If I could give 0 stars right now I would. Customer Service is terrible and I do not recommend nor will I recommend purchasing from them to anyone I know. We purchased a table and chairs back on 12/27. Jeremy was our sales agent and informed us delivery was available for the following Sat. We completed the purchase. On Wednesday of that week, I received a text regarding delivery. Instead of a time window that I was expecting, it was giving us different delivery date options . I choose the option to connect to an agent which never happened so I called in. I got a customer service experience agent who informed me it was back ordered til March . I’m like your text options showed starting 1/14 as an option. After some back and forth, we drove up to the store and Jeremy was there. He said that was all incorrect and took us back to talk to Julio another person there. He looked in the system and said he saw the same thing but he opened a ticket and would have Jeremy call us in a couple days with what was found. He emphasized that they even worked on New years and he would call. As you can guess no call came, but I did get a text a couple days later again with the same range of dates so I selected the 14th. Thought everything was ok until 1/7 where I get a message that it was delayed and to call in for reschedule. That person never even left a number to call back with so I called the main number and the recording after identifying myself said delivery was scheduled for 1/9 which was NOT a date I knew about. The representative that I talked to then it wasn’t in the warehouse but the first availability was 1/20. We accepted that and moved on. Today I expected to receive a call with time window but you guessed it another call with a delay to 1/28. So a month after purchasing I still don’t have a table, Ashley has my money and I’m left with excuses and terrible customer services 1/17 UPDATE - Ashley responded with an option to call or text. Tried to text the number but it said it was not monitored but gave another number. Tried to text that with no response. Why provide a number if it’s not valid or won’t respond

Very helpful In the store and on the phone but when it came to delivery the ball was dropped. They said it was scheduled and when I called to confirm they had no delivery date scheduled.

Thinking about buying go to their corporates google page and look at the reviews, 1.4 I believe. I’ve had my delivery rescheduled 3 times each time with a later date then finally got a email for a date I told them I’d be unavailable. Went to the local store for help and was told they are “two different companies” and we can’t help you. Also watch your prices, found the same set online for $300 cheaper from the same company. Unfortunately this is becoming the norm, terrible customer service and when you do talk to someone they are in another country!

After 3 attempts to get the order delivered after thanksgiving It was canceled without letting me know. It took me going back into the store to straighten it out. Thankfully the manager was very nice and gave me a discount for my troubles. I will not be back sadly.
