Just bought my son new bedroom furniture. The staff was fast and friendly creating a stress free shopping experience.

Michael and Brian were absolutely wonderful at explaining the advantages of various mattresses, and encouraged us to try them out while explaining the strengths and weaknesses of each. Michael even suggested similar mattresses based off our preferences, and sales/discounts. We weren’t even planning on getting a couch either, but after Michael showed us some great options (nuvella), it made us realize it was necessary to upgrade. Both Brian and Michael explained the financing options and answered all questions they we had with patience and depth. Didn't even want to shop around after such a great customer service experience. Store was super clean and organized. As long as these two are here, we plan on coming back as repeat customers!

We stopped in and Michael was very helpful and offered great service with a friendly atmosphere. He listened to all of our questions and even helped us with all of our measurements. We can’t wait to enjoy our new purchases. Thank you Ashley Outlet of Glasgow.

Amazing!!!!👏 🤩 🙀 Sydney is the BEST! We came in and was looking for a TV stand with heater. She asked if we need help with anything and of course we told her about the heater. I seen the mattresses in the back. Me and my husband have been talking about getting a new one ( a good one) for a while. So we started laying on them and dreaming about a better night sleep. We knew it was going to be expensive. Sydney started throwing out prices. I mean they weren't bad prices but we needed better. She called over her manager and done some figuring. Long story short, we finally got the mattress of our dreams, cooling pillows and that entertainment center with fireplace by the time we left the store. They gave us an amazing price that we could afford especially in this economy! We would recommend you go in and experience how you will be treated. You won't disappointed.

Went by the Ashley Outlet in Glasgow, Ky just to look around. Ended up purchasing! The deals are great and the salespeople are awesome to work with. Would highly recommend!!

Keeping in mind this place is a distributor and not a manufacturer I feel I should start with; the products they have on-hand are good quality. My wife and I love our new beautyrest adjustable bed. We got it discounted on clearance; it didn't have a couple parts, which was annoying and resulted in unexpected expenditures, but ended up being ok. We're living on a fixed income, but we managed to work around it. HOWEVER. We were talked out of using a $50 coupon and into putting in for a $100 gift card. Essentially a rebate. Again, we live on a FIXED income, so that $100 is a big deal to us. Did we get it? No. First we found out they didn't put our email address we provided in for the card. Then we were told, after the 30 day mark, to get in touch with the company that provides the cards and put in a ticket. We did. It's approaching a month after THAT and we haven't heard anything from THEM, either. Talking to Brian has been absolutely pointless as we keep getting the runaround because he keeps having to "talk with HIS manager", whoever the hell THAT is. Whatever. If you have money and $100 isn't a big deal to you, go ahead and shop here. They're a distributor, not a manufacturer, so there isn't anything wrong with what they're selling (be cautious with their clearance stuff, though). But if they try to sell you on their "re-grand opening" (re-grand isn't a word, btw; it's "grand re-opening") gift card just tell them no, you don't need that headache. $100 can go a long way toward putting food on the table and we're just not going to get it. Gift cards suck. Update: Finally got the card....sort of. There's a 5 day waiting period between when you claim the card voucher and get the opportunity to choose how you want the gift card (virtual or physical). It took almost 3 MONTHS, but it finally happened. I hope in the future these people don't use this stupid gift card "service". It's absolute crap.

This was the easiest and the best furniture-buying experience I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for new furniture come into the Glasgow location and ask for Sydney! She was extremely helpful, and made sure we found the perfect sofa for us! I’ll definitely be returning to this store when I need to purchase anything for my home!

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at this location! While it was still being set up, the store was clean and well organized. BEWARE OF ashley furniture I cancel order within 48 hours and they say 30% they are going to keep my money. they are crooks do not buy from them.

Good choices and while we were there, the staff seemed great. They tracked down the piece I wanted, however they were supposed to call today to let me know ow how quickly we could get it, but they never called.

Today I purchased furniture at Ashley Outlet in Glasgow, KY. Phillip waited on me. He was very personable and professional. He was so helpful and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. Didn’t rush me or act like he was in a hurry. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I will purchase from them again when I need something else.

