We recently relocated and needed to replace some major home furnishings. After looking around and not really finding what we were looking for we decided to stop into Ashley Furniture in Louisville. I was treated immediately and to my surprise I was able to acquire everything we needed at one stop. Our salesman, Michael was friendly, courteous and professional. He had lots of helpful hints as we made our decision but, he was never pushy. I'm pleased with the quality of our purchases and this was a great shopping experience. Thank you!

I just bought a king size bed from them. And footboard was completely unfinished. Installers saw this said nothing. Barely speakers English. Went to store 3 times and called there crappy 800 complaint line to file claim and it’s a joke. Talked to mgr once. Got no where, everything I go up joined available to help or replace this. I will never shop at this company ever again. And I’m filing a BBB complaint on this fraudulent company. They sure took my money fast though!

They lied to me about the delivery date and I still haven’t received my purchase and I’m already making payments on it. Ashley take no accountability and place blame on the manufacturer. The escalation specialist is also no help this is ridiculous and Ashley should be ashamed of themselves!!! DO NOT GO HERE BE WARNED!!!!! You will be paying for an item you never receive and no communication no follow ups and no attempts to rectify the situation! If I could leave 0 stars I would because they don’t even deserve a half of a star yet alone 1!!! DO NOT SHOP WITH ASHLEY HOME FURNITURE!!!!!!!

This is my first time purchasing from Ashley and it will be my last. First impressions were great but the salesman, I think his name was Trey, clearly lied just to land the sale. I told him my situation, how I needed something asap, he seemed very helpful and told me we would look at options that are readily available. He told me my furniture would be delivered Tomorrow 7/11, but when I never received a confirmation text I decided to call the fulfillment center. They told me it has to be scheduled next week, that it was never available this week, and WORD FOR WORD I was told “the sales team will say this so they land the sale.” Despite being very frustrated I schedule it for next Tuesday 7/16. The confirmation text, however, tells me next Wednesday 7/17. So I call again, and I am told it has to be Wednesday. For all I know I’ll never get my furniture. TLDR: don’t let nice salesman like Trey or a pretty sales floor fool you, Ashley Furniture only wants your money regardless of the circumstances.

Horrible experience all around. Took weeks to get a refund and they “lost” the warranty that I paid for, emailed my receipt several times and made several phone calls before I was refunding my money for a loveseat that was never delivered.

Terrible. I ordered delivery and they claimed I wasn’t home said that they knocked on the door which they did NOT. The couch was supposed to arrive between 8-11:30 they showed up at 11:26 and sat there getting paid across the street for 13 minutes. Watched me move my car and left while I was parking. Called 3 times in 1 minute and left in 13 minutes. I tried calling and texting within that time only to be forwarded to a call center.
