The sales person was great but I won’t be shopping here again due to the fact that they don’t have OWNED delivery and the fee was $359 for a 3rd party delivery which is about 5 times what I paid for a local store. Also, the store feels like a warehouse which is completely different from years past. Lastly, it felt like I was online shopping in a brick and mortar store which defeats the purpose. I want to stress that the employees were welcoming and courteous. I can’t recommend Ashley Furniture:(

My first furniture buy at Ashley was 35 yrs ago. My living room suit lasted 35 yrs without any issues it was time for a change . I stopped back at Ashley for another go around. Prices were better than many other Lexington Furniture Stores. ASHLEY Wasn't in but Jenny was and Jenny took care of us. Thank You Jenny.

Went into the store to look at furniture and was not even greated by the staff. They greated other people that were next to us but ignored us which prompted us to leave. If you are a person of color, I recommend you take business elsewhere.

Came to buy a bookshelf the online store said they have. They had no bookshelves in stock. To top it off a sharp hook on their front door ripped a hole in my 150 dollar Ralph Lauren button up and ruined it.

Needed a couch, went in and bought it. Kyle was very friendly and helpful. 10/10.

We worked with Chris to eventually make our purchase. It really was a low-stress process. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable after several changes of mind. Chis answered all our question along with another employee who helped while Chris attended to another customer upon our second visit. We knew exactly what we were buying. Delivery expected in two weeks. That’s better than we had hoped.

We walked in and were not greeted. We saw at least employees not doing anything; both of which gave us looks like we were in the wrong place. We went back and tested out several beds and saw other employees. No one said a word to us the entire time.

Wonderful experience at the Ashley store in Lexington KY. My salesman was Walt Cavitt and he was excellent! Very easy to talk to. He was very honest about everything I ask him. I had done a lot of research before going shopping and not one time did he tell me anything that wasn't true. I bought my couch and chairs on my first visit even though that wasn't the plan. Excellent experience all around.

Sales Associate, Nick, was great. However, it has been a nightmare trying to get my credit from the warranty claim. I made a claim on a broken recliner, technician comes to my house and checks the recliner. I get an email stating the recliner cannot be fixed and I would get a credit towards a replacement. I then get an email from Nicole Jones with ASHLEY FURNITURE that says to go to the store and pick out a replacement. The claim info was in the email for the store to process the credit. We go and pick out a replacement, but the store cannot find my claim. I spend two hours in the store while they search for my claim. I shared the email with them, the claim number, the PO number, etc. I eventually had to leave the store. They said they would figure it out and resolve the issue. 3 days later and still nothing. I called Ashley Furniture corporate and they can’t find the claim….and had to open a report to review my request which is supposed to take another 3 days. They asked me to call GBS Protectall warranty company and verify the claim number, which I did. Still nothing. I would really like to purchase this replacement recliner so that we have a working recliner. That’s why I paid $300 for the warranty! I have purchased several prices of furniture from Ashley, and I am worried about my future purchases/warranties.

Nice selection & decent prices. Nick was super helpful & an all around great guy. My only issue is, we bought an item that was discontinued & was never told until I contacted the store 2 weeks later. So, they made us a good deal on the display model & after another week, tried to deliver the wrong item. I'm still waiting to hear back about the item I bought. Store and delivery team are two different entities and as the way things are these days, one doesn't have a clue what the other is doing, meanwhile, the customer is in limbo....

We have always bought our furniture from Ashley. The first time we purchased from them was 2005 and still have the pieces and they are still in great shape so anytime we want to change something they are our only choice. They have a great selection and the staff are wonderful. Brian Watkins was our guy this time and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient while we made multiple changes to what we wanted. Great experience at Ashley working with Robert. The Process of buying a new sofa and chair was quick and easy. Quick delivery as well.

The delivery experience was good. They had to remove our door to place the refrigerator into our house. They had a difficult time getting the door back on and caused some minor cosmetic damage that they did not disclose to us prior to leaving.

