We ordered a new sleeper sofa from Ashley Churchville. This is the fourth major piece of furniture we have purchased from Ashley in three different states. The others went well, but our experience at the Churchville store was so exceptional I had to write a review. After extensive online searching we found the couch we wanted in stock and on sale. But the "Minimum width for doorway delivery" was 32"--2.5 inches wider than the doorway to the room where we wanted it. Sales Associate, Terri measured the couch and found it that it would still fit, while General Manager, Tracy accepted her conclusion. The delivery went like clockwork and the room now has a comfortable, decor-fitting, sleeper sofa. Thanks Terri, Tracy, and the Churchville store owners for creating such an effective team.

All and all it was a good experience. Except the communication on the sale that was going on. I was told the sale was everything. When I went to purchase i was told it was only on floor models!! It did not say that in the flyer I was given or by the sales person. He did do everything he could to get me the best possible price.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered furniture in December and was told it would take until March. I was called in March saying that it was delayed until May. I was called again today and they said they discontinued my furniture and I wasn't getting it after paying for it when I ordered. Completely unethical business practice. Will never shop here again.

My experience from POS to delivery was outstanding. I received communication the day before as they stated would occur. I received delivery notifications when they were 15 minute out and the delivery guys were fantastic. I also had an opportunity to work with Devyn Kolcun, Sales Manager who simply put, cares about the experience. I worked as a leader for Best Buy Corporate for 5.5 years and can state, with the level of service I receieved would shop there again and would offer referrals as well. Great job and thank you!
