Excellent service, Margo was able to display information regarding different brands effectively. Each question was answered with efficiency. That showed that she knows the ins and outs of her job. Once again great service.

Cam is one of the better salespeople my wife and I have ever dealt with at any retail store. He listened to what we were interested in, but he wasn't at all pushy or overbearing in trying to sell us any more furniture than what we were looking to buy. Ashley Furniture had what we were looking for again and we are pleased with our purchase. The sales agent, Margo, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Her manager is very friendly and customer service focused. Store sent frequent updates on back order status and of delivery driver. One item arrived with a minor flaw; however, Jason in customer service very professionally and quickly resolved the issue to our satisfaction. Delivery drivers were professional and ensured item was placed right where I wanted it and tested mechanical components. I’ve done business with Ashley Furniture on East Kellogg at least three times since 2019 and have been happy every time.

Delivery was great. They showed up at the time given and were able to bring all the furniture into the house on a safe, but quick manor. Excellent service

I had a great experience purchasing new furniture from the east Ashely store. From the moment I walked in I had the someone help me look at different items and not feel pressured to make the purchase. My furniture had to be ordered and it was delivered within a week!

My wife and I went in to buy a dresser for our nursery. With the baby almost here and me traveling for work quite a bit we asked if the dresser would be pre assembled. We were told by the salesperson that this dresser is pre assembled and all we would need to do is screw the feet on. Once we picked up the dresser it was not pre assembled and has “quite a few steps to set it up” (salesman’s words). When I called and asked if we could return it and purchase the delivery/assembly option (which is an extra $160) the salesman let me know that apparently this dresser is a “special order” and isn’t allowed to be returned. They also don’t have any way of making this situation right except offering a whopping $23 off the price. When you make a mistake you should be able to come up with a solution for the problem. Terrible customer service.

I worked with Dan to get new furniture for my Dad as we were moving him into Assisted Living. Not only was he knowledgeable about helping in our selection of pieces but he also was understanding of the situation due to his own Fathers experience in AL. He went above and beyond to make sure all that we needed was in stock so their was no delay in delivery, helped me think of items he would need in his new home, and kept us at the right budget point. I will always be asking for Dan from now on when buying from Ashley Furniture!! My Dads place looks great and he is comfortable with his new furniture during a time of a hard transition in life! Thanks Dan and I hope your Dad enjoyed his Birthday at the baseball game!

My salesperson was very knowledgeable and I was very happy with the end results.

Process was seamless, didn’t what I came to see in stock or on display. Found something my husband loved instead. Delivery time fit perfectly in our time frame. Maddy was a perfect sales person, she didn’t try pressure tactics or try to sale us something we didn’t want.

Great customer service Margot was an awesome sales representative. I just wish they would have started off telling me the different ways of delivery.There is a delivery fee for a $160 and then there's a drop off fee of $60 I was never told about the drop off fee until I told her I would come back another day and then she told me about the drop off fee of $60. I saved myself a $100.

Bow Mc Cullough is the best! She is lovely to work with and makes each transaction seamless. I really appreciate her and Ashley Furniture.

Went in there for Hollywood was in in out with in 10 minutes, easy right. but we had to go pick it up At the distribution center after they said it was in stock. got there, the guy was really nice at the desk but whoever gave us our furniture, gave us two of the same sides of the frame, and it doesn’t line up, right very disappointing

She found an old sofa that I have bought in 2020 to match the loveseat that I have but it was discontinued and I appreciated her trying to even look for it. JJ my salesman was great. He asked the right questions to determine what I needed and how it would be used. Then he showed me several options to meet my needs and my budget. They would rate a five if they had available inventory to ship. Because I needed something in stock I was extremely limited in choices and no furniture group was available 100%. Not a problem if you have 3-4 weeks to wait.

Maddie was our sales rep And she did a fantastic job helping us navigate through the store to find just what we were looking for. She was very patient with all of our requirements and three people trying to make a decision. A big thank you goes out to Maddie who made me and the grandparents feel very comfortable in our decision.

We had an another great experience with Dan. We decided that the leather recliners we had purchased the week before weren’t a good fit. We ended up with 2 Next Gen Durapella recliners and they’re perfect. Dan made exchanging the recliners an easy procedure and the guys who did the delivery, setup and exchange were very efficient. They were welcoming. But Maddie couldn't get the hint that we wanted to see by ourselves. Kept telling her we were going to look around but kept following us. When we were about to leave, she was persistent on why we didn't want anything. I get it's their job but geez I wanted some space to look around.