Rob Hardin done a phenomenal job helping find exactly what we were looking for without breaking the bank and keeping the color and size of our home in consideration! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Horrible experience This review could go on and on but I’ll be brief The wrong item was shipped to my home. I caught the mistake and called Ashley I was told that I signed for it so it’s mine. Some say Ashley has fair prices but when you buy trash from rude people you shouldn’t pay much. Shop around and look for customer service and quality products * UPDATE * after this post Ashley contacted me. After several days of emailing back and forth they decided that I couldn’t prove that the mattress the sales rep showed me was not the same as the one that was delivered so they dropped the case. This level of customer service is insane. I would like to know how this company stays in business. The reply back even says that they know how frustrating it is when the wrong item is shipped and they are the ones who shipped the wrong item

Greedy people opening during terrible weather. Shame on the owners of this place. You know where I want to go when the roads and everything have 2 inches of ice.... Furniture shopping... I will never shop here ever. Greed > safety of its employees.

Today is January 23, 2026. I placed an order on May 12, 2025 and still have no received 2 of my nightstands and can not get any help getting the issue resolved. I have reached out to the in-store salesman I worked with and called several times and even did an online chat. I ordered over $30,000 worth of furniture with Ashley and have had horrible customer service and delivery. Not to mention that the delivery team that was supposed to be at my house at 9am for the delivery didn't show up until after 11pm and didn't get done unloading and setting up this $30K worth of furniture up until after 3am. The 2 guys that delivered the furniture were great BUT to show up at 11PM and stay until after 3AM, I took off work and waited around on them all day at our new house with the only form of communicate and updates was when I CALLED THEM to check on their whereabouts plus I had my 5 kids with me and then had to commute back to our old house a hour away at 3AM, ridiculous to say the least. Plus, they kept delaying my order from end of July until the beginning of August and then finally got a delivery at the end of August minus the 2 nightstands that I still have not received. Then I have continued to have a horrible experience trying to get the 2 nightstands I ordered and paid for by check in store, time of purchase they have still not been delivered or refunded nor has anymore from Ashley tried reaching out to me to get this issue resolved. I am highly disappointed and just want a full refund of the 2 nightstands I bought and still have not received. I know all customers are just as important but you would think if a customer spent over $30K with you then they would be made some type of priority. I am not one to leave reviews as we own a business ourselves and know things happen and I always want to show grace and that is why I didn't leave a review after the delivery issue in August and all the delays leading up to the delivery but now that 8 months have passed and I still have not received the 2 nightstands or a refund I figure this was my only way left of trying to get this issue resolved!!

It was very busy in the store. We were approached by a gentleman named Rob. He greeted us and gave up time to look around for a while. He came back to us after we found a dining table we saw somewhere else. He said they could price match the set to a competitor. I never knew that was possible. He helped explain different brands that other stores carried. He was very informative and look forward to coming back to see him again.

My husband, son and I spent less than 5 min in the store. We were approached by an associate, who introduced himself as Rob (I believe was his name). He asked if he could help us find anything, and I replied, "no thank you, we are just looking. " His response was "does no one want to buy any furniture today?? You're like the tenth people to say that today. " Then he asked if we wanted to know where the "best" stuff was and started to lead us toward a section of the store, when I replied, "You know, I think we are good to just look around on our own." He turned around, rolled his eyes and said "okay." When my husband called him out on his bad attitude, he turned it around and said my husband had an attitude. When we come to shop, we like to look at all of our options. We do not want to be followed and badgered. We are capable of finding an associate if we have questions. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but that was very poor customer service.

If I could leave a zero, I would. Had a great experience in store. Salesman was very nice & promised that we would get a $850 protection plan for free! Ended up that when we got our receipt, we had paid an extra $850 for the plan, that Ashely had to refund & then we lost the protection plan after promised that we would receive it for FREE!! I will never give Ashely my business again. It’s dirty to promise someone something, then do the complete opposite. Update on my refund - the service team has withheld our refund for the last 2 weeks and continues to say it will be three business days to receive the refund. It has now been 10 business days with several calls to Ashley to fix this issue. It has still not been fixed. Asked to speak to a manager and cannot be transferred because they state they don’t have a manager. Ashley is a scam!!!

