My wife and I went in to look at dining tables and we were greeted by Mercedez. Between her angelic voice that sounded like a mix between Fergie and Jesus and her great personality, I knew we were in the right place. A lot of furniture stores make you feel like a rabbit walking through a field of coyotes, but not this one. I felt as easy going as Sunday morning, or whatever Lionel Richie said. Anyway, while I found a mattress to take a nap on, my wife picked out a huge picture and a chair that she wanted so she rudely woke me up because she figured I was going to have to carry the chair out. Well, then out of nowhere came Ashley (that's just her name by coincidence. she doesn't own the place). She picked that chair up over her head like she was the Incredible Hulk. Honestly, I got a little scared because it looked easy for her and I thought I was about to get shown up in front of my wife. I'm not 100% convinced that Ashley wasn't a WWF wrestler before she got this job. The worst part was next though. I had to pay for my wife's stuff. Luckily, Lesley was super nice and gave me a baby aspirin so I wouldn't have a heart attack from the price. Turns out I didn't need the aspirin though because they're prices are fantastic! I got all worked up for no reason. In fact, I spent more for a lunch at Arby's than what this cost me. But in all seriousness, great people and great place. Will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hopkinsville, KY Ashley’s location. We were in need of a new mattress and knew we would want to spend time trying out the mattresses though we had a few already in mind which were more on the high end. Tayler helped us and did not rush us or make us feel pressured in any way whatsoever. She was knowledgeable and what she was unsure of she received assistance from a gentleman bales Justin who was also friendly and helpful as well. Katelyn helped with payment and delivery. I went into the Ashley Outlet in Hopkinsville KY looking for a mattress and sofa. I was greeted as I walked in the door. I was assisted by Clay and Brittani, while browsing. They answered all my questions. They both made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t buy anything initially, as I had to talk it over with my husband. We decided to get the BeautyRest black mattress I had looked at. When we arrived back at the store later that day, I was greeted upon entering the store, by name. Their professionalism and courtesy guarantee I will be back, when I decide on a sofa. I also had a very positive experience with Lynette while making my purchase. Great experience! And the mattress is so comfortable.

we went into the store on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy but there were several employees standing around. From the back of the store away from the front door, a voice called hello welcome to Ashley's. We look to see a young lady walking from the back of the store up to the front to greet us. We told her what we wanted and she pointed out the exact thing that we needed. She allowed us to look around for a few minutes leaving us to ourselves and then approached us again to ask us if what we thought. We told her we liked what she had pointed out but wondered if there could be a better price. She immediately went and talked to her supervisor and got a surprise we could work with and then handed us off to the cashier so that we could check out and she could move on to make more money. She was very pleasant and energetic and proper during the whole exchange and I cannot value her higher as a salesperson to help me. In fact if she would, she could come work for me anytime she wants to. Thank you

Love this place. This is the second set if furniture we bought from this store. All the employees are super friendly and amazing. We love dealing with Peyton, Lesley, Ashley and Lynette. They are the best when it comes to customer service and listening to what their customer needs are. We had to go there today 5/1/25 to look for an area rug and our new furniture was delivered today as well. The delivery guys did an amazing job and were very professional. We had found a sofa and love seat set we really wanted at a different store but wanted to shop and purchase from our local store. What we wanted was not on the show room floor but Mercedez and Ashley made sure we got them ordered and ready for pick up fairly quick! The whole process of walking in the store and leaving happy was I’d say less than an hour. They were all very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what every charge was, what I was getting, and made sure I was completely ok with the end price and that it worked for me! This was my first time ever buying furniture from an outlet store , and my experience was beyond satisfying!! I think the most important thing for me was being acknowledged and respected! You know some people don’t have credit or great credit and I’m one of those people, but they done everything to make me feel good about myself for trying ! They went over and beyond for me and I bought my first livingroom set that I picked out myself and fell in love with! I was able to pay up front for some and get approved by a lender! The whole staff was very welcoming, compassionate, and just respectful people!!! I plan to pay my livingroom furniture off when it arrives and I’m going back to do each room in my home at a time. My experience was beyond great!!!!! Idk what this review will do for them in the future but I hope they are recognized for making me feel better about things that I had no control over in the past!!! The Ashley store in the old Mall of Hopkinsville KY had the friendliest customer service. They helped without being pushy. Their Prices was better than any other places I looked at in Hopkinsville. The store was clean and easy to move through. The Manager Brittani did an awesome job on helping me out with a good deal. The sales people I worked with was Mercedes and Justin. Super friendly. My furniture will not be delivered for 3 to 6 weeks. I do hope it is the 3 weeks. Very Happy with the customer service, prices and the store overall.

I really happy with the chair and initially left a 5 star review. I am changing my review to a 1 star because of the issues that followed. The wrong address was sent to the finance company and I wasn't sent my bill. I wasn't even contacted until my payment was past due. I had no way of signing in to pay without my account number. If you buy from here make sure they put down your correct mailing address or your 12 month 0% interest will be voided. I can honestly say I will never buy from this store again.

Lesley save me one night a few moons ago. I got lost in the parking lot and she was able to course correct me. As I entered into the store I was greeted with so much warmth. Peyton led me to an unassuming recliner tucked away in the back corner. “This,” he said, “is not just a chair. It’s a portal.” I thought he was joking—until I sat down. I only ran in for just a few today for the stores grand opening so I could enter in the drawings and was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Brittani showed me a variety of furniture quickly and I was super impressed by a specific couch that "self healed" as she stabbed & scratched it with a tool, very cool! I don’t know how Kaitlyn Miller does it, but she’s basically the Sherlock Holmes of furniture hunting. I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted and walked out with the perfect pieces for my home. Kaitlyn was patient, funny, and somehow knew exactly what I needed before I did. She even found a couch that fits me better than my favorite pair of sweatpants. If you’re looking for furniture and a good laugh, Kaitlyn’s your person!

She took us directly back to where the dressers were and within just a couple of minutes found just what we were looking for. I also want to thank Ashley and Lesley for there help in the financial department you both added to a very positive,warm and friendly visit. I love that I can shop locally, just what Hopkinsville needs.I definitely will shop at Ashley for any future furniture needs.

Katelyn Miller is the prettiest and the best

Great experience! They set me up with a sleep system that's going to be life changing. Everyone was helpful and I finally got the best sleep in months after coming here.

Customer service was very friendly, not pushy at all. The staff answered alot of questions about various different furnitures. Out of the multiple furniture stores in the Clarksville/hopkinsville areas this has been my favorite location. I will be buying my furniture from here. Update: I did buy furniture from here. My plan was to finally buy some new furniture and get rid of all the old. Justin was super personable and suggested particular items that made sense. He did a good job of listening to my particular wants and making good suggestions.

For a new store they are already on top of their stuff. Brittani, is very knowledgeable and will help you with anything you need and be able to answer all your questions. Mercedez is really awesome too. Both of them are so great and I will only be shopping for furniture with one of them from now on!