Only worked with Phillip on phone. Sent my son down to check some sofas out because I’m on oxygen and hard to get around. He gave phone to Phillip after he looked and found one he thought I’d like. Phillip was very nice gave me a deal on the matching recliner. Only reason I didn’t give a five star is I had to wait on couch for three weeks but that wasn’t Philip fault but they did give me delivery because of the wait. WOULD highly recommend them. Was not complaining I really enjoyed working with Philip as I said I WOULD HIGHLY recommend them. Thought I got great service.

When my husband and I walked into Ashley Furniture we were greated promptly and he was very friendly. He explained the sale they had going on and offered to show us some couches. We ended up finding one and he made everything very quick and easy. We were hoping the couch would fit into out vehicle but it didn't but he waited outside with us until my friend could come with a truck and he even helped load it up for us!! I would definitely recommend them and would go back again if I needed too!!

Horrible customer service. Bought a couch waited 8 weeks never heard from them. Called them to find out the approx delivery day and they had it in the warehouse house. After finally going to pick it up ourselves we had it 2 weeks had guest over ( hide a bed couch) they went to sit on the side to lay down and the bar bent. (They were average size not big) called about it multiple times to get it fixed and was told they would have someone call us back and never have. Never had this horrible of service before. I would advise anyone to go some where else.

Very poor customer service. They don’t call when they say they will. They are very nice and polite..while you are buying…afterward, not so much. If I ever get my sofa, it’s my last purchase from this store.

Love the Glasgow store. Purchased 2 living room suits and a recliner from there. Mike is the manager there and he always is so accommodating to making customers feel comfortable and helps find wha best suits your needs and works good on getting you the best deal he can. All staff is very helpful as well. Big showroom to choose from. Next I will be buying a new dining room set .

Went in to looks at a sectional. Sydney was very helpful with our needs. However, we were just looking around and we got a great deal on two recliners! The sectional wasn’t big enough for our needs but we decided with our current furniture the recliners would work out great!

If you are going to use this store, I recommend that you only work with Mike and Sydney. They are the only people who have rectify and make the situation right when they had to clean up the mess of the former sales staff and management. They both will shoot you straight. These two individuals are the only reason we continue to buy products at this location.

Update we have had Ashley out several times because this is defective. They have replaced the frame and one side still feels like you are leaning to the outside. It hurt my back, and I will never sit in it again. So tired of dealing with them, and bad service. Never going there again. Employees come and go like crazy. Mike helped me to purchase a double recliner unit that matched the new couch and chairs we bought last year. I'm so pleased with Mike, and the quality of Ashley's furniture. The support of the furniture eases away the back pain, and lets you rest your body.

This store is a joke I don’t recommend buying from the Glasgow location! I ordered November 14th and PAID IN FULL the lady said she wanted to order us a new one instead of the display and to come after Black Friday so today I called before driving and hour there and the owner told me my recliner was there and could be picked up today when I called! Got there and it’s not there! So unprofessional and now that I’ve looked into it there’s more unsatisfied customers then satisfied. Mike is who we spoke with tonight who is the Manager and said I’m not the only customer that’s complained today. So this is a normal thing for this business.

Two months ago I bought a dining table and as of today I still had not received it. I finally had time to come to the store and was able to talk to the new manager Mike. He was super helpful and explained he was taking over for the previous poor management and is trying to clean up all their messes. I could tell he has a lot on his plate, so I appreciated him taking the time to explain why I still hadn’t received my table. Thankfully it’s on the way, there is just some delay. He told me he has plans to turn this store around and make it way better. He was a great individual and I think he will do a great job!

My elderly Mom was looking for a lift recliner chair for medical reasons and the first store we tried was Ashley’s. Brian and Mike welcomed us as we entered and when we explained what we needed we were immediately taken to the multiple chairs available in stock! Brian helped us locate the chair of choice and worked up the invoice quickly and accurately. He was very transparent prior to purchasing the chair that delivery was slightly delayed due to the Black Friday sales the prior week, the transparency was very appreciated! Both indicated to call if there was a delay in delivery! I understand they are new management and I could really see they want to go above and beyond in customer service. We would go back for other furniture needs!

I’m very pleased with my purchase! Ordered a complete living room set and a new mattress the end of December 2022. I was well aware everything would have to be ordered, common practice for most furniture stores these days. I was told my order should arrive the end of January/first part of February. My order was delivered February 15th. My recliner had not arrived, but Sean personally delivered it as soon as it did arrive! I will be a return customer should I need any additional items!

