I was lied to in the building the day we purchased the chair. I was lied to about delivery. I was given a delivery date and then they canceled it. Chair was purchased on 2/14/25 and I didn’t receive it until 04/30/25.. with very little communication. Next time I shop for furniture it won’t be with Ashley.

Jenny was quite helpful, and dutifully followed her training---which included the the hokey pressure tactic of offering a limited "golden ticket" for free delivery---valid today only! Since I pride myself in having a 3 digit IQ, I ignored that, and ultimately had this store price match the lowest price I found on the internet. That being said, I love the two sofas we bought. Jenny's communication was excellent, as was the "white glove" delivery. I would use them again. I would just encourage you to negotiate.

Rapid Response, the company Ashley used to deliver our bedroom furniture, made huge gouges on our new floor. The lead guy told us that his partner was new and had dropped the headboard causing the damages in two places. He tired to cover them up with a marker. Later, the company told us that we, the customers, made the gouges in the floor. When we contacted Ashley Store numerous times, they just told us we had to deal with Rapid Response, and refused to help in any way. Rapid Response also put the furniture together incorrectly and took parts with them. Rails were upside down, cross braces left unassembled, nightstand backboard was backwards and the built in lights didn’t work. We purchased the furniture through Ashley Store and expected them to deliver and set up the furniture without damaging our property.

Love the furniture, but their delivery service put a hole in our drywall, spoke zero English. Now no one seems to get back with us on repairing it. I went ahead and did it myself since it’s been a month since delivery.

Nick was not pressure! He allowed us to shop, when we were ready, he was there to answer all our questions. It was a really good experience. We will go back.

The store is very welcoming. When you first walk in you are not overwhelmed with the workers coming at you. I believe they give you a little time to walk in and start looking them they seek you out. The service I received was A rated. I’m glad I went to Ashley’s as I have always loved their furniture.

Purchased a couch in 2022, along with the extended warranty. It took over 8 months for Ashley to honor the extended warranty. Ashley stated they did not have a service tech in our area, despite knowing that when they sold us the extended warranty. It has been a long, unnecessary process. I would not recommend Ashley furniture of Lexington, their customer service is horrible and extremely unprofessional.

After visiting other stores like Lowe’s, At Home, Walmart, and Home Depot, it was clear that Ashley’s outdoor furniture was superior in quality and value. Stephanie’s detailed explanation of how the product was made really helped us see the difference. In the end, we got more seating for just a few hundred dollars more than the smaller sets at other stores. The quality and durability made it well worth it! I was overpriced for an item and can not reach a manager by phone.

We bought 5 pillows on Sunday paid cash for them and took them home with us. Since then we have had over 10 calls wanting to schedule time to pick them up. Each time explained that we already had them. Talked to store manager yesterday and he said would take care of it. Guess what. Got another call today. Have spent a lot of money at Ashley but doubt will ever go back. Stop the calls

Seems like every time I go to Ashley's, I find something to buy. Their furniture is so stylish.

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. They sold me a couch with an extended warranty and told me it covered everything and anything except paws and claws but after the frame broke 2 years in it was determined that the frame was not covered as well. (What type of warranty would not cover the frame?) Junk is what. Also told me if I never used the warranty then I'd get a 500 dollar credit towards anything I wanted from Ashley and I would be notified via email once it was available. You guessed it, no notification and when I asked, it had already expired. Went in and talked to the manager who offered to see what he could do but once I was turned back over to a sales agent she insisted that I'd have to buy something for several thousand dollars to get any discount after the manager just said to her face that it would only have to be at full price. She accused me of wanting something for free and I told her I'd just like to get my money worth of the 3 grand I'd spent there already instead of the junk they sent to my house. Trashley Furniture. They will lie, cheat, and scam you. Stay away...deal with local people who value you as a return customer these people are total condescending, arrogant, crooks who don't care if you return or not because they overcharge for pretty packaged garbage.

We live in Florida trying to buy furniture in Kentucky to furnish our condo we just purchased. They helped in every way they could for us. We really appreciated the help.

