I got my new but demo couch 11/22/23 one of the recliner was messed up they've sent me 2 parts I didn't need when the technician did come he didn't fix the couch he left it still messed up I was told by several people not to go to Ashley furniture I didn't listen and went anyway big mistake people listen don't go to Ashley furniture you will regret it
We had a great time looking at everything and picking out our new furniture. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The staff especially Wess Phillips was very helpful and nice and his manager was very generous with a discount on accessories that I wanted. Highly recommend.
I had an awesome experience and very pleased with my purchase. I came in right before closing to make a purchase but was still treated kindly even though they were almost closing. They were patient and helpful. I will definitely be back!!
