Margo has worked with me for a few months as my apartment has been under construction. She has been patient with the uncertainty and when the decisions were finally made, she quickly processed everything so the pressure was minimal. Love her!

Dan S was an unbelievable salesperson. He was amemicable and made a great 1st impression. The best part of the day was the many options I had. We had been to 3 other stores before Ashley. Furniture. Found what I wanted.

JJ my salesman was great. He asked the right questions to determine what I needed and how it would be used. Then he showed me several options to meet my needs and my budget. They would rate a five if they had available inventory to ship. Because I needed something in stock I was extremely limited in choices and no furniture group was available 100%. Not a problem if you have 3-4 weeks to wait.

Maddie was our sales rep And she did a fantastic job helping us navigate through the store to find just what we were looking for. She was very patient with all of our requirements and three people trying to make a decision. A big thank you goes out to Maddie who made me and the grandparents feel very comfortable in our decision.

We were very pleased with the selection of chairs we were shown. Shawn was very courteous during the entire transaction and made our choice very easy.

Bow did an excellent job of showing me what was available. She was extremely helpful without being pushy and very patient when I kept changing my mind.

We had an another great experience with Dan. We decided that the leather recliners we had purchased the week before weren’t a good fit. We ended up with 2 Next Gen Durapella recliners and they’re perfect. Dan made exchanging the recliners an easy procedure and the guys who did the delivery, setup and exchange were very efficient. We would definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone looking to buy!!

Friendly & Efficient...from the beginning with Cameron to Jeremy having items out of boxes and assembled making the delivery process less than 10 minutes...!

Everyone my wife & I dealt with at Ashley was a True Professional.

They were welcoming. But Maddie couldn't get the hint that we wanted to see by ourselves. Kept telling her we were going to look around but kept following us. When we were about to leave, she was persistent on why we didn't want anything. I get it's their job but geez I wanted some space to look around.

I enjoyed shopping at Ashley Furniture. They had quality furniture, and a great selection. I didn’t realize they had outdoor furniture, and that’s exactly what I had been looking for. We did purchase an outdoor sectional, and are excited to have a new look!

Sofabed is nice in appearance however it is very stiff like lying on or sitting on a rock. Received everything in a timely manner. No I would not recommend this product

Dylan O was our associate and he was great! He has a positive upbeat personality and showed us possibilities we had not thought of. (The store manager and another associate Chamberlain even visited and assisted us while we waited for Dylan who was helping another couple after we left and returned.). The Ashley and Wichita Furniture team is the reason we have purchased all of our furniture from the same place. Customer service is the absolute best here.

As always had great experience in the store. Finely after while was able to make choice and got what i was looking for and needed. I am honestly very difficult customer and it is not easy to please me, when i want at store I got help from Maddie Sanders and this girl was so kind respectful and patient with me even day when i left and didn’t make choice she didn’t mind and next day when i want again she was same way. So thankful and glad i finally found representative that helped me making decision.

I worked with both Dylan and Maddie at the store to buy my new mattress. They were wonderful and very knowledgeable. I did not expect it, but I really enjoyed my time in the store. They made shopping a joy!!! The store manager was also wonderful.

JJ at Ashley was informative and didn’t rush me on my purchase. I came back several times and went to multiple stores looking for the right chair. I think you have to expect the car salesman type persona to some degree but when I asked for time to wonder and sit on my own, JJ was the most understanding of that. I’m so happy with my Modmax chair from Ashley.

Ashley's entire team are fantastic. As a disabled senior with a seating emergency and unable to visit the store in person. I called late in the day on Friday Dan S was so helpful I explained what I was wanting gave him some model names for the Ashley website and he started texting me pics of in stock items. The one I liked the best was in stock and could be delivered by Tuesday. Since I was an existing customer the folks in the office were able to finalize the sale quickly and hassle free. Kendall and his assistant just left they were so kind getting everything set up and it looks beautiful. The Ashley Store on Kellogg and it's team is one of the best I've worked with

The moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile by Mike, and he was quick to ask me how he could help. I explained that I used their online design services to style my living room, and I was there to look at the couch before I purchased it online. I looked at a couch, and I was able to see the coffee table, end table, and the swivel chair I wanted! He was then able to order everything for me on the spot! I didn't have to do any ordering online like I thought. Mike made this experience wonderful! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. What a joy everyone was that I encountered in the store! Many thanks to Georgia for her explanation of the furniture protection plan. She was very helpful when presented with questions.

Madison was great, and she was very understanding when I needed sometime to mull over my decision. I was able to decide what I wanted to do and ordered my furniture which was all in stock. I went in on a Saturday March 22nd, and I have my furniture today March 25th. The delivery crew was excellent, and I thank them for saving my back.