A bit of shady dealing. Told we would receive a 20% discount. Was quoted a 15%discount. Was told $20 warranty. It changed to $50. Was told $79 delivery fee. Changed to $99 dollars. Good thing we can do mental math. Overall we ended up receiving 20% off and $79 delivery. We didn't accept the warranty. Salesperson (Ryan) was friendly but shady.

We purchased couch and recliner for our granddaughter. We paid in full at time of purchase. Her recliner was in stock but her couch had to be ordered. We asked if they could hold on to recliner until the couch came in. There was a month for the couch came in. When the couch came her recliner had been sold. So now at the least another month. We paid for all in advance. We will not purchase anything else from Ashley furniture.

We ordered coffee table cost with shipping came out to be close to 700$. My wife looked online & same table was available with shipping from Ashley for 349$

When you go in, ask for Ellie Mae. She’s fun, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient and a nice person. When you sit on a couch and chair with her, it’s like you’re sitting in your own living room.

Excellent service and excellent furniture

Stephanie went above and beyond after I purchased a chair from Ashley. When they delivered the chair, they forgot to take off the packing that allowed the chair to swivel. I had just had knee surgery and couldn’t do it myself. She personally came to my house after she got off work and removed the packing so the chair would swivel.

Nick our salesman was friendly & efficient. He answered all our questions & we were finished with our purchase and had a delivery date within an hour.

I told him I knew what I wanted and was attempting to look the items up on my phone, I explained it was a chest of drawer and night stand thst started with an a. He knew exactly what I was referencing to, pulled it up on his laptop, gave me the amount due, and I was in and out in ten minutes. He was polite, and very professional. My most favorable shopping experience.

ASHLEY STORE WAS RUNNING A SALE WERE TERMS OF SALE WERE UNCLEAR. NOT POSTED ONLINE AND NOT KNOWN BY YHE SALES TEAM. IT WAS LAST Day in the last hours of the sale and sale team still lacked knowledge of terms of sale. They struggled to nail down final price. The deal was good, staff friendly. Just saying everyone in the store better be on same page and understand sale and terms of sale.

Do NOT purchase furniture from this store ( and I don't mean just lexington , the store itself is great and employees ) I'm talking about Ashley Furniture as a whole, our table was 600 -700 and it was delivered, with damage, and broken, it was supposed to have an easy open and close and didn't! And the lift top just popped last night , the replacement isn't supposed to get here till the 15th and I called and explained to them the table needs to be picked up for safety reasons for my child, and they refused and told me all they can do if wait for the new one to come in, I asked her what we were supposed to do if the new one comes in broke or damaged and she said that the only thing we can do is get another replacement, they do not do returns, I said so we just have to keep getting delivered broken furniture and she said yes and just call for replacements. Absolutely not professional and if my child gets hurt on this thing we will be submitting a law suit. They left a review to call or text them and get help, I spoke with them again and got the same USELESS response, just wait for a replacement and if it comes in broke just wait again, and NO CONCERN for the safety of my child. This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen.

This rating is for the Lexington Ky store ONLY. I had a great experience with Ashley Store in Florida, saw a table there that I wanted to buy, but I needed it in Ky. The Lexington location is my closest store. On Nov 7, 2024 we arrived to find the doors locked. A small truck was leaving parking lot, the female driver circled back to rudely tell us that she had closed the store early so we would have to leave and come back on a different day. I explained that I knew the item I wanted, so no need for browsing time and, by the hours posted on their door, they should be open. She refused and drove off when I asked her name. I ordered the table online instead BUT I will not shop this Lexington location again. Just wanted to share my experience here.

Great experience. We had a bad experience with Value City and decided to come to Ashley and see what they had. Salesman was great and not pushy. Very honest and let us take our time to make our decision. We ended up coming back about an 1hr or so later and made the purchase. This is where we will come for our next furniture purchase.

