Love the Glasgow store. Purchased 2 living room suits and a recliner from there. Mike is the manager there and he always is so accommodating to making customers feel comfortable and helps find wha best suits your needs and works good on getting you the best deal he can. All staff is very helpful as well. Big showroom to choose from. Next I will be buying a new dining room set .

Went in to looks at a sectional. Sydney was very helpful with our needs. However, we were just looking around and we got a great deal on two recliners! The sectional wasn’t big enough for our needs but we decided with our current furniture the recliners would work out great!

If you are going to use this store, I recommend that you only work with Mike and Sydney. They are the only people who have rectify and make the situation right when they had to clean up the mess of the former sales staff and management. They both will shoot you straight. These two individuals are the only reason we continue to buy products at this location.

Went looking for living room furniture. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the newest kind of Furniture covering that Ashley has and showed me how durable it was. While I did not find exactly what I was looking for, the associate and manager were extremely attentive and patient in our search to find a sectional!

Sydney by far is the best associate that I have dealt with at Ashley Furniture in Glasgow. I had purchased a full bedroom set previous to today's purchase and wish she had helped with that as well. I will return for my living room furniture only because she redeemed my opinion of the store and customer service. My advice, request her for help with purchases.

Update we have had Ashley out several times because this is defective. They have replaced the frame and one side still feels like you are leaning to the outside. It hurt my back, and I will never sit in it again. So tired of dealing with them, and bad service. Never going there again. Employees come and go like crazy. Mike helped me to purchase a double recliner unit that matched the new couch and chairs we bought last year. I'm so pleased with Mike, and the quality of Ashley's furniture. The support of the furniture eases away the back pain, and lets you rest your body.

This store is a joke I don’t recommend buying from the Glasgow location! I ordered November 14th and PAID IN FULL the lady said she wanted to order us a new one instead of the display and to come after Black Friday so today I called before driving and hour there and the owner told me my recliner was there and could be picked up today when I called! Got there and it’s not there! So unprofessional and now that I’ve looked into it there’s more unsatisfied customers then satisfied. Mike is who we spoke with tonight who is the Manager and said I’m not the only customer that’s complained today. So this is a normal thing for this business.

Two months ago I bought a dining table and as of today I still had not received it. I finally had time to come to the store and was able to talk to the new manager Mike. He was super helpful and explained he was taking over for the previous poor management and is trying to clean up all their messes. I could tell he has a lot on his plate, so I appreciated him taking the time to explain why I still hadn’t received my table. Thankfully it’s on the way, there is just some delay. He told me he has plans to turn this store around and make it way better. He was a great individual and I think he will do a great job!

My elderly Mom was looking for a lift recliner chair for medical reasons and the first store we tried was Ashley’s. Brian and Mike welcomed us as we entered and when we explained what we needed we were immediately taken to the multiple chairs available in stock! Brian helped us locate the chair of choice and worked up the invoice quickly and accurately. He was very transparent prior to purchasing the chair that delivery was slightly delayed due to the Black Friday sales the prior week, the transparency was very appreciated! Both indicated to call if there was a delay in delivery! I understand they are new management and I could really see they want to go above and beyond in customer service. We would go back for other furniture needs!

Great Customer Service!!! In June of 2022 I purchased an L shaped sofa and matching armless chair. Unfortunately the seams did not hold and ripped, causing surrounding material to shred. I filed a claim using the manufacturer's warranty with the Ashley Service Team. I had an immediate response, submitted photos and was given a full refund as a credit to pick out a new sofa and chair. A big thank you to Chase Hofmann who recognized me 11 months later when I walked into Ashley and assisted me again with my a new purchase. Most disorganized store I have ever been in. No prices on most items. Very clutter store.

Bought a mattress from there and when it arrived it was not the same mattress. It was hard and stiff and when I called the store to get the right mattress they told meThey did send the right mattress and does not do exchanges or returns on clearance items. Would never had bought the mattress if I had known this was not returnable if not the right mattress. I highly recommend going anywhere else to buy furniture so that you do not have to deal with this. branden was the sales person and was not helpful at all once I called saying I wanted to exchange or return the mattress.

I’m very pleased with my purchase! Ordered a complete living room set and a new mattress the end of December 2022. I was well aware everything would have to be ordered, common practice for most furniture stores these days. I was told my order should arrive the end of January/first part of February. My order was delivered February 15th. My recliner had not arrived, but Sean personally delivered it as soon as it did arrive! I will be a return customer should I need any additional items!