Ashley’s has always been great to us in the past and most recently. Gave us time to shop and was very helpful when we had located what we were looking for. Always able to answer our questions and find just what we are looking for. Our most recent purchase, Rob Hardin was terrific. I didn't even want to give 1 star but this would not post unless i did. They were quick to sell a great set of furniture but waited we for 7 weeks to get it and then the sofa was missing 2 cushions (middle back and end seat) and have yet to receive them. No one is quick to fix this issue. Also, the cushions we did receive were either on the floor of the truck or on the ground and were filthy - we did not notice this until they were long gone. Fortunately, the cushion covers were easily laundered but the fact that we paid $3000 for the living room set and were dirty was beyond disappointing added to the fact we can't get our missing cushions. Oh we'll get a response to call the corporate # to fix this but considering i have called that number NUMEROUS times and talked to MULTIPLE people, no one cand do a thing...but they sure could cash that $3000 check before we even left the store on Nov 7th.

Quite possibly one of the most frustrating purchases we have ever made. Our salesperson and in person experience was great, however, anything beyond that was useless. The White Glove Delivery service was an absolute nightmare. Our furniture was put together incorrectly and wrong screws were used causing damage to the bed, which in return caused us to call Ashley's several times. The customer service rep had "scheduled" a tech to come out TWICE. The first time, they had cancelled all routes without letting us know. I was very understanding when I shouldn't have been and they couldn't get us in for 2 more weeks after that. What do you know? The same thing happened AGAIN. We spent several thousands of dollars in furniture just to not be able to use it. "I understand your frustration" can only go so far. I don't usually leave reviews, but this prolonged process has been absolutely ridiculous. From the delivery team to customer service, the process has been unprofessional and unhelpful.

Went shopping for new living room furniture and found exactly what we needed at a nice price. Michael took great care of us and answered all of our questions.

Every shopping experience I have had at this Ashley furniture location has been wonderful! The staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They care about what I am shopping for and what style I prefer and even take time to show me accessories to accompany my furniture choices. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for home furniture - the prices are reasonable, and they have a great selection of everything for every room in your home and high-quality outdoor patio furniture as well. Oh, and they have the MOST comfortable bed selection! It’s the only place I shop for beds and furniture!

Rob is knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Ashley is blessed to have such a patient, dedicated employee.

Don’t ever purchase anything from this company ever. This is not particular to this store. This is just my local store. I purchased a couch. It was the wrong orientation. I specifically ordered Ashley because I could return it, they won’t accept the return because I got a white glove delivery. Then they did decide that they would accept a partial return of the items that I needed exchanged except they wouldn’t exchange it. I called to order the new parts and they said that’s not an option so they were just going to come and pick up part of my order without being able to replace it. And then I canceled my delivery driver because they haven’t processed my request for a full return and then I still got a text saying that my delivery driver was on the way with no way to contact them because they’re closed right now. They literally tried to scam me and it’s impossible to get in contact with anyone who actually works at Ashley. I am horrified at how disgustingly run this company is.

I ordered a table, and they delivered it with damaged corners. I refused to accept it, and the delivery guys took it back and told me that this wasn’t the first time it had happened. The next day, I called to cancel the purchase. I talked for 30 minutes, and they told me to wait for an email. I never received it. Then I called two more times — nothing. I went to the store, and they just gave me a screenshot from their computer showing that they supposedly refunded me the same day. I never got the money. I’ve just opened a dispute with the bank. And they delivered table in a blanket 🤦🏻‍♀️

My wife and I wanted to upgrade to get a more comfortable couch. Kyle was our salesman and the time and effort he put in was amazing. He was full of energy which I love and helped us find the perfect couch. Ask for Kyle once you get there!!!

We had a great experience 3 months ago in purchasing 2 couches. We just went back and bought my daughter a sectional couch. Purchasing was easy and it looks like they have it in stock. Just waiting to find out when it can be delivered.

Paid nearly $1200 for a motorized recliner for a friend dying of cancer. It broke (a bracket that connects to a motor). After over a month Ashley continues to pass the buck on fixing or replacing it. Now my friend is very sick and in pain with little time left and is stuck on the couch while the chair remains broken. Last week I reached a store manager since the warranty and repair routes were unsuccessful and he said the situation was unacceptable and he would elevate the issue but no one has contacted us. Today I reached the local store (where I previously talked to the manager) and while explaining that my friend was literally dying while we were trying to deal with this he cut me off, said that wasnt something he dealt with, and ended the call. I'm beyond upset with this company.

