We purchased queen bed with mattress at Ashley furniture at columbia MD store. Even after two weeks there is no info about the delivery of furniture. Customer service is so bad they flatly told us they are not sure when it will be delivered. Apparently Ashley furniture is con artist, grabbing money upfront and then for get if they have to deliver furniture to customers. Very frustrating and bad experience. I recommend not to buy any furniture from them

BE AWARE! BE AWARE! We recently purchased a $2,200 sofa (paid in full) from Ashley Furniture. During delivery, the sofa didn’t fit through the stairs, so the team took it back to the warehouse. When I requested a refund, I was told there are no refunds—only store credit. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about their refund policy and was assured I’d get a refund if the item didn’t fit. I was never informed about their no-refund policy. I was later told that once delivery is scheduled and attempted, refunds are no longer an option. This has been extremely frustrating for my family, especially during the holiday season. $2,200 is now stuck as store credit, and we are still working on what to do next. Please ensure you understand their refund policies and get everything in writing to avoid this situation.