I TAKE IT BACK. I HAD PREVIOUSLY GIVEN THEM FIVE STARS BACK IN AUGUST 2022. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EXCEPT MAYBE A LAMP AND EVEN THEN THEY PROBABLY WON'T fix it or exchange it. They are ridiculous to work with, but it's not ONLY this particular Ashley's. It's the corporation of Ashley. Their policy: NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. We bought a power loveseat recliner. It makes the most ridiculous sound on one of the seats every time it is powered up and down. I wish you could hear it. WE CHALKED IT UP TO THE LEATHER loosening up. I wasn't and had just gotten worse. They have given us the run around for almost two months now. I tried calling the CEO or even the supervisor of the supervisor but the customer service people won't let me talk to them. Next stop, attorney's office.

I went to Ashley today to buy a recliner. None of them had prices marked. I asked for a price on one and was told I would have to give them my name, address, and phone number if I wanted to know the price. I laughed because it had to be a joke. Nope. They said that's just the way it works. I left and drove across town to Bluegrass Furniture. Everything had a price on it and I immediately bought the recliner I wanted. It was even the exact same brand as the one at Ashley (Signature Design by Ashley). Just tell people the price, it's not that hard.

Went in to purchase a new living room set and was greeted by Sean. He was amazing!!!! I told him the look I was going for and he helped me find the PERFECT set and at an amazing price. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to brag on Sean’s professionalism.

The gentlemen that works there is not very friendly and when asks for prices only mentioned it was posted and when asks if there are any other dressers and those prices (did not have any on them) he walked away

The products look like wood but are crushed paper. Mixture. Had to wait 8months to receive a bedroom set. Within 4 months the bed rail broke. Under warranty and they have to schedule a tech to come and look at the broke piece and say yep it is broke and then send me a bedrail the is already on back order will probably not get it for 9 more months. I will not ever buy their product again.

When I tell you I could not be any more satisfied with this store, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. Shaun went above and beyond to help us today and I left his store with ZERO complaints. He is by far the best salesman I have had the pleasure of meeting. He helped rectify a mistake a different store made when he didn't even have to! This was the first time I bought furniture from Ashley furniture and I will never do that again. I purchased two bedroom suits one was damaged at the warehouse and did not get delivered, and the other bedroom suit had the wrong slats for the bed. That took me three months With contacting customer service and store trying to get the correct slats for my bed and after three months finally got it fixed today. So no more mattress on the floor. This was my worst experience with a furniture store.

Worst customer service and delivery time. No communication on delivery. Spoke to a manager and they provided No assistance. Cannot communicate directly with the local store unless you press "3" to schedule an appointment for a showing of furniture. All other options send you to customer service at their corporate office. Salesperson would not return our texts or calls. Furniture was mismatched and missing one whole piece of the sectional! Another two weeks to get the missing piece delivered even though it is sitting on the truck. Ashley will not deliver until their delivery truck is "full." All of this proves to me that they WILL NOT and DO NOT provide customer service at all. Very disappointed in our shopping experience.

Purchased a table and chairs almost 2 years ago. The set up was done incorrectly by delivery staff which caused the chairs to become unstable. I have been trying to get this corrected with the company for approximately 1.5 years with no luck. Cannot recommend.

Had a great experience on the floor with my sales person, Claire Pierce. She was very helpful even when I spent two hours trying to decide between two different sectionals. All of the staff was amazing!

Purchased a bed and paid in full, on July 24th 2021 and was told 8 to 10 weeks. After us calling everytime for an update they told us it would be in April 17, 2022. FYI this is the 5th date we have been given. This was after we asked for a refund the last call and it was for sure to come in on the the 17th. Called today (4/19/2022) and now June 23, 2022 is the new date. We asked for a refund, since the store manager is in vacation this week nobody is avaliable to give a refund.

I will not be purchasing furniture from Ashley Furniture again. When our furniture was delivered there were issues with several of the items. I called and made arrangements for the pieces to be reordered and delivered. When I call customer service they give me a different delivery date every time I call; 4 at this point. Each time when I call back because it is the day before the scheduled delivery and I have not gotten a call, the delivery date has changed. Very disappointing!

