The Ashley Store in Florence, Ky has been fantastic each time I've made a purchase there. The Morris side not so much. The Ashley sales associates greet you when you enter and ensure you are helped without high pressure sales. They are always friendly and this particular visit was no different. There was one issue where I called the main number and was told my pillows were ready for pick up, but when I got there I was told they were not there. I was not happy since I live over 40 minutes away. Still, the Ashley folks tried to make it right and got me at least one pillow by calling a person who's pillow was there and asking them if I could take that one. They were gracious and said yes. There was still the other pillow. Micah, the sales associate I worked with volunteered to meet me in my neighborhood where he brought it to me. Micah was awesome, totally professional, from start to finish. He ensured I understood the price and the delivery process of the mattress I purchased. I totally recommend this store and I'll definitely seek Micah out for my next purchase. Big kudos to Micah and Roy (the first sales associate that helped me) and the rest of the Ashley crew in Florence.

We entered the Ashley store and connected with Stacey! Really nice lady, excited to show us the sofa recliners we where interested in! She did a wonderful job with demonstrating the recliner. We signed on the dotted line and had it delivered. Great job by those guys. They where on time, friendly and did the setup and pickup of packaging. Yes, we will shop there again!

If I were able to rate it 0, I would do so. We visited a store and saw one bed frame with drawers on both ends. They provided us with an order number so that we could place an order when we were ready to purchase. However, when we called to place an order for the bed frame, they informed us that it had been lost and that they had no idea what we were referring to. Consequently, they decided to place another order for a different bed frame. We explained to them that we wanted a bed frame with drawers, but they provided us with a completely different bed. The bed we wanted did not require a box spring, while the one they placed an order for did, which was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the bed we received came with only one dresser instead of two, which was an oversight. We also received another bed, and the headboard was extremely poor quality. It was not secure and could not be attached to the bed frame. The leg was constantly falling apart and posed a safety hazard. The bed was poorly made and we spent thousands of dollars on both bed frames. In retrospect, we would have been better off purchasing from IKEA, as they offer a wider selection of products and ensure that all parts are compatible. These are just the facts of the situation.

MAKE SURE you ask for Mason when go here! Seriously I’ve been 3 times and he’s been nothing but helpful and this boy went to hell and back make sure my hubby got his 10% military discount. He will hook you up!!

This is a running review of our experience with the Ashley Store. Original Review 12/29/2025: Salesperson promised our $7,000 order would be ready before Christmas 2025 when we ordered. It was delayed until December 28th. No big deal, right? December 28th comes and no delivery. No call. Turns out it is delayed until mid-January. A few days later and it's delayed until mid-February. Most up to date information is that the item is now discontinued. Why is Ashley Furniture taking orders for furniture they know they can't deliver? Called Ashley Furniture multiple times to speak to a manager to try to make this right, but a manager is never available. Am told a manager will call back shortly every phone call when only reaching tier 1 customer service reps daily. A manager has still never called. Still haven't been able to talk to anyone that can help. So we keep calling. The loop continues. I write this review in hopes someone that can actually do something at Ashley Furniture can help. This is beyond ridiculous. I thought Ashley Furniture was more reputable than this. Update 1/8/2026: Received a call from the store manager. The salesperson that told us the original shipping date is no longer employed at this store. The store manager also knocked $340 off the purchase price for the major inconvenience. The order is still delayed until February 4th, but now that this has been effectively communicated and corrective action has been taken, I'm more accepting of this. Update 2/4/2026: No delivery today as promised. We were waiting for one piece to arrive at the warehouse. Now two pieces are waiting to arrive. When we called today the representative told us that one of the pieces of our order was used to fulfill another order. She then said that may not be correct and the store manager would call us back tomorrow. We are back to poor communication, broken promises, and still no couch that we ordered 4 months ago. Update 2/5/2026: We never received the promised call. Update 2/13/2026: We were promised all pieces would be at the warehouse on 2/12/2026 and would be called that day or 2/13/2026 for a delivery to be scheduled but after half a dozen calls completely unanswered over the last two days and being placed on hold for 30 minutes during one call, we're no closer to a scheduled delivery or even TALKING to someone. Finally spoke to the store manager who stated they would call us back today with information. We did not receive a call. Update 2/14/2026: Spoke with the store manager this afternoon. Another Ashley Store took the final piece we've been waiting for. Store manager stated he was working to get us the piece back and would call us today. Called back at 7:30PM and was told the store manager left for the day. Update 2/15/2026: Spoke with the store manager. He has promised our Christmas Couch will be delivered by February 19. If it is not here on the 19th, we will be refunding our order. Update 2/18/2026: Order is scheduled for delivery tomorrow morning. I await something to go wrong. Update 2/21/2026: Order was delivered on 2/19/2026. Once piece was damaged upon arrive and the other has experienced extreme wear over just 24 hours. The couch is not the quality advertised or shown on the floor at the store. We contacted Ashley on 2/20/2026 and were promised a full refund. We took a day to think about this as well as wait for a supervisor to call us (they never did). We called back today to accept the refund. We're now being told we will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We're being lied to by Ashley staff yet again. Update 2/23/2026: Leadership called us and immediately put us on hold for 35 minutes so they could listen to the phone recording from 2/20. We were then told the full refund we were promised was still not possible. We've given up finding anyone competent at this company. The couch will be picked up at the end of the week. We will be charged a 15% restocking fee and we'll be having the charge reversed with our bank. Avoid this company at all costs.

