I had a great experience at Ashley in exchanging my mattresses
The moment I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile by Mike, and he was quick to ask me how he could help. I explained that I used their online design services to style my living room, and I was there to look at the couch before I purchased it online. I looked at a couch, and I was able to see the coffee table, end table, and the swivel chair I wanted! He was then able to order everything for me on the spot! I didn't have to do any ordering online like I thought. Mike made this experience wonderful! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. What a joy everyone was that I encountered in the store! Many thanks to Georgia for her explanation of the furniture protection plan. She was very helpful when presented with questions.
Madison was great, and she was very understanding when I needed sometime to mull over my decision. I was able to decide what I wanted to do and ordered my furniture which was all in stock. I went in on a Saturday March 22nd, and I have my furniture today March 25th. The delivery crew was excellent, and I thank them for saving my back.

We had a great shopping experience with Maddy at Ashley. She answered all the questions we asked and knew the details of each item we looked at. She heard what we wanted and worked diligently to locate items we might like. She was professional but not pushy as some sales persons are. The prices were reasonable and the merchandise we looked at appeared to be of very good quality. We purchased two items that will be delivered tomorrow. Whenever we need furniture of any kind in the future, we will definitely head to Ashley.

Its sad that this place has gone downhill we’re gotten nothing but shitty attitude and rude people who were very dismissive and basically pushed us out the door we will not be returning to this place it’s absolutely a disgrace how they treat people and look down on them.

Amazing experience! I did not want to go to buy a bed but knew i needed to get it done. Cambridge Eaton helped me. He was so patient and kind but most of all he wasn't pushy. He didnt try to puah things on me i didnt want. But was very informative. He knows his business. Best salesperson I've ever worked with. He spent 3 hours helping me and a friend. Very thorough and knowledgeable about all the furniture. I know I'll go back for something else and he will be my go to person.

I bought patio furniture about 3 years ago from Ashley Furniture store in Wichita, Ks... and have enjoyed the patio furniture during this time, but have not used the fire pit. When we decided this year to use the fire pit, we found that it was not working properly. I called and spoke with Scott,(the store manager) and explained the situation. He was very attentive, helpful, kind, caring and eager to help in any way he could. He was willing to go that extra mile. Even to the point of helping pay for the cost of getting the fire pit working!!! Scott, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and willingness to help get my issue resolved!!!! I was welcomed by the most gracious and attractive young man, Michael. He listened to me attractively as I told him what I was looking for. I told him about finding the couch I wanted to look at on line and my desire to see what it looked like and to sit on it. The first sofa was really nice then he showed me another that was perfect. I hadn't planned on purchasing, but the price with delivery and 5yr protection plan was less than what I had expected to pay. When I told him I wasn't in a great hurry he said if I could wait 4 to 6 weeks, I could put a down-payment and the balance wouldn't be due till delivery. Checking out was so simple and the young lady was kind and offered to help me to my car. I walk with a cane and my foot is in a heavy walking boot. Michael made sure my walk around the store was safe. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone in need to go there and ask for Michael. He will listen to your needs and show you exactly what you are looking for.

I spoke with Cambridge and he was very knowledgeable, personable, patient and understanding of us needing to shop around and check out our options. Our furniture was delivered this past Saturday, wish I got those two guys names, first in was the couch and wow I don't know how they got it in cause our door opening was a bit too small (didn't measure opppss.) After sleeping in a new bed frame for 2 weeks, there was something wrong. Why did my back hurt? Daily pain in my back, led me to consider spending more on the purchase of a new boxspring and mattress. I discovered that the new furniture which was delivered and installed by Ashley doesn’t have all of the supports beams. I actually thought that the delivery men were so kind and gracious for putting my boxsprings and mattress on top of the new furniture, well they really were hiding the fact that they didn’t have all the beams. I was asked to sign off on the delivery of the furniture to indicate that it was all in good order, so slimy that the delivery men chose to hide the fact that my bed was not installed properly. Complete negligence!!

My experience at the Ashley Store in East Wichita was awesome!! I worked with Farha and she was amazing! If you go to this store, be sure to ask for her!! Farha took the time to effectively help me use the living room measurements I had for my new townhouse. She drew up a map so that I could find the perfect fit for the new living room furniture I wanted! Farha also showed me many quality options for a new king mattress and allowed me to test out whatever I wanted to allow me to make an informed decision! Using my feedback from testing along with her product knowledge, Farha recommended the Sealy Posture-Pedic Pillow-top king size mattress. I am glad I did because it has been GREAT and I have finally been able to get some comfortable, quality sleep since the first night I slept on my new mattress! At no point did I feel pressured to hurry and decide on something, which made my overall buying experience that much better! We just wanted to give a shout out to the manager and folks at Ashley on Kellogg. We lost an axle on our trailer on our way from Louisiana to Idaho, and we had to leave our broken trailer in their lot for a day or so until we could find parts and someone to come fix it- in a city we had never been to and didn't know anyone. They gave us time to do what we needed to get it out of there without having it towed on us. It eased a bit of stress in an extremely stressful situation, and we are grateful for that. My wife Donna and I had a great shopping experience here today at Ashley East. This was our second visit here. We first came in a couple of weeks ago and met with Elijah to discuss outdoor furniture. He was very helpful in guiding us through what you had to offer that met our requirements. We saw a few prospects for consideration. Since then we have looked at other stores. We decided to return here and have Elijah show us the items again that we had been interested in on the first visit. He showed us around again and even introduced a few new items. Got my furniture delivered last week and my drivers were very kind and quick. The sales staff helped me gather what colors to pair with my new sofa, and the sales office staff did an excellent job at providing all the info for financing. Lisa’s floor plan and eye for decor is emmaculate !
Warranty/protection plans are deceptive, poorly communicated, and provide more of a headache/hassle than benefit. The assistance is amazing when being sold on the protection plans but the assistance withers to nothing when it comes time to redeem the money back guarantee or file a claim. Please do your research and avoid being misled.

If you are looking for some nice furniture for your place, then I recommend going to Ashley’s Furniture East Wichita. I ordered a recliner from them and it’s amazing. The people there are kind, friendly and patient. They sent me a text the night before delivery letting me know the time frame they will be delivering and it was right on time and delivered straight into my living area. I am very pleased with their service and will return if I need any more furniture in the future.
The sales person forgot to add the old mattress haul away, but with a quick call and payment of the haul away fee, they were able to take care of it for us. The delivery guys were very polite, professional, and efficient. Definitely appreciate their hard work.

It's been a hassle from the moment I called the insurance company due to my original bed breaking. The ONLY saving grace was Nick (salesperson) and the Same Day Delivery gentlemen. Everybody else in between - UGH UGH UGH. The lack of business etiquette from the customer service representatives was unlike anything I've ever dealt with. 2 months of dealing with everyone and I hope and pray my furniture doesn't break down again. I just can't imagine myself dealing with the extremely unprofessional CSR's. And to think I have a warranty. Should not have been this hard. Smh.

