When my husband and I walked into Ashley Furniture we were greated promptly and he was very friendly. He explained the sale they had going on and offered to show us some couches. We ended up finding one and he made everything very quick and easy. We were hoping the couch would fit into out vehicle but it didn't but he waited outside with us until my friend could come with a truck and he even helped load it up for us!! I would definitely recommend them and would go back again if I needed too!!
Matt and Amy are awesome! They made sure we got our sectional we wanted and left the story happy! I definitely recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Bought a couch waited 8 weeks never heard from them. Called them to find out the approx delivery day and they had it in the warehouse house. After finally going to pick it up ourselves we had it 2 weeks had guest over ( hide a bed couch) they went to sit on the side to lay down and the bar bent. (They were average size not big) called about it multiple times to get it fixed and was told they would have someone call us back and never have. Never had this horrible of service before. I would advise anyone to go some where else.
Very poor customer service. They don’t call when they say they will. They are very nice and polite..while you are buying…afterward, not so much. If I ever get my sofa, it’s my last purchase from this store.
Never buy an item from this store I purchased a bedroom suit every two weeks I get a call stating it will. E two more weeks it’s almost eight weeks and now they say another two weeks. They also refuse to refund my money (I paid in full when I purchased) stating they get to keep 30 percent of my money . Never buy from this store
great management, the woman who helped us was very nice and allowed prices to be adjusted. along with protection plans for the furniture we purchased. all employees working that day were very respectful and very helpful.