I called 10/20 to see what the delivery window was and was told they didn’t have me scheduled for 10/21. So we rescheduled for 10/23 3:45-5:45. They finally arrived at 8:10 pm. The drivers were fantastic!

I love Ashley furniture! I shop other stores but ALWAYS end up buying from Ashley. I went looking for something very specific and came out finding the perfect pieces. Ryan, the associate I worked with, was very helpful. He checked on me periodically, allowed me to peruse at my leisure without harassment! But was always available if I had questions. He was transparent about sale/purchase information, which made my buying experience quick and easy. Would 100% recommend!

I needed to get a power recliner on a medium budget by the end of the day as a birthday gift to my 93 year old grandmother. Nicholas made that happen by checking all the inventory on the sales floor and letting me know they had a handful of power recliners in my budget. Ended up getting a brand new one that has only been in the store for 2 weeks, with a steep discounted price of almost 50% off. If your looking for new furniture, shop here and make sure you get Nicholas to help you. Very respectful and extremely helpful gentleman.

I visited the Ashley store in August to upgrade from a queen to a king-size bed. I considered replacing my entire bedroom set but wasn’t sure. The salesperson was kind and patient, and I appreciated being able to take time to decide. I purchased a bed frame and a Tempur-Pedic mattress—which I love. Since I chose not to replace the whole bedroom set, I also ordered a new dinette set: a table, four chairs, and a bench. The in-store experience was great. Delivery came about three weeks later. The bed and mattress were perfect. But the dinette set had issues: one bench leg had a crack (looked like it had been dropped), two chairs had chips, and the table leg was scratched. I tried explaining this to the delivery drivers, but they didn’t seem to understand due to a language barrier. I called the store to ask whether I should refuse the entire dinette set or just the damaged items. They told me to refuse the whole set, so I agreed. Then one of the drivers handed me his phone without saying anything. On the line was a man who said he was the warehouse manager. I explained the damage, and he said he saw the photos but couldn’t clearly see the issues. I told him the store advised me to refuse the delivery. He insisted it wasn’t necessary and offered to send replacement parts instead. A woman joined the call and confirmed they’d ship a new table leg and deliver a new bench and chairs, installing the leg during that visit. They reassured me this was the best option, especially since I’d already gotten rid of my old dinette set. I reluctantly agreed. That was September 3. Fast forward to September 15—I hadn’t heard anything. I called the store but was routed to a call center. I spent over 36 minutes on the phone explaining everything. Sierra from the call center told me there were no replacement items being sent and no notes on my account about any of this. No record of the promises made. I was told they wouldn’t honor what the warehouse manager said and that I’d need to file a damage claim through a separate number. This was incredibly frustrating. If you're ordering furniture for delivery, inspect everything thoroughly. Take your own photos of any damage. Don’t rely on the delivery team. Refuse the entire delivery if anything is wrong. Do not sign for anything unless it’s 100% satisfactory. If the drivers call their supervisor, don’t accept any verbal promises—refuse the delivery. Once you sign on their device, you’re stuck. It’s unacceptable for a company to have delivery staff who can’t communicate, and even worse to have warehouse staff make promises they won’t honor. The man and woman I spoke to outright lied. Ashley claims calls are recorded—I hope they review mine and hear exactly what was promised just to get me to accept damaged items.

If I could give a zero I would. Went into the store on a Saturday it was completely empty. May I also state. I was not greeted, nor provided any type of assistance. 3-4 people (workers) standing around talking and ignored me entirely. However, another customer with a different appearance came in shortly after me, and he definitely was greeted and provided with assistance. I suppose I didn’t look like the average shopper. Needless to say, I had a whole different experience six years ago and hoped to return to furnish my new home with different furniture. Haverty's is right down the was way nicer and greeted me with a smile and Very knowledgeable of their products and WILLING to help. They may not have had the set I wanted but I found me a nice chair for now!! Ashley’s do better.. you certainly lost a customer here!

Was at Ashley Furniture for 15 minutes purchased 2 outdoor chairs. One we took from stock there and one to be delivered. The gentleman was very nice and even carried it to the truck and put it in. We were so pleased with how quickly and with exceptional kindness he treated us.

