Ashley Furniture in somerset, Ky was horrible! Customer Service needs work! I went in on Nov 6th informed the salesman what I was looking for and price range I was looking for. Kellen informed me an adjustable frame and king size bed would be 2000.00. I asked 3 times if adjustable frame would be the current one I was looking at with a yes answer all 3 times! After being told it would take “a couple weeks” and I would be called when it comes in to schedule for pick up. Never once was I called, I finally called on Dec 13th inquiring about it. Was told it should have come in by now and was placed on hold with store manager informs me that yes the bed was in the warehouse and I scheduled a pick up. Went in and paid for the remaining balance of bed, went down road to “warehouse” where my husband had to tie down alone. My husband puts frame together, I realize the frame is not the frame I was told I would get, so I called the next morning (dec 22nd) in regards to mistake. Informed a manager would contact me back. My husband called back on Dec 26th, took number and was informed would call back. Dec 28 I call again with the same song n dance. After New Year’s Day, I called and told them I was tired of calling and getting the run around, so I spoke with Dustin who said he was a fill in for store manger and basically called me a liar because Kellen would have never given me that deal? And that basically the deal I got was almost a steal, I never argued that it was a good deal, I just wanted to make him aware that I didn’t get the frame i was told x3 times I was going to get. Kellen was out at the time of conversation but Dustin was putting this at the top of his to-do list and would be talking with Kellen in 2 days and he would call or Kellen would call me by Wednesday. Still waiting for call. 🙄 I will never buy or even look there again or send anyone I know to them! Do better Ashley Furniture!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! If it was possible to give a negative star rating I would. Do not buy the protection plan that they tell you will cover any damages that happen to the furniture. They will NOT fulfill the agreement. We spent thousands of dollars at this store in just the past few months and regret it. We will NEVER buy anything else from them and will tell everyone else to do the same. Pitiful customer service and the poor communication between management leads to a seemingly incompetent staff.