Stacey was very kind and helpful in finding the perfect chairs we were looking for. I would recommend her to any one looking for furniture.

Allow me to state specifically that our sales associate, Stephanie, provided EXCEPTIONAL salesmanship, communication, problem solving, research and displayed professionalism at the highest levels. However, after the initial sale of 20k+ of furniture and the delivery of the furniture, the Delivery and Customer Service interaction was a nightmare!!! The first delivery included a Howard Miller grandfather clock that we purchased, “as is” in store. The clock was operable and in tact on the showroom floor. Upon delivery the clock had been totally disassembled and the delivery team advised that they had not been trained on putting it back together!! That first delivery also included two damaged barstools and two damaged dining chairs. I reached out to customer service and was advised they would replace the barstools and the dining chairs. However, the grandfather clock was an ACCESSORY and should have never been delivered!!! Also the clock was discontinued and could not be replaced according to Emma Starr, Customer Service. Needless to say, I was furious and made her painfully aware of our disappointment. I reached out to Stephanie, sales associate, and she immediately began to search for a replacement clock. We made two trips, an hour commute each way from our home, to see the potential replacement clock. First trip we were told they didn’t have batteries to test the clock and we would need to return in a few days. I called and spoke to, Patel the contact Stephanie had provided at Springdale, he advised we would have to bring our own batteries since they didn’t have any. Unbelievable!!! We made the second trip with batteries in hand and the clock did NOT work!!! Second delivery included bedroom furniture and an entertainment center with a fireplace insert. We knew in advance that we would have to install the insert ourselves, however, we expected the delivery team to at least assemble the shelves in the entertainment center. NO, once again they were not trained to assemble the entertainment center and the shelves were put on my new couch and we were on our own. Enter Brandi Moses, Delivery Manager, after I complained regarding the delivery and failure to assemble of the delivery team. She advised that they would not pick up the clock since it should not have been delivered in the first place. We would have to return it to the place of purchase and there was no adjustment for the white glove delivery and assembly that we had paid for with the initial purchase. So, today, December 4, 2025, two 75 year old Ashley/Morris customers loaded the Howard Miller clock in our SUV and returned it to the store. I pray the credit for the clock will be applied to our account. However, I truly have my doubts. Please be aware when you purchase from Ashley/Morris this could happen to YOU!! We are retired professionals and have filed claims with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Advocacy as well as all media outlets. William and Linda Reddington

Ashley has a large inventory of beautiful sofas, loveseat and chairs. There were so many options that hardest part was choosing which to purchase. Our sales associate took the time to find out our needs and what we wanted and guided us on that direction. He asked and answered our questions and heard us find out perfect set.

I purchased Ashley products. The sales people and the manager were good a quite helpful. Their computer system, was very time-consuming and they need some new IT people that can figure out how to sell a couch without needing a lunch wagon out front. Their delivery needs to have a A.M. or P.M. option.