I will never do business with Ashley again, and I wish I would've seen all the bad reviews before we bought from them. We bought a dining table and chairs (didn't finance) 2 months ago and have yet to receive all the proper hardware to use it. So I paid full price for a table I still can't use. We also have a bed we can't use because the footboard was broken in half, then when the 2nd one got delivered had no hardware, which was a month ago and I can't get an answer or return either. I spent hours on the phone with corporate and 1 lady at corporate even called me a liar because she couldn't find any notes. She eventually found the notes and didn't apologize.I've also gone into the store multiple times and had the "manager" look me square in the eye (2 days ago) when I told him what had been going on (this was after the store had multiple times blamed warehouse, corporate, etc) and told me not to worry because he'd take care of us. Literally 2 seconds later he didn't want to actually deal with us and told us to come back the next day because Gabriella was the only one who could take care of us. Of course we show up the next day for Gabriella to be surprised since she's a lower level employee that can't actually do anything for us. She tells us to come back a 3rd day in a row because the regional "back office manager" will be in town and is the only actual person who can do anything. This lady took no time to try and hear our issues, but finally now we get to return the bed and she couldn't care less than we've had a table for 2 months that we still can't use and said there's absolutely no credit or discount they'll do for us. Literally the worst company I've ever interacted with. You have to try to be this bad at customer service, and they're sure working hard to make sure they screw over every person it seems.

Avoid this place they will lie to your face to get the sale. In January I ordered a couch and love seat from this location. I explained to the sales rep that I was on a tight schedule with work and had already ordered furniture from another store but it wouldn't be delivered in time. The Ashely's sales rep made it clear if I cancelled my order with the other furniture store and ordered today through them he could guarantee me a delivery date that worked with my schedule.Come to find out he was totally wrong and lied to me in order to complete the sale. They can't get anywhere close to the delivery date I was promised and I should have just stuck with my original order and never wasted my time with them.I call the corporate office and explain the situation to them and they tell me "unfortunately this isn't the first call we've gotten about this issue from this location".... how is this not fixed if it's that normal. They get you locked into a date and try to hold you hostage no matter what smoke they try to blow up your ass Went into the location, they do nothing to make it right for the massive waste of time this whole thing has been. Do yourself a favor and go to real furniture store, this is basically the equivalent of a used car lot of furniture stores. Buyer be aware... If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I placed an order for a sectional couch on July 22nd and almost 6 months later all I have received was the ottoman and chase. Every time the delivery date approaches, I hear nothing from Ashley Furniture home store, so I CONTACT THEM and they inform me that the delivery is pushed out again. On top of that, because I received a partial order, I am now being billed for a full couch and protection plan that I have not received and I still do not have confidence that I will receive it. Whenever I try to call customer service they put me on hold for at least 30 minutes and either hang up on me or give me hope for a new delivery date. Before the customer service rep hung up on me today, I was promised a delivery date of December 3rd, but I feel they just tell me anything to get off the phone. That is the 5th estimated delivery date I have received to date. I understand that COVID has impacted us all, but Ashely Furniture Home Store in Bowling Green sold me an item when they obviously had no inventory and that item is now on sale for $400 less than what I purchased it for (they will not honor the new price unless I cancel and re-order). I will be reporting this whole ordeal to the Better Business Bureau.

Buyer beware! Purchased $2200 worth of furniture on 5-13-20. Delivery could not be made until 6-30 due to Covid-19 - I agreed to that. On 6-26 I receive a text from Ashley Delivery staying items I paid for 6 weeks ago are unable to be delivered until August - not OK with that. Returned to Bowling Green store to cancel order and get a refund. Was told by staff there is no one in that store that can authorize a refund - I had to call the corporate customer service number for assistance. Then he laughed and said &" you will never get your money back&". Ashley&'s corporate customer service does not answer the phone or return emails. After this mess I discovered a Facebook page called Ashley HomeStore Customer Service Complaints - there are over 3 thousand people active on that page trying to get their money back for furniture that was never delivered. There were other Ashley Corporate numbers and emails listed on that page - but so far no one has returned my calls or emails. My advice - just avoid Ashley in BG or anywhere for that matter. Go across the street to Ford&'s Furniture - you might pay a little more but they will deliver what you bought the very next day!

I really wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a TV stand and it was delivered pretty quickly. The delivery people were rude and unprofessional from the start. They called for directions, but didn&'t want to take main roads, only side roads. It was very difficult to navigate for them, being they weren&'t from Bowling Green. After they arrived, they brought the furniture to the door, and did not speak one word. I said, Hi, how are you? No response. They were very careless bringing it into the house, banging the door frame. They came inside, set it down, took a picture, and turned around and walked out. I was examining the furniture, and thought they would be right back in to have me sign a paper, maybe? Nope, by time I had spotted two places on the furniture they were long gone. I called local office twice and was on hold for 45 minutes. I eventually gave up. Went to the store to talk to someone about what had just happened, and was told there was nothing they could do about it. My husband later called and the sales manager was very rude. So now we&'re stuck with a damaged TV stand, and I am on hold with customer service for the 2nd time. So far been on hold for 25 minutes, I suppose I have no other options at this point but to wait. Very, very disappointed! We will never buy anything from Ashley again.M.H.