My husband and I were needing to get a new power love seat. As I do, I shopped around and found a very nice one located at this store. When we arrived we were greeted right away. The staff was extremely helpful, very kind and made sure to show us all of our options. Our salesperson Shawn Tyler was so wonderful. She took her time making sure we knew about all our purchasing and delivery options. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We left the store knowing that we got a quality piece of furniture that would be delivered in a couple of days. I can't recommend this store enough and Shawn. 10/10. We had gone to another furniture store before we went here. We were happy with the prices we were seeing at the place before Ashley. We went into Ashley to see that the prices were SO MUCH cheaper than the place we went to before and I honestly think the quality of the furniture seemed better at Ashley as well. We ended up buying a couch, two recliners and a dresser. The dresser came in broken, I called the next business day and explained what the problem was. They immediately fixed the issue by ordering us a new drawer and glide and they will be sending a guy out to come fix the problem. Pros (in our opinion): •On the East side •Same day pickup for all the stuff we bought •Pickup is also on the East side •Good quality and great prices •Very polite (We had Dylan help us! I’d highly recommend finding him for your furniture needs!) Cons (to us): Nothing. I honestly can’t think of a single thing.
My delivery and set up was a breeze! I had Jeremiah, Payton, and one other gentleman set up my bedroom set they did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with were everything was, and moved it around for me until everything was perfect. Thanks guys!

Just looking for a new recliner for my mom (with mom) sales were so patient and nice to hear and although we did not buy this trip, I think we will soon. Well organized and super sales going on! Huge selection and huge showroom. There are two other furniture stores nearby that are higher priced and did not seem as driven to deal. Side note: there are a lot of questions to consider before taking an elderly parent shopping for furniture. :)

Friendly sales associate (Jay). Liked the fact that most items are in stock. But…check your receipt. We were charged for delivery and set up when we repeatedly said no and was offered 10% off if opened the account which was not deducted on receipt either. However they fixed the delivery charge when we caught that error in store and after phone call they agreed to fix the 10% discount. Now to see if it is correct when I receive the bill.

I did not realize how easy Megan from Ashley’s Furniture made my order until it was done. No problems. I was able to text her with any questions and get everything done via a phone call. Delivery is super quick. Was able to get it scheduled for next day.

Amy, who greeted us at the door was very knowledgeable and showed us different options of what we were looking for. Was not pushy at all. Very helpful and we ended up buying one of the options about a week later over the phone. Very easy to order and pay over the phone if you are not in the store to purchase.
Selection of what we were looking for was good. Working with the sales person went well. However there are two complaints. First, we were at the end of one promotion cycle, but we wanted to go home and take some measurements. We call back to the store and asked them if the could “hold” the item we wanted since we could not get back to the store the next day (heading out of town). The short answer was yes if we put 1/3 down on a credit card. Then that amount would be refunded when we were back. Now we could have paid cash, but to get the $150 off for taking the 60 mo no interest plan, you had to go with the plan. The $150 would almost cover the delivery fee, out off the local area. I am not tying up credit card transactions. Second issue. Went in on Monday as soon as we got back, purchased the love seat. Now came the delivery issue. Seems they only deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They call you the night before and give you a time window for dropping off the item. First available delivery date was 10 days later, but that date was not an option. Second date was 15 days later and that date was no good. So now we wait 18 days to have it delivered. If physically able to move the love seat, I would have. Maybe Ashley needs more trucks, drivers, and assistants to provide this service, especially considering what they charge to do so.
Any did an amazing job and truly went above and beyond to give us different options as well as stick to a great price point!

We ordered furniture for an apartment. We paid for delivery and full set up. We were told by our sales associate Shawn, that they would "remove all the boxes and wrapping and set everything up". On the first delivery attempt they put together the (cream colored) couch in the truck and then decided they couldn't bring it up without damaging it. They took it back to the store. Multiple phone calls later, they agreed to redeliver it in the boxes, assemble it and remove the boxes again. They delivered as planned, but left everything in the boxes and left saying that they had already been out once and were not supposed to assemble. After more phone calls to the store we were finally refunded our delivery fee, which were we told, by Ryan, the store manager, was "absolutely non-refundable", but they would do it this one time. My son ended up putting everything together by himself, hauling all the boxes and wrapping to the dumpster as well, only to realize, they never sent all the pillows we paid for, for the couch. I tried to call the store again and was left on eternal hold. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again.

Ordered a sectional couch, chair and a bed was told that the bed would be in 2 weeks this was the beginning of February and we are at the end of May and still no bed. Couch was to be in the beginning of May and it was on time. No one from Ashley had ever contacted us about the bed till we called about the middle of May. Not sure if I will ever purchase from ashley again . I'm within a couple of weeks of having company and no bed. How frustrating

We were looking for a new TV stand. Wife found one here. Talking to the sales lady I asked if it made of engineered wood several times and was told no it made from reclaimed wood. When delivered I was putting together and found shelves and sides made of it. Was not happy with that but I didn't have to paint it so decided to keep it
I purchased a couch from this location but what made my experience great was Cambridge. He was by far the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. He was very patient with me as he showed me various couches he thought I might like. He also answered any & all questions I had while making the experience enjoyable. Due to the amazing customer service I will highly recommend this store & Cambridge to all friends & family! Ask for him and you will not be disappointed!
Showroom well laid out and our sales person (Meghan) was knowledgeable and (most importantly) not pushy at all. Selection is good for differing styles but the lead time for some of their furniture is a hinderance. The sofa/hall table we purchased has a 24-26 week lead time - we originally balked at the purchase a couple of weeks ago but didn’t find anything else we liked at other stores so we came back to it. The finance center was efficient and accommodating. Calls were answered and follow ups were performed to clarify our exact needs before anything was signed. All in all a good experience.

Very convenient and quick process. Like most furniture stores like this, a salesperson offers to walk around with you, but I never once felt pressured or crowded by the salesperson. They really tried to act as a guide and were really helpful.

My co-worker and I had been trying to find furniture for two apartments we were furnishing for a pilot program. Everything needed to be in stock and ADA compatible. We were getting very frustrated with looking at places and either being told items were 4-6weeks out or trying to be up-sold. We were greeted at the door by Amy, and seriously she knows her stuff! We left that day with everything ordered, in stock and was delivered on time. If we need more items we will be going back to see Amy.
Ashley Furniture is where I bought my bed and recliner in 2017 when I moved into my house. The store is nice, and the staff is always helpful without being annoying. Barry Whitt was great to work with. He answered all my questions and texted me his business card. He was prompt with his response and made ordering my new couch a breeze!
RV furniture. Anyone who has an RV knows how difficult it can be to find the right size and color. We searched everywhere and Ashley had just what we were looking for. I went in today just to browse and they absolutely would not let me walk around without questioning me and following me. 3 times I said "I'm just browsing" and tried to walk away but they would follow it up with more questions and walk with me. Just leave me alone!! The shark made me feel so uncomfortable I just left without seeing everything. I don't get why they have to be so aggressive and ignore my request to be left alone.
Great experience, Great product, Great price, and Great service. I would suggest contacting Cooper or Josh at the east store. Cooper is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and can explain the product like no one I have ever met. Why buy something you don't know about. I would highly recommend the Stearns and Foster new pillow top with double coil technology. Cooper can explain more but it's the best bed we've ever had and with the amount of time spent in a bed it's a great investment for body and mind. I'm not the kind of person to finance but when they give you zero percent interest and a discount for in house financing it's an easy decision. Outfit your home for half the price of a car payment or less.. Thanks guys I will be back

