They are nice in the store and couldn’t wait to speak to me. My furniture was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. I arranged my schedule then 3 days before the warehouse called and said it would be another 8-10 days. I called the store to speak to my sales rep, He said he would reach out to them and call me back. He called back shortly and said everything was taken care of that. It will still be on the original date. The following day, I get a text saying to pick a delivery date for 9 to 14 days later. I contacted the store once again left two messages for my sales rep. Third attempt was to speak to a manager when I asked for a call back the same day the unprofessional lady I spoke to on the phone said well I’m not sure that they’ll get back to call you today. I told her to go ahead and cancel the order. She said oh that’s fine. I’m a keyholder. I can cancel the order for you right now. So much for Ashley furniture worrying about their business or their customers. I’ll never shop there again.

Ask for Tom! He was super knowledgeable, showed me the outlet and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase!

Came to the store to pick up a sectional and some other things and I met TJ Johnson. He was outstanding. He helped me put together a package and worked out a great price. I wish every transaction was that easy. Thanks for a great experience.

Great customer service!

Received my table without screws to assemble it. Tried calling the number to get the screws and they referred me to another number to file a claim and the number isn’t in operation. Absolutely pathetic.

Bryant was excellent and very helpful

Their furniture is well made and worth the money. The in-store experience was great! However, the warehouse and delivery scheduling portion is terrible. We found out the hard way that our sofa wasn’t coming as scheduled on 2 separate occasions. No one contacted us at all, to let us know. We had to continuously chase them down to find out the sofa was wasn’t in one particular warehouse so then they had to get it from a different warehouse. Then that warehouse didn’t get it to the store, blah blah blah. We got text messages with delivery dates and times but no one showed up. We had to keep chasing them around to pull information out of them. Their communication is not good, after the sale is made.

My husband and I were shopping for a mattress that would provide comfort to our aging bones and muscles. We were helped by a young man named Julio who guided us through the features of an adjustable bed, never putting any pressure on us to choose a high end selection. Once our decision was made he guided us through the financial piece making it fit our needs. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and their sales rep Julio.

My dresser arrived and I am so happy with my selection. The driver and his helper were courteous, friendly and professional. They took steps to insure that the piece would fit and that no damage happened to the dresser or to my home(floor).

I definitely won’t be a returning customer. I had my reservations and wish I had listened to them. The disorganization and lack of accurate information was so hectic. Nobody provided the same information. Pick up is horrific, save time and shop elsewhere. It’s way better service with other companies.

Just a word on the quality of their products, We bought a secular 20 years and it is just a good as the first day we bought it and we have put it to use. We entered the store, walked around a bit and we're approached by Ben, who I'm sure is one of their top salespeople. He showed us around and took his time explaining the differences and benefits of various living room sets. We had originally planned on this being (only a looking visit), but we fell in love with one of their sets and with Ben's and his manager's help we walked away with a great deal and felt like we made a new friend. He pointed out in the direction of all of the different styles of furniture that they offered and then was on his way. He was very polite and professional that had my sister and I laughing within just a couple of minutes. needless to say, we ended up making a purchase that day. It was a very positive experience! There was no pressure to buy. Our experience was very organic. It felt so natural and comfortable. Long story short, I am now a customer of Ashley, not just a consumer.

I was approached by a worker Dre who asked and answered my questions with such respectful curtesy. The store manager Aaron made sure I was taking care of and that felt warmth by the staff really cared about the customers. After I found my furniture I was greeted with Tracie who handled the financial side and she took very good care of me. I appreciate all support I received today and will always get my furniture from Ashley furniture.

The experience at the store was great. Sales Rep was helpful and very friendly. However, the delivery experience was awful. This is now the second attempt to deliver a kitchen table and chairs scratched free. Was not successful at all. The furniture was taken off the truck unprotected and as you can see from the pictures, the chair has a small tear in it and several scratches, small nicks. The table and base has scratches and scuff marks all over it. Poor quality to say the least. Extremely frustrating when the delivery men laugh in your face as you try to voice your concerns. I have tried four times to speak to a representative from Ashley furniture regarding the delivery and issues with the delivery /furniture while being put on hold, keep getting disconnected. No one seems to want to rectify these issues. I shouldn’t have to pay for furniture that comes already scratched up and poorly put together.

Extremely disappointed. Delivery did not arrive until after 10PM. Table was damaged, cracked down the middle and one of the chairs is soiled with grease. The furniture was not covered in the truck. Driver took the table back. We still have chairs. STILL waiting on someone to respond on how to resolve. We expect a new table and replacement chair as soon as possible.

