I went into ashley furniture looking for a recliner and the sales associate trey was so great. He got us to buy a pretty cool reclining sofa with some neat features.The customer service manager amber made the process so easy and fast.Had such a nice experience will be definitely be going back in the future! DEFINITELY ask for trey and amber they were amazing!
order a recliner 6 week ago and have been calling the store for 3 days to get information on when it will come in. No one answers the phone. The manager of this store is a joke. He has his sales people standing around like hawks waiting to attach you soon as you enter the store, but will not answer the phone. next call is to corporate.
Had a great experience shopping for furniture. Rachel was very personable and friendly. Charlie greeted us as we walked in and provided us with the information needed.
My first shopping experience at Ashley was most delightful! The customer service that I recieved was Top Notch! Brooke was very accommodating and helpful from the moment I walked in. Terri Jones, Salesperson, was a Great Salesperson!! She was thoughtful and paid attention to each persons needs. I was patient as I waited and watched her go from customer to customer insisting that she had forgotten. Terri would leave one customer with Cell phone in her hand while asking “Which sofa, loveseat, etc. do you want? Let’s go to the computer and I’ll check.” After checking on the computer she would say, “I’ll be right back. let me go & check on my other customer(s).” I’ll give her a referral any day because I know that she will provide the best customer service that one would/could ask for. Thanks so much Terri!