Since the below happened they made it right with correct item. Still no set up so 2 stars for the experience. Salesman was great. However I bought a house full of furniture. Spent a lot of money yet still have to pay for them to set up. After getting a warranty we paid extra for we had damage to our bed footboard. They don't replace the piece only the part. You have to disassemble and add the panel and reassemble. No they won't help even after spending all that money. Wrong piece came after sending photos 3 times. Manager wont talk to me. Didn't realize if you buy something there it comes in pieces. Not quality pieces at all. I won't be back.

Over-priced fake particle board with veneer coverings. I figured it must be because of high lumber prices, but I went to a business a few doors down and found real wood furniture for cheaper than the fake stuff. If you want to be required to walk past a podium as soon as you ever and be "greeted" by what appears to be a personal assistant for your shopping, go to Ashley. Heck, even if you make it clear you do not want help, they will find you and continue to check in. If you prefer someone to say hello and offer help if you need anything, go a few doors down.

Like every other furniture store, in stock items are hard to find but they did have more in stock than any other store and at better prices. The salesman was Cambridge and to say that he was extremely helpful would be an understatement. He took the time to find out what my needs were and went above and beyond in finding me the best items for the best price. Extremely satisfied with my experience there
All in all, it was a pretty pleasant experience. The downside are the sales reps. are similar to car salesman. They latch on as soon as you're spotted and don't let go. I was originally not thrilled about a sales rep. coming up, I have had bad experiences with car salesman and didn't want to deal with it. In the end I was pleased with how she handled herself. She was very helpful and directed us towards what we were looking for. She didn't waste our time on stuff we weren't interested in. She was patient when we took our time with some things, especially when we side tracked on the massage chairs. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Store was clean and had a large selection of stuff to look at. Prices were pretty comparable (we only looked at couches) to other places. My only real complaint is that the massage chair wasn't cheaper and they didn't throw in a complimentary cup that looks like it has been knocked over and spilled. Haha.
Nice people, salesperson knew the merchandise. Their recliners have more features, bells & whistles than all of the other stores, and don't cost any extra. Everything seems to just come in the one color though, usually gray, no options on that. Ick.
I went there to get couches and I had Peggy W. as my sales assistant she had amazing customer service skills she was very knowledgeable about the furniture and helped me with every one of my needs! All the associates were very friendly but Peggy stood out the most and was extremely helpful!

There was no pressure to buy and she is very knowledgeable about the products. Ashley Home Furniture has really good quality home furniture. I bought my dining table and sofas many years ago. The furniture still holds up and is in great shape.

Clean, bright, well staged store with friendly staff. I like that they will show you whatever you're interested in, but if you're just looking, (1st visit), they will let you leave without a fight. I purchased a couch on my 2nd visit after some more butt testing, and had made my decision and was out the door within 30 minutes. Both MaKayla and Crystal are very friendly and helpful ladies. My boyfriend said it was the least painful shopping-with-a-woman experience of his life. XD

Horrible expenerience. Ordered furniture in feb. Received zero information on ETA until I reached out to them. Once I did receive an email from Ashley with a delivery date I called 3 times to get a proximity of time the day before and no one could tell me, only to find out the email was sent to me incorrectly and my furniture is not scheduled to be delivered until may 12th a month later. I have already eliminated my old furniture making way for the new because I Received an email stating it would be delivered March 15th. Now my family will be sitting on the floor for a month. This is very unfortunate.

When arriving at Ashley Homestore on E. Kellogg we were pleasantly greeted by MaKayla Jackson. After a quick conversation about what bedroom furniture we were looking for she proceeded with grace showing us around the store asking what are preferences were. Makayla had such a pleasant attitude even through our pickiness. After picking out the perfect, beautiful new King sized bed we started choosing a new mattress. She was super knowledgeable with the mattresses and pillows. While explaining the products she was by no means boring, made it very understandable and personable. She could also joke and laugh with my husband and myself and you could tell she meant it. Our mattress and pillows for my husband and myself are perfect. Makayla was the type of person who was not pushy in making a sale and definitely the type of person you could relate with and want to be around outside the business. After being offered same day delivery we chose to wait a few days to be prepared in our home. Between purchase & delivery day Makayla was quick to respond to my text messages answering a few other questions I had. On delivery day there was a crew of 3 fast & friendly employees. They wore their masks due to Covid and had a great fun personality. They delivered, set up and removed our old mattresses quickly and efficiently less than 30 mins. I waited a few days before making this review to sleep on our new set. have personally not slept this good in years. It was my first time shopping at the Ashley Homestore and I will do it again in the near future.Thank you to Makayla Jackson, the manager and delivery crew it was a great experience!
very nice lay out and obviously good furniture. But Sales staff will not let you shop in peace. Had to explain why I was inside the store 3 separate times to 3 separate sales people who did not know how to read the room. Leave me alone.
Moe rocks! He greeted us when we arrived at the store. Then he helped us with a Sofa and shelf we purchased. He let us know when something was on sale. He was able to help multiple customers but he always acknowledged us when he was a little busy. Then Amanda checked us out and she was super friendly too!

Terrible experience for me. Before I even sat down on a couch, the sales person was already telling me to put 10% down. Followed me on my heals and no less than 15 times he mentioned putting 10% down to reserve the items. Went back a second time and same person was waiting by the door. Told him I didn't want to work with him so he vultured around me until a manager came. Told the manager my experience and they left me alone. So much that when I did have a question nobody would assist. I will not go back.
We entered and were met immediately by Peggy. After a brief interaction, she let us go-which was nice, we like to browse without hovering sales people near us. We found something we liked and a different salesman gave us some information but we were not committed. When we decided, we saw Peggy and waved her over and she helped us complete the transaction. I give it a 4 because I liked the ‘80’s music playing but it was just way too loud. I have tinnitus and it made my ears ring louder from spending an hour in the store.

The store is great, but I’ve been to a lot of great store. Product is great but there is a lot of great products and places to purchase. The difference maker was the people, in specific Shane Tyler. Walk in the door, ask for Shane and you know you will have a positive, informative, and pressure free buying experience!
Amy was incredibly helpful in making our decision to get a new sectional. She listened to what we were after and worked with us across a few days. She went into detail about each piece we looked at and gave us good and critical feedback on each. After we narrowed it down she worked with us to make a great decision and get us a great deal on our sectional.

