He just put in there without asking me, had he asked me would have chosen yes for some items and not for others. ​I typically avoid shopping in-store because I hate feeling pressured to buy, but my experience here was completely different. Tony greeted me immediately and made me feel comfortable right away. He never pressured me; instead, he really listened to what I needed, answered all my questions, and recommended furniture that stayed within my price range. I was so impressed with the service and the deal I received that I came back a second time to purchase a bed for my daughter.

Super friendly staff, ordered the couch we wanted and it seemed great. We were told they would have to restock it and would be contacted. Apparently the item was discontinued but we were not notified by email or phone so when we checked on delivery date after a couple weeks we were made aware by the customer service dept. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Also fun fact, no automatic refund I get to conveniently drive to the store.

Wow, they fail in every category of sells and communication. Ordered two throw pillows for new bed, nothing fancy, they did not allow to remove floor models understood. But then i Ordered new ones over a month ago, called 4 times checking, nothing but excuses, I would honestly suggest any place but here. Do I have my pillows NO! Was told today they have to reorder.

As a wedding gift, my aunt generously offered to purchase new living room furniture for my husband and me. I visited the store and selected chairs along with an ottoman. About a week later, the wrong ottomans was delivered to my home. The issue seems to stem from the fact that the serial number of the ottoman I chose in-store matches the one that was incorrectly delivered, creating confusion. I received conflicting information from both customer service and the store, both of which have blamed each other for the issue. Despite sending multiple emails and leaving several voicemails to this store, I have received no response. Since the store has not taken any steps to resolve the matter—likely because payment has already been processed—I will have no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company, as I have not received the ottoman I purchased. Edit: Increasing my rating after visiting the store. S/O to the nice ladies working at the desk — they were kind and helpful. Despite the original salesperson entering the wrong information, the lack of communication, and the fact that I had to pick up the ottoman myself, they were ultimately able to resolve my issue in the end.

Came in a little lost but Dominique helped me work with the thoughts I was having and execute my vision. Seamless experience!

my furniture order placed in September, totaling over $4,000. At the time of purchase, I was told that my items would be delivered in October. I later learned that some of the pieces were given away, which prevented my delivery from being fulfilled as promised. When I visited the store in November, I was told I could receive a partial delivery — which I stated was completely acceptable. Now I am being informed that I will not receive any of my items until January. This is an unreasonable delay, especially considering the significant amount I paid and the repeated changes to my delivery timeline.

Dominique was amazing at steering us to a couch that would fit our space perfectly, was fabric perfect for a family with small children and was just the right color. We can’t wait to have it delivered to our house. If you are looking for someone who can help you pick the perfect couch to fit your needs, ask for Dominique!

Ashley Furniture in Columbia MD is run like a rag - tag retail furniture organization. First of all, I purchased furniture from them yesterday. The furniture was nice. However, when paying for it they attempted to overcharge me, but I caught it, so they called over the store manager, and they decide to adjust the price after consulting the store manager. Today I had a question in regard to the financing of the furniture that was purchased. The store opens at 11:00 AM on Sundays. I reached out to the business counter at 11:09 AM and spoke to a young female person and explained my dilemma about wanting to speak to a manage about the financing of my furniture from yesterday. She listened. Put me on hold and came back then told me that all of the managers were busy. I then retorted, please let me speak with the store manager. She then stated that he is busy too, but I can take a message, and he will get back to you. So, I gave her my name and number and confirmed that he will be calling me from the number I reach the store with and asked for the store manager's name. She said that his name is Wayne. Well, I didn't hear from Wayne or anyone else all day. I called back several times, and the phone kept ringing and ringing without anyone answering it. I finally stopped calling about 1:00 PM. At the time of this writing, it is after hours at Ashley of Columbia MD. They have closed their doors for the day at 7:00 PM. I have yet to get a returned call from the store manager or anyone else for that matter. Such poor customer service is on display from this store out of the gate. Obviously, you can only speak to the store manager when there is money being spent. Otherwise, the customer does not matter. Therefore, Ashley Furniture will never get a dime from me ever again. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. It seems that once you make a purchase they don't want anything to do with you after that. I have never seen a franchise so blatantly display a disregard for wanting customer satisfaction! Decencies and customer service are out of the window with them. What kind of outfit is this?