My experience with the salesman was ok. The price was WAY out of my range. Delivery day came, I opted in for the bed removal service. The guys said they did the job, and my elderly mother looks on the deck to find the old mattress, already wrapped with the plastic mind you!! Then the customer service over the phone says since they marked it as complete, they will not come back to get the mattress. Those boys literally ran out of my mom’s house and did not look on the deck and they told the store the mattress had stains?!? No, that mattress looked brand new and was already wrapped, all they had to do was take it!! Absolutely ridiculous! I am so heated over this because it was for my elderly mother and I so want to do what I need to I would even go as far as talking to a lawyer. But, is it really worth the time? No, people like that are not worth my time and energy! My husband and I will take it to the junkyard like we originally planned. Why let someone get me so heated? My blood does boil but I’m going to let this one go!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but our experience with Ashley Furniture has been so disappointing that I feel it’s important to share in detail so other customers can make an informed decision. We purchased a dining table from this store Ashley Furniture store on 8/1/25 trusting the brand’s reputation for quality. Unfortunately, our experience quickly became one of the most frustrating retail situations we’ve ever faced. The table arrived damaged and in the wrong color — we ordered black, but received something entirely different. To make matters worse, the delivery driver was rude, unprofessional, and visibly upset, making the entire delivery experience uncomfortable. Just a few days later, we saw the same table marked down from $899 to $499 — a $400 price drop almost immediately after we purchased it. This alone felt like a huge slap in the face, especially after receiving an incorrect and damaged product. When we contacted the store for help, we asked for the correct color (black) and, if unavailable, to explore other similar options. Instead, we were told no changes could be made because we “signed the contract” — a policy that was never explained to us at the time of purchase. Neither the salesperson nor management mentioned an “all sales are final” clause, and had we known, we would have been far more cautious. This lack of disclosure left us at a complete disadvantage. I even reached to their CEO and got the same response. We didn’t want anything extra. Just wanted to exchange the table for the right color. The overall message we received was: once they have your signature, your satisfaction no longer matters. There was no real effort to make things right, and the dismissive tone only added to the frustration. Between the wrong product, visible damage, unprofessional delivery, massive price drop, undisclosed policy, and lack of genuine customer service, this has been the single worst buying experience we’ve ever had. We trusted Ashley Furniture to deliver quality and fairness, and instead we were left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. I’m sharing this so others know to get every promise in writing, ask about every policy before signing, and be prepared that if something goes wrong, the store may hide behind fine print instead of standing by their customers. This is not the kind of service one expects from a company with Ashley’s national reputation. We will decimating our experience as much as possible on the different platforms so more consumers do not fall into this position. We are also seeking legal advice on this because this corporations can not keep taking advantage of the costumers.

I'm purchased item on July 16 and you are delivered on July 24 on damage item I am call customer service they give me a date on July 31 some person call me on July 30 and said to me we don't have a stock please wait 1 week she give me a date August 7 and I am waiting until august 7 they delivered August 7 when assembly on table delivery people found manufacture defects and they call your warehouse ( Ashley store warehouse) who speak he tell me I am a manager your item delivery tomorrow between 9 to 2 pm and some one call me on August 8 they told me unable to deliver today I am confirmed 11 am to 3 pm but they deliver at around 5 pm but again same problem manufacture defects pick up your item refund my money

Love the sofa, was missing throw pillows so I called 3 different times. First call was on the same day as delivery her computer was down said she would call me back next day at 10:00. Never called. Put in call around noon the girl took my information again and put me on hold. Just to be disconnect. Called a to third time. Girl was really nice didn't give me her name when I asked so I could give her a review. She was very kind and said she ordered them and I should receive them on 7 to 10 days. Hopefully I will so I don't have to call again.

