their request). My delivery did not show up until 2pm. I had a kitchen table with 5 chairs, 3 of the chairs were put together wrong and had to go back. I had a king size adjustable base with 2 twin beds. One of those did not work even though it was brand new. Now Ashley Home Store wants to reschedule a time where I have to take off work yet again, meet someone at the house, and wait for them to replace my faulty bed and defective chairs, not to mention I'd have to also tear all my sheets off my bed and remake it once they are gone. Knowing them it'll take another half day of work I'm missing. For these hours and hours of inconvenience and frustration they offered me......... get this 50 whole dollars!!!!! I spend 6 grand there, they turn this into a complete disaster, and want to offer me 50 WHOLE DOLLARS!!!! I have scheduled for them to come get all of the furniture and receive a full refund. I can only imagine if the initial delivery was this poor, how hard it would be to get service if something went wrong. If you like poor service, deliveries that are a complete debacle, and being insulted on what your time is worth, Ashely HomeStore is for you!!!

8 weeks ago we ordered and paid for furniture. We were told a back order would take 8-10 weeks. We had not heard from them in 9 weeks so I made a phone call only to learn they had cancelled my order. They were using a wrong phone number and assumed we didn’t want the furniture since we didn’t answer so the order was cancelled. No other effort was made to contact us even by mail and they had omitted the correct phone number and entered a wrong one. If we want the same furniture our choice is to wait another 8-10 weeks or more. Not happy with Ashley HS.

We went to the Ashley on East Kellogg in Wichita. Cambridge was absolutely wonderful and helped us with everything we needed and more. We only went there looking to buy a couch off of what our budget was and because he showed us some sets we loved and found some deals that helped so much that we ended up getting an entire living room set and a bedroom set for a great price. We also explained how our pets are and he showed us everything we needed and was very knowledgable. I honestly think he is the best salesman I have ever interacted with and hope he gets a raise because he sure deserves one.

Intrusive sales culture. I wish I could shop for furniture in peace but every employee won’t take a hint or even the explicit “I’m just here to look around by myself” — obviously not just one employee either so I’ll blame the culture of the company and management as opposed to singling out one poor sales staff who was just doing what they’d been told they must do. I don’t recall much about the furniture since the experience of shopping was so abrasive.

Workers basically ignored us. The lady that did help us tried to sell us a couch over $2400 And when we asked for anything at least cheaper than that she looked at us like we were crazy. As we were leaving there was a worker actually helping new customers at the door. Where they just looked at us and didn't say a word.

I went into the store looking for a specific bed frame and dresser. I wanted it to meet my needs as a man in a wheelchair. Makayla not only helped me find the elevator to go up to see the frames, but worked with me for quite a while to find the perfect bed. When it came to mattress shopping I was unable to sit/lay on any mattress because I couldn't get to them. A team of people was called in and they spent the time to move box springs and mattresses around just so I could try out the beds. The beds were heavy and it took a lot for them to do it. I really felt valued at the store to have such service. In the end, I ended up with a bed frame, dresser, and a new mattress that will be perfect. I would recommend anyone to shop there to get the tailored fit for them!

Although over a month and a half ago (still during the pandemic.) We were assured by the store manager Ryan who had great customer service that our sofa would be here by our move date. The lady who was helping us find a perfect sofa also had great customer service Her name was Debbie. However, We have yet to receive our sofa it’s been a month and a half. We were never contacted about the delay. We had to call only to find out that the promise we were told will not happen. And we will not receive our sofa when we were told. Very disappointed in Ashley furniture for 1. Assuring us we would have our sofa,table and chairs by our move date. 2. Not contacting us regarding the delay. And 3 consistently blaming it on the pandemic when my sister ordered from an Ashley furniture in a different location, during the pandemic and received both of her sofas in a timely fashion. Although they had good customer service Im still very disappointed.