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley Furniture. They had quality furniture, and a great selection. I didn’t realize they had outdoor furniture, and that’s exactly what I had been looking for. We did purchase an outdoor sectional, and are excited to have a new look!

Sofabed is nice in appearance however it is very stiff like lying on or sitting on a rock. Received everything in a timely manner. No I would not recommend this product

(The store manager and another associate Chamberlain even visited and assisted us while we waited for Dylan who was helping another couple after we left and returned.). The Ashley and Wichita Furniture team is the reason we have purchased all of our furniture from the same place. Customer service is the absolute best here.

As always had great experience in the store. Finely after while was able to make choice and got what i was looking for and needed. I am honestly very difficult customer and it is not easy to please me, when i want at store I got help from Maddie Sanders and this girl was so kind respectful and patient with me even day when i left and didn’t make choice she didn’t mind and next day when i want again she was same way. So thankful and glad i finally found representative that helped me making decision.

JJ at Ashley was informative and didn’t rush me on my purchase. I came back several times and went to multiple stores looking for the right chair. I think you have to expect the car salesman type persona to some degree but when I asked for time to wonder and sit on my own, JJ was the most understanding of that. Ashley's entire team are fantastic. As a disabled senior with a seating emergency and unable to visit the store in person. I called late in the day on Friday Dan S was so helpful I explained what I was wanting gave him some model names for the Ashley website and he started texting me pics of in stock items. The one I liked the best was in stock and could be delivered by Tuesday. Since I was an existing customer the folks in the office were able to finalize the sale quickly and hassle free. Kendall and his assistant just left they were so kind getting everything set up and it looks beautiful. The Ashley Store on Kellogg and it's team is one of the best I've worked with

The moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile by Mike, and he was quick to ask me how he could help. I explained that I used their online design services to style my living room, and I was there to look at the couch before I purchased it online. I looked at a couch, and I was able to see the coffee table, end table, and the swivel chair I wanted! He was then able to order everything for me on the spot! I didn't have to do any ordering online like I thought. Mike made this experience wonderful! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. What a joy everyone was that I encountered in the store! Many thanks to Georgia for her explanation of the furniture protection plan. She was very helpful when presented with questions.

Madison was great, and she was very understanding when I needed sometime to mull over my decision. I was able to decide what I wanted to do and ordered my furniture which was all in stock. I went in on a Saturday March 22nd, and I have my furniture today March 25th. The delivery crew was excellent, and I thank them for saving my back.

I bought patio furniture about 3 years ago from Ashley Furniture store in Wichita, Ks... and have enjoyed the patio furniture during this time, but have not used the fire pit. When we decided this year to use the fire pit, we found that it was not working properly. I called and spoke with Scott,(the store manager) and explained the situation. He was very attentive, helpful, kind, caring and eager to help in any way he could. He was willing to go that extra mile. Even to the point of helping pay for the cost of getting the fire pit working!!! Scott, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and willingness to help get my issue resolved!!!! I was welcomed by the most gracious and attractive young man, Michael. He listened to me attractively as I told him what I was looking for. I told him about finding the couch I wanted to look at on line and my desire to see what it looked like and to sit on it. The first sofa was really nice then he showed me another that was perfect. I hadn't planned on purchasing, but the price with delivery and 5yr protection plan was less than what I had expected to pay. When I told him I wasn't in a great hurry he said if I could wait 4 to 6 weeks, I could put a down-payment and the balance wouldn't be due till delivery. Checking out was so simple and the young lady was kind and offered to help me to my car. I walk with a cane and my foot is in a heavy walking boot. Michael made sure my walk around the store was safe. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in need to go there and ask for Michael. He will listen to your needs and show you exactly what you are looking for.

After sleeping in a new bed frame for 2 weeks, there was something wrong. Why did my back hurt? Daily pain in my back, led me to consider spending more on the purchase of a new boxspring and mattress. I discovered that the new furniture which was delivered and installed by Ashley doesn’t have all of the supports beams. I actually thought that the delivery men were so kind and gracious for putting my boxsprings and mattress on top of the new furniture, well they really were hiding the fact that they didn’t have all the beams. I was asked to sign off on the delivery of the furniture to indicate that it was all in good order, so slimy that the delivery men chose to hide the fact that my bed was not installed properly. Complete negligence!!

Tina was wonderful! She helped us select a purple mattress and adjustable bed. They even had it delivered the next day! Couldn’t be happier!