The sales team at the Lexington location were great very likable. That said Ashley Furniture Corporate Customer Service were terrible rude and not properly trained. I ordered a couch ottoman and rug that was displayed with the furniture. Received couch an ottoman 3 weeks later an told rug was late. Two more weeks and I get a call to schedule delivery of my furniture which I advised was already delivered. Inquired about rug an was informed it was discontinued!!! Told I would need to pick a new rug at the location of purchase or request refund. This was a Tuesday. Received three more calls to schedule delivery of my furniture and once I informed them I had furniture but needed new rug they couldn't tell me any new information or why I was receiving calls each day to deliver furniture I just needed to go to store of purchase and pick out a new rug. On the following Sunday I went to purchase location Ashley Furniture Lexington to pick out a new rug and was told my order had been cancelled and cost of rug refunded further that ticket was closed. I said why was it closed out, sales person advised it was originally set to replace but when you didn't replace rug, order was cancelled and ticket closed!!! I was given less than a week to go to store and pick out a replacement rug after waiting 6 weeks for my original rug only to find out it was discontinued. One customer service agent even hung up on me when I was asking for a resolution on why I keep getting calls to schedule delivery which was unnecessarily very rude. Unfortunately I would advise not to go to Ashley Furniture due to their terrible rude customer service poorly trained staff and general lack of knowledge of what's even going on. No excuse to be that rude to customer and not a way to get repeat customers. Thank goodness my experience was only a rug and not a more expensive purchase like couch or bedroom suite. Save yourself the headache just shop elsewhere.

We went shopping for a new sofa, thinking that it may take all day and several stores to find the one that would meet our wants and desires. We were greeted by Zach, who asked us what we were looking for, and patiently listened as we spelled out our list. He led us back to one couch, then another and we bought it along with a love seat! I would Never purchase furniture here again. Once you buy it you own it. I wish I would have read the numerous bad reviews on line about the Store before I purchased here but I don’t think about doing that for furniture. There are too many other good options across Lexington. I would not recommend any friends or colleagues ever purchase at Ashley. They also won’t honor discounts that come out once the furniture is delivered. Even if that delivery is the next day. The hope is they go out of business soon.

I had a vision in my head, for what I wanted for my new living room. I chose Ashley because they offered the colors I was looking for. When we entered, we were greeted by Rob. He was friendly and warm. He allowed us space to shop and options that definitely changed my ultimate decision. I found a beautiful sofa, as did my mother. We both left the store extremely happy. I will definitely be back, should we need anything else.

Just to make it clear the sales personal and management they are awesome dont get confused on my comment/ rating they are so nice and kind they make the difference at the lexington store but here we go the product and customer service they sucks like on any possible way. m My wife and I we got new furniture for entire new house so we spent so much money they scheduled on the beginning one trip we got a call they divided into 2 separate deliveries we'll from 2 to a 10 deliveries if im not missing one the delivery contractors they suck not trained at all they dont know what pc goes with what pc they always on a rush, and the furniture whit damages missing screws not installed correctly not one the intere 10 deliveries i ask please do it correctly i offered my tools for better outcome nope they dont care about it they scratch my walls pc of drywall come off the door jams all scratched the intere room set was incomplete with scratches missing parts the customer care lol they are a joke I ask for a supervisor they said we'll is gonna be 24 to 48 to get a call back 😂😂I got call literally a month ago half i ask to return the items nope they said they cant take it back i ask for them to come to pick the entire order and ask for refund my purchase they said cant do that so instead they send you new furniture been patched from previous scratches so believe or not they sale second hand furniture they easy way or nice way to out it bc they send their technician lol 😂 to fix the scratches the supervisor Angela Jones shes a joke literally yesterday was the last delivery for us and still was incorrect they send a different couch sofa looks similar but different frame or quality is made this purchase in April 3 months in so I put it this way the salesman and management they are super nice they sale you a dream a different experience/ expectations but the reality is far away from that so do I recomend this ashley or any other ashley furniture to someone nope please dont go there or any ashley store for the love of God to to you local furniture store the little guys not big name they do 100% better than ashley furniture if I count the days I took off for them to delivery my furniture and for the technician to schedule his dates only on Fridays bc hes time is more value then yours 😂😂 the money I waisted on this place my wife told the manager im gonna tell everyone who is at the store right now that how awful is to buy here he felt treated so he said if you do that will ask you to leave for saying the truth about our experience with ashley furniture

We had a terrible shopping experience at Ashley Furniture in Lexington, KY. We bought a new mattress and platform. The mattress we tried out in the showroom was a firm mattress with reinforced sides. The mattress that showed up at our house was a soft mattress with no reinforced sides. We immediately called Ashley and told them the situation and they said they would not take it back and exchange it for the correct mattress. The store was quite dismissive. We recently moved into a new home and were planning to buy quite a bit of furniture through Ashley - and the sales person knew that. We will never shop at Ashley again. Extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers when there is an issue with a purchase. In the picture you can see how I sink down into the mattress and how the side oozes out.

