Nick & Ashley were great! They were very patient with me as I made multiple trips into the store before deciding on my purchase. They gave me a good deal and I can't wait to receive my new mattresses and bedding! Ashley delivered my furniture today. The delivery men were top notch! Great fast service! Ashley at the Hopkinsville store took her time and was very patient with me. Update: 1/10/26 picked up my furniture today and could not have been more pleased! As I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and hello from Mercedez and top notch professionalism from Leslie at the front desk. The team was very helpful and patient with me as we loaded the furniture and in the rain I might add. As I begin to tie down my furniture, the help did not subside as Nick guided me through how to properly use my straps. THIS store is above the rest! I will make the drive from Evansville again with service like that!

We had lots of questions and he answered them all and even put together several different quotes for us as we are in the beginning stages of figuring out what kind of couches and chairs we need. My wife and I went in to look at dining tables and we were greeted by Mercedez. Between her angelic voice that sounded like a mix between Fergie and Jesus and her great personality, I knew we were in the right place. A lot of furniture stores make you feel like a rabbit walking through a field of coyotes, but not this one. I felt as easy going as Sunday morning, or whatever Lionel Richie said. Anyway, while I found a mattress to take a nap on, my wife picked out a huge picture and a chair that she wanted so she rudely woke me up because she figured I was going to have to carry the chair out. Well, then out of nowhere came Ashley (that's just her name by coincidence. she doesn't own the place). She picked that chair up over her head like she was the Incredible Hulk. Honestly, I got a little scared because it looked easy for her and I thought I was about to get shown up in front of my wife. I'm not 100% convinced that Ashley wasn't a WWF wrestler before she got this job. The worst part was next though. I had to pay for my wife's stuff. Luckily, Lesley was super nice and gave me a baby aspirin so I wouldn't have a heart attack from the price. Turns out I didn't need the aspirin though because they're prices are fantastic! I got all worked up for no reason. In fact, I spent more for a lunch at Arby's than what this cost me. But in all seriousness, great people and great place. Will absolutely be back.

I went into the Ashley Outlet in Hopkinsville KY looking for a mattress and sofa. I was greeted as I walked in the door. I was assisted by Clay and Brittani, while browsing. They answered all my questions. They both made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t buy anything initially, as I had to talk it over with my husband. We decided to get the BeautyRest black mattress I had looked at. When we arrived back at the store later that day, I was greeted upon entering the store, by name. Their professionalism and courtesy guarantee I will be back, when I decide on a sofa. I also had a very positive experience with Lynette while making my purchase. Great experience! And the mattress is so comfortable.

we went into the store on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy but there were several employees standing around. From the back of the store away from the front door, a voice called hello welcome to Ashley's. We look to see a young lady walking from the back of the store up to the front to greet us. We told her what we wanted and she pointed out the exact thing that we needed. She allowed us to look around for a few minutes leaving us to ourselves and then approached us again to ask us if what we thought. We told her we liked what she had pointed out but wondered if there could be a better price. She immediately went and talked to her supervisor and got a surprise we could work with and then handed us off to the cashier so that we could check out and she could move on to make more money. She was very pleasant and energetic and proper during the whole exchange and I cannot value her higher as a salesperson to help me. In fact if she would, she could come work for me anytime she wants to. Thank you

Love this place. This is the second set if furniture we bought from this store. All the employees are super friendly and amazing. We love dealing with Peyton, Lesley, Ashley and Lynette. We had found a sofa and love seat set we really wanted at a different store but wanted to shop and purchase from our local store. This was my first time ever buying furniture from an outlet store , and my experience was beyond satisfying!! I think the most important thing for me was being acknowledged and respected! You know some people don’t have credit or great credit and I’m one of those people, but they done everything to make me feel good about myself for trying ! They went over and beyond for me and I bought my first livingroom set that I picked out myself and fell in love with! I was able to pay up front for some and get approved by a lender! The whole staff was very welcoming, compassionate, and just respectful people!!! I plan to pay my livingroom furniture off when it arrives and I’m going back to do each room in my home at a time. My experience was beyond great!!!!! Idk what this review will do for them in the future but I hope they are recognized for making me feel better about things that I had no control over in the past!!! The Ashley store in the old Mall of Hopkinsville KY had the friendliest customer service. They helped without being pushy. Their Prices was better than any other places I looked at in Hopkinsville. The store was clean and easy to move through. The Manager Brittani did an awesome job on helping me out with a good deal. The sales people I worked with was Mercedes and Justin. Super friendly. My furniture will not be delivered for 3 to 6 weeks. I do hope it is the 3 weeks. Very Happy with the customer service, prices and the store overall.

I really happy with the chair and initially left a 5 star review. I am changing my review to a 1 star because of the issues that followed. The wrong address was sent to the finance company and I wasn't sent my bill. I wasn't even contacted until my payment was past due. I had no way of signing in to pay without my account number. If you buy from here make sure they put down your correct mailing address or your 12 month 0% interest will be voided. I can honestly say I will never buy from this store again.

I was in your store looking around when a young lady, Danielle Anderson, came up and offered to help me. She smiled and was not pushy but listened to what i was having trouble deciding. She showed me some things and was so patient and understanding. I thanked her as now I have the right idea what I want. I will bring my husband back with me with my final decision.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. I was in need of the perfect couch for my new house and Justin knocked it out of the park for me! I’m over the moon with my purchase. I highly recommend Justin and the front desk ladies were the sweetest ladies I’ve met!

Great sales experience. We came into the store about 15 minutes before closing and the sales representative Justin took his time and helped without added pressure for a sale. Ashley, Lynette, and Lesley were phenomenal with the checking out process and scheduling our delivery.

Lynette, Lesley, Misty and Justin were so attentive to me and my son visiting the Hopkinsville Location. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Definitely will be back.