Friendly staff and helpful bought my wife a nice sectional for mother's day and got me a big comfy recliner

You buy furniture, and think it’ll be delivered in a couple of days, but it will end up being weeks, or even a month or two before you get it. I mean they walk you over to the fancy desks to complete paperwork, you pay in full, then they spring it on you that it may take a couple weeks, even months to get your furniture. Then if you ask for a refund(because you decide you don’t want to wait that long for furniture) they keep part of the payment you made, around $150. Furniture will be delivered piece by piece.. meaning, you may get your couch in 3 weeks, but the loveseat and chair, you might get that in a month or two—AFTER the 3 weeks it took to get your couch. If you don’t mind waiting for pieces at a time, then this is paradise for you!! And this happens at the majority of their stores..

I ordered a couch a week ago Sunday! Called Saturday Feb 22, my couch was not there yet. Warehouse may 75 miles away. I finally took the couch off the floor. Bad business when you can't get a couch from the warehouse. 5 days!! Never go to that Ashley store again.

While buying everything was fine. When my son went back to pick up part of my purchase it was horrible & disgusting. Two of the employees were very very rude, including CONNE, my salesperson. I bought something on clearance & was told by CONNIE to check the item before taking. My son inspected the clearance power base which did not work & had tears in it. He was told he had to take it since it was on clearance and there were no refunds. Also they were upset because he came on a Saturday to pick up the merchandise and they informed him that they do not allow that on Saturday or Sunday. I called ahead because on the day he was going to pick it up it was raining and the person that answered the phone told me it was perfectly fine he could pick it up on Saturday as long as he brought someone with him to load it. After a very uncomfortable conversation Ashley furniture did tell him they would refund the money on the power base. Why would they sell something broken and torn in the first place. I just don&'t understand that. Needless to say that will be my last purchased ever from Ashley furniture in Bowling Green Kentucky on Scottsville Road

Honestly not even worth one star at this point! BUYER BEWARE. Update 2/1/2020 Was informed this week my NEW rails had arrived at the warehouse and would be delivered 1/31/2020 around 4pm Truck shows up and the same box with the same broken rails with the wrong hooks is carried off the truck and taken into my house. However this time in huge red letters in marker there is a statement on the that it's defective and has been delivered three times already. Delivery teams phones the warehouse. I lock up and leave. I phone S. Harris and left her a message. I phoned and text the store. Was told today the manager of the Bowling Green store was going to call me at anytime. This was around 2:00pm today. Well it's 8:15pm still no call. S. Harris phoned me yesterday around 3:00pm and asked if the truck had arrived. I told her it hadn't - she stated she was going to call me the warehouse and phone me right back. She further told me that corporate accounting had no record of the "credits" the Bowling Green store manger had promised me. I told her I had seen the forms with my own eyes. 129.00 on 1/7/2010 and 200.00 1/24/2020. S. Harris implied someone was telling lies. So all in all I purchased a bed over 6 weeks ago and all I have had is lies, lies and false promises!! I can not recommend anyone purchase furniture with Ashley Furniture Bowling Green or Nashville as they are tied together and the employees simply do not give a shit about communicating with the customer to fix their mistakes. Now we are facing a 5th delivery attempt for bed rails. UPDATE. Just spent the day speaking with S Harris of Ashley Furniture Customer Service with a Louisville KY Phone number. I still do not have a bed as the rails came again broke. I have been in the floor for 4 weeks now. BUT because I have been given a credit of 65.00 promised credit for 129.99 and an addition $200.00 of which have yet to be processed. That I am just wanting to argue!!!! Ashley Furniture contracts their shitty delivery service with a third party company that they have zero control of. Ashely Furniture takes your money and could give two shits as to what happens to you after the purchase. Here we are a month plus after payment. Still no bed. Yet that are trying to pigeon hole me into a delivery time that works for "THEM" not me the customer. They have lied at every turn, even so much as to tell me the warehouse manger spent 3 hours on Sunday to locate my rails and then shipped them to by hour busted and project. Only to have S. Harris so called customer manager to tell me the store LIED as the warehouse isn't even open on Sunday. So if you are out shopping in Bowling Green or Nashville at Ashely Furniture. Think Twice about that purchase. Oh yeah that credit of $129.99 was submitted on 1/7/2020 and still hasn't hit my bank S. Harris also stated that all that could be done has been done. Mind you I have forced their hand with every action. She further stated that there was no one else to talk to as she was it. Ashely Furniture customer service is TERRIBLE. Ashely Furniture Home Store Bowling Green and as far as calling their hotline. Don't wast your time. Done waste your money !!! Buyer beware. Purchased an awesome bed in a December. Now the 3rd day off from work waiting on bed rails. Initial delivery Jan 3rd rails busted, and the hook Ends had been installed backwards. After multiple hours on the phone with customer service (Which could Careless about the custom) the rails had been back ordered. So Friday the 16th new rails are coming. Driver called stated he would arrive in 45 minutes - never showed and didn't answer my calls. After much frustration I phone the sales person who happens to be the assistant manager. He assures me he can get to the bottom of this. Phones warehouse. Speaks work John W. Phones me late Saturday and texts Sunday. Confirms a Monday they have found my rails. Deliver set for today. I take off work. Delivery crew arrives and comes in. Untapes box and rails are BUSTED and the hooks are wrong again. Delivery apologies and states he deals with this every day. So much for John W. Finding my rails and taking the time to check them and confirm they are correct. Driver phone customer service same song and dance. Where has customer service gone???????