I felt that the salesman was honest

Sherry helped me choose and purchase THE perfect mattress. I have always had a hard time choosing one, but I explained to her my needs and the problems I have with the mattress I have now, and she immediately knew where to turn. She let me have all the time in the world to lay on three different mattresses and choose the one I like best. Because of her help and guidance, Ashley will be delivering to me my new mattress, and I am so excited. I am so ready for a good nights sleep with my new Estate queen mattress . I would recommend Sherry and Ashley Furniture a hundred times over! It was a delightful buying experience.

Zero stars. Worst experience ever!! Bought over $5k worth of furniture, paid for delivery to have a stained sectional couch and ottoman delivered. A ticket submitted by the driver was supposedly placed over a week ago to have it cleaned. We have heard from no one from Ashley’s regarding the matter. No one has reached out to clean the BRAND new highly priced couch! I repeat I have been waiting to hear from Ashley’s regarding getting NEW $5k plus furnisher CLEANED! Zero apologies, zero money back, and zero contact from Ashley’s. Purchasing from Ashley’s is a nightmare, will never do it again 😡😡😡😡

Asked for the manager at the blankenbaker location, however I was just tossed around to automated systems. Very disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture. We purchased a sidebar that was in perfect condition in the store, but when it was delivered, one of the doors was ripped off and hanging. It was clearly damaged during delivery, yet Ashley Furniture refused to fix or compensate us for the damage. We contacted the store multiple times, and each time we were told someone would call us back — no one ever did. Eventually, we received a generic email stating they wouldn’t help because it was a “final sale.” Again, the piece was not damaged at the time of purchase — it was damaged in their care during delivery. Now that we’ve posted a public review, they’re finally responding — but all they’re doing is asking us to call them, which we already did repeatedly, with no follow-up. It’s clear there was no intention to resolve this issue until it became public. In the end, we had to hire someone ourselves to fix the damage and pay out-of-pocket. At this point, the only fair resolution would be to issue us a Visa gift card to cover the cost of repairs. Disappointing customer service, lack of accountability, and no follow-through. We do not recommend buying from Ashley Furniture if you’re expecting reliable service or post-sale support. you are asking if you can resolve it now, but we have already been down that road and you refused so we had to hire it out to be fixed. If you really want to resolve this issue we would accept a $200 visa gift card to use anywhere - to cover the cost of getting this fixed since Ashley Furniture told us they would not take care of this. The furniture is nice but the service after the sale is lacking. You can’t call the store with issues only get directed to a call center who mostly don’t know any answers.

My visits to Ashley Furniture were blessed and supernatural. Sherry and Josh were the angels in disguise who assisted me. My circumstances limited my budget, but the furniture that I needed was essential to restoring my home following a house fire. The first time I visited Ashley, Sherry assisted me with viewing my options. She was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and treated me with respect in view of my circumstances. I didn’t attempt to buy that day, but knew I would return to Ashley to buy what I needed. When I returned, Josh came out of nowhere to assist me. He assessed my needs by asking me questions and actively listening to my responses. He used that professional skill to show me what Ashley had to offer. I was impressed! I had questions about what I wanted to buy. Josh answered all of my questions by allowing me to experience the comfort, appearance, durability, maintenance of my selections. Worst experience 😪.spent 5grand Manager ordered wrong bed and was a disaster from there. No communication was told one thing after another with broken promises. MADE 3 TRIPS TO STORE TO RESOLVE BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD CALL US OR SAY ANYTHING Had to make 3 trips to warehouse after being promised delivery and set up. Made payments on wrong orders and had to take off work. If you want to micro manage paid employees to do there job and do everything yourself for over priced particalboard. This is for you. Your warehouse people even had to apologize for several store transactions that they encountered with concern. They did their job and apologize for store not doing theirs.

Great customer service in store. However, we were not told the set that we purchased could take weeks to be delivered. I called today and was told that they would give us a weeks notice, as in they have no idea when it would get delivered!! I wish we had been informed about this when we bought it and said we wanted it delivered!!

I was looking for a sofa and Josh directed me to check the outlet items first. I found exactly what I needed and saved quite a bit by taking advantage of the outlet area. He could have easily started showing me more expensive items first. I appreciated his help and was excited to find a sofa I love at a great price.

The sales staff were very informative and helpful, but I felt the 80% off anniversary sale was misleading... i was going to spend about $1,000-1,500 and that qualified for a 10% discount... I had to spend $1,900+ to get a 15% discount... Lord knows what I would have to spend to get 80%! I asked if clearance items were 80% off and I was told prices were in red. Most of what I found (scratched and broken) were about 20% off regular price. I left and went elsewhere.

Josh is INCREDIBLE! His super knowledgeable and friendly, and gave incredible design ideas. I highly recommend asking for Josh if you are in store, he made this process so much fun!

Product may be nice! But you can not talk to anyone on the delivery side of things. I was told my product would be here between 7 to 9 am. The AI is saying 2:11 pm. The other AI is saying 4:15 to 7:15 pm. How can you plan your day with that kind of information. A person has to take the whole day off work. They need to get a handle on customer service before it ends up in India.