My friend and I visited three different furniture stores while shopping. We fell in love with one set and ended up getting the best price at Ashley’s. We worked with Tony, who was incredibly professional and helpful. I highly recommend working with him!

I felt like the customer service I received was so good, but as soon ad I sealed the deal of purchasing something I had more questions and they were no longer interested in answering my questions

I purchased 2 bed frames by $967.99 from Ashley on 10/5/25 paying $167.99 as deposit and remaining by store credit card loan. On 10/11/2025 they delivered the products and took my approval of delivery. After careful checking I found that both of the bed frame has some issue 1. In queen bed- the front frame delivered without color and was not fit properly, the screw hole come out 2. The king bed - One of the front frames was not delivered (Displayed in the store) I went to the shop on Sunday (10/12/2025) and complained the issue and they provide a phone number. On Monday (10/13/2025) I contacted the number and request for repair/replacement. Today someone contacted from the shop and said that they can fix the queen bed but cannot do anything for the king bed. Then I responded to return the items. However, they are now asking additional $150 for returning the bed. How can it be possible after delivering some defective item to the customer you ask additional money to return back.

Edit - this has become a terrible experience! The sofa I ordered would not fit into my basement. The delivery guys said someone from the store would contact me for a refund. The following day, someone from the corporate office called me to say the store I ordered from would contact me with 2 days to discuss my refund. After a week, I tried calling us store. Nobody answered so I left a message. Didn’t hear back so I called the following day. Was told it would be a store credit, not a refund. Was also told that they had to contact corporate to get approval, and that someone would call me back the following day. Never heard back. Visited the store today and was told they had to cancel the order through corporate and I had to come back to the store once that happened to give me card for a refund. So after 3 phone calls and one store visit, my order is still not resolved and I have to make yet another trip there. Incredible waste of my time due to incompetence. I came into the store with my young daughter looking for a couch for my basement. Justin was the sales person who helped me and the experience was great! He was very helpful without being pushy and was very understanding of how busy my daughter can be. He continued to answer my questions the following day, and I ended up going into the store one more time to make sure I chose the one I really wanted. Overall a great experience and I’ll be going back to this store any future furniture needs.

Yesterday I had a very unpleasant visit at this location. I went in to take a look inside and browse. I was followed the whole time by Mark. I looked up twice and he was uncomfortably in front of me only a few feet away. The first time he said I’m at your service. Then the second time when I told him I felt like he was following me he said I obviously I wasn’t used to elite service. He said they do the same thing at Nordstrom rack. I have shopped at Nordstrom rack in the past and I have never felt harassed and I have never been followed there. Employees at this location obviously do not understand elite service. Elite service does not include being intrusive, being overzealous, and over stepping boundaries. Elite service should leave a shopper feeling great about their shopping experience. Do better. Your excuses are lame and so is your behavior.

Nice Product Quality and Fast Delivery times compared to COVID era. Only downside is some of the furniture styling seemed a bit dated especially for the pricing.

Justin was phenomenal. Going into the store I had no intention of purchasing. Justin helped me find 2 pieces for my space that I love. He was extremely patient and offered the best customer service I’ve experienced.

We went shopping for a new living room set. Dominique walked us through just about every choice in the store, reviewed sectional options and measurements and got us checked out quickly. We needed to make a change the next day, which was also pretty easy. Delivery was set up for less than a week later.