Don’t purchase from Ashley’s! We just made a huge mistake by doing so! They offered us free delivery and we declined because we were capable of picking it up ourselves. We go to pick it up at the distribution center and they had it put in as delivery. So we wait almost an hour for them to change it to pick up, the loaders were in a hurry by this point because it’s now less than an hour before closing and literally throw in 3 pieces onto our trailer and shut the doors before we can even strap everything down. Got home and began unloading all to discover in their rush, they loaded the absolute wrong piece to our sectional. Completely different color/furniture family from the one we purchased. This so happened to be a Saturday and of course they’re now CLOSED and have absolutely NO after hours customer service phone number or anything. So I waited until Monday and called to let them know we had the wrong piece and they offered to deliver the correct piece the next day. I declined and advised I would pick it up so we could have the complete set. They said they’d pick up the wrong piece on Tuesday. Never heard anything from them until Wednesday and wanted to come pick up the wrong piece within 15 minutes and asked if I was home, apologized for a miscommunication and would be grateful if I could be home as quick as possible to accommodate their mistake and didn’t want another customer to be inconvenienced because of their errors. It was a nightmare. We weren’t accommodated for any of their mistakes but I wanted to do right by the other customer because it wasn’t their fault and I knew what it was like to have a missing piece to my sectional. Worst customer service ever. I highly recommend going anywhere but Ashley.

Debbie Achey is a sweetheart! She really went above and beyond to help us. She created a "wishlist" with all the things we wanted, and then texted me back and forth to add and adjust to our list. By the time we came back in to put our down-payment down to hold everything for delivery after our closing date on our house, all we had to do was pretty much make the payment and go. It was so much quicker and easier than our past furniture shopping experiences!

The store have different variety and can find something your looking for.Now recently going into the store, it's hard to shop in peace when every worker are hounding you. So, the store is great. Nice, open, friendly...however our sales lady I still wish she would step on legos! She was pushy, I felt like she lied about things being in stock (when they really were not) and she interrupted my lounging on furniture to feed a baby...maybe not appropriate but it was warm and I wasnt staying in the truck-also had every intention of spending our money there... it's been 5 days since we were there and im still sour about it!

Great job! I came in looking for something specific. By talking with Mikayla I quickly realized what I wanted wasn’t exactly the right fit. So we walked around and looked at other choices similar but with more practical features. I asked questions and she had answers! She got what I needed and pointed me to the right people to get me through financing. She did a wonderful job and is exceptionally good at her job. Beautiful showroom and great selection of mid century modern pieces, what I went in there looking for. I fell in love with my couch immediately and their staff (Ryan and Cambria) were both very knowledgeable and very helpful! Ashely furniture and there associate Shawn were absolutely fantastic. I called earlier in the day wanting to know if they had a couch I had been looking at online. Shawn was supper helpful letting me know they had it in the store and also in stock for purchase. anything. paid for an item on 1-1-2020 still have not received it everytime I call I hear we can schedule you for next Thursday. WOW next thursday still has never showed. cone on give me a break this is beyond ridiculous. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Once again will see if Thurday actually comes this time around
The second my wife and I walked through the door we were impressed by the showroom, furniture collection and greeted by friendly staff. Immediately we were asked if their was anything in particular we were looking for. We have been trying to find the right powered reclining living room set. Right away Amy Otten was able to show us an array of different styles and fabrics staying within our guidelines. We came away ordering what we are sure to be a fixture in our home for many years to come.

We purchased our couch on Saturday and by Monday afternoon it was delivered. We’re loving our new couch and would definitely recommend Makayla to other shoppers!
My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home. We have never purchased our own new furniture. We went to Ashley to look at the different kinds of furniture, get ideas about costs, available options, etc. I understand the employees work on commission, however after trying unsuccessfully to engage a customer in conversation you would think to leave them alone. We had FIVE different salespersons approach us in the 15 minutes we were browsing in the store. Each conversation was the same, "Can I help you find something?" "No we are just browsing thank you" "Are you looking for anything in particular?" "No, we want to just look at everything" "These living room sets are very versatile, are you intered in a couch/love seat?" "We do not know what we want, thank you (salesperson hovers 5 feet away while we try to ignore them and look at dining room tables) "As you can see we are having a sale of 20% off..." you HAVE to be rude to these people to get them to leave you alone. Finally after the 5th interaction I was so uncomfortable we had to leave. I won't be able to go into this store again unless I'm wearing headphones and a big sign that says "PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE - I WILL COME TO YOU IF I HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED HELP"