We came into the Lexington store location and was approached by Rob Hardin, a salesperson there. He was initially very nice and helpful. We were shopping for my mother and he showed us several small dining table options. My mother decided on a table and we paid for it in the store. She was advised it would be delivered from the warehouse in Louisville in 2-3 weeks. A few hours after the purchase, my mother decided she wanted a different style of table and called Robs personal number to cancel the order. Rob asked many questions regarding why she wanted to cancel the purchase but advised that he would cancel the order. The money was never credited back to the bank account the money was taken from so my mother followed up with Rob several times but could only get his voicemail. She called the store location several times and was advised that he was with clients in the store. The table was delivered to her apartment and she signed for it as she wasn't sure what else to do as the money was not credited back to the bank account yet. She called the store again and after several attempts was able to speak with Rob. Rob let her know that he thought he did cancel the order but because she had already signed for the table that there was nothing that he could do. We asked if we could bring the table back to the store for refund and apparently that was also not an option. My mother was very frustrated and advised that she was going to bring the table back no matter what. She was then told that it would be considered littering and the police would then issue her a ticket for this as they would get the police involved at that point. Needless to say, we are keeping this table that my mother is very unhappy with. Rob will still get his commission on what he told us was "a great deal". I'm not one to post bad reviews but this entire situation has been frustrating beyond my wildest dreams. We will never be back to this store and will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture stores in the future. I've never been more disappointed with a shopping experience.

We walked in and were greeted with a friendly smile from Jenny Johnson. She asked about what we were looking for and then proceeded to show us every fabric, material, options and prices. We ordered, we were very pleased with her.

My family went to the store and shopped for hours, picking out several items. Towards the end of the night, we had a list that we wanted to purchase. The salesman said I have to sell these items that are marked down at MSRP if you finance. The bill he wrote up was almost 7k! I had everything on my list on the website at almost 3k less. So I ordered through the website. Then they delivered. One chair out of the 8 dining chairs was broken, and the leg won't attach. Im getting the run around on that "warranty" and was offered $21 to just settle with the broken $100 chair. During delivery, my television was damaged, Ashley's is saying that they can not help because they contracted the delivery out. Hadly LLC (delivery co) is denying any wrongdoing because I was not recording the delivery, and I, therefore, do not have proof. I was told to check my memory. If you ever have to deal with this moving logistics business, run. I have shared a couple of emails that were exchanged. I am still fighting this situation. This will be the last time I ever purchase from Ashley's, and I will caution anyone considering this store. Ashley's replied to this, stating that they are sorry and for me to contact them. I've contacted them every day since the day of delivery, speaking to person after person.

I find the store somewhat fraud and scam. I spend $7000 5 years ago and bought the warranty, I did not file a repair, claim, nothing and at the end of my 5 yrs I had $800 voucher to spend. ( I bought the voucher so I should spend it the way I want) But I have to spend. $1000 to use it and the prices of everything in the store goes up to use it. The prices online and in store are ALOT cheaper. They said they had to up the prices which is so misleading and fraudulent to me. I had $12,000 worth of furniture picked out to buy and they are losing that sale because of this. I will never shop Ashley again!

Worst experience buying anything. Original purchase date was 7/31, expected to be delivered 8/3. Nothing came, went to the store little less than a week later. Someone somewhere messed it up so new delivery 8/13. Whatever. Delivery team tells me 8/21. Seller tells me sorry but I know how these things work, frustrating up at this point but it happens. Asked for a refund 8/12 (as seller had offered) and have yet to see my money back. Never shopping here again.

Absolutely the rudest group of salesmen I’ve ever encountered. We were in and right back out of this store within 30 seconds. RYAN claimed he called my husband to let us know they didn’t have an item in stock. They hadn’t. And when we stated they hadn’t called we were met with confrontation, and a retort of “well I can show you on our phone.” Naturally my husband flashed our call log to show that they hadn’t attempted to call us, to which Ryan walked away and said “have a nice day.” Didn’t bother to assist us. Didn’t bother to apologize or account for their lack of effort and customer service. We will NEVER do business with this store again. Which seems to be the case for most of Lexington as their parking lot was completely empty.

