I could be incorrect, but he’s definitely a kind soul and I appreciate his assistance very much. I forgot to mention that there was also a lady at the front desk who was very helpful. I also appreciate her assistance overall they’re very friendly, very kind and professional, which is great. Had a great experience overall!
