Overall okay experience. The only negative is that the associate that sold us the couch ensured us that the pieces hooked together and that the floor model was just disconnected because that is how they keep them. We would have chosen a different couch had we known the pieces don’t connect. We were surprised at delivery and are left pretty frustrated.

Initially we loved the experience of shopping at Ashley furniture. The sales associate Denise was super helpful. Then it all went down hill from there. We spent a crazy amount of money just to have problem after problem. The movers couldn't get the dresser up the steps with just two guys so they had to reschedule to come back the following week. The bed came with parts that were incorrect and it couldn't be assembled so that was also rescheduled to resend new parts the following week. My daughters bed was delayed any way so we arranged for everything to wait till it could ship the same day. Today the second crew of movers decided they were not going to be able to fit either dresser up the steps (after the first crew said it was definitely possible with enough guys) so we are two weeks out with nowhere to put our clothes (we are in a new house with no furniture). Then they go to put the new footboard on the bed to replace the part that was incorrect last time and it is missing the slats! Now the bed is assembled in the middle of the room, so we can't even lay the mattress back on the floor. My daughters bed is also missing slats and is in the middle of her room. At this point they are telling us it's going to be another week, which leaves my entire family sleeping on the couch?? The floor?? On top of that we now have to pay restocking fees for everything they keep returning. The people at the warehouse just brushed me off like it was a common issue that they would just resend pieces, without any type of concern or urgency for the fact that none of the furniture we ordered from them weeks ago is currently usable. I would not recommend. This has made moving into this house so much more chaotic than it should be.

Most disgusting place to do business ordered furniture 3 weeks prior went to pick up with moving company furniture wasn't there no call they didn't care that we spent money to have it moved go elsewhere please save yourself the trouble. No apologies for the lost money and inconvenience of not having any seating in our home. Was delayed months. Terrible 😊 service and completely indifferent to our family

Took ABSOLUTELY forever to arrive. They kept changing the date and when I FINALLY get it. It’s the WRONG item. AND also damaged, stained and chipped items. Also extremely bad customer service.

Great experience buying a full house of furniture! Our sales person was very helpful when we could not find what we were looking for on the floor. She found the perfect dining set in a catalog and it was ordered. Delivery was great and timely. Will definitely shop here again!

We went into Ashley's Furniture store looking for a couch and a love seat. We were met by Wayne Winder, who showed us where to look and told us when we were ready for assistance, let him know. We looked at lot's of different options that were available. Once we had it narrowed down, we got Wayne and started talking price, warranty and delivery options.