Not sure why I need to give them a one star. Worst service ever. Our bedroom suit delivered with no bed slats been trying to get this taken care of. Was told they were taking care of this and someone would be out today between 1 and 4pm. No show again. Do not buy from this company it's a joke 😒

My husband and I walked into this Jtown Ashley last night and had a pleasant experience. We needed to see almost everything regarding furniture for multiple rooms. The sales person, Kevin, approached us, gave us an explanation of the store and let us look at everything without hovering. He was around for questions when we were ready. The store has a large selection for just about everything, even outdoor furniture. We're already making plans to shop more for the rest of our rooms. Had a good experience with Jacob at the Ashley Outlet. He was not pushy and was very informative. One thing that would have helped my experience was for any salesperson to acknowledge me when I entered the store. I stopped at a dining room table, where 6 salespeople/staff were sitting and told them I had a question. Jacob got up and offered to help. I had walked thru the entire store and passed at least 3 salespeople, besides those at the table. Everything worked out, however I think a greeting upon entering the store is nice.

First, the store was really nice with a great selection but I felt like I was at a used car lot with someone at the door ready to pounce but that is what it is. She was nice and did not hover and explained the sales and checked on me periodically so that was good. I came looking for a lamp my wife had seen online and we were hoping to get right then and not having to wait for shipping and worrying about porch pirates or shipping damage. We wanted a physical store to deal with. That'd not matter as they would have to order and ship to me anyway. They said they would match Ashley's online price but not Amazon or Target which would ship to the store next to me for $13 cheaper and free shipping. The salesperson said they could not go that low even though Amazon's regular price is $7 less than the $49.99 price that was matched. She assumed that if there was something wrong or my wife did not like it when she saw it in person we could bring it back for a refund or they would order another one if damaged in shipping or in assembly. I did not like it but they had already ran my card when I saw that Target would ship to the store. When she took down my info on her phone she got my address wrong missing a letter in the street name. She corrected my information but it was still wrong on the shipping address and could not fix it. Another woman told her to send an email to someone to fix it. That left me uneasy. She also could not tell me the date it would arrive, a few days if in stock. That is not good enough. Amazon would arrive on 2/1 and Target on 1/31. It is an Ashley product you should be able to give an exact date as well. Also, when ordering she had it as two instead of 1 lamp when she gave me the pad to sign and that had to be corrected. This process took a while and made you appreciate online shopping. She said we are used to selling a set of two which is probably the original price and the reason she said she could not match the other price. I am now hoping that it arrives by the weekend and is in good shape. But who knows when it will show up. I don't. I left feeling played, stupid and full of trepidation not happy and excited but as long as it gets here in a timely manner, in good shape and my wife likes it that is all that matters. We are looking for new living room and bedroom furniture and we will see how this goes before considering Ashley furniture for these larger purchases.

I went in the store today to see if they had shelves I found online. They did not however, they matched the price online and helped me order them and get a delivery in place. Everything went well on this visit.

Great place and really helpful team, my credit needed some help to say the least but the acima representative Tracie helped me out to get the dresser I've wanted for a couple of months now.

Julio provided excellent customer service. They had the bed I wanted. Just wish it didn't take 4-6 weeks to get it.

Google took me to the other side of the building. Before heading that way, I text as asked saying I was heading that way to “minimize wait time” and when I arrived I text again. I was there 30 minutes and nothing… went knocking on doors and someone told me they were on the other side of the building. I went to that side and went inside. Lady at the desk said oh ya those texts are going to someone in a different state they have nothing to do with us we didn’t know you were here…. I said so that’s a problem it shouldn’t be that way and she just agreed. After waiting longer for 2 people in front of me I got my item which I found was damaged upon opening. For the prices they charge for their furniture they should improve a LOT of their business processes.

Bryant helped me in getting exactly what I wanted and he did not push me to get things I did not need or want. He was knowledgeable and professional. He helped me to explore all of my options and it did not take all day to do it! I highly recommend this store for your furniture needs.

Very unhelpful staff

The third trip was the one where I walked out with a purchase. Josh was great to work with days 2 & 3. Ashley has a wide variety as a whole. I have more positive things to say than negative. My personal preference for looking for any high ticket item is “leave me alone so I can look.” You know…it is that feeling when you go buy a car….you know the one; I don’t need to explain any further. A salesman that can’t read social cues (or chooses not to read them) is just not a good match for me. So, if you decide to go, ask for Josh. He respected that! I was not sure what I wanted to the office space I was creating. He wasn’t pushy and that was what made me come back for the third look.

Our sales rep was great. The process was easy and we are very excited about our purchases.