My fiancé and I came into the store (first timers) and Cambridge made our experience more than exciting! He walked the showroom pointing out all the possibilities we could take in putting together our new home. Cambridge definitely went above and beyond and even turned my fiancé into someone who likes furniture shopping now (she’s always HATED it)!! I believe it was meant to be for us to work with Cambridge, we are even naming our son after him!! We will be back in 2021 to furnish our basement and we WILL be working with Cambridge!

Crystal Meyer will pressure you to purchase. If you talk to her, don't. She added things we didn't want to our purchase because the original total was calculated to be way lower than what they were wanting us to pay. She added on an item we had mentioned but we didn't agree to get. Then she kept saying "all you gotta do is just swipe your card." So we left because I'm not going to be taken advantage of by a person whose only goal is to get that commission.
Waited all day for our bedroom set only to be delayed until 630pm. Ok with that, when they arrived; The chest of drawers was damaged and they didn’t have the headboard/footboard. Ashley called my husband and told him a different story then the driver told me. Long story short; I cancelled the order and declined the nightstand; which is the only piece they had to deliver to me.

What is even the point of purchasing furniture at the store? We understood that we were going to have a longer wait time. We worked with our salesman to find the right furniture. But somehow they managed to mess up both the delivery time and the delivery of what we ordered. We worked with a salesman for almost two hours trying to work out the details of what we wanted, we were assured that we were ordering a sectional. We commented that the order did not look correct but we were promised that they had double checked everything and it look good for what we wanted. So then we were told to wait eight weeks for delivery. Well, now we get into the fun part. We had called in to check on the status of our order and now it has been pushed back even more. Fine, but why were we not notified of a push back until one week before we were expecting our order?! We even spoke to a manager and they wanted us to split the order into two separate shipments and make us pay for the second delivery! At some point you need to work with the customer to make it right, not nickel and dime them because you are not being proactive with communicating issues to your customers. Now here we are we get our sectional delivered and it is not the right one?! Not the correct orientation that we have spent discussing with our sales person. This is absurd. Beyond that, we never got a call back from the “manager” because I am sure everyone else is having a similar experience. Of course trying to tweet them, message them, all of the above does not work. I have never had an experience like this and so hope my review saves you all the trouble of having to go through this.

Cambridge was the associate that helped me. He asked a few questions about my style and knew exactly what to show me! Made shopping for the rest of the furniture I needed easier and fast.
The employees were amazing!!! The young lady who helped us knew all about their inventory. She understood exactly what we wanted and needed. Could not have asked for anyone better. She was Never Pushy or rush us into buying something we did not want. Plus the assistant manager was such a joy to work with. Ashley's furniture had a giant inventory of quality and beautiful furniture! We will always go there for our future furniture or home accents.
I worked with Ashley as my sales attendant, she was pleasant. The rest of the process was a complete disaster. On deliveries they send you a text the night before telling you when you need to be home. I scheduled off from 1215pm-1245pm (per their request). My delivery did not show up until 2pm. I had a kitchen table with 5 chairs, 3 of the chairs were put together wrong and had to go back. I had a king size adjustable base with 2 twin beds. One of those did not work even though it was brand new. Now Ashley Home Store wants to reschedule a time where I have to take off work yet again, meet someone at the house, and wait for them to replace my faulty bed and defective chairs, not to mention I'd have to also tear all my sheets off my bed and remake it once they are gone. Knowing them it'll take another half day of work I'm missing. For these hours and hours of inconvenience and frustration they offered me......... get this 50 whole dollars!!!!! I spend 6 grand there, they turn this into a complete disaster, and want to offer me 50 WHOLE DOLLARS!!!! I have scheduled for them to come get all of the furniture and receive a full refund. I can only imagine if the initial delivery was this poor, how hard it would be to get service if something went wrong. If you like poor service, deliveries that are a complete debacle, and being insulted on what your time is worth, Ashely HomeStore is for you!!!

I came into Ashley's not expecting to buy anything today. But from when we walked in to the time I walked out the door, Buck Buchanan was extremely helpful and accommodating! He made my experience amazing and surprisingly fun. Buck asked what I was looking for and I let him know, and he showed me different options that he thought I'd like and of course i found a sofa that I loved. Buck is an amazing person. Notice I did not sales person. Because he became more then just a sales person. He became someone I trust and would love to do business with. He is friendly, thoughtful and did not pressure me into making a purchase. He offered me soda, water, He made it known that he wanted me to be completely in love with the piece AND the price. Intrusive sales culture. I wish I could shop for furniture in peace but every employee won’t take a hint or even the explicit “I’m just here to look around by myself” — obviously not just one employee either so I’ll blame the culture of the company and management as opposed to singling out one poor sales staff who was just doing what they’d been told they must do. I don’t recall much about the furniture since the experience of shopping was so abrasive.

Buck was great! He worked with us to find what we needed, while still getting the specifics I wanted, and the specifics of what my husband wanted. He didn’t rush us, and even showed us other options after I was pretty sure we found what we needed so I could be sure. He didn’t pressure us into doing anything that day and left us feeling okay about thinking on it for a couple days.

Workers basically ignored us. The lady that did help us tried to sell us a couch over $2400 And when we asked for anything at least cheaper than that she looked at us like we were crazy. As we were leaving there was a worker actually helping new customers at the door. Where they just looked at us and didn't say a word.

Debbie Achey is a sweetheart! She really went above and beyond to help us. She created a "wishlist" with all the things we wanted, and then texted me back and forth to add and adjust to our list. By the time we came back in to put our down-payment down to hold everything for delivery after our closing date on our house, all we had to do was pretty much make the payment and go. It was so much quicker and easier than our past furniture shopping experiences!
I bought all my furniture here 6 years ago and the service was great! The store have different variety and can find something your looking for.Now recently going into the store, it's hard to shop in peace when every worker are hounding you. Like, this older lady wouldn't get a hint. She's was like a tick that I couldn't get off. Ruined my shopping experience.

So, the store is great. Nice, open, friendly...however our sales lady I still wish she would step on legos! She was pushy, I felt like she lied about things being in stock (when they really were not) and she interrupted my lounging on furniture to feed a baby...maybe not appropriate but it was warm and I wasnt staying in the truck-also had every intention of spending our money there... it's been 5 days since we were there and im still sour about it!

Great job! I came in looking for something specific. By talking with Mikayla I quickly realized what I wanted wasn’t exactly the right fit. So we walked around and looked at other choices similar but with more practical features. I asked questions and she had answers! Beautiful showroom and great selection of mid century modern pieces, what I went in there looking for. I fell in love with my couch immediately and their staff (Ryan and Cambria) were both very knowledgeable and very helpful! I had a variety of things I needed to get and here are some pictures of some of the pieces I went with! Can’t recommend them enough!

Pushy sales person, used car sales tactics
The second my wife and I walked through the door we were impressed by the showroom, furniture collection and greeted by friendly staff. Immediately we were asked if their was anything in particular we were looking for. We have been trying to find the right powered reclining living room set. Right away Amy Otten was able to show us an array of different styles and fabrics staying within our guidelines. We came away ordering what we are sure to be a fixture in our home for many years to come.

