The customer service was great!! We worked with alex....she was very patient and helpful! Actually the whole team there was very nice and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this Ashley Furniture to friends and family.

We purchased a sectional and two 3-seat theater recliners about 6 months ago. One of the massagers in one of the recliners stopped working within two months. I called for service and started a ticket. I told them to contact me because it would be easier to set up appts either me but instead they started calling my husband (who works a lot more). They wanted us to troubleshoot on our own, which didn’t help. Then, they said our only option on a service call was a Sunday morning at 7:00am!! REALLY?? If we didn’t take that one it would be another month for another Sunday morning at 7:00!! My husband hadn’t confirmed the appointment for sure and he declined it the day before his a reminder message…but, the guy showed up anyway and we weren’t home. Now, it’s been another full month with no response. If you only offer one service appointment a month at 7am on a Sunday, I don’t think you really offer service. We really like the furniture but abhor their “service”

*update* Thanks for giving me a number to yet another call center that is STILL doing nothing at all to help me. delivery was rescheduled three times, when it finally came time for our bedframe to be delivered we did not receive what we ordered plus the headboard was damaged- every time we talk to someone on the phone to have the order corrected and provide the claim number we are getting no resolution. It’s been over a month since we ordered and are still not getting any accurate information on whether our item is being picked up and the correct, undamaged bed frame is being delivered.

Jeff Bird made it an easy transaction. On line it was saying a 12-14 week backlog but Jeff was able to get one delivered in a week. I’ll be in the market for a couch later this year so I will definitely return to Ashley and hopefully Jeff will be there. Thanks

The salesman was very helpful in purchasing a bed. The delivery was seamless. It took 15 minutes to set up. The delivery people were respectful and courteous.

Paid full cash for a couch about a month ago. Still haven't heard from anyone or seen my property. I bought it in store. The only thing I've heard from them is they wanted a review. Well here you go. Where's my property?

I’ve waited to submit survey until after lift chair receipt. Still have not received chair. In store rep (Ivan) told me I’d be contacted via text / phone for pick up availability by today. When no contact, I reached out and learned that I wasn’t on the schedule. Local store phone lines all touted me back to customer service out of state. SMH! If I hadn’t called today my chair would still not yet be sent from manufacturer to distribution for me to pick up. .5 out of 10 star rating for me based on communication fails alone.

The associate was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining what our needs were in helping to find the right bedroom outfit, with carefully going over each items, colors, wood type, sizes, prices, and many other things. He helped us find a bed room outfit on the app after looking over the selections there to find out that worked with what we were looking for. We found something with a pretty good price . The associate was very helpful from the start of looking until the finalization of the sale. I’m very grateful for that.

We purchased a sofa as a gift for our son last year and purchased the extended warranty. The auto recliner stopped working properly. No problem right, it not even a year old and we paid a lot of money of the warranty. Surprise we have spent weeks calling this number to be told to call that number, to then text this number. Told to send video but that doesn't work. Send pics liked asked, sent more pics. Then told we can't fix it we will have to send out a new one. Then oh wait, it was discontinued so we have to give you a store credit. We ask if the 5 year warranty will cover new sofa. Then told bot filing it against warranty just going to give instructions credit one the get picture and the serial number. We sen that and 30 hours later after 4 emails we are told it has been denied and to call a new number and file a new claim. What a joke. Don't buy from Ashley, if you do don't waste the money on the warranty.

The delivery was early bc 😊 and the workers were very polite, respectful, and efficient in their handling of the sofa. Thank You 🙏

Waited weeks for my couch, was promised a white glove delivery & they shoved it through the door. Turned them away, had to wait another two more weeks before they delivered it. Once they delivered the next couch, there was a mark on the back that shouldn’t be on a brand new couch. Had it a month and the entire sectional fell apart. Took me 6 weeks talking back and forth with customer service to get absolutely nowhere. Had to go to store support, and Danielle was the only person that helped try to get the situation fixed. Finally after months, got an even exchange, went to the store and it was another nightmare. The store manager didn’t know what he was doing and had to call out 3-4 times just to figure out the exchange and computer. After hours of waiting for them to “figure it out” they say just wait until tomorrow and we’ll figure it out. They promised me we would have the new couch 11/25/25, with the history i highly Doubt it will happen as promised. To anyone looking to buy at Ashley furniture, i don’t recommend. Buy from “BigLots”, hence they’re closed!