Will say that Acima is not great to work with and we ended up not using their service for numerous reasons due to terrible customer service and inconsistent information regarding what they provide

Chest of drawers arrived in one piece - moved 2 feet across the room and bottom piece came off. Called them told me it would be $100 to send someone out. I will not do business here again.

The service was terrible! Salesman Roy never returned my calls and didn’t state policies for purchases. The manager was new and didn’t know the return policy. The assistant manager was rude! His first statement when he addressed me was, “What’s the problem.” I won’t be going back to Ashley Furniture and would recommend that you not go there either!

I picked up this beautiful outdoor rug at a low discount price. What a great deal! Stacey was a great salesperson with a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Called Dale last week about getting Lux Breeze king bed...and he recommended going directly through manufacturers website that offered same deals. Bed is great. Would recommend seeing him. Was told he couldn't take payment over phone and wouldn't have been able to ship pillows if I did it through their website. They also have great deals on sheet sets that store didn't carry.

Bought a mattress, adjustable base and nightstands from them a few years ago. Had a warranty on the mattress. Mattress is dipping and went through the proper channels to have it looked at/proof needing another one. Will not provide a new one even tho our mattress meets the qualifications for a new mattress- no one will get back to me or find a resolution to this problem. Would not buy from them again since they can’t back their products or stick with the warranty.

Overall okay experience. The only negative is that the associate that sold us the couch ensured us that the pieces hooked together and that the floor model was just disconnected because that is how they keep them. We would have chosen a different couch had we known the pieces don’t connect. We were surprised at delivery and are left pretty frustrated.

Initially we loved the experience of shopping at Ashley furniture. The sales associate Denise was super helpful. Then it all went down hill from there. We spent a crazy amount of money just to have problem after problem. The movers couldn't get the dresser up the steps with just two guys so they had to reschedule to come back the following week. The bed came with parts that were incorrect and it couldn't be assembled so that was also rescheduled to resend new parts the following week. My daughters bed was delayed any way so we arranged for everything to wait till it could ship the same day. Today the second crew of movers decided they were not going to be able to fit either dresser up the steps (after the first crew said it was definitely possible with enough guys) so we are two weeks out with nowhere to put our clothes (we are in a new house with no furniture). Then they go to put the new footboard on the bed to replace the part that was incorrect last time and it is missing the slats! Now the bed is assembled in the middle of the room, so we can't even lay the mattress back on the floor. My daughters bed is also missing slats and is in the middle of her room. At this point they are telling us it's going to be another week, which leaves my entire family sleeping on the couch?? The floor?? On top of that we now have to pay restocking fees for everything they keep returning. The people at the warehouse just brushed me off like it was a common issue that they would just resend pieces, without any type of concern or urgency for the fact that none of the furniture we ordered from them weeks ago is currently usable. I would not recommend. This has made moving into this house so much more chaotic than it should be.

Most disgusting place to do business ordered furniture 3 weeks prior went to pick up with moving company furniture wasn't there no call they didn't care that we spent money to have it moved go elsewhere please save yourself the trouble. No apologies for the lost money and inconvenience of not having any seating in our home. Was delayed months. Terrible 😊 service and completely indifferent to our family

Took ABSOLUTELY forever to arrive. They kept changing the date and when I FINALLY get it. It’s the WRONG item. AND also damaged, stained and chipped items. Also extremely bad customer service.

We went into Ashley's Furniture store looking for a couch and a love seat. We were met by Wayne Winder, who showed us where to look and told us when we were ready for assistance, let him know. We looked at lot's of different options that were available. Once we had it narrowed down, we got Wayne and started talking price, warranty and delivery options. From the moment we walked in to look at furniture for our new apartment, Step Vanbenschoten welcomed us warmly. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. She assisted me without ever making me feel pressured—answering every question and paying close attention to every detail. Once I made my decision, she went above and beyond to coordinate the delivery, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had a GREAT experience at Ashley Furniture this week! After a terrible experience with Value City—delayed deliveries and ultimately canceling my recliner order—I was in a bind. I needed a recliner quickly to recover from an upcoming surgery next week. As soon as I walked into Ashley, I was greeted by a kind gentleman. I explained my situation and asked if it was even possible to get a recliner in time. He was incredibly helpful and took me straight to the living room section. I picked out a couple of options, and thankfully, the one I wanted was in stock at their warehouse in Dayton. I ordered it on Tuesday and scheduled delivery for Friday. Fast forward to today (Friday)—my recliner arrived right on time and in perfect condition! The delivery guys were amazing—super fast (in and out in 15 minutes) and very friendly. This whole experience was incredible, especially after the stress of my Value City ordeal. I’m so thankful for the quick turnaround and great service. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture—honestly one of the best furniture stores in Florence when it comes to quality and customer care.