We purchased our couch on Saturday and by Monday afternoon it was delivered. We’re loving our new couch and would definitely recommend Makayla to other shoppers!
My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home. We have never purchased our own new furniture. We went to Ashley to look at the different kinds of furniture, get ideas about costs, available options, etc. I understand the employees work on commission, however after trying unsuccessfully to engage a customer in conversation you would think to leave them alone. We had FIVE different salespersons approach us in the 15 minutes we were browsing in the store. Each conversation was the same, "Can I help you find something?" "No we are just browsing thank you" "Are you looking for anything in particular?" "No, we want to just look at everything" "These living room sets are very versatile, are you intered in a couch/love seat?" "We do not know what we want, thank you (salesperson hovers 5 feet away while we try to ignore them and look at dining room tables) "As you can see we are having a sale of 20% off..." you HAVE to be rude to these people to get them to leave you alone. Finally after the 5th interaction I was so uncomfortable we had to leave. I won't be able to go into this store again unless I'm wearing headphones and a big sign that says "PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE - I WILL COME TO YOU IF I HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED HELP"

Got a great living room set on sale at a great price
Unpleasant experience with wichita East store. The store would not grant a price match that fell within the terms listed on Ashley’s website. The store manager verified the price with competitor, but said the deal was too cheap and they would not match it. Not a good ethical representation of this chain.
I bought my couch from here on Black Friday 2 years ago and it’s held up so well. I decided to come back and shop in store for my sons bedroom furniture. We were helped by a gentleman named, Cambridge and he was incredible. He was really great about recommending things that I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of, such as a mattress protector since my son is 3 and potty training. Very attentive and thoughtful. We loved our experience!

Makayla helped us find the perfect living room furniture we needed for our basement. Not just for what is needed now but what can be moved into our future home. She sent me dimensions while we ran home to remeasure our space so we could lay it out and see if it would work. Her cheerful personality made us feel welcome and comfortable with no pressure. Loved working with her now and in the future. 1.5 year follow up. Ashley furniture falls apart in less than 1.5 years of minimal use. These are photos of our couch that is shredding at seams. Couch is not very stabile in portions to support tears Was sold 5 year warranty that was to cover everything, turns out warranty only covers frame. Has to be reported within 30 days. Or they refuse to repair/replace.
We’ve shopped multiple locations! This location is busy and on those days it maybe difficult to find an associate to assist you! Once we purchased delivery was so-so!

So a year ago I was outstanded when I originally wrote this review shortly after buying my couch. And now one year later I do have some things to say about the quality on the furniture I purchased and thank goodness I got the extended warranty because my couch literally broke in half just after my manufacturers warranty ended. In my opinion Ashley's furniture is a great place to shop wonderful costumer experience but there not the ones who built the couch they're just selling it.

Me and my fiancé had come in on Black Friday for the mattress sale. We had Kurt as our sales associate. He was very nice and understanding as we had changed our mind atleast 4 times lol. We would greeted with a smile and asked if we could be helped with anything. We just had come in to look around at a bed frame; as we’d just purchased a Temperpedic mattress at Furniture Row. After talking with Cambria, we learned that the mattress base that we’d been sold at the other company would void out the warranty on the mattress; as they’d sold us their store brand and told us it would be fine... We then called the other furniture store and sure enough, they knew what we were questioning, but told us “they’d be sure we were taken care of” if anything went wrong with the mattress and “just tell them Rick said he’d take care of us, etc” if we had mattress issues. We asked what happens if “Rick” isn’t there and we have an issue in a couple of years, but that wasn’t comforting to us since we’d just spent several thousand dollars there, so we voided that transaction and Cambria showed us the exact item we’d picked out at the other store, plus fixed us up with the base we needed as well as pillows, sheets, etc. Because we had such a great experience, we decided to go ahead and purchase a master bedroom set and a new bed for our son as well; totaling almost $10k. We were super happy with the help Cambria gave us; as well as her manager Andrew, and another man (and I’m sorry but can’t remember his name, but super helpful as well). We will definitely come back!

My daughter & I knew exactly what we were looking for before we walked into the store. We had been to the Ashley website & my daughter had picked out the bedroom group that she wanted, but we had some questions so we went to our nearest store. Mackayla was our contact at the store & she was able to answer all of our questions, as well as, show us the actual bedroom group. It was cheaper in store than on-line! At check-out my daughter had decided not to purchase the protection plan for an additional $200 but Ryan (a manager) came over & offered her the plan for $100! Great experience! Michael S. is fantastic! His customer service skills were amazing. We came in an hour before close to buy bedroom furniture and he did not rush us to purchase anything. Rather, he asked us what we were looking for and gave us options. He didn’t get upset with constantly going back and forth the showroom all while having to deal with specific details we wanted as well as staying calm around our two toddlers. He never pushed for sales and gave us the best advice. For this reason, we are coming back to him specifically to buy additional furnishings.

My fiancé and I went in and bought all new living room furniture. We sat on a supper plush couch and fell in love with it. Unfortunately they were out of the color we wanted so we went went a different color (same couch). We were very adamant on the couch being just as plush and the associate assured us it was the exact same material. We received the furniture a few weeks later and unwrapped it just to find out that it felt nothing like the one we originally wanted. The associate completely mislead us just to make a sale. We called in and we were told that since we took it home that there was a 20% restocking fee even though we got a couch we did not want by any means. We are completely dissatisfied with this company.

First of all, I want to say that Cambria was a great sales rep... and I typically hate having people follow me around when I’m trying to shop, but Cambria made my experience feel like I was just shopping with a friend.. and I really loved that. So thank you for that. However. They charge an outrageous $100 for delivery. And then they expect you to be available on their terms, when it best suits them. I couldn’t get my couch/loveseat delivered for a few weeks because I was out of town. I also have an 8-5 job. Like most other people. I got an automated call the night before my deliver date saying my delivery window was 10:30-11:30. I called to reschedule and they said they would have to charge me another delivery fee if I rescheduled. So I asked if they could just push it back 30 minutes to an hour so it could be more over lunch. They couldn’t because “it just wasn’t logistical.” Whatever that means, but it sounds like a pretty piss poor excuse for being lazy and not caring about your customers. Delivery didn’t show up UNTIL 11:30, so In the end, I had to be gone a full 2 hours for work just to accommodate them. Which makes absolutely no sense to me, since I am the one paying them for that SERVICE. Then. They didn’t deliver my pillows with my furniture. So I had to play phone tag with customer service. They told me I could pick them up at the east store whenever I got the chance. So I went out of my way to go get them because I didn’t want to have to be gone from work for another two hours for them to deliver pillows. When I got to the store, the pillows were no where to be found and no one knew where they were, so they had to re order them. Which resulted in me having to go out of my way AGAIN a few days later to pick them up at the distribution center, which was another whole awful experience in itself, but I won’t go into that. In the end, nothing was done to make this right, and I will not be doing business here ever again.