We had purchased 4 items last year at the Black Friday event as well as the 5 year protection plan. Since then, our couch has had multiple issues including the cup holders, touch screen, a spring poking out of the back, a broken frame and a 3 inch gap between top cushions due to pieces made incorrectly. Overall we are just fed up with the couch and when my husband and I got in contact with a manager at the East Wichita location I cannot believe how rude she was to us as well as belittling. I simply asked if we could get store credit for the amount we purchased this couch to get a different couch and she laughed at me over the phone I do understand the 7 day exchange policy which is honestly ridiculous if you think about it. When she spoke to my husband she ended up yelling at him. We both have never been treated so poorly by somebody in management. We also mentioned about the acetone stain on our table and nobody has done anything about it. This whole process has been an absolute nightmare. We spent so much money at this store and i feel like it was a complete waste. Nobody should ever have to feel that way or be talked to the way that we have. I bought a $3,000 couch. It's the quality of a couch from Facebook marketplace.

Unpleasant experience with wichita East store. The store would not grant a price match that fell within the terms listed on Ashley’s website. The store manager verified the price with competitor, but said the deal was too cheap and they would not match it. Not a good ethical representation of this chain.

I bought my couch from here on Black Friday 2 years ago and it’s held up so well. I decided to come back and shop in store for my sons bedroom furniture. We were helped by a gentleman named, Cambridge and he was incredible. He was really great about recommending things that I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of, such as a mattress protector since my son is 3 and potty training. Very attentive and thoughtful. We loved our experience!

Makayla helped us find the perfect living room furniture we needed for our basement. Not just for what is needed now but what can be moved into our future home. She sent me dimensions while we ran home to remeasure our space so we could lay it out and see if it would work. Her cheerful personality made us feel welcome and comfortable with no pressure. Loved working with her now and in the future. 1.5 year follow up. Ashley furniture falls apart in less than 1.5 years of minimal use. These are photos of our couch that is shredding at seams. Couch is not very stabile in portions to support tears Was sold 5 year warranty that was to cover everything, turns out warranty only covers frame. Has to be reported within 30 days. Or they refuse to repair/replace.
We’ve shopped multiple locations! This location is busy and on those days it maybe difficult to find an associate to assist you! Once we purchased delivery was so-so!

Made a visit to look at living room furniture for our new home. Shawn greeted us at the door and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and learn about our style. She showed us a variety of options and was extremely knowledgeable about the options and sales. She then told us about a great discount option if we looked at certain brands of mattresses. She stayed after closing to make sure we had all the information and were comfortable with our purchase. We left feeling very pleased and comfortable with our options, decision and money spent. We will definitely be making our future furniture purchase here!

So a year ago I was outstanded when I originally wrote this review shortly after buying my couch. And now one year later I do have some things to say about the quality on the furniture I purchased and thank goodness I got the extended warranty because my couch literally broke in half just after my manufacturers warranty ended. In my opinion Ashley's furniture is a great place to shop wonderful costumer experience but there not the ones who built the couch they're just selling it.

