I was in the store and saw a desk that Ashley had listed with a retail price of $599.99. The floor model was priced at $390.99. It was not damaged at all so we purchased it. I returned home and found it online on their website for $329.99. I contacted them and was told that they would not accept it as a return, they would not do a price match or refund me the difference. I will never set foot in their stores again and I will advise anyone who asks to shop for furniture elsewhere. This is the most shoddy business practice I have ever encountered. Were I able to give this company zero stars I would not hesitate to do so.
