i will never buy furniture from these people again...furniture quality is horrible...the extra $$ service plans are a joke...im in third set of couches...i have spent over $10,000 at this store and they dont care what they are selling you as long as you buy it. last set of couches where $3,000 they where going to give us a $1000 cash value or spend a another $1,000 to get anything clise to what we had before.....$900 outdoor furniture is ruined and sorry thats not covered..because furniture tech they sent said furniture wasnt sealed properly and they my fault how?
We had purchased 4 items last year at the Black Friday event as well as the 5 year protection plan. Since then, our couch has had multiple issues including the cup holders, touch screen, a spring poking out of the back, a broken frame and a 3 inch gap between top cushions due to pieces made incorrectly. Overall we are just fed up with the couch and when my husband and I got in contact with a manager at the East Wichita location I cannot believe how rude she was to us as well as belittling. I simply asked if we could get store credit for the amount we purchased this couch to get a different couch and she laughed at me over the phone I do understand the 7 day exchange policy which is honestly ridiculous if you think about it. When she spoke to my husband she ended up yelling at him. We both have never been treated so poorly by somebody in management. We also mentioned about the acetone stain on our table and nobody has done anything about it. This whole process has been an absolute nightmare. We spent so much money at this store and i feel like it was a complete waste. Nobody should ever have to feel that way or be talked to the way that we have. I bought a $3,000 couch. It's the quality of a couch from Facebook marketplace.
Terrible. Charges $100 for delivery but expects you to be available all day, for whatever time best accommodates them. Like most other people, I have an 8-5 job. They clearly do not understand the concept of providing a service to a paying customer. Also didn't receive my pillows with my delivery which resulted in me having to go out of my way twice to track them down. Do business elsewhere, it's not worth the hassle.