We had a great shopping experience with Maddy at Ashley. She answered all the questions we asked and knew the details of each item we looked at. She heard what we wanted and worked diligently to locate items we might like. She was professional but not pushy as some sales persons are. The prices were reasonable and the merchandise we looked at appeared to be of very good quality. We purchased two items that will be delivered tomorrow. Whenever we need furniture of any kind in the future, we will definitely head to Ashley.

Its sad that this place has gone downhill we’re gotten nothing but shitty attitude and rude people who were very dismissive and basically pushed us out the door we will not be returning to this place it’s absolutely a disgrace how they treat people and look down on them.

Amazing experience! I did not want to exchange my new mattress. But I know i had to. Margo helped me and she was amazing! She was so patient and kind. She was very informative. I will use her again! The delivery team who' head guy was Joshua was very kind as well. They delivered and set it up for me and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Weather you buy from Ashley and pick up yourself or have things delivered, you are in great hands! See Margo or Cambridge at the east location and just know your delivery will go well!

I bought patio furniture about 3 years ago from Ashley Furniture store in Wichita, Ks... and have enjoyed the patio furniture during this time, but have not used the fire pit. When we decided this year to use the fire pit, we found that it was not working properly. I called and spoke with Scott,(the store manager) and explained the situation. He was very attentive, helpful, kind, caring and eager to help in any way he could. He was willing to go that extra mile. Even to the point of helping pay for the cost of getting the fire pit working!!! Scott, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and willingness to help get my issue resolved!!!! I was welcomed by the most gracious and attractive young man, Michael. He listened to me attractively as I told him what I was looking for. I told him about finding the couch I wanted to look at on line and my desire to see what it looked like and to sit on it. The first sofa was really nice then he showed me another that was perfect. I hadn't planned on purchasing, but the price with delivery and 5yr protection plan was less than what I had expected to pay. When I told him I wasn't in a great hurry he said if I could wait 4 to 6 weeks, I could put a down-payment and the balance wouldn't be due till delivery. Checking out was so simple and the young lady was kind and offered to help me to my car. I walk with a cane and my foot is in a heavy walking boot. Michael made sure my walk around the store was safe. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in need to go there and ask for Michael. He will listen to your needs and show you exactly what you are looking for.

Had a great experience at this location and finally found a couch I like! Nobody was overly pushy and it was a calm environment. I spoke with Cambridge and he was very knowledgeable, personable, patient and understanding of us needing to shop around and check out our options. A couple weeks went by and we ended up back at Ashley and bought our couch!

After sleeping in a new bed frame for 2 weeks, there was something wrong. Why did my back hurt? Daily pain in my back, led me to consider spending more on the purchase of a new boxspring and mattress. I discovered that the new furniture which was delivered and installed by Ashley doesn’t have all of the supports beams. I actually thought that the delivery men were so kind and gracious for putting my boxsprings and mattress on top of the new furniture, well they really were hiding the fact that they didn’t have all the beams. I was asked to sign off on the delivery of the furniture to indicate that it was all in good order, so slimy that the delivery men chose to hide the fact that my bed was not installed properly. Complete negligence!!

Tina was wonderful! She helped us select a purple mattress and adjustable bed. They even had it delivered the next day! Couldn’t be happier!

My experience at the Ashley Store in East Wichita was awesome!! I worked with Farha and she was amazing! If you go to this store, be sure to ask for her!! Farha took the time to effectively help me use the living room measurements I had for my new townhouse. She drew up a map so that I could find the perfect fit for the new living room furniture I wanted! Farha also showed me many quality options for a new king mattress and allowed me to test out whatever I wanted to allow me to make an informed decision! Using my feedback from testing along with her product knowledge, Farha recommended the Sealy Posture-Pedic Pillow-top king size mattress. I am glad I did because it has been GREAT and I have finally been able to get some comfortable, quality sleep since the first night I slept on my new mattress! At no point did I feel pressured to hurry and decide on something, which made my overall buying experience that much better! We just wanted to give a shout out to the manager and folks at Ashley on Kellogg. We lost an axle on our trailer on our way from Louisiana to Idaho, and we had to leave our broken trailer in their lot for a day or so until we could find parts and someone to come fix it- in a city we had never been to and didn't know anyone. They gave us time to do what we needed to get it out of there without having it towed on us. It eased a bit of stress in an extremely stressful situation, and we are grateful for that. My wife Donna and I had a great shopping experience here today at Ashley East. This was our second visit here. We first came in a couple of weeks ago and met with Elijah to discuss outdoor furniture. He was very helpful in guiding us through what you had to offer that met our requirements. We saw a few prospects for consideration. Since then we have looked at other stores. We decided to return here and have Elijah show us the items again that we had been interested in on the first visit. He showed us around again and even introduced a few new items.