Went to store deals were not the same as the commercial

After experiencing a terrible ordeal mason the recently replaced manager corrected the situation displaying the atmost respect for me and my hard earned money would recommend stopping by and giving them a shot at your furniture needs!

Overpriced, everything is made from particle board, limited selection, and the vultures are waiting as soon as you enter. Ashley used to be synonymous with quality, but that's definitely not the case anymore.

Sorry delivery time and their furniture is cheap cheap made I would think twice about buying from them

One of the worst experiences in my life. Bought my furniture on Oct 30th. Half more order showed up on the first expected delivery date. My couch did not fit correctly so I asked to swap a piece and only pay the restocking fee. The customer service number told me no and I would have to pay another delivery fee even though they had to still come to my house two more times. She was also very hateful and told me I could not talk to supervisor and explain what all was going wrong. The store final agreed to waive my charges for the swap. Got the other half of my order my minus a shelf that was planned to be a few days late (i had agreed to that). The book shelf then was still 4 days late on our agreed upon date, and it was missing the bottom half. The driver was great and took pictures and called customer service and let them know. He also took the piece I wanted to swap on my couch but didn't have the replacement piece. They said someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. 5 days later I had to call the company again and they said a ticket was never made on my partial book shelf but they did have the pictures, so i assume they thought I wanted half a book shelf. They also had no order ticket for the piece the owed me on my couch. This customer service lady was very nice and ordered me a whole new book shelf that would be in on Dec 30th. I called the store to again find out why I my piece was not sent and was told that the people I needed to speak to were not in but they would call me the next day on the day she worked. I waited another 2 days and then 2 more days for Christmas (they were closed) with no call. So i called on the 26th of Dec and again no one is in that can help. Wont be in until the 29th. In the mean time a delivery person tried calling and delivering the bottom half of my shelf when no one was home because I was told no such order was made for the missing pieces. I had to refuse that order. No one calls me back, none of the stuff shows up on time and when it does its missing stuff. I might have might full order 2 months after I made it. I am sure they will just say you finally got it so they do not care anymore. I will never buy from them again and its a shame because my sales person has went out of her way to try and help but management and the customer service line could care less about you. They have my money so they will get it to it when they get to it.

Please don’t go we ordered furniture missing an end table they admitted it wasn’t delivered but the driver closed the ticket this happened on December the 4th they said can’t give me my end table because ticket was closed and no one can get it back open. Go to their face book wish I had before shopping with them a lot of people had the experience they are nice until you paid for your furniture . Told them they can pick up the furniture got told once it’s in your house it’s yours nothing they can do

