Shopping at the Ashley Furniture Store in Paducah ky was a delight!!! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Oh wow the store was neat and clean and the selection was amazing. I can’t say enough about my experience there and Matt was wonderful. This is the only place I will ever buy furniture from now on.
I have shopped at Higdon Furniture for more than 20 years. They offer good quality products at excellent prices. I recently purchased an Ashley sectional. From date of order to delivery was just one week. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Jody and his team were great to work with!!

Unfortunately, no purchases were made here, but I did have quite the experience. While waiting for my vehicle, I decided to walk over and look at furniture since I’m remodeling my house and will be in the market soon. I explained this to the man who approached us and told him we were just looking. He was polite at first and checked on us again later, and we had a short but positive conversation. Then things got strange. As he walked back to the desk about 50 feet away, an older female coworker asked, “Are yours still here too?” in a very annoyed tone. He replied, “Yes, just looking though,” and then immediately started telling her where I live and work. They both began loudly speculating about my personal finances and criticizing everything they thought they knew about me — all while I was standing right there. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional in my life. The employees here were openly gossiping about me — where I live, where I work, how I could “afford” furniture — while I stood right in front of them. Completely disrespectful and disgusting behavior. I will never come back, and I hope management sees this.
