Ordered a cushion, 5 months ago. They got my money. No cushion. No communication. No timeline. No responsibility. No customer service.
We had a wonderful experience today at this store. Our Salesperson Christian was terrific in helping us selecting a bedroom set for my granddaughter. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He was very professional and personable which made our experience fun and not stressful. When we went to checkout, Pumulo was so pleasant to speak with. She handled our transaction and explained everything so we understood and the process was quick and easy. I will definitely make this store my first stop for furniture in the future. Kudos to Christian and Pumulo!
This was our first visit to the Ashley location in Churchville, MD., and we were met by Christian, who was very attentive, helpful and patient. We appreciate all that he did for us, and today our sofa was delivered in perfect condition and we are very happy with it. We did not know that pillows would be included! Fast and efficient delivery men also. We also love the Pouf that we purchased for a foot rest. We will definitely buy more furniture there in the future, and tell our family and friends about this lovely store.
My boyfriend and I came in the store last night in search for a bed frame as our 2 year old frame from Ikea broke last night. We were helped by sales associate Kevin who was awesome and very resourceful! While my boyfriend and I were extremely anxious due to this unexpected event, Kevin assured us that everything would be okay, and it was! He found us a beautiful bed frame for an AMAZING price and was super helpful the entire process. We were also assisted by customer service rep. Amber who was extremely friendly and helped our last steps go by as efficiently as possible. I would recommend these two associates as well as the store to anyone! We are so excited to get our new bed frame this week! Thank you Kevin and Amber!
Very large selection of living room furniture, our sales associate Abdul was knowledable and quick to give us prices and availablity. Customer service representative Amber was pleasent and quick at completing our check out and giving us a delivery date. Over all a very pleasant experience.
The amount of 5 star reviews is astounding and I believe 100% people were compensated in some manner for their positive reviews... Let me tell you the real deal. I RARELY POST REVIEWS. Will never shop here again. All I wanted to do was order a replacement cushion. Ordered September 17th. Told 12 weeks for shipping. They couldn't ship to our home, we asked if it could come to the store and we could pick up. They said sure, but wanted to charge a $100 fee to have it shipped from their warehouse to their store. We refused to that. At 12 weeks on December 10th I called to check in on order status. A male rep told me that they had been shipped and allow 7-10 business days. I called on Friday 12/23, just hoping they might be in and I could snag them for Christmas. The male rep assured me nothing yet but they would call when they came in. Today, 12/27 I spoke with Brittany, who stated when looking up my order the order was just placed on the 10th of Dec. I said no I placed in September. She raised her voice and clearly with an attitude said NO DECEMBER 10th... I asked to speak with a manager. The manager Paloma recalls speaking to me the week prior and she said that she is not sure what's going on. Call the service department who handles these things. Now the service department says the cushions will be shipped to a Delaware warehouse, not the store, and they don't have a rep assigned to this order request. WHERE HAS IT BEEN THE LAST THREE MONTHS?! for a cushion and a cover. $300+ and horrible customer service, liars regarding shipping. No organization. Outrageously overpriced. We had to negotiate not paying $100 in shipping to have Ashley ship them to their own store so we could pick them up! We have requested a refund and I will never suggest working with this company or their affiliated store/partners again.

Thank you to Candice, Pumalo (spell?) and Charlie at the Churchville store for helping my husband with a recliner purchase. They found a way to let him pick up instead of waiting 10 to 12 weeks!