We came in to “look” & left with a king bedroom set, a mattress, a dining table, an eat-in-kitchen table & a huge couch. Needless to say, our experience was wonderful. Great experience! Came looking for a bedroom set, but ended up getting an adjustable base. Stacey and Dale were very helpful and accommodating.

Sales people knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery date as promised. No issues with delivery and setup.

-Once you slide your card they got you. -They will text and call to make sure you are home for the delivery, but then they won’t even show up. They make you take off work another day to meet them. -Want to pick up your furniture instead? They say you can't, and their warehouse is all the way up in Dayton Ohio. -They change the name of the furniture collections so it’s harder for you to compare prices online, this way they can sell you the same stuff for more. For example, their Keanu collection is really Henry and can easily be found much cheaper at other local furniture stores, and online. (Do your research, save money) -When they finally delivered my couches the delivery guys were very inexperienced and in a rush. They tried cramming the wider side of the box through my front door, about busting the door frame. Then they realized they needed to turn it to the thinner side, and that’s when they severely gouged my freshly painted wood door frame with the metal bands on the box. There was sawdust on the floor from the damage they caused. -Customer service, there is none. They lie to you and say they started a claim with a "Riverstone" company but they can’t provide any proof. It has been months of them telling me a claim is being processed and now they don’t even respond. Save your time, money and stress, shop somewhere else. I've emailed Brandy, Deaja, and Shay in "customer service" They all give excuse after excuse, could not provide any real information or documentation about the supposed "claim" they filed and failed to provide any resolution to the damaged the caused to my home.

We found exactly what we wanted, except the loveseat had a console. We were able to remove it and we love it! Stephanie helped us so much and was incredibly patient with us . She was amazing!

Dale was great to work with. The delivery drivers were great as well. The first table was damaged and getting an exchange took too much time just trying to get live person. It would be much easier if you could just call the store. I called the number in my email and it was just a recorded line. So I went online and the link did not work it kept coming up blank. So I found a phone number and they tried to offer me a store credit for future use when I wanted a new item. They did set up an exchange and that went well but the whole process to contact customer service would be easier if you could just work directly with the store like when you're buying items.

Terrible customer service. Table and chair set delivered damaged to our home on Dec 18, 2024. Plus delivery people damaged yard across the street from our house. I Immediately called into customer service and emailed pictures of the furniture. Company picked it up on Dec 23, 2024. I’ve been trying to get a refund since then. I’ve had multiple failed attempts to reach Jonathan, the General Manager. Customers can’t email him directly. After MULTIPLE calls to customer service and being shuffled back and forth between the store and customer service, I finally received all but $500 of the money back. Last week I was told for the FIRST time that the remainder of the money is from the extended warranty that I purchased and they have to submit a refund to that company. And, that company might not return it all back since it’s been over a month since the delivery was made and no one on Ashley’s side submitted the request to extended warranty company. Total mess. Customer service putting it off on the store and the store putting it off on customer service. I’m getting the runaround. I just want this taken care of so I can move on, two months is unacceptable. And unacceptable that I can’t get a return call back from the GM

We could not have had a better experience here! Steph went above and beyond to take time with us, and help us with our purchases. She even stayed late, ABOVE AND BEYOND! She was never pushy, and instead very knowledgeable about the products. The delivery and set up of the furniture was also efficient. We got our pieces within a few weeks! We will absolutely be shopping here again, especially if Steph is there!

The ordering process in store was a little slower than I would like but all the people that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The couch is beautiful and was delivered exactly as ordered. Setting it up was very easy.