Went in to buy a dresser. Chris almost immediately made himself available but allowed my fiancée and I to browse without disruption which was wonderful. Most items we looked for had dimensions posted but I’d recommend bringing a tape measure if you’re more specific about space requirements. They allow for free delivery and was allowed to choose my delivery date to work with my work schedule. And on top of it they had a 30% off deal when I was there!! Being able to see my item before purchase and the human experience would certainly bring my back to Ashley

Ashley Furniture HomeStore 1945 Pavillon Way Lexington, KY 40509 Only giving one star because it wouldn’t allow us to leave anything less. Our nightmare began from the moment we ordered our sectional couch from Ashley Furniture in Lexington, Kentucky. When we picked out the couch at the store, it was not in stock and was supposed to be delivered to our house. The first time they came to deliver it, it wasn't even the right couch—it was a completely different color than what we had picked out. To make matters worse, the delivery drivers reeked of marijuana. We had to explain to them that they had delivered the wrong color couch and then contact Ashley Furniture. It took three or four phone calls before they agreed to send us the correct couch that we had originally purchased. Fast forward to several months later, (before 1 year manufacture warranty was up) the couch's cushions started sagging and sinking, making it difficult to sit and get up. We reached out to Ashley Furniture while our couch was still under warranty and followed their instructions by sending in pictures of the damages. They assured us that a repair technician would be sent to our home. We waited for a week, but no one showed up. When I contacted them again, they claimed they had never received the pictures. I provided them with screenshots showing that I had sent the pictures, complete with timestamps and their previous response. They asked me to send the pictures again, which I did, but still, there was no response for two weeks. After reaching out yet again, Ashley Furniture then told us that our couch was no longer covered by the one-year warranty and there was nothing they could do. Despite having proof that we followed their instructions within the warranty period, they redirected us to our extended warranty company. We contacted the extended warranty company, submitting all the necessary pictures and information online. However, after waiting two weeks without a response, we called them, only to be told that they were not associated with Ashley Furniture in Lexington. This cycle of miscommunication and misinformation continued, with Ashley Furniture providing us with incorrect phone numbers and contact information multiple times. Finally, a representative from a different company, who was not obligated to help, intervened on our behalf and contacted Ashley Furniture. Following this, we reached out to Ashley Furniture once more, and after providing all the proof of our efforts, Angela Jones, a manager, finally arranged for someone to fix our couch and replace the cushions. When they sent the new cushions, some arrived with covers and some without covers—all in the same order. Unfortunately, the repairs did not last. Within three days, the couch was broken again. We contacted Ashley Furniture, only to be met with refusal to provide further assistance. The manager, Angela Jones, who had previously helped, now claimed ignorance of any supervisor or additional support. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service has been incredibly frustrating. We paid over $3,000 for this sectional, and the experience has been a complete disaster. The quality of the product is terrible, and the customer service is even worse. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture in Lexington, Kentucky. Save your money and buy elsewhere! Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers or the quality of their products.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! $1000 dresser delivered with several white patches and a scratch. There is no way to get in touch with them. All of their phones go to recordings. Directed me to their website to submit a warranty claim but my purchase does even show. Been calling and texting the sales person for days. They just keep giving me the same number to call. It says I am not calling during business hours even though I am. BEWARE

Furniture was as nice as it appeared online, very excited for it to be delivered, but the sales guy was discriminatory and rude at times and there were several inconsistencies between pricing in store and online that I noticed and had to get corrected.

Fantastic experience in the store, however, when ordering, the wrong color was ordered. There was no way to correct it. I called 6-8x and only got either generic voicemail or an Indian call center that could neither transfer me to the store nor fix my order. TERRIBLE AFTER SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SUPER FRUSTRATING!

Love the furniture. No customer service at all!!! Trying for days to get ANYONE to call me about furniture that was damaged upon delivery. Ordered multiple pieces so I didn't have time to look at everything. Was told I would have 72 hours to contact them with any issues. Called within an hour. Called again and again. Everyone passes to problem to someone else.