I waited at least 40 minutes for them to get a response! I told my salesman that I was waiting a few more minutes and then I was leaving. He received approval within the next few minutes. I think having to wait for 40 minutes to get approval from someone somewhere is ludicrous! 40 minutes for them to take my money?! Ridiculous. I see this policy causing a problem with sales. Just my humble opinion.

DO NOT order furniture from Ashley’s! My sleeper sofa that I purchased from the store was damaged and it was covered under the one year manufacturer warranty. I contacted Ashley’s customer service and they ensured me that the sleeper sofa part of the couch was ordered on July 21st this year and it would be delivered in 8-10 business days. The date is now October 9th and I have still not received my part. I have called customer service countless times and spent many hours on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue with no luck. They do not have a store phone number so you are not able to talk to anyone at the store. Customer service is your only way to contact these people and they are all overseas. They have sent my complaint to the escalations department twice and I have not received a phone call. I went to the store twice and told them my frustrations and they informed me that they are not able to even order a new couch for me at no cost. They apparently don’t have that capability. So morale of the story is, if you buy furniture from this store don’t expect it to be covered by the manufacture one year warranty.

I would give zero stars if I could. Motor in the recliner of the love seat has burned up. Everyone routes me to different numbers for warranty claims but yet no one can actually help with a claim. Be warned in KY you have specific restrictions and are not allowed to process claims through their toll free number.

I had a wonderful experience in the store but was absolutely lied to about delivery time to make the sale. I was told it would take 3-4 wk for delivery. But online it said 6-8 wks. I trusted the representative and made the order. When I called after two weeks to see if I could schedule a delivery i was told it was about 6 wks out from delivery. Don’t trust when they give you a delivery date.

We spoke to an overseas "customer service" agent and she said best should do was one piece on the 29th and the others on 9/2. We followed up with our sales person and he said his manager was working to get it all dleivered on the 29th. Now today we get AI text messages about our delivery time on the 29th.....and it still shows just the one piece. Another text message shows the other two pieces coming on 9/2. Again contacted our sales person, who is now stating there is nothing he can do. Whatever the delivery people say is the date and time that it will happen. I took a day off from work with what little precious time off I have to receive this furniture all in one day. This delivery experience has completely ruined our experience with Ashley Furniture This delivery experience has been horrible and I would never do business with Ashley furniture again.

I purchased a recliner July 19 th. Got recliner delivered August 1st. it's already raggedy! The arms of the recliner are super cheap made out of wood. Arms are making popping noise like it's thick plastic in the arms of it.The "recline" is horrible, it's noisy and very difficult to maneuver. This is definitely not the chair I sat in on the sales floor. This is supposed to be a almost 900 dollar chair. (I got on sale) I had heard Ashley's sales CHEAP furniture. I WISH I HAD TOOK MY MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!!

Fun saleman but most of the furniture isn't solid wood. Lots of paper and cardboard. If it's all you can get so be it but it's not much cheaper than the real stuff at other places

Ashley’s is a nightmare to purchase furniture from!! I highly discourage anyone from making the same mistake as we did. We spent over $5K on furniture and paid for delivery only to have our BRAND new furniture be set up with stains on it! We were told how to clean it best by the driver ourselves before they offered to submit a ticket to have it professionally cleaned. A week later we have heard from no one!!! Just know if you buy brand new furniture you can expect to be treated to stained pieces and expected to clean yourself