Will not shop here again. Very difficult to contact customer service. Received couch damaged on 2 occasions and was informed that if the third couch delivered was damaged that we would have to accept it as is. They offered a tiny discount to accept the damaged couch. Fortunately the third time they delivered the couch was damage free.

We went shopping for a loveseat for our home. Ashley furniture was one of our stops and there we met Wayne. Wayne was very pleasant and very helpful and he helped us find exactly what we needed. Delivery was faster than expected and the two gentlemen who delivered the loveseat and set it up for us were very polite and courteous.

Mike at Ashley in Florence has been great to work with. Never pushy and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend him.

Worst customer service experience. 2 items we thought were ordered were apparently never ordered. Kitchen table arrived without screws and they had to take it back and delay our delivery by another week. Trying to get ahold of anyone at the store is nearly impossible as no one answers the phone. I have called and left numerous voicemails. We ended up having to show up to the store to try and resolve the issues and was told we would get a call back with a resolution from the manager. Did we ever receive that call? Nope. It’s almost a joke at this point.

We had a great shopping experience at Ashley. The person that greeted us at the door was not pushy, but did keep coming back to check on us. We appreciated having the space by ourselves to think about our purchase. Delivery also went really well! They brought it in no problem, and then after unwrapping them I noticed that there were some dirty marks on the furniture! So I called Ashley up and they sent Stanley Steamer over free of charge to get it cleaned up and it looked as good as new. So overall, it was a great experience! I’m glad they were able to address our issue quickly as well.

The store has plenty of options but the staff are horribly untrained. After placing an order and changing my mind, I have been in contact with the store 6+ times and am unable to get the order canceled. In particular, avoid their salesman, Roy. I keep being told a manager will take care of it. It has been over 2 weeks and nothing has been done.

I already knew what I wanted when I went in the store because I had looked online. The salesman was very gracious and gave us his phone number in case we had any questions or problems. Our dining table and chairs were not in stock but we were given an approximate date for delivery. I liked that I could receive texts about my set and I could set up delivery online. The delivery guys were prompt and quick. They cleaned up all their mess and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

Ashley furniture in Florence Kentucky sold my 21 year old daughter furniture. Told her it would be in within two weeks. She called the sales associate,Roy Strader, prior to us driving 3 hours, to ensure the furniture was in and he stated yes. Half way into our drive, he called to say he made a mistake and didn't order the furniture and it would not be in for another couple of weeks, but she could take the floor model or get free delivery. We chose free delivery. He said he would call to let her know it was in and set the delivery date. He never called. My daughter called multiple times and he was always *on lunch* and would call her back. Needless to say, I finally called a week later and spike to "manager" Dave who was hateful and told me he was going on vacation for a week and couldn't do anything until he came back. I argued and told him to cancel the order since he didn't want to help at which point he begrudgingly looked up her account. Then proceeds to tell me the order was canceled because Roy told him we drove down there and didn't like the furniture and changed our minds. Which wasn't true. Plus, had that been true.. why didn't you refund her money? All lies. He then told me the order had never been placed. He said I could place it that day but still couldn't get free delivery as it's a third party contract and that it would be 2 MONTHS before her furniture came in. I canceled the whole order and he hung up on me. Worst business transaction I've ever had.

We bought a couch and loveseat off the floor here and when it was delivered it didn’t have the cords with it. The delivery is very expensive and we had to drive over 2 times to get the cord. Was not happy!

Walked into to Ashley to see about bedding and was greeted by Dale, who was great. He had us do a sleep a test. Will likely be back to get a purple mattress after learning of the gel flex technology. Very friendly staff over all, would recommend seeing Dale for all bedding needs and furniture.

1 month out of warranty and they turn a blind eye to the table is literally peeling up. You'd think they'd want to take care of their customers, but apparently not. If it was MY furniture store, I'd want to keep a good reputation. I'm including a few pics of the surface. This table was not abused in any way and only mild dish soap used to clean it **follow-up. They responded as if they were going to take care of the issue, but the link they gave was to an automated response once again just saying my warranty expired. I implore you, shop at a company that actually backs the products they sell

I've had a great experience with Ashley. High quality comfortable furnature at a decent price. My salesman Roy was awesome.