Me and my fiancé had come in on Black Friday for the mattress sale. We had Kurt as our sales associate. He was very nice and understanding as we had changed our mind atleast 4 times lol. We would greeted with a smile and asked if we could be helped with anything. We just had come in to look around at a bed frame; as we’d just purchased a Temperpedic mattress at Furniture Row. After talking with Cambria, we learned that the mattress base that we’d been sold at the other company would void out the warranty on the mattress; as they’d sold us their store brand and told us it would be fine... We then called the other furniture store and sure enough, they knew what we were questioning, but told us “they’d be sure we were taken care of” if anything went wrong with the mattress and “just tell them Rick said he’d take care of us, etc” if we had mattress issues. We asked what happens if “Rick” isn’t there and we have an issue in a couple of years, but that wasn’t comforting to us since we’d just spent several thousand dollars there, so we voided that transaction and Cambria showed us the exact item we’d picked out at the other store, plus fixed us up with the base we needed as well as pillows, sheets, etc. Because we had such a great experience, we decided to go ahead and purchase a master bedroom set and a new bed for our son as well; totaling almost $10k. We were super happy with the help Cambria gave us; as well as her manager Andrew, and another man (and I’m sorry but can’t remember his name, but super helpful as well). We will definitely come back!

My daughter & I knew exactly what we were looking for before we walked into the store. We had been to the Ashley website & my daughter had picked out the bedroom group that she wanted, but we had some questions so we went to our nearest store. Mackayla was our contact at the store & she was able to answer all of our questions, as well as, show us the actual bedroom group. It was cheaper in store than on-line! At check-out my daughter had decided not to purchase the protection plan for an additional $200 but Ryan (a manager) came over & offered her the plan for $100! Great experience! Rather, he asked us what we were looking for and gave us options. My fiancé and I went in and bought all new living room furniture. We sat on a supper plush couch and fell in love with it. Unfortunately they were out of the color we wanted so we went went a different color (same couch). We were very adamant on the couch being just as plush and the associate assured us it was the exact same material. We received the furniture a few weeks later and unwrapped it just to find out that it felt nothing like the one we originally wanted. The associate completely mislead us just to make a sale. We called in and we were told that since we took it home that there was a 20% restocking fee even though we got a couch we did not want by any means. We are completely dissatisfied with this company.

Kurt at the east Ashley store in Wichita is was such a help. He showed us a ton of dining room tables and bedroom sets and tried to give us the best options. First of all, I want to say that Cambria was a great sales rep... and I typically hate having people follow me around when I’m trying to shop, but Cambria made my experience feel like I was just shopping with a friend.. and I really loved that. So thank you for that. However. They charge an outrageous $100 for delivery. And then they expect you to be available on their terms, when it best suits them. I couldn’t get my couch/loveseat delivered for a few weeks because I was out of town. I also have an 8-5 job. Like most other people. I got an automated call the night before my deliver date saying my delivery window was 10:30-11:30. I called to reschedule and they said they would have to charge me another delivery fee if I rescheduled. So I asked if they could just push it back 30 minutes to an hour so it could be more over lunch. They couldn’t because “it just wasn’t logistical.” Whatever that means, but it sounds like a pretty piss poor excuse for being lazy and not caring about your customers. Delivery didn’t show up UNTIL 11:30, so In the end, I had to be gone a full 2 hours for work just to accommodate them. Which makes absolutely no sense to me, since I am the one paying them for that SERVICE. Then. They didn’t deliver my pillows with my furniture. So I had to play phone tag with customer service. They told me I could pick them up at the east store whenever I got the chance. So I went out of my way to go get them because I didn’t want to have to be gone from work for another two hours for them to deliver pillows. When I got to the store, the pillows were no where to be found and no one knew where they were, so they had to re order them. Which resulted in me having to go out of my way AGAIN a few days later to pick them up at the distribution center, which was another whole awful experience in itself, but I won’t go into that. In the end, nothing was done to make this right, and I will not be doing business here ever again.

Cooper was a TREMENDOUS help. He helped entertain my kids while I looked around. He thought of ideas and configurations that I didn't even think of. After going to several furniture stores, I can honestly say the prices, variety and service is the BEST in town.

