Allow me to state specifically that our sales associate, Stephanie, provided EXCEPTIONAL salesmanship, communication, problem solving, research and displayed professionalism at the highest levels. However, after the initial sale of 20k+ of furniture and the delivery of the furniture, the Delivery and Customer Service interaction was a nightmare!!! The first delivery included a Howard Miller grandfather clock that we purchased, “as is” in store. The clock was operable and in tact on the showroom floor. Upon delivery the clock had been totally disassembled and the delivery team advised that they had not been trained on putting it back together!! That first delivery also included two damaged barstools and two damaged dining chairs. I reached out to customer service and was advised they would replace the barstools and the dining chairs. However, the grandfather clock was an ACCESSORY and should have never been delivered!!! Also the clock was discontinued and could not be replaced according to Emma Starr, Customer Service. Needless to say, I was furious and made her painfully aware of our disappointment. I reached out to Stephanie, sales associate, and she immediately began to search for a replacement clock. We made two trips, an hour commute each way from our home, to see the potential replacement clock. First trip we were told they didn’t have batteries to test the clock and we would need to return in a few days. I called and spoke to, Patel the contact Stephanie had provided at Springdale, he advised we would have to bring our own batteries since they didn’t have any. Unbelievable!!! We made the second trip with batteries in hand and the clock did NOT work!!! Second delivery included bedroom furniture and an entertainment center with a fireplace insert. We knew in advance that we would have to install the insert ourselves, however, we expected the delivery team to at least assemble the shelves in the entertainment center. NO, once again they were not trained to assemble the entertainment center and the shelves were put on my new couch and we were on our own. Enter Brandi Moses, Delivery Manager, after I complained regarding the delivery and failure to assemble of the delivery team. She advised that they would not pick up the clock since it should not have been delivered in the first place. We would have to return it to the place of purchase and there was no adjustment for the white glove delivery and assembly that we had paid for with the initial purchase. So, today, December 4, 2025, two 75 year old Ashley/Morris customers loaded the Howard Miller clock in our SUV and returned it to the store. I pray the credit for the clock will be applied to our account. However, I truly have my doubts. Please be aware when you purchase from Ashley/Morris this could happen to YOU!! We are retired professionals and have filed claims with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Advocacy as well as all media outlets. William and Linda Reddington

Ashley has a large inventory of beautiful sofas, loveseat and chairs. There were so many options that hardest part was choosing which to purchase. Our sales associate took the time to find out our needs and what we wanted and guided us on that direction. He asked and answered our questions and heard us find out perfect set.

I purchased Ashley products. The sales people and the manager were good a quite helpful. Their computer system, was very time-consuming and they need some new IT people that can figure out how to sell a couch without needing a lunch wagon out front. Their delivery needs to have a A.M. or P.M. option.