Came into the Glasgow store to buy a bed.. was greeted by Sean and Wanda we got a great deal on a queen size bed. Friendly staff clean store would definitely recommend. When I'm ready for living room furniture I will definitely be back

I went to Ashley today to buy a recliner. None of them had prices marked. I asked for a price on one and was told I would have to give them my name, address, and phone number if I wanted to know the price. I laughed because it had to be a joke. Nope. They said that's just the way it works. I left and drove across town to Bluegrass Furniture. Everything had a price on it and I immediately bought the recliner I wanted. It was even the exact same brand as the one at Ashley (Signature Design by Ashley). Just tell people the price, it's not that hard.

Went in to purchase a new living room set and was greeted by Sean. He was amazing!!!! I told him the look I was going for and he helped me find the PERFECT set and at an amazing price. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to brag on Sean’s professionalism.

The gentlemen that works there is not very friendly and when asks for prices only mentioned it was posted and when asks if there are any other dressers and those prices (did not have any on them) he walked away

Purchased a table and chairs almost 2 years ago. The set up was done incorrectly by delivery staff which caused the chairs to become unstable. I have been trying to get this corrected with the company for approximately 1.5 years with no luck. Cannot recommend.

Friendly staff and helpful bought my wife a nice sectional for mother's day and got me a big comfy recliner

You buy furniture, and think it’ll be delivered in a couple of days, but it will end up being weeks, or even a month or two before you get it. I mean they walk you over to the fancy desks to complete paperwork, you pay in full, then they spring it on you that it may take a couple weeks, even months to get your furniture. Then if you ask for a refund(because you decide you don’t want to wait that long for furniture) they keep part of the payment you made, around $150. Furniture will be delivered piece by piece.. meaning, you may get your couch in 3 weeks, but the loveseat and chair, you might get that in a month or two—AFTER the 3 weeks it took to get your couch. If you don’t mind waiting for pieces at a time, then this is paradise for you!! And this happens at the majority of their stores..

I ordered a couch a week ago Sunday! Called Saturday Feb 22, my couch was not there yet. Warehouse may 75 miles away. I finally took the couch off the floor. Bad business when you can't get a couch from the warehouse. 5 days!! Never go to that Ashley store again.

After experiencing a terrible ordeal mason the recently replaced manager corrected the situation displaying the atmost respect for me and my hard earned money would recommend stopping by and giving them a shot at your furniture needs!

Overpriced, everything is made from particle board, limited selection, and the vultures are waiting as soon as you enter. Ashley used to be synonymous with quality, but that's definitely not the case anymore.

Sorry delivery time and their furniture is cheap cheap made I would think twice about buying from them

Went in to buy furniture for a new house. A sales associate came up to me and I told him I was moving and needed the furniture before I moved. He told me he could do it. I also told him that If this worked out I would be buying all my furniture from Ashley. I waited and decided to call and find out what was going on with my furniture. I was told my chairs were in but not my table. So I waited a week and went in and the manager told me that my furniture was in Somerset. Apparently my chairs had not come in at all. He makes a call and told me that they would be in on Tuesday. in the meantime I had already moved. So Tuesday comes and I call the manager and he tells me the truck had just arrived so I drive two hours to get there before the store closes and my furniture is not there. Of course the manager isn't there. The employee that was there tried calling him at least 7-8 times and he doesn't answer. I told the employee that I would like for the manager to give a call. The manager doesn't give me a call no surprise there. On Friday I call the Glasgow store to talk to the manager again he's not there. They tell me that its not their fault the furniture wasn't delivered and to call the warehouse I really think that that's their responsibility not mine! They couldn't even give me the right number! It just shows how unprofessional they are. I decide on Friday to call the Somerset store and find out if my furniture was delivered to the Glasgow store because they have no clue what's going on there. I was a little angry by then and talked with a lady who said that she would call and try to find out what was going on. She calls me back and tells me that they are acting like they dont know what's going on and the manager isn't there. Of course he's ignoring the call. She tells me she will find my furniture and get back with me. She calls me back and tells me that she's got it on a truck and its on its way. The guy that sold us the furniture calls me the furniture is there the manager can't even call to tell me its in. I get there and there is only one lady there and nobody else. So she takes us to the back to get our furniture. They couldn't even have someone to help load it up so me and my wife had to load it up ourselves! I wouldn't buy anything from here if it was the only place to buy furniture I'd rather sit on my old stuff after the way we were treated. I called and tried to find out if the owner would call us and she told me that he already knew of the situation and he wouldn't talk to me until he talked to Stanton Hall I said fine you just lost a customer who was furnishing their whole house! I have yet to either hear an apology from the manager or the owner. That shows the lack of integrity and care that Ashley furniture in Glasgow Kentucky has. I will post this statement on anything I can find concerning this store. The only reason they have a good rating on this site is because their own employees rate on this page. Stanton Hall gave his store a five star rating and the owner told him thanks for the five stars. Thats pretty sad. This gives Ashley a bad reputation. I hope corporate Ashley reads these maybe they'll give me a call.