I will just start this off by reminding anyone looking to buy furniture, this is NOT the only Ashley store in the area. I would urge you to visit a different one. When we first came into the store we were approached by Josh who seemed eager to help us. My wife and I already had what we wanted picked out which should make his job much easier. We explained to him that we're closing on a new home and we're looking to place an order of furniture for the new home. The new home is in SC and this was also explained to him. We just wanted to verify some things and get eyes on a few pieces (specifically couch set) and would be back to place our order once we closed on our home. Upon returning to the store we met with Josh yet again where we began working in the order. At the point of being ready to place the order Josh decides to tell us that they cannot ship to SC because Ashley stores are regionally aligned and can only ship from warehouses within their region. At this point we should've just left but after being there for nearly 3 hours it felt like we would be wasting a ton of time if we did. At this point we ask about purchasing the things we can pick up from their warehouse locally to at least get some of the items and since Josh has spent so much time working with us we were trying to at least buy something from him. Another mistake on our part. After some work Josh gives us a list of what can be picked up from their warehouse. I confirmed with him multiple times that I can be at the warehouse at 0900 the next day to pickup the items and he verified that was correct. We place the order and leave. The next day I arrive to the warehouse to pickup yhe items and am told that only 1 item on the entire is in stock and can be picked up. I was baffled. After some discussion with the ladies at the pickup office (they were amazing by the way), I was informed that I was misinformed about how order pickups are done (She was being nice and trying to not say that I was LIED to but it was clear that what she meant). Apparently, when you order with Ashley and are picking it up yourself the warehouse requests your items from their manufacturers and once they arrive they contact you for the pickup (these items are not just sitting at the warehouse waiting for purchase). The ladies were able to move some stuff around and pull from other orders that were waiting on pieces that have to arrived yet to get me most of mine. Being still short a few items I took what I could get and left. We have made multiple attempts to reach back out to the store and been ignored, given the run around by other employees and just straight avoided. Since we're moving out state and leaving the day after our order was picked up we weren't exactly able to go back in store to corner Josh about his lies which has resulted in me just writing this review. We have also called Ashley directly and were advised to go into the store or call the store which has been unsuccessful on both accounts. I would avoid this store and specifically not buy through Josh. He will lie to you and then do his best to ignore you and not own up to anything once he gets the sale he is after. Hopefully this will help others avoid the disaster in the future.

Josh and manager was great to work with. I was tired, had been to several places and they were patient, showed me different options and were not pushy at all. Awesome experience! Thank you! Now can’t wait for new sofa/ottomon!

We love the furniture but when it was delivered a few pieces were broken and busted. They are replacing the pieces but we can’t put everything together and put things back in our drawers.

Easy transaction, quality product. Very helpful sales associate. I was a little disappointed with the delivery cost, and the extended protection plan cost as compared to other retailers. Overall I’m happy with my experience.

Terrance Johnson was helpful and efficient. This was the second time I came in the store in4 months. Both times he was the sales rep who greeted me. Our purchase was finalized in minutes with his help. I wish every buying experience was that smooth.

I had a great experience at Ashley. Bryant was very helpful. Through no fault of his own, there were a couple of technical issues and he worked hard at sorting them out. Shane, the manager, was also extremely helpful. They both made the process easy.

I purchased a bedroom set, dining set, and sofa from Ashley in October. I am loving all of the pieces I got so far. Catherine was the one to help me throughout the process and she was the BIGGEST help. She ensured that I was getting the best deal possible through their promotion which was obviously much appreciated. She is very knowledgeable about her job and proved so by helping to fix an error another rep had made which would have costed me about $500 in excess of what I should have paid when adding pieces to an existing order. I would strongly recommend her to anyone shopping at this location!

Worst experience in a purchase i have ever in my life had. Purchased over 4k in furniture. The bed i got was to high so I requested to exchange it. Long process, then when I got the one that was supposed to be lower they didn't order the right box set so it was just as high as the first. Another long process to correct. When I did get the proper box for the bed. The legs of the slacks were not attached properly so a few days after at 2 am in the morning the bed collapsed as the legs fell n snapped the slacks with my husband and I hitting the floor and my head. As of now my mattress n box are on the floor . Which I'm sure will be another long process without compensation for all my inconvenience. Don't buy from here or use their financing. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer care. NEVER EVER AGAIN . I'LL GO TO A NON NAME BRAND STORE BEFORE EVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

We already had in mind the dining set we wanted. Sherri was our salesperson and took us straight to the item. No upsales, no pressure and gave us a bit of a discount. It was a pleasure and a good experience dealing with Sherri.

We came in for pillows, but will definitely be back whenever we need furniture. Brandt was AMAZING, and naturally so polite and kind to my mother. Not pushy, just incredibly helpful! Excellent work and you’re lucky to have him on the team. We were both really impressed!