Worst experience ever! The customer service is horrible. Everyone is dishonest and the only thing the employees know to say is “we’ll give you a call” and they never do. My delivery date fluctuated and I never received my order. I had to come in person 5 TIMES until I finally had my order cancelled. My first 3 visits were to talk about my order never arriving and I always got the same “it’ll arrive next week” “we’ll give you a call” and yet again my order never arrived and I never received any phone calls. I came in the fourth time to just cancel my order and was told that it would be canceled within 48 hours and that I’ll receive a “confirmation call”…. I waited 3 DAYS and never got a call or anything letting me know my order was cancelled. I came in person for the 5th TIME and I went straight to the manager and finally got my order cancelled. (Mind you this whole process has taken over a month) Honestly save yourself the time, stress, and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Wish someone told me this.

We had a pretty great experience back in July. We were greeted by Mina who was very kind and professional. We had our 2 young children with us and she made us feel super comfortable and even took kids to get balloons while my husband and I made a decision on our sofa. I went to Ashley’s for the Labor Day sale on August 28th. The store was not busy. I wanted to furnish a home I was closing on September 4th. As soon as I entered I was greeted by their employee who assisted me throughout my experience. I informed her I wanted to walk thru the facility first. She told me to take my time but a few minutes into looking at sectionals she was already checking on me and trying to direct me to other sectionals. I informed her we still wanted to walk thru and keep looking. I made it around the corner to the bedroom furniture and once again she appeared asking my son and I how we were doing. I informed her we were doing well and pointed to a BR set I liked for myself. I asked her about pricing and that information was provided. I purchased the BR set (which I am happy with). She asked us if there were other things we were looking for. We told her we were looking to furnish our home. I showed her pictures of the rooms we were looking to furnish and even mentioned the room measurements that were taken for my son’s room. I told her I was going for a cozy vibe since the dining room and living room were small and close together. From that point forward, she rushed us to other furniture. She showed us my son’s queen bed with storage (which we purchased and are happy with). She pointed to a rectangular dining room table. I told her we wanted a round table and she said they had that in a 60inch. I ended up purchasing it without actually seeing it. (Big mistake, turns out 60in is way too big for my dining room). She finally brought us back to the sectional we were initially looking at. She told me they could customize it the way I wanted it. I once again mentioned the measurements because I feared the furniture would be too big for my home. She told me she would customize it to fit and I decided to go with her expertise and purchase the sectional. Once I closed on my home, I measured the LR based on the measurements the Ashley’s employee gave me and realized it was definitely too big. I went back and told her I could not get the sectional and gave her specific measurements I could not go over. I bought a different sectional and am currently waiting for it to be delivered. Overall, my experience was okay. I really wish I was not rushed into buying the dining room table and the LR sectional. I do understand I should’ve trusted my own judgment more instead of the employees expertise. I definitely should have spoke up and walked the store the way I initially intended to. I’m actually nervous to receive the piece I purchased. Wish me luck yall.

The most disappointing aspect is constantly having to call or come in and still not getting answers. I regret making this purchase at this store particularly. Horrible!!! I ordered furniture since march of 2025 it is September of 2025. I was told my delivery was August 18th and one month later it’s still not delivered. Ontop of that I paid 16,000 cash for my furniture and I had to return an ottoman because it was too big I sent it back with the delivery company the same day it came! Only to be told that my 700 dollars of my cash money had to refunded as a store credit!!! I will never do business with Ashley’s again. I was never told any of this information. Robbery at its finest.

Was lied to about delivery date which turned out to be 3 months later. Had to cancel the order.

The service was awesome. Our customer service person was very knowledgeable. He allowed us to look around without hounding us. Quick check and friendly service.

I recently purchased a sectional sofa and an office desk from Ashley Colombia, but I was disappointed with the delivery times for these items. Initially, I was informed that I wouldn’t be charged for delivery based on the cost of the items. However, when the delivery did not occur, I refused to pay the delivery fee because my receipt clearly indicated a charge of $0.00 for delivery. After much back-and-forth with the company, some of the items were delivered, while others are still outstanding. Although I have no issues with the furniture itself, I was appalled by their refusal to deliver the remaining items since I was not charged a delivery fee initially. Eventually, the store manager intervened on my behalf and worked out a solution with the delivery company.