Went in and purchased a couch and a bed. Was told 3-4 weeks for shipping. Week 4 came around and I called the store to be told that I would receive a call that week about pickup. No phone calls, nothing. Went into the store and was told again that it would be shipped this week. Told them we were no longer interested and wanted a refund. Manager refused and wanted to charge us a restocking fee. Nowhere in the paper work was a restocking fee mentioned. Not happy. Will not be back.

Came in this last week and worked with Derek Wilson. Treated me and my wife like family. We will sure be doing buisseness with this young man.

I had never been inside an Ashley Furniture Store, until very recently , I had no idea that it was going to be one of my favorite stores to shop! I had so much fun choosing a sectional and looking at the grea variety of accessories to go with my choice. There was a great selection , and the customer service was top of the line! By my third visit, I had purchased a beautiful sectional, at a terrific price, a kitchen island :also priced where I couldn’t walk away, Then, there was a sale on accessories, that helped complete my room and my new look. I will not be waiting until I am in need of furniture, before I shop Ashley, I will stop in often, to browse their showroom!

Joe Miller was very helpful! He even went out of his was to send me pictures of some of the beautiful sectionals they have available.

Joe was our salesperson and he was very personable, genuine and friendly! He took a lot of time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and wasn't pushy, by any means, but informed us about their protection plan, etc. I've never had someone that willing to help us, even rearranging furniture, to show us what things would look like together! The manager was also very helpful and friendly! He worked very hard to get us what we wanted and I really appreciate both of them! It was a great experience!

I have loved all of my pieces from Ashley Homestore in Glasgow, Ky. My kitchen table and chairs is so sturdy and stylish. My kitchen island is perfect for extra storage and space.

Recently I was searching for a discontinued Ashley rug. I spoke with Denise at the Glasgow, Kentucky store. She was so kind and helpful! Even though she did not have what I needed, she went the extra mile and called a sister store to see if they could help. They were unable to help me, but Denise promptly let me know. Now that’s outstanding customer service!

Piss poor customer service after the sale. Ordered a mattress set (Ashley Sleep Limited Plush queen set) on 2/23/18. 3/13/18, nearly 3 WEEKS after the sale they still can't say where the mattress set is in their system or how much longer it will take to get here, yet supposedly the box spring arrived on their truck to the store today. This is according to Stanton Hall - store manager. If you call the Ashley Homestore Corporate Office, it is a waste of time because they will only revert you to the store. Basically you get the run around and no one will give you an honest answer. So I told Mr. Hall to reverse the charges on my debit card and I'll order it elsewhere. As soon as I got home, I found the same mattress on AMAZON for $150 LESS, a better quality box spring for $80 LESS. Box spring is being delivered in TWO DAYS, mattress NEXT WEEK. Savings of $230 and delivery time is 1/4 of the time and AMAZON doesn't specialize in furniture^mattress retail. Truly shows how bad Ashley Homestore's distribution system works. Do yourself a favor. Find what you like and order it online from a site that had it in stock. Plenty of places (including AMAZON) offer the same thin as this Ashley Homestore and usually at a lower price AND have a return offer that is less than $10. If this Homestore doesn't realize that what they offer beyond other options is customer service, then they will not last in town. Ashley Homestore has lost any chance of getting my business again. NOT because of price, it's all about customer service which they obviously have no clue how to deliver that. Update: To reinforce how unorganized this store is, they never cancelled the delivery of my mattress set. On 4/6/18, the delivery service called me to setup delivery of the mattress set. Yes, over SIX WEEKS from the day I first ordered and paid for the set, 3 weeks after I went into the store to cancel my order. Obviously no one at this store pays much attention to orders.