Very disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a sidebar that was in perfect condition in the store, but when it was delivered, one of the doors was completely ripped off and hanging. It was clearly damaged during delivery, yet Ashley Furniture refused to fix or compensate for the issue. We contacted the store multiple times and were told each time that someone would call us back—but no one ever did. Instead, we eventually received a cold email stating they wouldn’t repair the item because it was a final sale, despite the fact that it was not damaged when we bought it. I worked with a new inexperienced employee. I am a seasoned shopper and thank goodness I was also a kind shopper. The biggest problem with my sales agent was that he did not listen. He did Not seem to be paying attention to what I was saying at all from his responses to what I was saying. It seems he was just trying to repeat a sales script. He was nice but not ready. Hopefully he’ll get better with experience. I wish you the best of luck. I made a purchase, but it certainly was not because of him. Another sales person did assist him as much as possible without taking over.

This place was a breath of fresh air! Normally I can't stand furniture shopping as sales people worry you to death! This place was so much different. My sales rep, Jamie, was amazing. Came up to us as we entered gave us a sales sheet and said if you need anything let me know. Once we walked and saw what we liked, Jamie came back and helped us order all we needed. No pressure tactics and friendly and personal thru our whole process. Toby was also great helping finish up transaction and covering to make sure ticket was right. Will go back here anytime I need further items.

This is the worst customer service with any company I have ever purchased. The store provided me with a pick up date. They followed up week with text messages. My purchase was not a small order. All the numbers they provide do not route to anyone you can speak with. Not only was this a day we cleaned from our schedule, my husband took the day off work. I rescheduled Mothers Day with my family, JUST SO I COULD PICK MY FURNITURE UP! I have never been so upset with anyone/company as I am with Ashley Furniture. I will never ever purchase anything from them. I would advise anyone that depends upon customer service, to shop elsewhere. They do not answer phones. They quite honestly don't give a damn about any order. I am 2 hours from the store. If I could give them a ZERO I would. I did not choose the date. I was given this date but they have not one single soul to answer the phone. Why would you give someone a date if the store was going to answer. The store is closed. Not open for more days. Now what am I supposed to do? Worst ever! I will escalate this to the top! Horrible experience!

The floor manager was on spot with financing. I was impressed with the selection and VERY happy with my purchase. I had it delivered in less than a week. My Husband and I started our Furniture search well over 6 months ago before purchasing our brand new home. We went many places and were greeted with the same demeanor of seeming more like a burden than a paying client. All of this changed when we walked into Ashley. We were promptly greeted By Charles Hayden who blew our expectations out of the water. He was so helpful, understanding, kind, low pressure and willing to work at our pace. He changed our entire furniture shopping experience for the good. His presence stuck with us to the point that almost 8 months later the ONLY place I asked my husband to take me back to for our large furniture order was Ashley where I hoped we would get to see Charles again. Lucky for us we were again IMMEDIATELY greeted by Charles with the same smile we had seen 8 months ago and he immediately remembered us. Asked if we had found our forever home and remembered our entire order. People like Charles are a treasure and deserve recognition. Thank you Charles Hayden for being the best at what you do. I want to start by saying, be careful when you go in this store. I researched what I wanted on their website. But when I got in the store it was a higher price. The salesman did a "price match" on Ashley Furniture own website, which I thought was odd. But I got the discount nonetheless. But my major issue was the salesman, he was beyond rude and pushy. He wore a doctor's white coat for some strange reason, and for the life of me, he was so inadequate as a salesman, I can't remember his name. There were times when I was thinking on leaving when he was speaking mid-sentence. His condoncending remarks and sighs because I didn't want the furniture protection plans were enough to get him punched in the face. But I really wanted the couch and ottoman I bought, so I stuck it out. Thinking on it now, I should have left the building and went elsewhere. While waiting to pay for tge furniture, the scene was tense between us. He replied that he was "ready to get this over with". And he tried making small talk and asked what branch did I serve since he noticed my veteran sweatshirt I had on. When I told him what my Army and later Marines MOS were he replied "huh, I never heard of that." When I paid for the merchandise, normally the furniture store will give you a round about time of delivery, but not this "salesman". He was rude on every level. If I were you, stay clear of this place.

