After dealing with the warranty company for a few weeks regarding a repair on our sofa without success, they decided to replace the sofa instead of repair. The Sales Representative, Ryan Stoker, went above and beyond in making sure our replacement was delivered in a very timely manner. There was also an issue with the debit card from the warranty company and he worked diligently to get the issue resolved so the payment could go through quickly causing our delivery to be expedited.
