I want to file a formal complaint to corporate. Outside is a hazard going into the store. There should be no reason that there should be the curb step and another step to go into the store. My grandmother fell in front of the store and I want to talk to someone. It could be someone else's turn to fall. If the matter is not resolved I will contact WPSD about this hazard situation.

Doug was super helpful in helping us pick out the perfect sectional. He was not overbearing and allowed us to look around on our own, but was there to answer any questions that we had. It was the perfect shopping experience without feeling overwhelmed and nervous with someone breathing down your neck, with still having someone there to help us in any way we needed!

Shopping at the Ashley Furniture Store in Paducah ky was a delight!!! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Oh wow the store was neat and clean and the selection was amazing. I can’t say enough about my experience there and Matt was wonderful. This is the only place I will ever buy furniture from now on.