Cooper was amazing! Even though I had no idea what I wanted, he was able to educate me and provide me with the options available and to really narrow it down to what I needed. He walked us through the process from start to finish and even though I felt I would’ve been more comfortable trying things out on my own he provided the guidance I didn’t know I needed. He always made us feel comfortable and at ease, never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything, and even though I initially was hesitant to purchase here because I thought I would be able to find better value and quality elsewhere the service alone was worth it since it exceeded my expectations and made for a great experience.
Awful first impression experience: Walked in and salesman at front was nice enough. But it felt awkward, right at the front, so immediate and latching on... First, give me my space. Get off my back. Second, while he was helpful bringing us back to the mattress section, he did not listen. He directed us to the tempurpedic memory foam type mattresses. I said that's not I'm looking for. He said that's where they start. He asked questions...I said I'm looking for a firm, but not those mattresses. He said again, that's where they start. I said no, that's not what I want to see. He repeated like a broken record. Three strikes your out. At that point I said I'm outta here. I said you are not listening to the customer. Do you hear what I was saying? Are you listening to know what I am looking for and what I want? NO. I'm gone... goodbye Ashley.

I stopped in to look for a table for a breakfast nook. A salesman came and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and I showed him a cute little table and asked him about it. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture the store carried and very professional. He told me the table I was looking at was marked down and because of their Memorial Day sale it would be marked down another 20% and then another 10% on top of that. Then I asked about beds for a guest room and ended up buying a tempurpedic mattress which was on sale too. His manager came over and explained the different types of mattresses. There was no attempt to sell the top of the line mattress but instead the focus was on what I the customer needed and the best fit for me. In fact, I bought the middle of the line mattress and got all sorts of perks with it. It was a great experience and I will be going back! Everyone was so courteous and friendly too. A great place to shop with no hard sell pressure.

Follow up...I posted a review about issues with my sectional about a month ago. Got a call a couple of days later to schedule a technician to take a look at it a week later. The technician came out, took pictures of all of the snags and tears on my couch and he fixed the brace that had come apart because the staples were not secure. Before he left he said that a manager would be in touch with me about the issues with the fabric.... 3 weeks later and haven't heard a word! I came in to buy my very first piece of brand new furniture EVER! The sales associate was super helpful and even found me something under my budget. The problems started the day I received my furniture... I had to put unpack and put the feet on my new sectional (which is fine as I was told I would have to do this), the problem was, there were no screw holes to screw the feet into and unless I ripped the liner off of the bottom of the couch I could see where something solid was to put the screws into. The manager was kind enough to refund my delivery charge which was unnecessary but fine all the same. The first week we kept finding little pieces of plastic stuck to the couch but fogured it was a packing thing. 10 days after receiving the couch my daughter sat down on the couch with bedazzled jeans like kids have these days and when she went to get up the couch caught on her pants and a string comes out of the couch(you can only exchange furniture within 7 days so that's out the window). So here we are, 3 months later and a couch that I paid $900 for looks worse than a used oversized chair that I bought 3 years ago for $50. The material is so itchy that we have to put some type of cover over it before we can sit on it and it's basically falling apart. Maybe it's just this brand but I am more than disappointed, especially since this was my first ever purchase of any brand new furniture besides mattresses/boxsprings.

Do not buy a bed from them! They only have a couple different models, and will NOT offer your money back, after you've had the bed for 7 days! They only allow for 1 exchange of a different bed, but will NOT refund you any money, even if it's less expensive than the first one you had! After the second bed, you're stuck with it, like it or not. I was told it's actually normal to wake up with a sore back for the first month, until it gets "broken in". Ya, right. Second issue I had was waiting to get some furniture on back order, I was promised I would receive it the day they got it.....wrong! Come to find out it's been at the store for 3 days, but their system wasn't processing it properly, so I didn't receive it when I was supposed to. A big disappointment considering I spent over $12,000 there. You would think they would be more "on the ball", but you'd be wrong. And to think I considered spending more money here, what a shmuck I feel like. Just feel like they are all warm and smiles while you are spending your hard earned dough, just to give you the finger behind your back. I feel like I was taken advantage of, well I guess it's my fault for assuming they were a great furniture store.

Today was a very enjoyable day of furniture shopping thanks to Barry at Ashley’s east store.(first time in a while that we have had excellent service while we were out shopping) He took us to everything the store had to offer in what we were looking for, and we found what we needed very quick! He put in our discounts and set us up for delivery and we were done in less than 30 minutes! Thank you for a enjoyable experience!!

The store has an amazing selection that ranges across many styles. There is no limit to what you can find! The employees are incredibly helpful and have extensive knowledge on the pieces they show. I’ll definitely be going back.

Horrible customer service. The salesman Jose was not honest and upfront, after calling him out on his lies he went to his manager Ryan who was just as horrible. After price checking online Ryan asked us to meet him in the middle with pricing. Ridiculous that we called you out on your lies and you then you expect us to meet you half way on pricing. Worst salesman and worst manager.

Kurt was very helpful from the 1st phone call question/answer session and 1st store visit to the 2nd East store visit the following day. Financing was quick and easy and the Ashley "Love your matress" program that gave us 18 months to decide was a huge selling point, compared to other companiies we researched. We liked our experience and the pricing soo much, we added a new couch for the basement. We will definitely go back for any future furniture needs and highly recommend Ashley Homestore East Wichita

It is a very good place to shop and buy your furniture. We bought a Dinette set and I love it. Erin is a very good salesperson. Very friendly and a great attitude. Showed us everything. Our sales rep Mark was amazingly knowledgeable about the Ashley products and was great working with our 2.5 year old daughter to pick out a big girl bedroom set. We had such a great experience we ended up purchasing a modular sofa for our basement, an area rug for our main living room and an office chair for my office. Wonderful customer service that allowed us to shop without pressure but gave us any/all information we needed to make decisions!

Kurt was very helpful, probably more so than anyone we've ever dealt with before. He understood what we were looking for pointed us in the right direction, and no pressure sales. I'm also a very smart shopper and always price match. other places say they'll price match but try to hide the actual name of furniture names to not help in the process of price matching. We had no problem finding what I needed to make my price point happen! If you come here, ask for Kurt!

Mark was very patient with us as we picked out a new sofa - though a bit overly talkative for my liking. He helped us stay within our budget & didn't mind that we were firm about what we budgeted. Their selection and prices are impressive. The only reason I haven't given Ashley Furniture 5 stars is that the sofa hasn't yet been delivered, but is scheduled for this weekend. I'll reserve the 5th star until the delivery happens without a hitch...

Barry helped us yesterday picking out our furniture. We just moved into out new home and we dont have living room and bedroom furniture. He was so nice and patient with us. Helping us pick out one furniture at a time and trying to make sure everything goes well together. He even carried a side table across the room and set it next to the couch to make sure they look good together and this happened twice. He also helped us pick out a mattress and bedframe and showed us different styles and pros and cons. We were there until past 7:30 (they close at 7:00) but they were all patient and we never felt rushed. Lastly and most importantly he and Scott (i think the manager) worked with us and helped us get a good deal on them. Thanks guys!

