Super friendly, gave suggestions on what I was looking at and also gave me space to just look around. Process was easy and fast but I also didn't need financing so I can't comment on that process.

This is our 2nd purchase from Ashley Furniture in 3 months. Justin was the first salesman for our first purchase and he is the #1 reason we came back. Our 2nd purchase was this past Friday and we were greeted as we walked in the door. All the workers we dealt with were super friendly and courteous . We had a wonderful experience at the Hopkinsville, KY Ashley’s location. We were in need of a new mattress and knew we would want to spend time trying out the mattresses though we had a few already in mind which were more on the high end. Tayler helped us and did not rush us or make us feel pressured in any way whatsoever. She was knowledgeable and what she was unsure of she received assistance from a gentleman bales Justin who was also friendly and helpful as well. Katelyn helped with payment and delivery. It went very smoothly which made everything less stressful. This was the first time shopping at Ashley’s and we will shop again.

Great experience today at Ashley's in hopkinsville ky. Mainly dealt with Justin for the sale but the whole crew of Katelyn, Lynette, Brittany, and Lesley jumped right in and moved stuff around so my wife could match up living room set and coffee/end tables to make sure it's what she wanted. I went into the Ashley Outlet in Hopkinsville KY looking for a mattress and sofa. I was greeted as I walked in the door. I was assisted by Clay and Brittani, while browsing. They answered all my questions. They both made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t buy anything initially, as I had to talk it over with my husband. We decided to get the BeautyRest black mattress I had looked at. When we arrived back at the store later that day, I was greeted upon entering the store, by name. Their professionalism and courtesy guarantee I will be back, when I decide on a sofa. I also had a very positive experience with Lynette while making my purchase. Great experience! And the mattress is so comfortable.

we went into the store on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy but there were several employees standing around. From the back of the store away from the front door, a voice called hello welcome to Ashley's. We look to see a young lady walking from the back of the store up to the front to greet us. We told her what we wanted and she pointed out the exact thing that we needed. She allowed us to look around for a few minutes leaving us to ourselves and then approached us again to ask us if what we thought. We told her we liked what she had pointed out but wondered if there could be a better price. She immediately went and talked to her supervisor and got a surprise we could work with and then handed us off to the cashier so that we could check out and she could move on to make more money. She was very pleasant and energetic and proper during the whole exchange and I cannot value her higher as a salesperson to help me. In fact if she would, she could come work for me anytime she wants to. Thank you

Love this place. This is the second set if furniture we bought from this store. All the employees are super friendly and amazing. We love dealing with Peyton, Lesley, Ashley and Lynette. They are the best when it comes to customer service and listening to what their customer needs are. We had to go there today 5/1/25 to look for an area rug and our new furniture was delivered today as well. The delivery guys did an amazing job and were very professional. When we went into the store Katelyn and Peyton and Ashley helped us today and with our needs as well. They are so nice and very professional. This is our 3rd time there with all great reviews but it will not let me do separate reviews. Im sad about that because all three are 10 stars lol

We had found a sofa and love seat set we really wanted at a different store but wanted to shop and purchase from our local store. What we wanted was not on the show room floor but Mercedez and Ashley made sure we got them ordered and ready for pick up fairly quick! The whole process of walking in the store and leaving happy was I’d say less than an hour. They were all very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what every charge was, what I was getting, and made sure I was completely ok with the end price and that it worked for me! Highly recommend working with these ladies!

This was my first time ever buying furniture from an outlet store , and my experience was beyond satisfying!! I think the most important thing for me was being acknowledged and respected! You know some people don’t have credit or great credit and I’m one of those people, but they done everything to make me feel good about myself for trying ! They went over and beyond for me and I bought my first livingroom set that I picked out myself and fell in love with! I was able to pay up front for some and get approved by a lender! The whole staff was very welcoming, compassionate, and just respectful people!!! I plan to pay my livingroom furniture off when it arrives and I’m going back to do each room in my home at a time. My experience was beyond great!!!!! Idk what this review will do for them in the future but I hope they are recognized for making me feel better about things that I had no control over in the past!!! The Ashley store in the old Mall of Hopkinsville KY had the friendliest customer service. They helped without being pushy. Their Prices was better than any other places I looked at in Hopkinsville. The store was clean and easy to move through. The Manager Brittani did an awesome job on helping me out with a good deal. The sales people I worked with was Mercedes and Justin. Super friendly. My furniture will not be delivered for 3 to 6 weeks. I do hope it is the 3 weeks. Very Happy with the customer service, prices and the store overall.

I really happy with the chair and initially left a 5 star review. I am changing my review to a 1 star because of the issues that followed. The wrong address was sent to the finance company and I wasn't sent my bill. I wasn't even contacted until my payment was past due. I had no way of signing in to pay without my account number. If you buy from here make sure they put down your correct mailing address or your 12 month 0% interest will be voided. I can honestly say I will never buy from this store again.

I only ran in for just a few today for the stores grand opening so I could enter in the drawings and was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Brittani showed me a variety of furniture quickly and I was super impressed by a specific couch that "self healed" as she stabbed & scratched it with a tool, very cool! I don’t know how Kaitlyn Miller does it, but she’s basically the Sherlock Holmes of furniture hunting. I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted and walked out with the perfect pieces for my home. Kaitlyn was patient, funny, and somehow knew exactly what I needed before I did. She even found a couch that fits me better than my favorite pair of sweatpants. If you’re looking for furniture and a good laugh, Kaitlyn’s your person!

I came in looking for new furniture recently. It was truly a joy to have Brittani as my salesperson. She was very confident in her role and kept a smile on her face and that let me know she enjoys her job. The quality I admired the most was her excellent attentiveness to detail. It was a delight to have met and worked with such an AMAZING INDIVIDUAL .

Purchased a bed today from our new Ashley Outlet in Hopkinsville. Great experience!! Staff greeted me as I came in the door and helped us navigate the store. Meaghan was very friendly and helpful. What a treasure she is!! Then when at the front desk I worked with Katelyn on financing, she was very friendly.The manager Ashley has set a great tone for this store!

Me and my boyfriend had never bought any furniture on our own before and we were really nervous about the whole process. Justin our sales associate was our angel sent from heaven! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and answered every question and concern that we had. He was super kind and patient through the whole thing. Miss Ashley and Lesley also helped us through the whole payment process and we’re both very kind and patient as well! The whole experience we had there was smooth, quick, and wholesome! The guy who greeting me and my fiance was somewhat nice. We started to look at reclining furniture and I noticed a feature that wouldn't have worked out for an elderly/handicap person and pointed that out. He responds was "there's some more over there" and pointed.....I don't think that was professional at all

Once again another great experience at Ashley Furniture. Visited the new Ashley locally in Hopkinsville. Went to purchase a dresser for my great granddaughter to match the bed that was purchased a couple of months ago. As soon as we walked in the door was warmly and very friendly greeted by Mercedez. She took us directly back to where the dressers were and within just a couple of minutes found just what we were looking for. Great experience! They set me up with a sleep system that's going to be life changing. Everyone was helpful and I finally got the best sleep in months after coming here.

Customer service was very friendly, not pushy at all. The staff answered alot of questions about various different furnitures. Out of the multiple furniture stores in the Clarksville/hopkinsville areas this has been my favorite location. I will be buying my furniture from here. Update: I did buy furniture from here. My plan was to finally buy some new furniture and get rid of all the old. Justin was super personable and suggested particular items that made sense. He did a good job of listening to my particular wants and making good suggestions.
