JV was incredibly helpful and friendly while we were couch shopping. She listened to what we were aiming for and provided several helpful suggestions and alternatives. The store has a wide selection, which JV was very knowledgeable about. The prices are to be expected of a large furniture store (ie- higher than walmart/amazon), but JV helped us out there as well. 10/10 would ask for her again!