Competitive prices, huge layout and friendly staff. The facility is large and well lit not giving it a warehouse feel. Layout is open with well decorated area to help show what the furniture would look like in a house. Great selection with price matching. Financing available. Shipping available. Staff was friendly.

I will never shop here again. Delivery here is a joke. Was told they absolutely don't do free delivery....we got free delivery however it was 3 weeks after purchase and when we got our stuff it was 3 out of the 5 pieces were broken. Was told the issue could not be resolved until the end of the day. Waited till the last min on that day did not receive a call. I called spoke to customer service she told me that she would call me at 1030 the next day. PROMISED ME. I called the next day at noon because I did not receive that promised call and it took her a while to pull up "my file" aka come up with a story of why she didn't call. She then proceeds to tell me that she did call me and leave a message. No CALL NO MESSAGE on my phone. She starts to argue with me telling me that I am calling her a liar. Needless to say the customer service agent has ZERO customer Service skill. First and Last time I get furniture here.

Purchased a bed set and power recliner. When the delivery came today the chair didn’t work, foot board was scratched, and dresser has a drawer that won’t close. First they offered to send a “patch kit”. When I said you can feel the scratch through the wood they said they would replace the footboard. They said we can get the parts delivered when they come in. We will probably just have to wait another week.
Really good company to work with, and responded quickly to any issues we had. My only issue was with our first purchase that we were told the sectional would arrive in a couple weeks but it took a little over a month. From my understanding it was in pretty high demand so I'm thinking that was why it took so long. Definitely not enough to deter us from buying there again, in fact we also just purchased a new bed from them that arrived very quickly and even the delivery/set-up crew was very professional and polite. Will continue to deal with them for future furniture needs!

I had a horrible experience twice. I ordered 2 pillows. They told me I would have them within 2-3 weeks, which I was completely fine with. I was no rush at all. I called after the 3 week mark and I was asked to call back the following Monday for a tracking number. I said okay that is fine. I called back that following Monday and was asked AGAIN to call back in another week since my pillows were lost in shipment. I called back that following Monday again. Leslie, the representative who answered my call and attempted to help me, again asked me to call back in another 2 days and I explained to her that I have been asked to call back several times already. She put me on hold and got together with someone to FINALLY give me a tracking number for my pillows after a month. After finally receiving my pillows 2 days later, the box was beat up and inside of the box were WRONG PILLOWS. I had 5 pillows in that box that were incorrect. I called them the next day and spoke with Leslie again and she apologized for all of the trouble. I informed her I do not want the pillows anymore because they were not worth the hassle and I just want a refund. She told me to come in and they would get that taken care of for me. When I arrived, I explained to the 2 girls at the front the issue and hassle I went through and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Of course they did not care because it wasn't happening to them. They would not refund the money to my card, instead they said I could come pick up a paper check and I refused. So of course after explaining to them I want it back on my card, I finally got my way. Even then, I had used 2 payments, one for my pillows the other for the dining room table and the only way they could refund my card is if they refunded the amounts on to different payment methods. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again. My table I purchased was also chipped so we will see if I have a better experience when I try to get a replacement with my warranty. Thank yous for nothing. Thank you for all of the trouble Ashley furniture!!! You ARE BEYOND NOT APPRECIATED.
The customer service caused my purchasr. They knew the setup and directed me towards what I wanted. Most importantly, while the warranty was offered, she didn't push me into it. My relatives got it and used it, but I don't need that nonsense and she didn't push me. It's expensive and limited for a lower price range, especially with coffee table/end table sets. It's edging into that proper modern sleek look but they have only have a few items. If I were in my 50s, not 30s, it would be heaven.
So dissapointed in my new sectional. After just two months it looks 10 years old. Cushions won't stay in place and fabric has tiny rough lint balls all over it that are impossible to remove.
Very helpful and patient with us! Robert broke everything down for us, even which material would be easiest to clean with a 2 year old.
We had an outstanding experience here today. Amy was an absolute God send. We had searched all over town for a mattress we wanted, but until we tan into any with her expertise and caring nature we were at a loss. I had great service at the store went to the warehouse and got home a hour away and they gave us the wrong couch. Now we have to wait until Monday since they are closed on Sunday to return it. Not happy to waste 2+ hours and more fuel to go back for there mistake. Also other two customers that we're next to us. One was a older lady that has went 2 times to get her item to not be at the Warehouse Even when it says they have the item. The second was returning her large item because when she picked it up the box was damaged they stated they didn't have any more. She took it home was taking the box out of her truck and broke piece fell out. She drove back and they actually had another one.

Robert was fantastic. We are doing a remodel on our house and went in looking for a king bed set, a dining room table and a desk. We left, purchasing everything but the desk, along with a new bed for our daughter and new mattresses. And although we spent more than the initial plan was, we are very excited about all of it. Note: Read the fine print on the financing option. That makes a big difference in the pricing that is displayed on most items in the store. Other than that, staff was cool. I prefer to shop on my own and get help when I need it. They gave me space and time so...Yeah, I'd go back.

Mixed review. I bought a new couch and loveseat. The first set came and there was a scratch on the leather which prompted us to return it. After arguing that we did not want it repaired since it came to our house damaged, we finally got a replacement. The replacement came and was damaged as well and you could see where they attempted to fix it before we got it. This time there was less arguing to not get it repaired, but still a small battle for the replacement. The third set came and it had a pencil sized hole in the back of a cushion and a scratch on the bottom right part of the loveseat. This time we asked for our money back which they did with no fight. The positive was when I escalated to a manager he was very empathetic and very easy to work with. I know the front line staff were just doing their jobs and following their internal processes, but they could have made it less aggravating by being more empathetic and going above and beyond to help. I cannot see myself going back in their future.
Nice selection but the workers follow you around like personal assistants. It was kind of annoying and I couldn't concentrate.

Then extended her exceptional customer service the following day by greeting us while we picked up our purchase. She informed us of an upcoming sale and was able to provide us the sale price on that day, so we were able to purchase another item. Durning the holiday crazyness it was very nice to have such an informative sales representative that wasn't pushy. Her pleasant upbeat attitude made our buying experience wonderful, and all in time to enjoy for Christmas!

I wanted a new mattress for my husband to sleep better and feel better. After a bad accident, I felt better after starting to sleep in a temperapedic mattress. I also wanted a bed with shelves in the head board. We found the one just right. The sales people were patient with me as I walked around the store shopping for future items.

I would recommend Ashley Furniture hands down. Two of my children recently moved into a place together and needed furnishings. After visiting other furniture stores we visited Ashley. Our sales representative, Shawn, was amazing. She was able to assist us with their wants and needs. Shawn was helpful, friendly and patient, so much so my husband and I returned a short time later for our own household furniture needs and was met with the same amazing service by Shawn and her manager. They were able to give us an amazing experience and a unbeatable deal. We will continue to shop with Shawn and Ashley furniture!

