We had a great experience working with Anna Neff! She helped my boyfriend and me while we were looking at couches, and she was honestly amazing from start to finish. She was so kind, patient, and welcoming, which made the whole process really comfortable. Anna answered every single question we had and clearly knew what she was talking about. You could tell she has a lot of knowledge and experience, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without being overwhelming. She never made us feel pressured and really took the time to make sure we found something that worked for us. Overall, she did everything right and made what could’ve been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend working with her!