I bought 8200.00 worth of furniture, and asked the saleslady if they took ebates rewards she said no, upon an online check after I left I found out that they do,it would have saved me 2% which would be about 164.00., but the kicker is that if she had of told me the truth it would have affected her commission, something is just not right about this picture. Then I also found out that the exact same items I purchased could have been bought for several hundred dollars less, online from the same store to say the least I was upset. I tried to call the saleslady or the manager, but neither responded the first day I called and left a message, I called back the second day and the lady called me,I expained what I found out that had happened and she said there was nothing that she could do.. I wanted to cancel the order and she said it would cost me 10% because i had signed an agreement saying so. I also found out that the full size temperpudic mattress that I had originally wanted and she said it was unavailable, was online. Also, I found out that the warrenty that she sold me that was supposed to provide one cleaning per year, for 5 years does not, and it is voided if you move, which I was planning on doing immediately. I want them to cancel the entire order and not charge me the 10%, it is not scheduled to leave the warehouse until Nov 1, 2019, and I started trying to cancel immediately after making the purchase, 10-10-19. I found out that they have many many unsatisfied customers, many of which are in a class action law suit with the company. I do not feel it is lawful to charge me more than i can get it online for at the same store, and I am not happy that the full size mattress can be purchased online but not in the store, And I am not happy with the warrenty since I found out more about it, and the fact that it will not do what she said it would do. It was 349.00 and the other one was 199.00 for the mattress base. and I am certainly not happy that all of the items that I purchased could be bought cheaper online that I was charged for them, not to even mention the fact that delivery online is Free and I was charged 69.00.. But so many things were glossed over and forced, including the 10 percent down. So I paid 700 dollars and got the delivery scheduled. Delivery day comes, and my base arrives, but not my mattress. It was backordered and I was never told. Irritating, especially since my base got a tear in it, but whatever. It's fine. We eventually get it. My issue comes that I've had the mattress for a couple of weeks and have yet to sleep more than 2 nights on it. It kills my neck and back. It's straining my relationship because I have to keep going to the couch. My boyfriend called inquiring about returns, and we were told they don't accept any at all. I clearly misunderstood, and I understand that's my fault, but I assumed they upheld Tempur-Pedic a policy on their beds of a 90 night policy in order to compete with big name brands. I emailed Tempur-Pedic about this issue, which if I bought through them, they would accept returns. They said I had to talk to Ashley. I emailed their help email, they said I had to talk to my HomeStore. Well, earlier when we called they said they couldn't do anything. All I've been trying to do is figure out some solution. The worst experience ever i will never shop there again i went to get a new couch back in the beging of Sep. and found one i liked and ordered it and was told i would have buy OCT. 2nd well a few days before that i get a call say it would not be ready till around the 10th now so i go into the store to find out what is going on and the sales gal looks it up and she tells me now it will not be ready till the 15th now so i went to talk to a manger and of course he is not in so when i leave i go and call the 800 number and talk to them they put me on hold to look up what is going on and when they come back they tell me the reason is the couch has not even been made yet so i went back to the store the next day to cancel my order and the person tried to talk me out of it but by that point i was done dealing with them but they said they were still going to charge me a restocking few even though they were the ones how screwed up and of course once again there was no manger to talk to and they said he would not be in tell Friday so i came back on Friday like they said to get the restocking fee waved and who was not there the manger so i go and call the 800 number to talk to someone i told them what was going on they put me on hold and called the store and guess what the sales manger was there she said he just did not want to deal with me i called back the store and got a hold of him and after about a week dealing with this he waved the restocking fee but all said and done i will never shop there again and i cancelled my C/C with them and found a better store to use