Kurt was the employee that helped us with our purchase, he was incredibly helpful without being pushy. He answered all our questions and helped us find exactly what we wanted. Staff was friendly and quick checking us out. Good deals and quality furniture!
First off this store is huge and contains a wide variety of bedroom sets, living room sets, and of course decor. I had my two couches delivered since it wasn't much extra to have that option (which was amazing because I have a small car). Z and Brent were the ones who brought my furniture and I have never met such polite and helpful employees before in my life. If you are like me and worry about the safety of your furniture, leave the anxiety behind because they have you covered. I will definitely be recommending Ashely furniture east!

The team at Ashley's off Kellogg and Greenwich are the best I've ever dealt with. I have been to numerous furniture stores and have not found such a sufficient, hard working and impassioned team. The experience was great and it was really easy to shop with Peggy. She is full of personality. Very easy going when asking questions; didn't show hesitation or irritation. The check-out process was a breeze as well. Salesmen were great. Helped us pick out the furniture we were wanting. Unfortunately, when furniture was delivered it was broken. Recliner was off the glider so it fell over backwards when in the reclining position. We drove back to Wichita to return it 90 miles one way. They ordered a new one and we drove back to pick it up another one way trip of 90 miles. Loveseat was put together wrong. It was not level. Console was crooked and hung off one end. The 2 ends of the loveseat were crooked. Staples were sticking out and pushing thru the fabric. They sent out replacement that had color stain on it. Still had staples sticking out. Plus had a piece of wood poking thru fabric. Promised us that if we gave them a 3rd chance they would get it right. Bought April 15th and 3rd set delivered July 6th. It also was crooked. We asked for the full refund for both recliner and loveseat. The delivery men took both recliner and loveseat with them. Ashley refused to overnight our refund. We live 90 min from Wichita. They want us to make 3 hour round trip to pick up check or wait 5 days for it to be mailed. They say they can't make out check until furniture is in their possession and the delivery truck does not count as their possession. Bought matching set. Ashley blamed everything on manufacturers and took no responsibility. We made 3 trips for recliner alone, pick up, return, and 2nd pick up. They want us to drive there again to pick up check rather than overnight it. 3 trips equaling 180 miles each trip for total of 540 miles. They want a 4th trip but refuse to pay for our gas. Do NOT buy from Ashley. Furniture in store is awesome but that is not what will be delivered. Wood on recliner & loveseat was particle board or pressed wood. It crumbled as delivery men brought it in. There were pieces of wood on our driveway where they broke off. Buy at own risk. Paid a lot of money for nothing. Now no furniture for a week while wait on check to arrive. Then we have to shop for furniture all over again. Need to have sign out front that says buyer beware.
Came into Ashley Furniture because of their advertised holiday sale. We picked out out a dining table and completed the transaction quickly and at a great price. Our sale was handled by Shawn and Robert; they were very professional and helpful in selecting our furniture.

Love the Ashley HomeStore! I went in and my sales rep Amy Otten spent a long time with me showing me all kinds of sofas and side chairs. She was really patient and listened to what I wanted, she even showed me some special order items I didn't even know they had. We put together a sofa and chair that is perfection in my new place. Plus the prices were better than any other place I'd gone in town and the furniture was top quality! Definitely recommend going in to see Amy for help with your next home furnishing needs! Also their delivery guys were top notch. They called before coming and got everything out together and set up for me!

Ashley Furniture has a beautiful selection of fine furnishings and delivers outstanding customer service. Our salesperson, Kurt, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent a great deal of time in the store looking at several pieces of furniture for our new home and Kurt was extremely patient and helpful. We have been in several times since our initial purchase to furnish other rooms in the house. Each time, all of the staff (salespeople, cashiers, and managers) have provided exceptional customer service.

Every time we walk in to Ashley, we are greeted with a smile and someone who is ready to help! We just bought some new furniture and had Scott and Bernie help us. Ashley furniture is having an outstanding sale. We arrived late. The store closes at 7 p.m. Kurt greeted us at the door and helped us find the perfect new living room group We mixed and matched a new recliner and sofa/chase. Crystal helped us while checking out, yes the store was closed by the time we were complete. Both Kurt and Crystal are assets to Ashley Home Furnishings and deserve a raise.

I had a great experience! The sales person Debbie helped me a couple times before I finally ordered my furniture. She even took the time to help me pick out paint colors for the inside of my house which turned out perfect. When I finally came in to make my final purchase she wasn't there that day, but one of the managers helped me order my furniture. He knew the products well and helped me find a ottoman that wasn't featured online that matched the sectional I purchased. I loved the sectional I purchased before so much I ordered a second one for the other large room in our house.
Giving two stars for the fact that I received my furniture, and how hard the front desk person worked to set my order right. I told them I wanted all my furniture delivered at the same time. Delivery day comes, only my dining table and accent chair arrive. I call them, they say they had my sofa at the warehouse and there was a mix up, and that it would be there by 7 on the same day. They didn't come, no notifications or anything. Tried to call them, and they were closed already. Entire day was wasted waiting for something that didn't even come. Next day I call them again, they say there is a glitch in the computers and that there was no actual sofa, and it would take 2-3 weeks to order one. I ask them for a refund, and they followed up by asking to call me back. Miraculously they "found" one in one of their warehouses. Seems a bit fishy, going from having to wait 2-3 weeks to actually having one. Not a very good experience. They did waive my delivery charge however. Had to skip a few classes to wait for my furniture, on both days, because of this situation. It was originally supposed to arrive at a time that I didn't have to miss any. Overall, something supposed to be hassle free turned into a headache for me. Also on a side note, I was already working with an employee, and one came up and kept stalking me. He kept putting in his input when I was trying to speak to my girlfriend about the furniture. Definitely wanted some space, especially when we told him we did not need his help.

I'm giving this store only 3 stars because of what has gone on after the sale. I don't remember the name of the 2 gentlemen that helped us but they were phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, patient and didn't push a sale. We bought a mattress, bed, dresser and 2 nightstands. The furniture was not in stock so they told us it would be 4-6 weeks to get it but we'd get the mattress the next week (we came in on Saturday July 2nd). Here we are almost 9 WEEKS from the sale and we just received our furniture today. However we didn't get to keep everything we got because half of it was damaged. The headboard had dings, there was a hole in one of the bed rails, and one of the dresser's feet was split down the middle. The delivery gentleman is the one that pointed it out to us so we didn't feel as if they were trying to get it by us without us noticing. I don't know when this all happened but I feel there should be more caution when it comes to loading and unloading to and from the warehouses and distribution centers. We now have to wait possibly 2-3 more weeks because the bed rails are not currently in stock. Feeling very frustrated but the experience in the store was great!

Ashley HONORED a coupon they hadn't event sent in a split second. I worked with Abraham Anwar, who was extremely helpful and very respectful. Highly recommend going to this store for a pleasant buying experience. I regret not going their in the first place. I will definitely be back in future when I need more furniture.