My salesman was great, super helpful and informative. However the details of when my furniture would be delivered were incorrect. It ended up taking an additional 2 weeks which made it almost a month before I received my items. The delivery men were exceptional and shared my excitement once I did receive my items. Nothing is perfect but I would still suggest more accuracy in delivery time frames. I LOVE my new couch and chair!

****Update**** Sofa is still not fixed. We are going on a year now of a being jerked around by customer service. On July 29th I was charged $321 by Morris to have yet another service person come out and repair the sofa ( a 3-4 hour job) and have yet to see anyone. I called today to be refunded for the money I paid because I am absolutely SICK of dealing with Morris/Ashley and their third party repair company (US Quality) which is also a JOKE and now they are REFUSING MY REFUND. I've asked to speak to a supervisor about this for 3 days now and have been told nobody is available to take my call and nobody calls me back. HORRIBLE. I purchased a $3000 sectional sofa here in 2021. Not even three years later almost all of the seat decking under the cushions have either torn or ripped out completely to the point you can't even sit properly on the sofa without sinking to the floor. I've spent the last 6 months trying to get these replaced/repaired and was told they are not covered under any warranty that I purchased along with the sofa (5 year extended warranty). Finally today, from my out of pocket cost Ashley sends a service tech out to repair the sectional and I'm told he wasn't given enough time so he can't do the job. He also tells me he has never seen a more poorly made sofa. He called it a "covid special". WHAT A JOKE. I guess now I'm just supposed to deal with a broken $3000 sectional that I can't even sit on. You can't even actually speak to a customer service rep, everything has to go through chat or be submitted via email. Do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

My fiancé and I purchased a purple mattress last weekend at the Florence location. Our sale guy was Cole and unfortunately our visit was a bit frustrating. Cole was all over the place, very scattered brain, it was a hassle and everything took way longer than it should have. Due to this he messed up our delivery by putting wrong information giving us a bronze delivery when we paid for platinum delivery. Right before we were leaving he asked my fiancé to scan a QR code to do a review on his performance for that day and instead of letting my fiancé do the review Cole went ahead and gave himself 5 stars before my fiancé can give him the “proper” review. My fiancé even told him “wow you’re really going to go ahead and give yourself a 5 star review” the next time we purchase from Ashley we will make sure someone else helps us out!

Cole did an awesome job helping us ding the right tables for our family room. He even helped us find a matching entertainment center. We would recommend him .

We were able to find the exact bar stools that we wanted for our new home and the salesman indicated that there was one in stock and the other needed to be ordered from the warehouse and they would deliver when the second one arrived from the warehouse. Ordered on 5/20. Three weeks later after checking again with the salesman, he assured me that it was on the way. Again no communication from salesman. Finally received an email requesting a delivery date. Another week and finally received delivery of the bar stools. The stools are excellent, but communications were/are a problem.

My purchased items are just what I wanted. However, they cancelled one of my items saying they couldn't sell at the price quoted even though the sales person was a long time employee. Then they offered a gift card and then didn't follow through.

6 MONTH FOLLOW UP: AFTER 3 visits the dresser is finally in working order I love the selection and prices here and have been a customer for many years. My most recent order arrived damaged and contacting the crew to get someone out here to fix it has been difficult. A tech is scheduled to come out and look at the damage but as of now we are not using the brand-new item I paid for; it's just taking up room in the house. If the item is fixed, I'll come back and update the rating but for now I am rather annoyed with this latest experience. This does not affect the rating at all but the sales associate we had actually suggested I "pick up the largest item myself" even though I was paying for delivery on the entire order because they have been having issues with the delivery services damaging items. When I audibly laughed out loud and questioned why I should move the most difficult item myself and pay for delivery on the smaller items he looked a little puzzled. If you are having issues with a delivery service you guys hired that's on you not me. Don't suggest customers pay for delivery and pick up their own items because you guys are having issues... that's absurd.

My experience wasn’t so great My salesman Cole promised me certain dates and did not follow through I had to go in store multiple times I wanted 2 storage units for my bed. He only ordered 1. My bed showed damaged. Finally bed came and they forgot to load the bed slats which is the base of the bed Had to wait 2 more weeks. I had to sleep on my living room floor for a month. So disappointed it was a disaster in store and the table I ordered online came im different days screws were stripped table is wobbly

What can I say, we certainly are glad that we walked through multiple stores, although, we did end up right back where we started. Our salesman, Roy, was fantastic! He gave us time to browse and never hovered. When we did have questions, he was Johnny On The Spot. Thank you, Roy. We can't wait for our couches and recliner to arrive!