Samantha and Keith went above and beyond helping us find the mattress and bed set when been looking for. Super kind, and friendly people! Highly recommend paying them a visit!

I’ve been searching for a couch for 2 years for my new place and was ready to make a purchase but only knew I wanted a sectional. The most terrible experience in a furniture store so far for me. Bought items on the 9th of August and they clearly knew that I am expecting it within a week . Now they are saying I should get it on the 29th of Septembers (7 weeks). Just left the Ashley Store in Columbia and had an amazing experience!! My husband and I have been looking for a dining set for over a year. We walked in to this Ashely and were so happy to see such a big selection. Anthony, the sales rep was wonderful in helping us with the whole process and we wound up taking a beautiful 8-seater! The entire staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Definitely coming back for a bedroom set!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service from Ashley Furniture. We were told repeatedly at the store we had purchased 8 chairs. When our delivery came a month later we were only given 4. We have called the store, the warehouse, HQ, as well as sending multiple e-mails. We have even gone into the store and told this is a common mistake from the sales associate in which the only solution is for us is to purchase 4 more chairs at the same price. We wouldn't have bought the chairs to begin with if the price had been doubled. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY FURNITURE. They are trying to make us pay double for their mistakes.

Just got delivery of my chairs and I'm irate. I specifically asked and confirmed with multiple people INCLUDING the manager when in the store that I will be getting 8 chairs. Multiple times I was told yes, it's 4 boxes with two chairs each for a total of 8 chairs. Delivery just came in and I only got 4 chairs, I call dispatch they say I only ordered 4 chairs, I call the store and the store says I only ordered 4 chairs. Don't lie straight to my face. Hopefully Ashley Furniture store will be able to remedy this but as for right now, I'm livid and appalled with the lies this store told me.

My experience with this location began over the phone. I had questions, a lot of questions, about your Modmax 4-Piece Modular Next-Gen Nuvella sectional in Spice. The salesperson who took my call was Chief. He was patient, knowledgeable and super friendly. I could "see" his smile through his voice. We ended the call with him committing to reach back with pricing, in-store vs online. Naturally, I'm looking to stretch my dollar. His response was quick. Tbh, I expected I would need to call him back. I reviewed the invoices and had more questions. I called him. Again, all smiles in his voice. "Come into the store, see the sofa. I'll answer all your questions in person." I didn't hesitate. In person Chief was as expected. Long story short, Chief took care of me. Laiba, made my transaction seamless. Chief's not your average salesperson. I encourage you to go see for yourself.

The most horrific experience I have ever had w/ ordering furniture. Had a delivery to my house, the delivery crew cracked my door frame and put a hole in my entryway wall, all the while scratching the couch while bringing it in. I called in the complaint the same day Ashley has refused to return the couch, they refused to price match - they do not stand by ANY of the return policies on their website. It has caused me so much stress and I have had 0 resolutions to the damages to my home. The most I was offered was 100.00 off the 24 in ripped leather scratch on my brand new couch or I have to wait 2 months for a new couch and I can not sit or touch the couch that is scratched sitting in my house. Such a shame cause I have ordered from Ashley for other furniture in my house - but this will most CERTAINLY be the last time I order anything from Ashley.

It's a shame when you wait a couple of weeks for your furniture and when it arrives it is damaged. Furniture was delivered on a Saturday, went to the store that Monday for an update on when I will be getting my furniture, was told I would be getting contacted on Tuesday. Well today is Thursday and still nothing from the store. Can't believe I have to fight to get the furniture I paid for.