Great quality furniture

We came in on a Saturday browsing for some living room furniture, and we were immediately approached by a VERY PUSHY sales lady (named Sheree I believe). I say very pushy because despite saying we just wanted to browse, she continued to follow us around the store like we were just a commission to be had. She was not personable, never even to bother asking what we were actually looking for, even interrupted our shopping to bring over a mattress expert even though we were not at all interested in purchasing a mattress. Overall she was obviously more interested in the commission check from our potential purchase than she was in treating us like actual human beings. She made the entire encounter awkward and upsetting for us. However, because we did find a good couch on clearance I decided to leave and come back later in hopes she would be gone. Thankfully we didn&'t run in to her when we came back.HOWEVER, they told me they do not offer delivery which is something I found odd. So when we came in to come pick up our furniture with our truck the next day, Sheree was there again and made us uncomfortable once again and was even talking about how she was gonna make the salesmen split the sale with her because we were &"hers&"....I would give this store ZERO stars if I could. Almost every employee I encountered at this store was so rude, could not care less about me or my time, and because of that I will never be back to this store. After I picked up my couch, we were told to wait a few days for our new recliner to come in. I never heard from the store, so six days later I called myself to ask what had happened. I was rudely told that &"she was getting around to calling me&" and it turned out that my chair had been delivered damaged and was sent back to the Nashville warehouse. I was then told I would have to wait another week for them to send a new chair from Nashville (which is only an hour away). So I wait another week, and I once again have to call the store myself because I heard absolutely nothing from them. This time they tell me that my chair is in, but it came fully assembled. My supposedly brand new chair came fully assembled because the salesperson &"entered the wrong code&" and it was sent to the store to be a floor sample... So at this point, I&'m at my WITS END with these people so we go to the store and have to wait at the counter for like five minutes and then we&'re told to go around back and pick up the chair. I should&'ve just told them to keep the chair because it was OBVIOUSLY not a new chair, it had a piece hanging off and a big stain on the back. Against my better judgement, I let them load up this chair and we leave and after talking to the manager on the phone afterwards I&'m told they&'re going to be sending me a new chair delivered to my house for free. We also realized when we got home that they didn&'t give us the power cord either so it currently can&'t be reclined.When I called the store again, I was rudely told that the manager was in a conference and that I could leave a message.I literally cannot believe I had a buying experience that was this terrible.To top it all off the power furniture began to malfunction less than 10 months after I purchased it, and it was completely unusable. Once again, this store has no interest in helping anyone who isn&'t writing them a check.You will get ripped off if you shop here, end of story.EDIT: My furniture was repaired since thankfully it was in the 1-year warranty period, but it took multiple service visits and HOURS of my time on the phone and in person with Customer Care and the service techs (who were contracted 3rd party).

Went in to buy furniture for a new house. A sales associate came up to me and I told him I was moving and needed the furniture before I moved. He told me he could do it. I also told him that If this worked out I would be buying all my furniture from Ashley. I waited and decided to call and find out what was going on with my furniture. I was told my chairs were in but not my table. So I waited a week and went in and the manager told me that my furniture was in Somerset. Apparently my chairs had not come in at all. He makes a call and told me that they would be in on Tuesday. in the meantime I had already moved. So Tuesday comes and I call the manager and he tells me the truck had just arrived so I drive two hours to get there before the store closes and my furniture is not there. Of course the manager isn't there. The employee that was there tried calling him at least 7-8 times and he doesn't answer. I told the employee that I would like for the manager to give a call. The manager doesn't give me a call no surprise there. On Friday I call the Glasgow store to talk to the manager again he's not there. They tell me that its not their fault the furniture wasn't delivered and to call the warehouse I really think that that's their responsibility not mine! They couldn't even give me the right number! It just shows how unprofessional they are. I decide on Friday to call the Somerset store and find out if my furniture was delivered to the Glasgow store because they have no clue what's going on there. I was a little angry by then and talked with a lady who said that she would call and try to find out what was going on. She calls me back and tells me that they are acting like they dont know what's going on and the manager isn't there. Of course he's ignoring the call. She tells me she will find my furniture and get back with me. She calls me back and tells me that she's got it on a truck and its on its way. The guy that sold us the furniture calls me the furniture is there the manager can't even call to tell me its in. I get there and there is only one lady there and nobody else. So she takes us to the back to get our furniture. They couldn't even have someone to help load it up so me and my wife had to load it up ourselves! I wouldn't buy anything from here if it was the only place to buy furniture I'd rather sit on my old stuff after the way we were treated. I called and tried to find out if the owner would call us and she told me that he already knew of the situation and he wouldn't talk to me until he talked to Stanton Hall I said fine you just lost a customer who was furnishing their whole house! I have yet to either hear an apology from the manager or the owner. That shows the lack of integrity and care that Ashley furniture in Glasgow Kentucky has. I will post this statement on anything I can find concerning this store. The only reason they have a good rating on this site is because their own employees rate on this page. Stanton Hall gave his store a five star rating and the owner told him thanks for the five stars. Thats pretty sad. This gives Ashley a bad reputation. I hope corporate Ashley reads these maybe they'll give me a call.

