Stephanie at the Florence Store is the absolute best person to deal with! She wasn't pushy, offered honest opinions, and took the time to understand and get to know my family and I to better assist with our purchase. She gave me her cell number and was in constant contact with me even after my 1st delivery over a year ago. I needed a couch and bedroom furniture piece this time around and texted her. She had my number saved, pulled up my account, started an ordered, and added the piece I needed before I even got to the store! Then when we go there, she helped us pick the right couch for our space. When we got the couch, it was a little too big (we measured wrong) and we needed to swap out one of the pieces. Stephanie was right on top of it and less than a week later, I got the other piece. She is such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend everyone to ask for Stephanie when going to Ashley's!

I had a GREAT experience at Ashley Furniture this week! After a terrible experience with Value City—delayed deliveries and ultimately canceling my recliner order—I was in a bind. I needed a recliner quickly to recover from an upcoming surgery next week. As soon as I walked into Ashley, I was greeted by a kind gentleman. I explained my situation and asked if it was even possible to get a recliner in time. He was incredibly helpful and took me straight to the living room section. I picked out a couple of options, and thankfully, the one I wanted was in stock at their warehouse in Dayton. I ordered it on Tuesday and scheduled delivery for Friday. Fast forward to today (Friday)—my recliner arrived right on time and in perfect condition! The delivery guys were amazing—super fast (in and out in 15 minutes) and very friendly. This whole experience was incredible, especially after the stress of my Value City ordeal. I’m so thankful for the quick turnaround and great service. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture—honestly one of the best furniture stores in Florence when it comes to quality and customer care.

We had the BEST experience working with Steph! She took time to really listen to what my husband & I wanted & helped us find so much stuff for our new home. We came in to “look” & left with a king bedroom set, a mattress, a dining table, an eat-in-kitchen table & a huge couch. Needless to say, our experience was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy anything & Steph really took the time to give us ideas on what would work best with our floor plan. I highly recommend Steph & buying at Ashley. Thank you again!

-Once you slide your card they got you. -They will text and call to make sure you are home for the delivery, but then they won’t even show up. They make you take off work another day to meet them. -Want to pick up your furniture instead? They say you can't, and their warehouse is all the way up in Dayton Ohio. -They change the name of the furniture collections so it’s harder for you to compare prices online, this way they can sell you the same stuff for more. For example, their Keanu collection is really Henry and can easily be found much cheaper at other local furniture stores, and online. (Do your research, save money) -When they finally delivered my couches the delivery guys were very inexperienced and in a rush. They tried cramming the wider side of the box through my front door, about busting the door frame. Then they realized they needed to turn it to the thinner side, and that’s when they severely gouged my freshly painted wood door frame with the metal bands on the box. There was sawdust on the floor from the damage they caused. -Customer service, there is none. They lie to you and say they started a claim with a "Riverstone" company but they can’t provide any proof. It has been months of them telling me a claim is being processed and now they don’t even respond. Save your time, money and stress, shop somewhere else. I've emailed Brandy, Deaja, and Shay in "customer service" They all give excuse after excuse, could not provide any real information or documentation about the supposed "claim" they filed and failed to provide any resolution to the damaged the caused to my home.

We found exactly what we wanted, except the loveseat had a console. We were able to remove it and we love it! Stephanie helped us so much and was incredibly patient with us . She was amazing!