If you ever find yourself in the position that you need or want new furniture do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Ashley furniture in Florence, Ky as possible. We went on Friday to look at a couch/ love seat set and were given a quote of $2358.49. We were still looking at a couple of options so we went back on Saturday and purchased said set and paid in full. Sunday evening we receive a text saying that our order was delayed due to a balance of $585… We have been trying to get in contact with a manager since then and have even went in store to try to resolve this issue.. Turns out they “put the wrong tag” and they realized an hour after we left Saturday according to the salesman Roy, however, no one could bother calling or texting to notify us that the amount we paid was incorrect. The general manager refused to honor the price tag that they had placed on their furniture for at least two days and expected us to pay for their mistake. Absolutely crazy. 😡🤯

When we walked in the store we were greeted by a young salesman named Cole. He asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we let him know we were looking for a counter height 8’ table. He directed us to a new arrival that suited our needs almost perfectly. We set up 12 months same as cash to have more control over delivery time. Cole was very polite and informative. Anything he wasn’t sure about he looked up on the computer for a quick answer. We had a smaller space, so needed a small-scale sectional. We found what we wanted online and went to the store to order. The two end chairs of the sectional were delivered damaged and with the wrong backs in them. At first they wanted to repair them, but I was insistent that they were replaced, since they were delivered damaged through no fault of ours. Four months after our initial order we finally have all the pieces.

I had a great experience shopping here like I always do thanks to the sales associates Cole Meade and Sarah Growney. Look for one of these two whether you plan to buy or you’re just looking around. I bought a lot of furniture to fill some rooms in my house and managed to get some good discounts. These wonderful young adults had great knowledge of the products I looked at and managed to answer all of my questions effectively. They are also very disciplined sales associates. I appreciated the fact that they weren’t pushy, desperate or stalker-ish like I see with a lot of salespeople out there. I’m usually not very ambitious when it comes to writing reviews, but wouldn’t feel good about myself with giving these two the public shoutout they deserve. Keep up the good work Cole and Sarah!

Horrible experience. They sold me a couch that was discontinued and which they no longer make. Had me sign up for a line of credit for a couch they knew I wasn't receiving. They never even called to tell me. It took waiting month and me calling them to learn of the situation. Thankfully the card I signed up for is accepted at other furniture stores. I got my couch from furniture fair in 3 days. I would definitely avoid this store! By the way they still have the discontinued couch on their sales floor at full price. Shaddy!

I advise do not purchase with Cole (very tall skinny white man). He completely messed my furniture order. I told him I wanted to purchase the cofffee table and the coach shown in the display. Tells me it will arrive on the 8th of December. 4 min later I see it has matching end tables I find him tell him to add these tables as well. Calls me to confirm delivery. He puts the wrong address! Already ONE mistake made by him. Tells me he will call back. (It’s been 4 days) No call back I call the store speak with the manger she informs he did change the address. But, Shanda informs me that he has 4 different table listed! SECOND mistake he made. Shanda fix’s my order tells me these couches will NOT be delivered until 24th of December. THIRD mistake he made already. Lying to me about delivery! Shanda then proceeds to tell me he left a balance which caused a reason for it not to be delivered. FOURTH mistake he made. He told us he would “take care of everything”. I was approved for more than I was expected and should have never been a balance but from all his mistakes. Now I have 3 different orders because of this man! He made multiple ERRORS in my order. Shanda and Juan gave me sort of credit $300 for his mistakes. I highly do not recommend him! If you are purchasing go with the Shanda.

Our guy Steven had to be the best salesman I've ever encountered in this area. He was understanding, patient and not pushy at all. We actually had an initial issue with the financial side, but he worked some magic and made it all ok. Definitely go here for all your furniture needs. You won't regret it.