After ELEVEN WEEKS my husband and I JUST NOW RECEIVED our furniture! After six weeks we called and was give the run around... basically they hadn’t ordered anything yet! They delivered today AND THE LIVING ROOM SUIT WAS THE WRONG COLOR!!! I didn’t even send it back because I desperately need a living room suit in my house and IM NOT WAITING ANOTHER ELEVEN WEEKS!! The furniture is beautiful HOWEVER, we will never do business with them again!! 🤯😡

Hands down THE worst furniture buying experience EVER!Sales staff was about the only pleasant part of the experience. After the sale it quickly went downhill fast! Ordered on April 28th, delivery scheduled on May 8th. Delivery guys show up and open truck and it is haphazardly crammed full of furniture, everything unboxed. Recliner comes inside house, arm is ripped. Loveseat has scratch across arm. Sofa dented in and scratched on the back. Well no wonder...considering the way that truck was packed like a damn Tetris puzzle. Dining room table comes in, gouged across top and missing half the hardware to put together. One of the leaves missing too and delivery guy actually tries to tell me this table only has one leaf not two. Uh, no! I have a pic of what we bought. There is two. Then the barstools come in, screws missing to stretchers so they literally spin and will eventually cause chair to break without the screws to hold it together. Lovely! And they rock so bad on the floor so if you sit on them they rock side to side. Delivery guy actually tells us we can take em apart and reassemble ourselves to fix em or to go buy an area rug to put under table and that will make them stop rocking. Are you friggin kidding me? Finally they agree to take some of the damaged furniture back but say they don&'t have space to take it all as they have more deliveries to do and that their customer service team will call in 24-48 hours to help fix the situation. Ya, that never happened! After waiting 5 days, I called the Customer Care team myself and was met by a very rude woman on the phone who said my only option was to switch out the damaged items and there are now no returns after the sale. I was like, &"how the hell can you force me to keep damaged furniture?&" None of it made sense. Also was irritating that no one ever reached out to us considering the complete cluster the delivery was and the fact we were forced to pay for their &"white glove delivery&" (what a joke!)After the less than stellar phone call with their 800 number I then called the Ashley Store in Bowling Green. Spoke to Verlinda. Sent pictures of everything via email. Was assured everything would be sent and exchanged. Finally got text that items would be delivered today. Went online and tracked and only two of the items are being delivered today. The table and the recliner. Seriously? Still waiting for couches and barstools. Honestly would love nothing more than to return it all and take my business elsewhere. This has been a huge nightmare!

One in Glasgow is not so hot in customer service! They tell you they will call you back and they don’t. I ordered a couch , when it came it was ripped so we had them to order a new one and when it came and it looked like it was sitting outside in an hail storm. That was a week before Christmas and I’m still waiting on my couch!!!! Will not buy anything from them again!!!

Went in and purchased a couch and a bed. Was told 3-4 weeks for shipping. Week 4 came around and I called the store to be told that I would receive a call that week about pickup. No phone calls, nothing. Went into the store and was told again that it would be shipped this week. Told them we were no longer interested and wanted a refund. Manager refused and wanted to charge us a restocking fee. Nowhere in the paper work was a restocking fee mentioned. Not happy. Will not be back.

Awful experience. Purchased a sectional during presidents day sale. The manager personally verified the order multiple times. Upon delivery the wedge was missing. I was told the delivery drivers to wait while I contacted the store. I was told the manager was unable to come to the phone but would call me back at an unspecified time. I told them I needed it resolved as I needed to keep the drivers if it wasn't satisfactory. I tried the helpline but they said it was a store issue. I called the store again (and at this time the drivers left knowing I was unsatisfied) and the sales associate answered. She told me she was instructed to "handle it" since it was her fault. She proceeded to offer to pay half with her own money for the missing piece. I reiterated I needed the manager and he had 30 minutes to call me back. He did. He offered 50% off the piece but the financing terms from the initial sale we're unavailable. I told him I wanted a full refund as that was not acceptable. I was told of I wanted the 10% I put down back I would need to speak to the helpline. The helpline told me I needed to speak to the store regarding this. Multiple times I asked for a supervisor but apparently the helpline doesn't have a supervisor ever available. The next day I called the store again asking for the area director's number. I was told that the manager doesn't give the number to employees and never to customers. I had resigned to accept the 50% off for the missing piece but when the customer rep called to confirm delivery I said, "this whole thing isn't right. ". She responded, "sometimes we have to accept things that are unfair. " I told her to cancel the whole thing because I have never told this as a customer. Again I was instructed to set this up with the helpline. I called the helpline again today. I was told there is a no-return policy and during my last call to the store I was made aware of this. I contacted the better business bureau but at this point I don't have much hope for resolution.

I would have went somewhere else and been sleeping in a bed already had I known this. So when they tell you a date, dont believe it and if you need it reasonably fast just go somewhere else and buy it!. . . Wouldnt have thought too much about it but I did ask several times, "are you sure my furniture will come on that date" and the answer was yes every time. So we shall see if it comes in another week. . . . I cant cancel or they are going to charge me $783 to cancel which is 10%. .
