Had a great experience on the floor with my sales person, Claire Pierce. She was very helpful even when I spent two hours trying to decide between two different sectionals. All of the staff was amazing!

Went looked at a bedroom suit asked manager to call us with total price because we had to be somewhere never got the call so apparently they don't care if they sell you something or not but I will not speak good to anyone about this furniture store sad really liked what we saw but I will find it elsewhere

I placed an order for a sectional couch on July 22nd and almost 6 months later all I have received was the ottoman and chase. Every time the delivery date approaches, I hear nothing from Ashley Furniture home store, so I CONTACT THEM and they inform me that the delivery is pushed out again. On top of that, because I received a partial order, I am now being billed for a full couch and protection plan that I have not received and I still do not have confidence that I will receive it. Whenever I try to call customer service they put me on hold for at least 30 minutes and either hang up on me or give me hope for a new delivery date. Before the customer service rep hung up on me today, I was promised a delivery date of December 3rd, but I feel they just tell me anything to get off the phone. That is the 5th estimated delivery date I have received to date. I understand that COVID has impacted us all, but Ashely Furniture Home Store in Bowling Green sold me an item when they obviously had no inventory and that item is now on sale for $400 less than what I purchased it for (they will not honor the new price unless I cancel and re-order). I will be reporting this whole ordeal to the Better Business Bureau.