My trip to Ashley Homestore Lexington was the best furniture shopping experience to date. Kyle was an amazing salesman who truly listened to my preferences, needs, and budget and worked with me within those parameters. Because I am a very visual person, I asked him to show me side by side the amounts of each of my choices. He did that without even flinching. This was the worse experience i have ever had with a furniture company.I had multiple issues getting my delivery on several occasions. The sales person was great , but the overall experience was horrible !

We purchased a loveseat, on line, in March. After delivered we noticed stitching on one cushion was coming undone. After several phone calls and several weeks a technician came and said it needed to be replaced. We are now several weeks past and have not received the replacement nor a response to my many phone calls. The customer service is abhorrent.

He was great answering all my questions and showing me around, but still allowing me my own space and time to look by myself. The process was simple, fast, and my couch was delivered only 48 hours after being purchased! It is absolutely perfect and feels great! Waited 2 months for one end table. Gotta say I'm probably not gonna get anything else from Ashley... best way for them to make it up to me was a 20$ off my original price... I mean come on...

I've purchased a good deal of furniture from this particular store and up till this last time, it has felt like quality workmanship and lasted well. My last purchase included a wide recliner and a wide recliner with chase. The difference between what was delivered and what it felt like in the store was night and day. The cushion feels like some cheap foam as you can hear it crunch when seating. It creaks and you can feel the cheap boards inside on your back. I've only had them for 6 months and I'm not expecting either to last a year. I'd just as soon paid double the money across the street and received better quality. Complete disappoint in quality and comfort. Assuming they don't last, that will be my last purchase from Ashely.

Update!!!! Save yourself the trouble and go on down to Lexington Overstock by Fayette mall. WAY Cheaper prices on furniture and delivery. They will also take back damaged furniture if it arrives in poor condition and refund delivery and cost of furniture. I ask specifically before I ordered with them!! I’m so over jumping hoops almost a year later I still don’t have a full refund they owe me over 300 dollars in delivery charges (which is ridiculous to begin with). I’ve been in sales my whole life and think it’s wrong how they have done me. They have sent me to call this number and that number. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to recoup my money! Finally to be told sorry they aren’t willing to refund you for that. Are we serious? This whole ordeal no fault of my own and I did everything I was supposed to. I do know it’s out of Jordan the assistant manager hands but it’s still extremely frustrating and a reason to avoid doing business with them. It’s the greed at the top! Lesson learned shop local not some big corporation who could care less!

Well, initially, I was going to give Rob and Ashley furniture a five. But after the experience I’ve had it is a zero out of five. My husband and I got online to look at the dimensions of the sleeper sofa that we had ordered in store. When we did we discovered that it was $500 cheaper online. And the protection plan that we had also purchased was $200 cheaper Online. I reached out to Ashley furniture to have them price match and they told me they would match the sofa price but not the protection plan. So instead of getting a better deal because I shopped in store I was overcharged by $700. I have since canceled my order and will never shop at Ashley again. Also, just a note, Ashley settled a class action lawsuit in 2022 in California for this exact situation. In my opinion, this is price gouging, and I have reported it to the attorney general of Kentucky.

Furniture shopping isn’t our favorite thing to do, but the team they have at this location was superb! Excellent personalities and it was so welcome after moving cross country and being sleep-deprived. 🤣 Can’t say how the furniture is because we won’t get it for a few days, but I will go back there to purchase any other furniture we may need just because of the excellent customer service. Nicholas and Rob were great! Oh, and the Duke fan wasn’t bad either… 😉 Go Cats!

I would give zero stars if I could. They lie to your face and their furniture is cheap cardboard. Talk you into their credit even if you don't need it claiming 0% interest, but then adding that whole times amount all at once. It's a scam do not shop here.

Ashley did a good job communicating the estimated arrival time via text and I could track their route with an exact arrival time. The movers were courteous & did a great job.