My husband and I just bought our first home and we wanted to upgrade our living room couch! We walked into Ashley Furniture and was kindly greeted by Jenny! She was incredible help, she gave us space to roam but popped in to help answer all the questions we had, especially for a larger expensed purchase. We weren’t quite sure on measurements but she helped us look at photos of our home and was honest with us on what she felt was best! She truly was a delight to work with and we can’t wait to get our new couch delivered and set up by their team!

The delivery staff was courteous and efficient. They worked quickly and asked where I wanted the furniture placed in my home. The staff took photos when finished and asked for my signature upon completion.

I found a couch I loved and decided to give Ashley another chance, despite a previous bad experience where I was sold a protection plan for a discontinued couch. I wasn’t able to use the coverage because replacement parts weren’t available—and I had only owned the couch for a year before it started piling so bad - the protection plan was a complete waste of money. This time, I purchased a sofa and couch set I was told was a new item. They were running a great sale, and I was assured the set was in stock and would be delivered in 2–3 weeks. After waiting three weeks, I was notified—just two days before delivery—that the item wasn’t in stock and won’t be delivered for another six eight weeks. There continues to be a lack of transparency about item availability, and no effort is ever made to offer compensation for the inconvenience. Very frustrating experience. I will be looking for another piece of furniture in the meantime and potentially cancel my order.

Purchased what I thought was a decent looking dresser online for a fair price, got a pile of wood that includes nails , and no instructions whatsoever, called customer service to return and I have to wait 3/5!days for someone to get back with me, huge disappointment- texted the number here that was in response to my review, nothing as of yet, I will update with a photo later so anyone else who thinks about buying will see what they are in for, instructions would have been helpful

Bryan helped us find the perfect mattress with out being pushy. When we settled on the correct one, he went above and beyond to make sure we added the correct bedroom suit even if came from another store. Ultimately, he was able to get us everything we wanted at 85 percent of what it would have cost to piecemeal it together from several stores. If you visit Ashley, the salespeople are the difference vs the competition.

I was lied to in the building the day we purchased the chair. I was lied to about delivery. I was given a delivery date and then they canceled it. Chair was purchased on 2/14/25 and I didn’t receive it until 04/30/25.. with very little communication. Next time I shop for furniture it won’t be with Ashley.

Since I pride myself in having a 3 digit IQ, I ignored that, and ultimately had this store price match the lowest price I found on the internet. That being said, I love the two sofas we bought. Jenny's communication was excellent, as was the "white glove" delivery. I would use them again. I would just encourage you to negotiate.

Rapid Response, the company Ashley used to deliver our bedroom furniture, made huge gouges on our new floor. The lead guy told us that his partner was new and had dropped the headboard causing the damages in two places. He tired to cover them up with a marker. Later, the company told us that we, the customers, made the gouges in the floor. When we contacted Ashley Store numerous times, they just told us we had to deal with Rapid Response, and refused to help in any way. Rapid Response also put the furniture together incorrectly and took parts with them. Rails were upside down, cross braces left unassembled, nightstand backboard was backwards and the built in lights didn’t work. We purchased the furniture through Ashley Store and expected them to deliver and set up the furniture without damaging our property.

Love the furniture, but their delivery service put a hole in our drywall, spoke zero English. Now no one seems to get back with us on repairing it. I went ahead and did it myself since it’s been a month since delivery.

Nick was not pressure! He allowed us to shop, when we were ready, he was there to answer all our questions. It was a really good experience. We will go back.

The store is very welcoming. When you first walk in you are not overwhelmed with the workers coming at you. I believe they give you a little time to walk in and start looking them they seek you out. The service I received was A rated. I’m glad I went to Ashley’s as I have always loved their furniture.

Purchased a couch in 2022, along with the extended warranty. It took over 8 months for Ashley to honor the extended warranty. Ashley stated they did not have a service tech in our area, despite knowing that when they sold us the extended warranty. It has been a long, unnecessary process. I would not recommend Ashley furniture of Lexington, their customer service is horrible and extremely unprofessional.

