We found exactly what we wanted, except the loveseat had a console. We were able to remove it and we love it! Stephanie helped us so much and was incredibly patient with us . She was amazing!

Our furniture is gorgeous! We were happy with the while process, the only thing I wish they did carry away for your furniture, even if it cost a bit more. However, the quality of our new furniture is suburb. Allie Mae approves! ☺️

Dale was great to work with. The delivery drivers were great as well. The first table was damaged and getting an exchange took too much time just trying to get live person. It would be much easier if you could just call the store. I called the number in my email and it was just a recorded line. So I went online and the link did not work it kept coming up blank. So I found a phone number and they tried to offer me a store credit for future use when I wanted a new item. They did set up an exchange and that went well but the whole process to contact customer service would be easier if you could just work directly with the store like when you're buying items.

Terrible customer service. Table and chair set delivered damaged to our home on Dec 18, 2024. Plus delivery people damaged yard across the street from our house. I Immediately called into customer service and emailed pictures of the furniture. Company picked it up on Dec 23, 2024. I’ve been trying to get a refund since then. I’ve had multiple failed attempts to reach Jonathan, the General Manager. Customers can’t email him directly. After MULTIPLE calls to customer service and being shuffled back and forth between the store and customer service, I finally received all but $500 of the money back. Last week I was told for the FIRST time that the remainder of the money is from the extended warranty that I purchased and they have to submit a refund to that company. And, that company might not return it all back since it’s been over a month since the delivery was made and no one on Ashley’s side submitted the request to extended warranty company. Total mess. Customer service putting it off on the store and the store putting it off on customer service. I’m getting the runaround. I just want this taken care of so I can move on, two months is unacceptable. And unacceptable that I can’t get a return call back from the GM