This is the worst experience purchasing furniture I’ve ever had. The store’s employees were repeatedly dishonest with us and showed no interest in addressing any of our concerns. In addition, their delivery service was not adequately equipped to handle the size furniture we were ordering. We went to the store to look at a chair for a future purchase as we were having work done on the house and didn’t currently have a place to put the chair. The salesman let us know that we could order that day and then delay delivery as long as we wanted until we were ready for the chair, so we agreed and purchased. We also inquired about a battery pack for the chair as it had a charging component, and the salesman showed us the one compatible with the chair and added it to the order. When we got the call the chair was ready for delivery, the associate informed us that we could only delay delivery by two weeks. When we called the store to ask for their help in fixing the issue, they said they would call us back and never did. The chair was broken on delivery by the delivery people because they brought it in a truck that did not have a lift, and they basically dropped it out of the truck. A new chair was delivered several weeks later, and then we discovered that the battery pack they gave us was actually not compatible with the chair. We called the store and visited the store in person to try and resolve. They told us they needed to “call corporate” and would call us back but never did, so now we are out over $200 for something we cannot use. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

We bought a new living room set today, and Dee was super helpful! We knew which pieces we wanted to look at, and Dee greeted us right when we walked in the door and showed us the pieces we wanted to see. He never made us feel pressured the way some salespeople do, and he gave us plenty of time to think things over before checking in on us. We weren’t expected to buy from Ashley again, but the last time we stopped in the manager was so helpful, and our interaction with Dee today solidified our decision. Highly recommend!

We visited this location on April 14th. at around 7:15p. My husband and I walked in looked around for a bit. There were about 3 to 4 employees in store at the time, they all seemed to be with customers. However 🤔 not even one of them acknowledged our presence. Not even to say welcome and someone will be with u as soon as possible. We came in with the intention to purchase a sofa set. We need a replacement set ASAP as we r expecting guest soon. But since we were ignored 🙁 I guess we'll take our money else where 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ordered a sectional through this store / branch and was misquoted and upon return, tried to charge $150. Terrible customer service, bad communication, and wouldn’t work with me on their mistakes. I should have gotten an extra seat in my sectional based on the showroom’s example, but instead got a 4 piece instead of the 5 piece sectional delivered. Extremely disappointed.

Poor customer service. Sold a sectional on the showroom floor but when it came in was incorrect and was missing a piece. Sales associate quoted us the wrong configuration. Charged us an additional $300 for the missing piece. When asked to return, they added an additional $150 in shipping to return the incorrect sectional they gave us in the first place. Would avoid doing business at this branch.

Mr. Hollywood was Phenomenal! He was patient, knowledgeable, and lobbied for additional discounts on our behalf. This was the BEST furniture shopping experience we have EVER had. When we need furniture in the future, we will go NOWHERE else! Mr. Hollywood is truly an ASSET to the Ashley brand.

After being told at the time of purchase that this was their “best sale of the year” and that I would have my furniture in 2-3 weeks, SURPRISE! 3 weeks later they had an even better sale! I went into the store to complain and they did give me a refund to reduce my purchase price, but then the service rep said it would be ANOTHER 2-3 weeks before my furniture was ready for delivery! So mad!!

Everything looks good, only thing is that the delivery men didn’t give me the hex wrench which I would need to tighten the table and the chairs from time to time

I had recently bought a mattress from this location, the sales person was okay but after they make me pay delivery fee which is usually free for most purchases. I had to keep calling and beg them to get the item even after a week, no updates, no explanation. I had to call to their main office after they refused to answer my calls and talk to a representative for at least estimated delivery date. This is the worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life. I don’t recommend Ashley Store Columbia location.

Fatima is the best sales person at Ashley. She is the most patient human being I have come across and is very knowledgeable about her job. She delivers excellent customer service and I am very happy with my purchase.