After visiting other stores like Lowe’s, At Home, Walmart, and Home Depot, it was clear that Ashley’s outdoor furniture was superior in quality and value. Stephanie’s detailed explanation of how the product was made really helped us see the difference. In the end, we got more seating for just a few hundred dollars more than the smaller sets at other stores. The quality and durability made it well worth it! If you're shopping for outdoor furniture, we highly recommend Stephanie and Ashley’s!

We bought 5 pillows on Sunday paid cash for them and took them home with us. Since then we have had over 10 calls wanting to schedule time to pick them up. Each time explained that we already had them. Talked to store manager yesterday and he said would take care of it. Guess what. Got another call today. Have spent a lot of money at Ashley but doubt will ever go back. Stop the calls

Seems like every time I go to Ashley's, I find something to buy. Their furniture is so stylish.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They sold me a couch with an extended warranty and told me it covered everything and anything except paws and claws but after the frame broke 2 years in it was determined that the frame was not covered as well. (What type of warranty would not cover the frame?) Junk is what. Also told me if I never used the warranty then I'd get a 500 dollar credit towards anything I wanted from Ashley and I would be notified via email once it was available. You guessed it, no notification and when I asked, it had already expired. Went in and talked to the manager who offered to see what he could do but once I was turned back over to a sales agent she insisted that I'd have to buy something for several thousand dollars to get any discount after the manager just said to her face that it would only have to be at full price. She accused me of wanting something for free and I told her I'd just like to get my money worth of the 3 grand I'd spent there already instead of the junk they sent to my house. Trashley Furniture. They will lie, cheat, and scam you. Stay away...deal with local people who value you as a return customer these people are total condescending, arrogant, crooks who don't care if you return or not because they overcharge for pretty packaged garbage.

A bit of shady dealing. Told we would receive a 20% discount. Was quoted a 15%discount. Was told $20 warranty. It changed to $50. Was told $79 delivery fee. Changed to $99 dollars. Good thing we can do mental math. Overall we ended up receiving 20% off and $79 delivery. We didn't accept the warranty. Salesperson (Ryan) was friendly but shady.

Horrible experience at Lexington, KY store. The sales staff did a poor job. We were promised things they apparently had no business promising. I would recommend taking your money somewhere else, like Wayfair or something. Will likely save you lots of hassle and probably money.

We purchased couch and recliner for our granddaughter. We paid in full at time of purchase. Her recliner was in stock but her couch had to be ordered. We asked if they could hold on to recliner until the couch came in. There was a month for the couch came in. When the couch came her recliner had been sold. So now at the least another month. We paid for all in advance. We will not purchase anything else from Ashley furniture.

We ordered coffee table cost with shipping came out to be close to 700$. My wife looked online & same table was available with shipping from Ashley for 349$

When you go in, ask for Ellie Mae. She’s fun, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient and a nice person. When you sit on a couch and chair with her, it’s like you’re sitting in your own living room.

Excellent service and excellent furniture

Stephanie went above and beyond after I purchased a chair from Ashley. When they delivered the chair, they forgot to take off the packing that allowed the chair to swivel. I had just had knee surgery and couldn’t do it myself. She personally came to my house after she got off work and removed the packing so the chair would swivel.

Nick our salesman was friendly & efficient. He answered all our questions & we were finished with our purchase and had a delivery date within an hour.

Great staff and sales team

Nick, the salesman, greeted me as soon as I came in the store. I told him I knew what I wanted and was attempting to look the items up on my phone, I explained it was a chest of drawer and night stand thst started with an a. He knew exactly what I was referencing to, pulled it up on his laptop, gave me the amount due, and I was in and out in ten minutes. He was polite, and very professional. My most favorable shopping experience.

ASHLEY STORE WAS RUNNING A SALE WERE TERMS OF SALE WERE UNCLEAR. NOT POSTED ONLINE AND NOT KNOWN BY YHE SALES TEAM. IT WAS LAST Day in the last hours of the sale and sale team still lacked knowledge of terms of sale. They struggled to nail down final price. The deal was good, staff friendly. Just saying everyone in the store better be on same page and understand sale and terms of sale.
