Amazing service Ed was super amazing make sure u look for him when getting your furniture.
I purchased a couch through this Ashley Furniture location, and it has been one of the single worst shopping experiences ever. The couch was a sofa sleeper, and was not only expensive for what it was, it fell apart after light use for about 5 months. We purchased the warranty/insurance plan, and after about 2 months of being bounced around between their corporate customer service, the store itself, and a 3rd party warranty company, we had to pay additional money for them to schedule an inspection. The people at Ashley were not only unwilling to claim any responsibility, but they were rude, dismissive, slow to respond , and confrontational. I would advise avoiding shopping here or any other locations at all possible costs, their furniture is terrible quality and even worse is their customer service and support.

Telling everyone I know to NEVER do business with these scam artists. 1200 dollars for what we thought was a nice table and not even a year later the wood I warping and we’re being refused any warrantee. This won’t be your last one star. Everyone I know will take your rating down below 2 stars or I won’t be satisfied. On my way to call the BBB next