If I could, I wouldn’t even give one star. Please save yourself the trouble and shop at another furniture store—do not go to Ashley Furniture. I purchased an entire bed set and a sofa from them. Unfortunately, when the furniture was delivered, I was out of town, so my mother received it on my behalf. We didn’t test the bed until we returned a few days later. Once we started using it, we realized it was extremely uncomfortable and began causing back pain for both me and my partner. When I went to Ashley to report the issue, they told me there’s only a 72-hour window to report any problems after delivery. This policy is ridiculous—how can someone know if a whole bed works for them within three days, especially if they aren’t even home? Even worse, their website clearly states you have 30 days to return items. We were still within two weeks of the delivery when I raised the issue, but they refused to help. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee, yet no solution was offered. On top of that, during delivery, the movers damaged my sofa and tried to cover it up. I reported it immediately, and Ashley promised to send a replacement. It’s now the end of February, and I’m still waiting. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I’m writing this review to save you both time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed in our experience with Ashley Furniture. There were red flags from the beginning that we should not have ignored. When in the store, the sales person initially entered the incorrect number of pieces and almost charged us for the warranty that we had already said we didn't want. The error was only caught because I flagged it when looking over his shoulder as he entered it into the iPad. He then told us it would take 2-4 weeks for delivery, but it ended up being 6 weeks. When the furniture was delivered it was the wrong color. We specifically had told the sales person that we wanted gray, but the couch that was delivered was white; we have 3 kids, there's no way we would ever order a white couch. They offered to come pick it up and place an order for the correct one, but we did not want to go through the hassle of scheduling a pick up (the customer service agent couldn't even give me a time frame for when they would pick it up. Days?? Weeks??) nor did we want to risk having to wait another 6 weeks for the correct couch. I will never recommend Ashely Furniture after this experience.

We purchased queen bed with mattress at Ashley furniture at columbia MD store. Even after two weeks there is no info about the delivery of furniture. Customer service is so bad they flatly told us they are not sure when it will be delivered. Apparently Ashley furniture is con artist, grabbing money upfront and then for get if they have to deliver furniture to customers. Very frustrating and bad experience. BE AWARE! BE AWARE! We recently purchased a $2,200 sofa (paid in full) from Ashley Furniture. During delivery, the sofa didn’t fit through the stairs, so the team took it back to the warehouse. When I requested a refund, I was told there are no refunds—only store credit. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about their refund policy and was assured I’d get a refund if the item didn’t fit. I was never informed about their no-refund policy. I was later told that once delivery is scheduled and attempted, refunds are no longer an option. This has been extremely frustrating for my family, especially during the holiday season. $2,200 is now stuck as store credit, and we are still working on what to do next. Please ensure you understand their refund policies and get everything in writing to avoid this situation.

My experience shopping in store was pleasant. The sales representative, Marshall, was very professional and allowed me to browse the store and answered all my questions. My main focus was to purchase a queen and a full-sized bed, as well as a couch, as I had recently relocated due to a military change of duty station and needed these items urgently. I expressed numerous times to the sales representative as well as a manger that I needed these items as soon as possible as I had none currently. I had also wanted to purchase a blanket for my son, but was informed that it was not in stock except for the display ones. I was told that I could order one and it would be delivered to my door with 2 day drop ship. It had been explained to me it would be much like Amazon where they would simply mail the blanket to me and would get it within two days. With the beds and couch being delivered within two weeks. I made the purchase on September 6th but had not received any updates on the status of my order by September 18th. Upon calling the store on the 18th, I was informed that my order for the beds AND blanket wouldn't be available until the end of the month, with the couch not being available for delivery until mid-October. I am extremely disappointed with the change in delivery dates and the lack of communication regarding my order. I had trusted this company to deliver my order on time and I couldn’t even get a phone call or email to let me know they weren’t able to meet the two week delivery.

If you are in the market for new furniture I highly recommend Ashley in Columbia. I had the absolute best time buying my new bed at Ashley. Paula was the star of the show - I usually don't like to talk to sales people but she was AWESOME - showed me lots of options and didn't rush me at all. She listened, answered all my questions, and made me feel right at home... it can be very awkward to lay down in a bed on a showroom floor but Paula took all of the awkward out of the situation and made it a fun experience. I'll also give a shout out to Wayne for helping with the numbers and for making the purchase a little easier on my wallet.

