Worse furniture buying experience. Just know the signs you see on the side of the road are not for the entire store. After spending some time in the store I found a piece that I wanted. I get up to the counter the checkout women are eating whole meals and talking on their phones. That was ignored. Then my delivery date was set and they arrived with the wrong piece. Delivery guys pretty much told I didn’t know what I ordered and that’s it. Got a call back a day later and someone named Kim who was beyond rude tells me I need to accept their mistakes and offers a fake sorry. The furniture was mislabeled and I need to pay almost $300 more. Nope I asked for a refund. And of course the unprofessional store says I need to come back to get a refund. And I don’t want to see those people at all. Bcuz watch I know it’s going to be some stuff. And they’re going to say that can’t refund the entire amount. Don’t waste your time. Google and find the piece you want somewhere else.

Great Experience
The process was simple I needed a twin sized bed asap. This location truly was a godsend the staff was amazing and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for affordable furniture.

The closing sale is good but the staff are a little unorganized. The price for one of my items suddenly increased during the very long and chaotic check out but it was definitely still a great price for the quality.