Cooper was amazing! Even though I had no idea what I wanted, he was able to educate me and provide me with the options available and to really narrow it down to what I needed. He walked us through the process from start to finish and even though I felt I would’ve been more comfortable trying things out on my own he provided the guidance I didn’t know I needed. He always made us feel comfortable and at ease, never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything, and even though I initially was hesitant to purchase here because I thought I would be able to find better value and quality elsewhere the service alone was worth it since it exceeded my expectations and made for a great experience.

Awful first impression experience: Walked in and salesman at front was nice enough. But it felt awkward, right at the front, so immediate and latching on... First, give me my space. Get off my back. Second, while he was helpful bringing us back to the mattress section, he did not listen. He directed us to the tempurpedic memory foam type mattresses. I said that's not I'm looking for. He said that's where they start. He asked questions...I said I'm looking for a firm, but not those mattresses. He said again, that's where they start. I said no, that's not what I want to see. He repeated like a broken record. Three strikes your out. At that point I said I'm outta here. I said you are not listening to the customer. Do you hear what I was saying? Are you listening to know what I am looking for and what I want? NO. I'm gone... goodbye Ashley.

I stopped in to look for a table for a breakfast nook. A salesman came and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and I showed him a cute little table and asked him about it. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture the store carried and very professional. He told me the table I was looking at was marked down and because of their Memorial Day sale it would be marked down another 20% and then another 10% on top of that. Then I asked about beds for a guest room and ended up buying a tempurpedic mattress which was on sale too. His manager came over and explained the different types of mattresses. There was no attempt to sell the top of the line mattress but instead the focus was on what I the customer needed and the best fit for me. In fact, I bought the middle of the line mattress and got all sorts of perks with it. It was a great experience and I will be going back! Everyone was so courteous and friendly too. A great place to shop with no hard sell pressure.

Follow up...I posted a review about issues with my sectional about a month ago. Got a call a couple of days later to schedule a technician to take a look at it a week later. The technician came out, took pictures of all of the snags and tears on my couch and he fixed the brace that had come apart because the staples were not secure. Before he left he said that a manager would be in touch with me about the issues with the fabric.... 3 weeks later and haven't heard a word! I came in to buy my very first piece of brand new furniture EVER! The sales associate was super helpful and even found me something under my budget. The problems started the day I received my furniture... I had to put unpack and put the feet on my new sectional (which is fine as I was told I would have to do this), the problem was, there were no screw holes to screw the feet into and unless I ripped the liner off of the bottom of the couch I could see where something solid was to put the screws into. The manager was kind enough to refund my delivery charge which was unnecessary but fine all the same. The first week we kept finding little pieces of plastic stuck to the couch but fogured it was a packing thing. 10 days after receiving the couch my daughter sat down on the couch with bedazzled jeans like kids have these days and when she went to get up the couch caught on her pants and a string comes out of the couch(you can only exchange furniture within 7 days so that's out the window). So here we are, 3 months later and a couch that I paid $900 for looks worse than a used oversized chair that I bought 3 years ago for $50. The material is so itchy that we have to put some type of cover over it before we can sit on it and it's basically falling apart. Maybe it's just this brand but I am more than disappointed, especially since this was my first ever purchase of any brand new furniture besides mattresses/boxsprings.

The greatest thing about Ashley HomeStore in East Wichita was the wonderful sales rep, Debbie, that helped my fiancée and I pic out everything we needed for our first apartment together as husband and wife. Our first visit was 15 minutes before their closing time and we were never rushed by our salesman Jose. He listened to our needs and steered us in a good direction. Do not buy a bed from them! They only have a couple different models, and will NOT offer your money back, after you've had the bed for 7 days! They only allow for 1 exchange of a different bed, but will NOT refund you any money, even if it's less expensive than the first one you had! After the second bed, you're stuck with it, like it or not. I was told it's actually normal to wake up with a sore back for the first month, until it gets "broken in". Ya, right. Second issue I had was waiting to get some furniture on back order, I was promised I would receive it the day they got it.....wrong! Come to find out it's been at the store for 3 days, but their system wasn't processing it properly, so I didn't receive it when I was supposed to. A big disappointment considering I spent over $12,000 there. You would think they would be more "on the ball", but you'd be wrong. And to think I considered spending more money here, what a shmuck I feel like. Just feel like they are all warm and smiles while you are spending your hard earned dough, just to give you the finger behind your back. I feel like I was taken advantage of, well I guess it's my fault for assuming they were a great furniture store.