Ashley furniture might look a little more expensive but NEVER focus on tag prices. The right sales rep (TREY), will hook it up. I just ordered 3 more pieces of furniture from Ashley and it was 1,000 cheaper than Value city. They also gave me 75% off ALL decor items. Mind you, this review is based off instore inner action and guarantee delivery within 3 weeks and not 3 months like value city

I also thought the bed was supposed to have been delivered and put together.... because I always check...but they just dumped it and ran

Do NOT buy from Ashley home furniture. They delivered my desk after rescheduling it, and they did not assemble it when I had paid for it to be assembled. They also have yet to have someone come out to assemble it and on top of that, are only offering a two hour window of assembling it- to which I am not available. I already had to request off of work two days in a row to get this delivered in the first place. And GOOD LUCK getting customer service or anyone to call you back. Do not buy here. Better luck getting something from the dumpster.

I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture. We returned a piece of furniture in December, and as of now, in March, we have yet to see the credit we were promised. Despite numerous phone calls and speaking with multiple people, no one has been able to provide a clear answer or resolution. This is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. We visited this Ashley store on February 23rd. The store is very clean, well-lit and organized. We mostly knew what we wanted before we arrived, but it always helps to see your choices up close and sittable! LOL we were left to wander around the store and had just about finished when we were approached by Kim. This lady was so incredibly patient with us and very understanding of my back issues. She asked what we wanted, we told her and she showed us a couple of other choices. We actually chose what we had gone to look for in the first place. Our old furniture also came from Ashley and we have enjoyed it so much we wanted to replace it with something as close to it as we could get. We were offered financing which we did not want but much to my dismay, I discovered I had forgotten my card when we left home, so we financed anyway. Kim never batted an eyelash over this little hiccup! When she had to go help another customer, she turned us over to Michael and he was just as nice as she was. We were there for several hours, were offered refreshments and left completely satisfied. We highly recommend this store and these 2 associates.

Very disappointed, we bought our living room set in December. We were missing a recliner and they said it'd be ready at the beginning of this month. I called today and it will be ready in 3 weeks. Absolutely disappointed, we never should have gone to Ashley to begin with.

DON’T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!! I wish I would have listened to my gut and went elsewhere. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from this company . This “so called” free financing for X amount of months doesn’t tell you that the finance company tacks on another $100 just because 25% is just not enough. When I reached out to both the Synchrony and Ashley, both said, “It was in the fine print.” NEVER…NEVER…NEVER!!

This was my first furniture buying experience and we had come in with some specific wants for a couch that would work best for my family. I felt they had a great selection and we pretty much loved the first couch we saw walking in. Fortunately they were having a flash sale with about 30% off the couch and 25% off the ottoman. The couch we ended up picking would have been out of our price range if they weren’t having a sale to start the new year. Tom assisted us and I could appreciate that he was dressed very professionally and wanted to be helpful. He was able to give us the fine details about the couches we were looking at. I understand how the sales world is and for me personally upselling always feels pretty intense. The staff was helpful with everything we needed to know but I also feel like it can be a little awkward to turn down so many different up grades or add ons.

Store definitely needs upgrade. People was nice and friendly. Some displays was set up nice. The carpet needs a definite upgrade . Some of the displays had dirt on them. But I assume it's from kids and people sitting on the merchandise.

We had such a great salesman, Charles Hayden! There was no pressure but if we had a question, he was right there! We purchased dining table & chairs. A few weeks later we purchased new bedroom suite! I would definitely recommend Ashley’s and Charles!