I don’t recommend going to this location I didn’t have the best experience at Ashley’s Furniture Roy Strader was the person who helped me it’s going on two months and still haven’t received all my order was told would be two weeks tops. No communication at all been told multiple different lies after multiple deliveries we still don’t have the correct bed and another set has cracks in it can’t get threw or don’t know who to contact to get anything resolved I spent 8 grand cash at this store and if had the chance I wouldn’t do it again or would think twice beforehand.

A very poor experience with the sales team following purchase of a mattress. After several years as a customer of this store, I will no longer be returning.

Ashley Furniture maintains a store policy for price matching, stating, "If you discover a lower price on an identical, in-stock product from an online retailer, inform us, and we will match it." Acting upon this policy, I proceeded to do just that. However, it appears that the Florence location does not uphold this policy consistently. Initially, they mentioned a willingness to match prices from Amazon, but upon locating the product on Amazon, they altered the condition to necessitate a physical store presence within a 50-mile radius. Instances like these underscore the challenges that brick and mortar stores face, potentially contributing to their decline.

Came in to buy a dining set with a buffet. We bought the buffet off the floor and was told that the table and chairs are being discontinued they say they had 3 set in the back. We purchased the set and was told it would be delivered the following week. Then we were call that the table was damaged and they would get another one. A month went by and they call to set up delivery. The day before they call and said the table is damaged. We finally said we did not want it anymore and because they could not get us the table set we wanted to return the buffet. I have be dealing with them for the last two months to get this returned and they keep telling me customer service would call me to pick up the buffet. I have not heard from customer service. And you can not get ahold of customer service. They don’t answer the phone. I need someone from Ashley to get this taken care of. I have bought most of my furniture from Ashley but after this I will not be coming back. Edit. Mandy was our salesperson when we bought this order. She was awesome. She got us a great deal on it. When I started having problems with the return I called her. She was no longer with Ashley Furniture but she made this her priority get get this taken care of. I have given the Florence, Ky store a one star rating. This may change if the delivery is satisfactory. What makes me mad is the lack of communication with the store after my purchase. They absolutely REFUSE to answer a phone. It's like buy here, then we don't ever want to hear from you again. Well there are lots of furniture stores out there looking for customers. My experience with Ashley Furniture has been disappointing.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This has been the absolute worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. Do not shop here. We have had several attempts of them trying to deliver our couches - they have attempted to deliver the wrong color twice and then attempted to deliver broken couches. We purchased these couches in November 2022 and it is February and we STILL don’t have our couches. Even worse is when there are issues with your order - you can’t get ahold of an actual person to fix it. We have literally had to drive over to the actual store and complain each time because no one answers the phone and it’s all automated. Save yourself the headache and look anywhere else but Ashley furniture.

I ordered a nice farm style table with 4 chairs and a bench. Covid hit, and I never got the bench and the chairs fell apart in months. It’s a waste of $1,200. I’ve called to get a refund or replacement and I get the run around, please don’t buy from this company. Also, I bought my bedroom set from them and my nightstand had a huge hole in it, I didn’t notice it for months. Shame on you Ashley furniture!

Purchased a dresser a year ago and it has since fallen apart. Thinking I get what I pay for, I purchased a $3,000 couch for my basement at the end of December and it is broke and I can not use it. They would not let me return it without paying a restocking fee was promised a $300 gift card that I have not received but should have the 3 ruined pieces replaced sometime in February. Update : my furniture was delivered without any flaws but never recieved anything I was promised including assistance from the gentleman that answered my review.

Ordered a bed and was given a date when it would be delivered. They show up to deliver and are missing one of the bed rails. I assume they went back and found it because we get a text and had to get back in line for delivery. Very frustrating when you plan around a delivery.

Recently went to Ashley furniture in Florence looking for a new sofa. Was told by the sales representative the couch I wanted wouldn’t be in till January of 2023 so I asked if there were any similar. He showed me the higher end version of the sofa I liked and said it would be in by Dec 14th, 2022. With no delays, it is December 22nd, 2022 and it is just now being delivered. Also was told I wouldn’t have a 30 minute notice before the delivery teams arrival because my sales representative didn’t set it up. So now I have to take off work to sit at my home and wait for the three hour window that the couch could arrive in. Lied about delivery date to get me to buy it & bad customer service. Will not be shopping at Ashley again.