Debbi was the nicest and the most knowledgeable person I worked with. I bought a bedroom set almost 2 years ago and she helped me then. I am so glad she was there to help me today. I just love her. I went to Wichita Furniture (Furniture on Consignment). they was so rude. We didn’t get no help. They just looked at us and kept doing whatever it was they doing. So we left and came to Ashley. I will be back if I need something else.

Today was a very enjoyable day of furniture shopping thanks to Barry at Ashley’s east store.(first time in a while that we have had excellent service while we were out shopping) He took us to everything the store had to offer in what we were looking for, and we found what we needed very quick! I would not recommend this place. My overall experience with them, while on a hunt for a new dinette set was a roller coaster and not the fun kind.
Horrible customer service. The salesman Jose was not honest and upfront, after calling him out on his lies he went to his manager Ryan who was just as horrible. After price checking online Ryan asked us to meet him in the middle with pricing. Ridiculous that we called you out on your lies and you then you expect us to meet you half way on pricing. Worst salesman and worst manager.

Kurt was very helpful from the 1st phone call question/answer session and 1st store visit to the 2nd East store visit the following day. Financing was quick and easy and the Ashley "Love your matress" program that gave us 18 months to decide was a huge selling point, compared to other companiies we researched. We liked our experience and the pricing soo much, we added a new couch for the basement. We will definitely go back for any future furniture needs and highly recommend Ashley Homestore East Wichita

Purchased a gorgeous couch from Ashley. We had it a year before it started to fall apart. There was no out of the ordinary wear on it. We sit on it that’s about it. The seam on the inside started to rip and eventually just split. So you sit on it and literally fall into the inside of the couch. There’s also a board right behind the cushions that just cuts into your lower back, dangerous to our three year old. The couches look nice but they’re just shoddy quality when it comes to what matters. We had a five year warranty and filed the paper work and said it wasn’t covered! That it was our fault! Don’t make shoddy products and they wouldn’t fall apart in less than a year!

It is a very good place to shop and buy your furniture. We bought a Dinette set and I love it. Erin is a very good salesperson. Very friendly and a great attitude. Showed us everything. I had a sales rep name Debbie she was amazing ! petite little blonde who has a huge personality !she was awesome with telling me about the sales & walking around with me and just chatting about all the amazing things Ashley has to offer. mind you, I am not a stranger to Ashley I love their products they're very well made and they stand up to constant day to day use. Ended up purchasing the dining set on my wishlist!
We were in your store last Saturday and had such a pleasant experience! We worked with Erin, who was such a delight to work with. She had so much patience that we greatly appreciated because we had 2 of our kiddos with us. She understood we were wanting a couch that would last us a while and hold through our lifestyle. We never felt rushed and she listened to everything we wanted so perfectly! We would recommend this store to anyone we talk to about new furniture and we would most definitely recommend Erin too. pleasant and helpful sales people
I wanted a new mattress for my husband to sleep better and feel better. After a bad accident, I felt better after starting to sleep in a temperapedic mattress. I also wanted a bed with shelves in the head board. We found the one just right. The sales people were patient with me as I walked around the store shopping for future items.
I would recommend Ashley Furniture hands down. Two of my children recently moved into a place together and needed furnishings. After visiting other furniture stores we visited Ashley. Our sales representative, Shawn, was amazing. She was able to assist us with their wants and needs. Shawn was helpful, friendly and patient, so much so my husband and I returned a short time later for our own household furniture needs and was met with the same amazing service by Shawn and her manager. They were able to give us an amazing experience and a unbeatable deal. We will continue to shop with Shawn and Ashley furniture!