This review is my opinion and my experience with Ashley Home Store. Our whole ordeal with this company and the Store by Jefferson Mall was nothing but unprofessional. We were told things by the salesman that were not true. Almost a month later I am still waiting on a return call from the store manager Aaron Harris. Our salesman was supposed to cancel the order since what we were told was not true, we are still getting calls wanting to schedule delivery. I talked to probably 6 people in the customer service department that was no help. After talking to someone that works at another Ashley store we found out that we were being highly overcharged on delivery and their warranty. Checked around with other companies and their delivery and warranty totals what Ashley wanted for just delivery.. I knew from talking to people and reading reviews that they were high and bad customer service. I understand also you can't believe all of the reviews out there on BBB and other well known sites, but unfortunately we found out it was true. Now we are without any bedroom furniture since we gave away our old and thought after multiple broken promises that we would have some from Ashley, but it wasn't to be.

Salesman Tom was a great advisor very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. A+

Mr. Roy Logsdon greeted us as we entered the store and was most helpful in our finding the exact chair I came looking for at what I believe a very fair price. Thanks to Mr. Logsdon we had a most excellent experience.

I ordered a bed frame on 12/11th (Wednesday) and I was scheduled for a delivery on Saturday 12/21st (2024). My card was charged a few days after I made the purchase online. Then a day before the delivery, the money was put back on to my debit card. I thought I would be charged the day of the delivery or right after the delivery. And the day after the delivery on 12/22, I was emailed that my card had been charged for the full amount of the bed frame and the delivery and set up. That didn’t bother me but it was inconvenient for me. However they didn’t charge me when they sent the email. And I ended up being charged later on Monday December 23rd the day before Christmas Eve for a purchase I made on December 11th. That is my biggest complaint. Just take the money off the debit and then stop going in and out of my account making unauthorized charges. When things like this are done, there is so much room for fraud and or stealing. I’ve had terrible experiences with stores that do this and they did steal. This Ashley Furniture experience happened during the holidays with Christmas shopping and bonuses from two jobs and or rewards so it was very inconvenient. Imagine paying on the 11th and then having money added on the day before delivery only to be charged on the 23rd. Money taken out, put back in and then taken out a day after I was said to be finally charged. I would recommend people go into the store to purchase the furniture because then maybe the debit card won’t be used without your authorization after the initial purchase. I brought the same frame from about her furniture store and because I walked into the store and purchased it, my money always taken once. Update 2/20/25 almost two months later and Ashley Furniture has contacted me again saying “you can send an email to corporate and let them know about your issue.” I don’t plan to ever shop with the store again so it’s not necessary to contact anyone. They have contacted me multiple times and Onkindly gave reviews. This store has sent me emails to review and I reviewed on the site for the bed frame I brought. I doubt they approved the review. And they also contacted me on this site and told me”contact corporate..” I have like 8,000- 250,000 on some of these reviews. Corporate can keep losing customers and taking $500-$3000 out of peoples debit 4 times. I don’t care 🤷🏽‍♀️ There are better furniture stores to shop with and I just recommend going to the store even to show them an item online that isn’t in the store. You will be charged only once. Shame on Ashley Furniture. 😇 It’s not a review on me.

Went shopping for a new mattress at Ashley’s. 1st day I went by myself and was helped by Trey and Colin. 2 very nice young men. They explained a lot of the benefits of each mattress and were very helpful. I pretty much knew what I wanted that day. However I wanted my husband to come and check the different mattresses out too. We met with Kimberly on this day and she must have had a phd in knowledge of all the different brands of mattresses and what their features were. I am happy that they were able to listen to both of our needs and recommend what we needed. Kimberly was very helpful with our purchase. I can’t wait to get them and get a good nites sleep.

RUN! Would give zero stars if I could. The only reason I am doing this review is to maybe prevent other people from going through what I went through. I spent four months trying to get the furniture that I ordered. The furniture arrived broken, and they tried to pretend like it was not. Then the wrong pieces were sent. Then we had to accept‘s because the ones that we ordered were no longer made. The entire process was a complete nightmare. Please go anywhere else to buy furniture. I hope this review will save one person the agony I went through with this company.