I purchased the Avocet sofa, chair, and ottoman from Ashley Furniture in Columbia, Maryland. The items were scheduled to be delivered today but the delivery persons stated that the sofa was too big to go up the next set of stairs. The next opening for the stairs is the same size. They asked if I wanted them to leave it in the foyer for me to deal with later or send it back. I contacted the store for assistance and spoke with Ryan as the manager, Wayne, was unavailable for me to talk to. I was instructed to come to the store for assistance if I wanted to buy something else or request a refund. Ryan stated that a refund could not be requested over the phone. I would also need to forfeit the “white-glove” delivery fee if I don’t want to accept the store credit ($2800). I stated that they didn’t have anything else in the store that I was interested in purchasing and requiring me to accept a store credit would force me to buy something I was not pleased with. The other option is to request re-delivery and sign a liability waiver, relieving Ashley Furniture of any damages to the furniture and my property. Ryan proceeded to tell me that I should have read the terms of the contract before I purchased the furniture. The terms are the terms and they were my only options to move forward. I find it interesting that they could not get the furniture up the stairs, but others were able to get a king-size mattress, an oversized headboard, and a dresser that is long and tall up two flights of stairs.

Josh ruled. Ryan ruled too.

He took time to find us the best sectional for us, even when our first pick fell through because the manufacturer discontinued a part. This store lost a costumer today - 5 employees, not a single one approached us in our 20+ minutes there or were even approachable. Only 4 customers in the store, and they ignored us all. I'm looking for spend up to 3k on a power recline sofa- only one in the store was even plugged in. I saw 2 I really liked, but couldn't tell how they worked or find anyone willing to help. Never again.

I didn’t think Ashley such a big brand would be a robber, I bought a set of tables from them and the tables had bottoms and top glasses and one glass from one of the tables were missing, I asked two of the associates and they told me one of the tables come without bottom glass, I trusted them and took the set but when I brought them home, one of the glasses was missing and I went back in 5 minutes and I told them about the missing glass, one of their rude managers told me that they are gonna order the glass but I need to pay for it. I don’t know what should I do against them, please give me your advices and be very careful buying items from the clearance.

Very very poor customer service. They tell you one thing when you are looking for item then change it by the time you go to buy it. Also once you purchase the item that’s it, delivery delays or such aren’t communicated to you after giving you a guaranteed delivery date/delivery by latest date. Plus you get attitude if you ask questions. Would not recommend this location.

Sam was my sales consultant. He was knowledgeable and didn’t follow us around the store the whole time like most sales consultants. He just checked in as we browsed and was able to take care of us quickly and efficiently.

Once you have made your purchase Ashley cares absolutely nothing about you. Even the time changes. I was promised delivery with a maximum time line given. Once the purchase was made and I called to verify the delivery date the tone was awful and Ricky insinuated I am a liar because they wouldn’t give me that timeline. Last I checked my hearing and cognitive abilities were intact. I will never purchase anything from these people again.

Went shopping for a couch set and Paula was very helpful. She made sure my wife and I had all the information and help we needed, but gave us space to talk and make our decision. To be honest I'm not always the biggest fan of Ashley designs, but I will always at least look at this store because of the great customer service.

I cannot believe the lack of customer service at this place. I ordered a sofa and loveseat almost 3 weeks ago. I was told it would be able to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. At the two week mark, I called the store to check on the order. They told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it because one piece wasn't delivered to them yet. (as promised). I said that wasn't what I was told when purchased. I expected a quicker delivery. I said please have your manager call me. I called everyday and everyday I was told the manager either wasn't in or he had stepped out. I was then told the store manager (female) would be in on Saturday and that they would let her know to call me. I waited until 4:30 pm to call her. They put me on hold for 11 minutes before I hung up. When I called back, no one would answer the phone. I have called multiple times since and no one will answer the phone. I will not be returning after this incident. I guess once they make the sale, they don't care about their customers.