Went to 6 different furniture stores and came back here. Ashley has the best selection in my opinion. They also have a store in J town that has a clearance section. The manager Kollin was very helpful and nice and didn’t hound you or stalk you like some other stores do.

It was ok. Found a table and chairs I liked, of course the price posted on the table and chairs was wrong. First we found out that it was for different chairs than the display. Then we figured out that it was for a whole different table too. Someone had put the price posting on the wrong table (I would assume on purpose to get your attention) and they wouldn’t honor the price so that was a pretty bad experience all around. They didn’t even apologize or seem concerned, said “it happens all the time” and shrugged 🤷‍♀️. So be aware that the prices don’t match what is on display. Also, the prices listed on their website are cheaper than what is listed in store. Then you are told that “you are getting a savings” 🤦‍♀️

Beware this location if you cancel any orders they won’t refund your money right away it’s been almost a week and I’m still waiting for it to get off my Ashley credit card so I can purchase other items. Even the other location thought that was crazy they do this to people. Go to the other Ashley store they will take care of you and they won’t pull any shenanigans on you! Please refund me so I can purchase other items! Thank you 🙏

If I could give zero starts to Ashley Furniture for customer service I would! No matter what number you call, it's all virtual and hard to get assistance. The number for the store goes right to the call center. I ordered online and the first part of my order was delivered to the correct address. The items I purchased in the store, over $7K in furniture, the delivery address was changed by their system. It took me hours to get it corrected and it was blamed on the store. Now the remaining items I ordered online are being delivered to an incorrect address so here we go again! It's difficult to actually speak to someone. Gone are the days of good customer service. Will NEVER purchase from Ashley again! What a nightmare!

Very happy with the product (a great couch) in the end but the process to get it could’ve been smoother. Heather, who helped me in store with purchasing my couch inputted both my email and my phone number incorrectly so I had to go through support to have them fix my number in order to receive text updates and confirm the delivery. Heather also told me I’d have multiple options to choose what time the couch would be delivered but when the day arrived the only gave me one time frame and I couldn’t choose. She was very nice but should’ve confirmed my information to save me trouble. I will say their support was extremely helpful and quick to solve my issue.

Disappointed because I told the salesman that I did not want to wait a month for my furniture and the delivery date is over a month I was lied to he told me delivery would be 10 to 14 days,and I’m having surgery this month

Bought a lifting coffee table and paid $540 for a 5-year protection plan. The spring mechanism on the lift suddenly detaches from the wood so I call to make a claim and “only cosmetic issues are covered” Update: I did contact the number in the attached reply. They told me that that was correct that the policy only covered cosmetic issues but here’s a website where I can order replacement parts for my table. So apparently they’re aware they break and are using it as a way to make more money. 🥴

We recently relocated and needed to replace some major home furnishings. After looking around and not really finding what we were looking for we decided to stop into Ashley Furniture in Louisville. I was treated immediately and to my surprise I was able to acquire everything we needed at one stop. Our salesman, Michael was friendly, courteous and professional. He had lots of helpful hints as we made our decision but, he was never pushy. I'm pleased with the quality of our purchases and this was a great shopping experience. Thank you!

I just bought a king size bed from them. And footboard was completely unfinished. Installers saw this said nothing. Barely speakers English. Went to store 3 times and called there crappy 800 complaint line to file claim and it’s a joke. Talked to mgr once. Got no where, everything I go up joined available to help or replace this. I will never shop at this company ever again. And I’m filing a BBB complaint on this fraudulent company. They sure took my money fast though!

This is my first time purchasing from Ashley and it will be my last. First impressions were great but the salesman, I think his name was Trey, clearly lied just to land the sale. I told him my situation, how I needed something asap, he seemed very helpful and told me we would look at options that are readily available. He told me my furniture would be delivered Tomorrow 7/11, but when I never received a confirmation text I decided to call the fulfillment center. They told me it has to be scheduled next week, that it was never available this week, and WORD FOR WORD I was told “the sales team will say this so they land the sale.” Despite being very frustrated I schedule it for next Tuesday 7/16. The confirmation text, however, tells me next Wednesday 7/17. So I call again, and I am told it has to be Wednesday. For all I know I’ll never get my furniture. TLDR: don’t let nice salesman like Trey or a pretty sales floor fool you, Ashley Furniture only wants your money regardless of the circumstances.

Horrible experience all around. Took weeks to get a refund and they “lost” the warranty that I paid for, emailed my receipt several times and made several phone calls before I was refunding my money for a loveseat that was never delivered.

Terrible. I ordered delivery and they claimed I wasn’t home said that they knocked on the door which they did NOT. The couch was supposed to arrive between 8-11:30 they showed up at 11:26 and sat there getting paid across the street for 13 minutes. Watched me move my car and left while I was parking. Called 3 times in 1 minute and left in 13 minutes. I tried calling and texting within that time only to be forwarded to a call center.

My husband and I were looking for a specific duel electric sofa given we both have back pain. We traveled 30 miles from southern Indiana to check out a sofa we found online yet were advised that it was Not there and that they had No control of what was available on the floor. The only way we could see that specific sofa was to order it online and we refused because you truly have to sit on a sofa to know if it fits your body and has the back support we were looking for. Charles, the sales associate was very nice and helpful and did assist us in locating a sofa right away. He was professional and helped get us a discount to offset the cost to keep it within our price range so all in all we were happy with our purchase. We are looking forward to the delivery in 3 days which is sooner than expected so that makes up for the initial issue listed above.

Bought the couch and furniture warranty from Ashley furniture. Couch is 1yr 8 months old. Warranty company says rip in fabric not covered after dealing with them for 6 weeks Joseph Herbert said warranty company would cover anything.Ashley furnIture said Joesph Herbert only a salesman and he can't help you .Warranty company recommended 2 of their furniture repair companies and they told us they only repair furniture that's been approved by warranty company so what do do with a $2000 couch that you thought would be covered by warranty.Ashley furniture says it has nothing to do with warranty company and has been no help whatsoever in helping us figure this out.When I call nobody wants to talk to us or give any information that might help.I just don't understand Ashley furniture customer service ,I just want to know what to do to get some help my couch I do not think this is asking to much Ashley Furniture. I initially wrote a good review. But before my furniture was delivered, my experience turned bad. When we were buying the furniture, we were getting emails about a memorial Day sale. I asked Heather if we could get the sale and she said yes and later, she said we could get free delivery. When the furniture didn’t arrive on time I called the sales lady Heather to find out why. I called her on her personal cell phone that she had given me because she said you couldn’t get a hold of the store directly. I found out later they don’t answer the phone. They let the calls go to a call center. She said she would check into it and get back with me. She never did and I could never get a hold of her again so I kept calling and I got the call center and they said that the reclining chair was on backorder and that was the hold up, but they knew nothing about the memorial day sales price or the free delivery. I finally called and talked to a man and I was going to cancel the order and he asked me to let him contact the store manager so that he could call me and straighten everything out.. He called me back and said the manager was going to talk to Heather and they would call me. They never called me so I canceled the order. And I went to Value City Furniture and got a better deal on similar furniture. Ashley has awesome furniture but the sales people and the way they run the store is horrible. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you. Ashly experience put us in a horrible bind and we almost lost financing because of them. I would never recommend Ashly to any of my friends or family. If I could give them, no stars I would.

My wife and I purchased two recliners this past Sunday. There was no sales pressure just was told about different options to purchase and Memorial Day sale. Update: thank you to one of the managers he got the wedge on order and should arrive in a week Went into the store and placed a order for a beautiful sectional couch back in February 2024 and after 3 months I get my order to find out the sales man never ordered the wedge piece that ties the sectional together, so now I'm in limbo waiting once again in hopes this gets corrected sooner then later. At this point I will never shop at Ashley's again.
